THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for two platform products:
Xsolla ID is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows: logging in and signing transactions.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The frontend of your product area end to end: shaping tasks with Product and Design, implementation, release and production monitoring
Technical decisions for that frontend. You make them and justify them in writing, rather than only implementing someone else's
The architecture of frontend applications and the shared UI library / SDK that other teams build on
Measurable frontend quality: performance, reliability and security of user flows
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build user flows: sign-in, account management, wallet onboarding and transaction signing
Track how these flows behave in production (errors, performance, drop-offs) and act on what you see
Make architectural decisions for frontend applications and document them
Develop the shared component library and frontend SDKs used by other Xsolla teams
Agree API contracts with backend engineers, including error handling, retries and edge cases
Own performance budgets: Core Web Vitals and bundle size
Improve the engineering environment: build, linters, tests, CI
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Nice to have
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial frontend development
TypeScript in strict mode: generics, utility types, discriminated unions, typing module boundaries and external data
JavaScript at the platform level: event loop, asynchrony, closures, memory. You can find a leak and explain its cause
Frameworks and state
Deep experience with React: rendering model, profiling, eliminating unnecessary re-renders
Separating local, server and global state, and justifying the choice of tool; reasoning about when SSR is worth it
UI quality and performance
Semantic, responsive, cross-browser layout; modern CSS (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS)
Accessibility: ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support
Performance analysis: profiling, bundle analysis, Core Web Vitals
Integration and security
REST API integration: error handling, retries, request cancellation, contract alignment with backend
Web security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure handling of tokens, sessions and user data
Engineering practices
Testing at the right level: unit, integration, E2E
Git, CI, Docker, linters and formatters
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Experience in security-sensitive domains: authentication and identity (OAuth2/OIDC flows on the frontend), payments, crypto wallets
Web3 frontend: wallet integration (embedded and browser wallets), EIP-1193, EIP-6963, EIP-712; viem, wagmi, ethers.js
Next.js or Nuxt, SSR in production
Design systems and component API design, UI kits
Hybrid applications: WebView, React Native
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, and QA.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. A QUICK RUN-DOWN OF THE JOB
We're looking for a Data Product Lead to own the direction and output of LI.FI http://LI.FI's Data team. This is partially a hands-on role with a clear focus on analytics and product thinking. You'll spend a significant portion of your time on the data yourself: deep-dive analyses, dashboards, business cases, and sharing insights that shape how we make decisions across the company. The rest of your time goes to product thinking, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and leading the team.
You'll report to our CTO and line manage the Data team, partnering closely with our Data Tech Lead who owns the technical and infrastructure side. Think of it as the PM-and-tech-lead model: you own the what and why, your tech lead partner owns the how. Together you set the roadmap and priorities for the team.
Please note: This role is remote within the EMEA region. Your application will not be considered otherwise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Data team's priorities, intake, and triage; run team rituals including planning, reviews, and workshops
- Do hands-on analytics work: deep-dives, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations that change decisions, including data inputs for the weekly report and Monthly Business Review
- Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs, and align the data roadmap with product roadmaps
- Translate business questions from stakeholders into clear specs, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria the team can deliver
- Act as the quality gate on analyses, dashboards, and datasets before they reach internal or external stakeholders
- Coach and develop the Data team, levelling up team members on problem framing, communication, and stakeholder management
- Partner with the Data Tech Lead to co-own the roadmap, making sure infrastructure work serves real business needs
WHAT MAKES A GOOD CANDIDATE
- 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work, with experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team
- Expert SQL: you can pull, validate, and challenge data independently, without relying on engineers
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Omni, Superset, or similar)
- Strong business and product mindset: you use data to find revenue, pricing, or growth opportunities, not just to answer questions
- Enough technical depth to be a real partner to data engineers; comfortable discussing warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and trade-offs
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering, finance, BD, and C-suite
- Strong data storytelling: you adapt the message to technical and non-technical audiences
- Crypto/DeFi domain experience: ideally in a data role at a crypto company, or demonstrable deep understanding of the space (cross-chain, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and you'll need to build some of the playbook as you go
NICE TO HAVE
- Python
- dbt and dimensional modelling
- Semantic layer design and metric definition management
- AI-readiness: structuring data, metrics, and documentation so they can be reliably consumed by LLMs and agents
- ML modelling experience (forecasting, classification, anomaly detection)
- On-chain data and tooling (e.g. Dune Analytics)
- Exposure to streaming data (e.g. Kafka)
We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!
COMPANY CULTURE
- Embracing the differences
- Embrace your own differences
- Respect and welcome the unique qualities of others
- See others’ differences as an opportunity to grow
- Own it, do it
- Own tasks end-to-end
- Hold yourself to a high bar for execution
- Make bold decisions, and be accountable
- Understand your limitations and seek for help
- Fail forward
- Try - don’t be afraid to fail
- Learn - don’t make the same mistake twice
- Adapt - grow with the experience
- Have fun together
- Take the time to get to know and understand each other better
- Don’t take yourself too seriously and keep it light-hearted
- Fun should be coming from a place of love and respect
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- Annual company offsites — we've explored Thailand, Vietnam, Morocco, and Greece together. Next stop for 2027: TBD!
