Global Account Operations Manager
San Mateo, CA / Hybrid
Global Account Operations (GAO) is the central hub for third-party account management at Sony Interactive Entertainment. GAO works across the Global Account Management (GAM) organization, one of the largest partner account teams in the industry. It sets how the team operates: the programs, processes, governance and business rhythm that help account managers deliver for PlayStation and our partners around the world.
We are looking for a Global Account Operations Manager to report to the Head of Global Account Operations. You will lead strategic programs and projects across GAM, starting with a redesign of several core programs, and processes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic programs and projects for the GAM team through every stage: scoping, planning, delivery, measurement and continuous improvement.
Drive the redesign of core GAM programs. Assess current processes, find the gaps, and build simpler, scalable solutions that improve outcomes for the team and our partners.
Own and evolve key operating mechanisms, including executive partner engagements, new title launch tracking, and adoption of key PlayStation initiatives across third-party partners.
Structure ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, and build clear, data-backed recommendations for senior leadership.
Create polished, executive-ready presentations, briefings and updates that turn complex information into clear narratives, insights and decisions.
Analyze data from multiple sources to track program performance, spot trends and risks, and inform priorities.
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting standards and metrics that give leadership clear visibility into team-wide engagements and progress.
Support the GAM Rhythm of Business, including account planning, joint business reviews, forecasting and annual planning cycles.
Represent the GAM team across SIE, working cross-functionally with finance, legal and other internal teams to align on priorities, resolve issues and move partner initiatives forward.
Manage timelines, dependencies and risks across multiple workstreams at once, and act early to keep programs on track.
Look for ways to improve how the team works, its tools and its efficiency, including practical uses of AI and automation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, program management, or a related field.
Proven ability to structure complex problems and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.
Exceptional executive communication skills, with a high bar for written materials, presentation design and storytelling.
Strong analytical skills and comfort using data, dashboards and metrics to generate insights. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
A track record of building or redesigning processes so they become simpler, more scalable and measurably more effective.
Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with a high degree of ownership.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and working with globally distributed teams.
A solution-oriented builder mindset, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to take on stretch challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Experience:
Experience at a management consulting firm, or in a strategy, business operations or program role at a leading technology or platform company.
Experience working in or supporting partner-facing, account management or commercial organizations.

Spotware Systems is looking for a
Fullstack Developer (PHP + React)
to modernize the backend of a payment cashier and build the frontends of a consumer trading client area and broker back-office products — working on a strict design system with AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
Reengineer the existing PHP backend of the payment cashier into a market-ready product — refactoring and extending it, not rewriting from scratch.
Build and maintain the React frontends of the products — a consumer trading client area and broker-facing back-office tools.
Assemble screens from a shared component library, and grow that library together with the product designer.
Work from the analyst’s specifications and agree API contracts with the backend developers.
Estimate work, plan it with the team, and deliver against the agreed plans.
Hold release quality together with QA.
Use AI-assisted development as the default way of working on both the PHP and React sides.
Maintain the current versions of the products until the new ones fully replace them.
Requirements
5+ years of production development with strong PHP — comfortable working inside an existing codebase, modernizing it, and bringing it to product quality.
Solid React (TypeScript welcome) — consumer web apps and data-heavy admin interfaces built from a component library.
API and integration literacy — REST APIs, webhooks, and event flows; exposure to payment integrations is a strong plus.
Design-system discipline — works within a strict component system and extends it deliberately, instead of producing one-off screens.
AI-native development — uses AI coding tools as the default way of producing and reviewing code, with the judgment to know their limits.
Domain exposure to fintech, payments, trading, or brokerage is a plus.
Soft skills: self-sufficient and reliable owner of their area; prioritizes well, communicates trade-offs early, and escalates before deadlines slip.

