Location: San Francisco, California; New York, New York Workplace: Hybrid WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Global Security Program Manager on Notion’s Global Safety & Security team, you’ll help protect our people, workplaces, and operations across a distributed global portfolio. This role exists to bring greater consistency to physical security programs as Notion scales—strengthening technology, vendor operations, incident readiness, and local execution without losing the welcoming experience we want employees and guests to feel. You’ll work across Workplace, People, IT, Legal, business leaders, vendors, and building partners, balancing hands-on operations with repeatable program design. This is a remote role based in the United States, with travel to Notion offices, events, and other locations expected—up to 50% based on operational needs. A GREAT TUESDAY: - Review regional differences in access control or visitor management and turn them into clear priorities for the global parity project. - Work with a vendor or building manager to resolve a security gap, balancing local context with global standards. - Draft an incident update, using AI to improve clarity, then validate the details and judgment behind the message. - Coordinate international project work while responding thoughtfully to an urgent operational issue. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - By your 90th day, kick off a global physical security parity project that creates shared visibility into regional practices, gaps, and priorities. - By your 90th day, use AI to accelerate clear, effective communications, reduce busywork, and keep detail-heavy work accurate and reviewable. - By the end of your first year, take ownership of Notion’s physical security technology program, improving how systems, data, and operating practices support safe and resilient workplaces. - By the end of your first year, demonstrate program ownership in one major physical security or safety pillar, such as business continuity and disaster recovery, event security, travel risk management, monitoring operations, crisis management, guard force operations, or governance. - By the end of your first year, deliver multiple international projects with clear plans, sound judgment, and effective coordination across regions, vendors, and cross-functional partners. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - Demonstrated ability to own physical security or safety programs across multiple sites or regions, including security technology, access control, incident response, or vendor operations. - Effective project management skills, with the ability to move multiple international projects from ambiguity to clear plans, decisions, and delivery. - Clear, thoughtful communication with internal partners, vendors, building management, and local stakeholders—especially when translating security requirements into practical action. - A service-oriented approach and eagerness to help create secure, welcoming workplace experiences; you bring curiosity, ownership, and sound judgment to how you work with others. - Novice AI proficiency and a willingness to use AI as a practical collaborator for communication, accuracy checks, documentation, and reducing repetitive work. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $208,000 – $233,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528. #LI-Onsite A NOTE ON AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Location: Europe (+/- 3 hours) Workplace: Remote 👋 A LITTLE ABOUT US We’re building the best platform for authoring, publishing, and maintaining world-class docs. Close to 40,000 sign-ups per month, over 100k Monthly Active Users, used by 2M+ people and thousands of teams like Zoom, FedEx, Nvidia, Snyk, and Google. We’re profitable, backed by P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, and our amazing team is spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia. Our enterprise motion is growing, and the way we reach those buyers is changing. Docs are bought by engineering leaders, platform teams, and developer experience owners, people who don't answer cold emails but do show up at conferences, dinners, hackathons, and community meetups. Field marketing is how we get in front of them. Today our event activity is opportunistic: a booth here, a sponsored dinner there, a webinar when someone has time. There's no tiering model, no consistent follow-up motion, and no reliable way to say which events created the (right) pipeline. This role owns all of it. This is a new function at GitBook. You'd be the first person to own it. