An overview of this role
As a Staff Investor Relations team member at GitLab, you'll help rebuild our investor relations (IR) processes and shape how we communicate GitLab's strategy and performance to the public markets. Working closely with our VP of Finance Strategy & Operations, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and executive team, you'll be a senior individual contributor with broad ownership of investor communications and relationships. You'll connect insights from across the business to explain our technical products, evolving business models, and long-term investment thesis.
What You’ll Do
Lead key workstreams of the quarterly earnings process, including messaging, scripts, questions and answers, data collection and synthesis, and conference call preparation; build repeatable processes with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.
Gather insights from research and development, Product, Sales, and other business leaders to explain GitLab's strategy, technical products, and business model transitions in investor communications and board materials.
Own relationships with sell-side analysts and the investment community, monitor analyst models and consensus against our forecast, and flag gaps or risks to the head of IR and CFO.
Prepare the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), CFO, and other executives for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows; lead investor calls independently when executives aren't available, explaining how GitLab's business works and answering investor questions.
Analyze peer and competitor earnings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, and investor days; maintain benchmarking analyses and deliver quantitative and qualitative insights for executive and board discussions.
Track GitLab's shareholder base and recommend investor targeting strategies to expand and maintain key ownership positions.
Draft and review earnings decks, shareholder letters, fact sheets, and IR website content; partner with Finance, Legal, Communications, and Strategy to keep messaging consistent, accurate, and compliant with disclosure requirements, including Regulation Fair Disclosure (Regulation FD).
Plan and deliver Investor Day with the head of IR to communicate GitLab's long-term story, alongside investor outreach, non-deal roadshows, and corporate access events.
What You’ll Bring
Experience evaluating software businesses from a buy-side or sell-side investment perspective, gained through investing, equity research, investor relations, or a related field.
Financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to identify the business drivers that shape investor expectations.
Experience producing or analyzing earnings materials and investor presentations, and explaining technical software products, evolving business models, and financial performance clearly in writing and conversation. You can work directly with senior executives and offer an informed point of view.
Working knowledge of SEC reporting, Regulation FD, and public company disclosure practices.
Proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet tools, experience with IR and market data platforms, and experience using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve workflows or a willingness to develop that capability.
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in an all-remote, asynchronous-first environment, with an approach that reflects GitLab's values, especially transparency and efficiency.
Nice to have: prior experience building an internal IR function.
About the team

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager located (or ready for relocation) in the UAE to lead the development and growth of our P2P and local transfer products in Tabby Cash. Since our vision is to become a financial service for daily use, we need a passionate, driven individual to make sending money to friends and family a daily habit for millions of Tabby customers.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
OVERVIEW
Our largest customers run complex operations, and when something isn’t working, the problem rarely sits neatly within one team. A customer may be implementing a new product, dealing with a complicated integration, or facing an operational issue with no obvious owner or solution. That’s where you come in!
We’re looking for a Strategic Fixer who wants exposure to a wide range of problems and is ready to own outcomes. You will take ambiguous problems, structure them, dig into the details, align senior stakeholders, and drive execution across teams that don’t report to you.
This isn’t a role where you make a recommendation and hand it off. One week you might be diagnosing a failing payroll integration, the next coordinating an engineering fix, and the next working with a customer’s VP of Operations to get an implementation back on track. The problems might vary, but your job stays the same: figure it out, get the right people moving, and own the problem until it’s solved. This role opens doors to a range of growth paths across Clipboard!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyze operational data to spot trends and bottlenecks, and turn your findings into clear recommendations that guide business decisions.
- Research and evaluate new tools, including AI, automation, and internal systems, and drive their adoption to make operations more effective.
- Design processes, workflows, and operating procedures that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution, partnering with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–6 years of experience in a problem-solving role, such as strategy or management consulting, operations, strategy & operations, implementation, customer strategy, or program management.
- Experience solving operational problems by improving processes, designing workflows, or building scalable systems, while juggling multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data (e.g., SQL, Python) to diagnose problems and support decisions.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex problems simply and align stakeholders across teams, from frontline operators to senior leaders.
- A high level of ownership. You don’t stop at the recommendation; you stay with the problem until it’s solved.
- A deep curiosity that drives you to reason from first principles and dig until you find the root cause.
- A habit of going to the source: testing the feature, listening to the agent call, calling the customer, or running the workflow.
WHY JOIN CLIPBOARD?
- We are remote-first, giving you the flexibility to work with us from many places.
- Fast-paced startup environment. Join a company that values curiosity, independence, and growth.
- A hiring process that rewards skills, not just experience. Every applicant gets a fair shot, our selection is based on real-world problem-solving ability, not just credentials.
- Opportunity to make a significant impact with our customers on both sides of the marketplace.
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
At Clipboard, we don't believe proxies are a reliable way to measure ability. We prefer to evaluate candidates by having them do work that closely resembles the actual job. We are hiring for several teams through this one posting, so the process also helps us find the team where you’ll fit best. Here is how it works:
1. Application Review
2. Case Study
3. Case Study Interview
4. Hiring Manager Interview (s)
5. Offer!