● Own the Canada creator/influencer strategy across the launch calendar, ensuring creator activity ladders to clear campaign objectives (awareness, excitement, cultural conversation, community engagement) and fits the realities of gaming communities
● Lead paid influencer partnerships end-to-end with agency support: creator sourcing and evaluation, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, deliverable management, approvals, and post-campaign reporting.
● Develop creator campaign briefs that translate campaign strategy into creator-native storytelling (what to say, what to show, what to avoid), and ensure creators clearly understand product positioning and key beats.
● Partner with Social, PR/Comms, Local Campaign Managers and Global PlayStation teams to integrate creators into broader campaigns and community moments.
● Coordinate creator “capture plans” and access moments (e.g., content days, livestream plans, behind-the-scenes access, event activations) and provide on-site/on-set support when required to ensure optimal content capture and creator experience.
● Stay ahead of creator platform trends, emerging voices, and cultural moments in Canada, proactively identifying opportunities where PlayStation can show up with relevance.
● Run and grow the PlayStation creator and talent partnership program in Canada: recruiting and onboarding creators, tiering/relationship management, ongoing communications, community touchpoints, and program operating rhythms
● Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key influencers, content creators, and power users, evaluating the impact of these partnerships on an on-going basis.
● Develop and implement content creator tactics for key software and brand campaigns, collaborating closely with the Global Marketing Talent Partnerships team.
● Create and define an always-on engagement strategy.
● Ensure top-tier influencers are informed about upcoming feature and product launches, major content updates, and key announcements.
● Define and report performance measurement for creator work (reach, views/watch time, engagement quality, sentiment, share of conversation, community growth signals), and translate results into actionable recommendations for future launches.
● Establish metrics to grow and engage the content creator community; regularly analyze sentiment and performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Own creator/influencer governance and operational hygiene: creator database management, documentation of learnings, and consistent sharing of best practices across teams.
● Manage budgets for creator partnership fees, in-kinds exchanges and productions in Canada, including forecasting, tracking, and post-mortems that connect spend to outcomes.
● Foster positive and supportive conversations with content creators around content opportunities, contests, and initiatives relevant to the player community.
● Distribute player surveys and collect feedback from core players on a regular basis.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key community leaders to better understand community needs and insights.
● Protect PlayStation brand and community trust by setting clear creator standards: brand safety, inclusion, community conduct expectations, and Local Canadian disclosure compliance.
Administration:
● Manage budgets and timelines for influencer and content creator initiatives, working with agencies to identify and vet the right influencers and ensure content is delivered on schedule for local and global review as needed.
● Define and manage campaign budgets, thoroughly reviewing proposed spend prior to approval and ensuring all activities remain within agreed financial parameters.
● Oversee monthly budget forecasting and financial administration related to influencer and content creation programs.
● Monitor social sentiment and consumer reactions to announcements, capturing key insights, and sharing findings with partners across SIE territories and global teams.
● Deliver comprehensive post-launch evaluations summarizing performance, insights, results against key metrics, and actionable learnings.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
● 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator programs, ideally working with consumer-facing brands or products.

● Deep understanding of the digital, social, and media landscape, with the ability to identify and interpret emerging digital trends.
● Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Experience developing and managing creator-led initiatives such as giveaways, contests, and community engagement programs.
● Understanding of mobile gaming, free-to-play models, or live-service operations is a strong plus.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
● Data-literate: comfortable defining success metrics, reading creator performance signals, and using insights to optimize strategy
● High integrity and compliance mindset, including understanding of disclosure requirements and brand safety expectations in Canada and globally

Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.