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the global event calendar: Decide which industry tradeshows and conferences we show up at, at what level, and why and then run them end to end: sponsorship negotiation, booth, staffing, messaging, budget, and on-site execution. - Build activation around the big moments: The booth is rarely where the deals happen. You'll design the side-events that surround a conference such as curated dinners, executive roundtables, breakfast briefings, happy hours, and build the guest lists around accounts we actually want in the room. - Create GitBook's own events: Design and run owned formats that people want to attend because of what they are, not because we sponsored them. Roadshows, customer summits, docs-focused meetups, launch moments. You'll define the format, the content arc, and the experience. - Experiment with community activation: Work with our DevRel colleagues on hackathons, docs sprints, and community events. Some will work and some won't; you'll run them as experiments with a clear read on what happened. - Own online events: Webinars, virtual roundtables, and livestreams, you’ll be either running them yourself or coordinating the team members who do. - Build the tiering model: Define what a Tier 1, 2, and 3 event looks like at GitBook: spend bands, staffing, pre- and post-event motion, and the bar an event has to clear to earn each tier. - Report on pipeline, not attendance: Build the measurement model for events: cost per opportunity, event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, target-account attendance, and conversion through to closed won. - Make the sales follow-up motion work: Build a lightweight SLA for pre-event target lists with AEs, brief the team on what to do at the event, and build the follow-up structure that turns a badge scan into a conversation. - Act as ABM sparring partner: Our enterprise motion runs on account-based plays. You'll be the person Sales and Marketing think out loud with on account selection, buying-committee mapping, and how field programs plug into 1:1 and 1:few plays HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS In your first 90 days: a tiered event calendar for the next four quarters, a working measurement model in our CRM, and a follow-up motion Sales has actually agreed to. After that: event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity by tier, target-account penetration at Tier 1 events, and speed of follow-up. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 7–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing: you need to have a meaningful stretch of that in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated demand generation. You've run international programs, including and especially in the USA. - A ROI mindset: You talk in opportunities and cost per opportunity, not impressions and badge scans. You've defended an event budget with numbers and you've killed events that didn't earn their place. - Real operational range: You can negotiate a sponsorship contract, argue about booth carpet, write a good invite email, and build a Hubspot dashboard or report (or know who to ask to build it for you). - Sales credibility: AEs will trust you or route around you. You can walk into a pipeline review, take a hard question about last quarter's spend, and answer it without getting defensive. - Taste: Most B2B events are forgettable. We'd rather run fewer things that people remember. You should have opinions about what makes an event worth attending. - Comfort with a technical audience: Our buyers are engineers and the people who lead them. You don't need to write code, but you need to know why developer-audience marketing fails when it's too polished. - Ownership mindset: There's no playbook here. You'll write it: defining process, flagging problems early, and not waiting to be told what to build next. Also, you might be coming from a field marketing role at a SaaS company that got heavier on events, an event marketing role where you started owning the pipeline number, a demand gen role with a large in-person component, or a community or DevRel role that grew a commercial edge. We care less about the label than about what you can actually do. Some travel is expected, roughly a week or two a quarter, with a potential for a week a month in the conference season peak. WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT This isn't a role where you'll manage a team from day one, and it isn't purely strategic. You'll be on the floor at the show and in the spreadsheet the week after. It's also not brand marketing or product marketing. You'll draw on both, and you'll partner closely with them, but you're accountable for the pipeline. If you do this well, the function grows in scope, budget, and eventually headcount. But we're hiring for someone who wants to build it from scratch, not for the version of this role that exists in two years. 👥 Join GitBook at a pivotal time as we evolve our product and team. This is a chance to shape our product, craft, and culture https://www.gitbook.com/about#open-roles.