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for technically-minded product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn’t just how something looks—it’s how it works, how it feels, and how it scales. Our designers are systems thinkers, prototypers, storytellers, and craftspeople who care deeply about quality and collaboration. In this role, you’ll turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to design and build products together.
The Core Experience team shapes how people create in Figma—from foundational tools like Auto Layout and Text to the interactions that make working on the canvas feel intuitive and precise. We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead major efforts across the core editor and help define how it evolves as AI and code change the way people build products. You’ll bring a strong point of view, deep interaction design craft, and curiosity about complex systems. Working closely with engineering, product, research, and designers across Figma, you’ll set direction and stay hands-on, turning ambitious ideas into experiences people use every day.
With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for complex systems, and an appetite for technical challenges, you can help define the future of how software is made.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead the design of core editor experiences, including foundational concepts like Auto Layout, Text, and canvas interactions, from identifying opportunities through prototyping, shipping, and iteration
Help us define and champion a clear vision for how the editor should evolve, translating that vision into concrete proposals, design principles, and priorities with product and engineering partners
Explore how direct manipulation, AI, and code can work together, prototyping ways for people to move between generating, editing, and refining their work while retaining creative control
Ground decisions in user research, product data, and close observation of how people create, using that evidence to test assumptions and refine your point of view
Contribute to our design org’s culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teams
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years of experience in product design, including leading complex software projects from early exploration through launch and iteration
A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating interaction design and visual craft, including examples of making sophisticated workflows easier to understand and use
The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered research
A knack for figuring out ambiguous problems in complex systems, and shaping them into simple solutions with clear goals
Experience researching, prototyping, or building products with AI and other emerging tools to uncover new patterns for creativity and collaboration
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience designing creative tools, editors, canvas interfaces, or other products with rich, direct manipulation interactions
A design/development hybrid background, or experience building websites or apps
A history of working on canvas-based interfaces or tools that support creative workflows
Experience with code-based prototyping, front-end development, or workflows that connect design and implementation
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.

The provided salary details are based on US national averages and we retain the flexibility to tailor to the needs of the business.
The national estimate for the current base range for the position of $176,400 - $242,550.
This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Culture
At Bugcrowd, we understand that diversity in the workplace is vital to a company’s success and growth. We strive to make sure that people are included and have a sense of being part of making Bugcrowd not only a great product but a great place to work.
We regularly hear from both customers and researchers that Bugcrowd feels like a family, and we strive to maintain that internally as well.
Our team consists of a broad range of people: musicians, adventure sports junkies, nature lovers, parents, cereal enthusiasts, night owls, cyclists, artists—you get the point.
At Bugcrowd, we are solving security threats and vulnerabilities that are relevant to everyone, therefore we believe solving these problems takes all kinds of backgrounds. We value the perspectives and experiences people from underrepresented backgrounds bring.