We are looking for a
Team Lead Software Engineer
(.NET)
.
Your main tasks will be:
Own delivery of the monolith-to-microservices modernization end-to-end — from legacy analysis through production release — with full visibility into pipeline status and risk.
Partner with Product and Architecture to review specs, map legacy dependencies, and turn that into estimates the team can actually hit.
Guide architectural decisions across .NET Core services, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and frontend integrations, and be the go-to for the hardest backend, data migration, and production incident calls.
Sharpen how the team works day-to-day — tighter task tracking in Jira, more accurate estimation, and a QA partnership that keeps bugs resolved fast and production stable.
Run regular 1-on-1s tied to real career goals, and drive the feedback and process changes that keep the team improving and engaged.
We expect from you:
Solid
.NET engineering background
with deep expertise in C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core.
Deep understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, the microservices pattern, message brokers (RabbitMQ), and
database design (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Redis).
Practical experience with legacy system modernization, monorepo-to-microservices refactoring, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to act as the technical escalation point for complex implementation, data migration, or performance issues.
Proven experience managing engineering teams — running 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and objective evaluations.
Strong track record in delivery management: task tracking in Jira, process discipline, and hitting internal deadlines with predictable releases.
Experience reviewing business specs, assessing technical feasibility, and providing high-level estimates — partnering closely with PM and product to keep engineering output aligned with product goals.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Senior Engineering Manager to join our Disputes team. Our mission is to build the tools, services, and models that help merchants manage and win disputes at scale - reducing the cost and operational burden of chargebacks while protecting revenue for our merchants and our business.
Disputes sit at the intersection of merchant-facing products, complex scheme and regulatory processes, and data-driven decisioning. Our team owns the full stack, anchored by a .NET back end that manages the dispute lifecycle and integrates with card schemes, alongside the front-end experiences merchants use to track and respond to disputes and the machine learning models that predict outcomes and recommend the best action on every case.
We're building for scale, and that scale brings ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the occasional setback - so we're looking for a resilient leader who has built and sustained high-performing teams, learned from failure, and come back stronger. Above all, you'll be someone who drives predictable delivery and operational efficiency: shipping consistently, running systems reliably, and continuously improving how the team works. The ideal candidate has operated across both enterprise and scale-up environments and has a proven track record of driving growth within large, complex, regulated organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team centred on a .NET back end, with front-end and machine learning components, helping engineers establish and validate their understanding of technical architecture and design end-user-centric systems and tools.
- Own predictable, high-velocity delivery — establishing healthy engineering practices, sensible estimation, and a smooth path from idea to production so the team ships consistently and sustainably.
- Drive operational efficiency and reliability by automating processes — including monitoring and alerting — meeting SLAs/SLOs, reducing operational cost, and minimising toil to keep the team focused on high-value work rather t
- Continuously improve delivery and operational metrics (e.g. cycle time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, and incident response), using data to identify bottlenecks and raises the bar over time.
- Manage team engineers across various seniority levels and disciplines while staying hands-on when needed. Cultivate an inclusive environment where every team member feels they belong, and mentors them in both their career development and interpersonal skills. Make a good team great, and keep it great..
- Oversee quarterly execution of roadmap delivery, ensuring the team stays focused on the right priorities and manages efficiently through dependencies and cross-functional hurdles.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver solutions for merchant and internal dispute use cases.
- Build and strengthen relationships with engineers, managers, and people leads across multiple teams.
- Operating in a highly regulated financial space, ensure compliance with a range of control frameworks — from internal stakeholders such as InfoSec and Internal
- Audit, to external auditors, card schemes, and regulators.
- Oversee the responsible use of machine learning and AI in dispute decisioning, leading the team to develop the infrastructure, tooling, and governance required to run models safely and at scale in production.
About You
- A resilient leader who has learned from setbacks and failures and consistently comes back stronger, keeping teams steady and delivering through periods of change and ambiguity.
- You thrive on pace. You're energised by a high-growth environment, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and you keep the team moving and shipping when priorities shift under you.
- A proven track record of driving predictable delivery and operational efficiency — improving throughput, reliability, and the team's cost of operation, and using metrics to back it up.
- Proven experience building, growing, and sustaining high-performing engineering teams over time — not just standing them up.
- Experience across both enterprise and scale-up environments, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and delivery within large, complex, regulated organisations.
- A strong back-end engineering background, ideally in .NET / C#, leading teams building scalable, event-driven services and APIs. Comfortable also overseeing front-end and machine learning work, able to earn credibility and make sound trade-offs across disciplines even where you aren't the deepest expert.
- Able to partner with Product Management to assess technical feasibility, provide capacity estimates, and balance new features against architectural health.
- Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
Technologies we work with
- Back end (primary): .NET / C#, REST APIs, event-driven and microservice architectures.
- Front end: React, TypeScript.
- Machine learning: Python, model training and serving, and the infrastructure to run models in production.
- Data & platform: SQL, plus experience designing batch and stream data-processing systems.
- Cloud & tooling: AWS and/or GCP, Docker, Terraform, and observability tooling such as Datadog.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