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Workplace: OnSite WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI? Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $700M in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. In 365 days we shipped 305 releases — roughly five years of work at most companies. New models, features and workflows land every week, and each one has to be explained to millions of users in a way that makes them understand it, want to try it, and remember it. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We're looking for teammates who bring: - High IQ, energy, and agency. - Extreme autonomy and ownership. - The ability to move fast, experiment constantly, and learn even faster. - Resilience under pressure and readiness for an always-on environment. - A balance of data-driven judgment and creative intuition. - The drive to raise the standard for the entire team, not just yourself. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON FOOD & DAILY COMFORT - Own everything the team eats: daily lunches, breakfasts, snacks, coffee, drinks. Choose vendors, place orders, manage delivery timing, and make sure food arrives hot and on schedule — every day, without reminders. - Handle dietary needs and preferences, collect feedback, and rotate the menu so people actually look forward to lunch. - Keep the kitchen and snack stock full at all times. Nobody should ever find an empty coffee machine or an empty fridge. - Track food spend, compare vendors, and negotiate better terms as the team grows. OFFICE MANAGEMENT - Keep the office running end to end: cleaning, supplies, water, repairs, furniture, plants, lighting, temperature — all of it. - Be the main point of contact for landlords, cleaning services, delivery couriers, repair crews, and other vendors. Escalate fast, follow up until things are actually resolved. - Set up and improve workspaces: desks, meeting rooms, quiet areas, lounge zones. Make the space something people choose to be in. - Run the logistics of team events, all-hands, and guest visits — space, food, setup, teardown. SYSTEMS & IMPROVEMENT - Build simple systems that make all of this repeatable: inventory trackers, vendor lists, order schedules, onboarding checklists. - Spot recurring annoyances and eliminate them permanently instead of solving them one by one. - Keep documents, invoices, and receipts from vendors organized and handed off to finance on time. YOUR MUST-HAVES - 1+ years as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator (flexible for high-potential candidates). - Strong organizational skills and real attention to detail — you notice the empty water cooler before anyone mentions it. - Ability to juggle many small tasks at once and react quickly when something breaks. - Initiative to improve and systematize processes rather than firefight forever. - Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, couriers, contractors, and internal teams. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Google Calendar, and Slack. - Fluent English. NICE TO HAVES - Experience in startups or high-growth environments. - Hands-on experience with laptop setup, IT inventory, or basic hardware troubleshooting. - An existing network of reliable vendors — catering, cleaning, repairs, equipment. - Interest in growing into Project Management, Workplace Operations, or IT Operations. The deal - Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow; - On-site role in our Almaty office; - Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally; - Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us; - Full-time position with high ownership.

ABOUT THE ROLE: Notion has a very successful "land and expand" business model; our customers start using Notion for free, upgrade over time as they expand their teams, and embrace increasingly sophisticated use cases. Often, these users and champions are different than the person who has enterprise purchasing authority. The Demand Generation team serves as a dot-connecter across sales, marketing, and operation teams to identify, engage, and convert decision makers at our target mid market and enterprise companies. In this role, you will partner with demand generation teammates and sales stakeholders to ideate and execute in-person events, designed to help open, accelerate, and close business. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will own and execute field events that are Notion-hosted, third party, co-partnered, and ancillary to third party events. This strategic position focuses on driving pipeline that meaningfully contribute to Notion's bottom line. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Delight Notion customers and prospects, with a guest-first approach to creating field events and experiences that bring the Notion brand and product to life. - Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of field programs to support our AMER Sales team - encompassing executive experiences, large-format educational events, trade shows, and co-sponsored activations with partners. - Manage all event logistics, production, venue sourcing, budget tracking, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, content development, and audience acquisition. - Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to make recommendations on how we invest in field events to drive incremental business impact. - Partner closely with Sales and broader Marketing team to align events and audiences to objectives for top accounts and craft tailored programs that nurture those accounts - Partner with our Operation and BizTech teams to manage and better utilize our go-to-market systems SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - 4-5+ years of related marketing experience. - You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results. - You're a creative problem-solver who doesn't wait for a perfect playbook. You've built field events from scratch, and you're energized by figuring out what works in new territory. - You have a bias for action and experimentation. You'd rather test and learn than wait for consensus, and you know how to balance scrappiness with strategic thinking. - You're a strong cross-functional collaborator. You know how to work with sales, ops, and creative teams — and you can align people around a shared goal without needing authority to do it. - You're pipeline-obsessed. You understand how your programs connect to revenue and can speak credibly about pipeline contribution, not just top-of-funnel metrics. NICE TO HAVES: - Experience in a fast-paced, B2B tech environment - You're a Notion user and understand our value to businesses - Salesforce, Marketo experience Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000-$160,000 per year.