- 30 days of PTO
- Flexible remote days
- Flexible working hours
- Equity participation from day 1
- Entitlement to work computer (choice of equipment)
- An annual 1,000€ personal development budget once you have worked 6+ months (pro-rated the first year)
- A one-time 1,000€ remote budget to use on coworking, office setup, etc.
If you join us as an independent contractor, you’re only entitled to the first five benefits of this list.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
BENEFITS

After submitting your application, we conduct a thorough review which typically takes 3 to 5 days, but may occasionally take longer due to the volume of applications received. If we see a potential fit, we proceed with the following steps:
- Recruiter Screening (40 minutes)
- Take-Home Assignment
- First Interview (60 minutes)

About Somnia:
SOMNIA is the Agentic Chain - a hyper-performance L1 operating at an order of magnitude faster than existing networks. We empower builders and traders to create real-time, autonomous, and fully decentralized products, powered by agents, that were previously impossible and cannot be built anywhere else. It’s where the future of Web3 protocols will be built, so we’re facilitating a new wave of on-chain applications from DEX to Prediction Protocols and much, much more.
Somnia is being developed by Somnia Foundation backed by Improbable https://www.improbable.io/, a British tech Unicorn +++ that has been at the forefront of building virtual worlds for over a decade. Somnia received initial funding from MSquared https://www.msquared.io/, which raised $150 million https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20220407005101/en/Improbable-Raises-US150m-to-Establish-M%C2%B2-MSquared-a-Metaverse-Network-and-Ecosystem-Powered-by-Its-Morpheus-Technology from a16z crypto, SoftBank, Mirana Ventures, CMT Digital, and SIG.
About the Role:
DreamDEX makes a hard claim: CEX execution without DEX custody. A fully on-chain CLOB with sub-10ms, zero trading fees, self-custody and transparent rules, competing head-on with Hyperliquid, Lighter and the large centralised exchanges.
An exchange wins or dies on liquidity, and early liquidity comes from relationships. Market makers must sign and quote tight. Builders must route flow to us. Institutions must trust a new venue with size. You will own those relationships.
You'll run business development for dreamDEX and carry the wider Somnia story (the L1, Somnia Agents, Prophecy) into institutional conversations. You'll work directly with the GTM leads and core team, with a mandate to source, structure and close the deals that put depth on the book and volume through it. We measure every deal by the liquidity, volume and TVL it produces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the market maker pipeline: source, pitch, negotiate and onboard MMs, from DeFi-native firms early on to an anchor tier 1 relationship, structuring deals across CLOB rewards, fee arrangements and liquidity commitments
- Get DreamDEX integrated with the major spot and cross-chain aggregators, then manage those relationships so we keep winning flow on price
- Build and activate the institutional pipeline: trading firms, funds, family offices, OTC desks, prime brokers and custodians, with white-glove onboarding for qualified institutions
- Build an active Builder pipeline: Trading terminals, AI strategies and native apps to drive users and volume to the Dex.
- Close liquidity deals that grow TVL: institutional LPs, protocol and DAO treasuries, and vault operators
- Land distribution partnerships that feed the exchange: wallets, perp aggregators and bridges
- Support broader Somnia BD where your network applies: ecosystem projects, stablecoin partners and treasury deals on the L1
- Feed market intelligence back to product: you hear first what MMs and institutions need (RFQ flow, reporting, credit arrangements, API features) and help shape the roadmap
- Represent DreamDEX and Somnia at conferences and in the rooms where these deals get done
Requirements:
Must Have
- Business development experience at a crypto exchange (CEX, perp DEX or spot DEX) covering market makers, institutional clients or listings
- A real network across institutions in crypto and/or TradFi: trading firms, market makers, funds, prime brokers and OTC desks. You open doors on day one rather than building a list from scratch
- Closed deals with measurable impact on volume, liquidity or TVL, and the ability to walk us through the numbers
- A working understanding of exchange mechanics: order books, spreads and depth, perps and margin, liquidations, MM economics and incentive design
- Ability to run a full deal cycle alone, from sourcing through structuring and negotiation to post-signature relationship management
- Comfort operating early in a venue's life, when you are selling the roadmap as much as the product
Nice to Have
- TradFi background in prime brokerage, electronic trading or institutional sales
- Existing relationships with DEX aggregators, wallets, custodians or vault operators
- Experience taking a new venue through cold start; you have solved the empty order book problem before
- Experience structuring token or incentive-based deals
- Working knowledge of DeFi: CLOB DEXs, vaults, stablecoins and yield products
- Experience selling to DAOs and protocol treasuries
Why Join Somnia?
Design The Future: Join Somnia to work remotely with a global team, earn competitive compensation with token incentives, and help build the future of Web3 at a company where your impact truly matters.
First of its Kind: Make Somnia famous as the only hyperspeed L1 with native AI inference.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
The Inference Foundation team owns the core of Mistral's inference stack: the inference engine and its orchestration, from the feature set and configuration that serve our models in production to the release machinery that keeps the stack current and production-grade.
This is a hybrid position spanning production LLM serving, engine and platform development, and capacity engineering. You will work on three intertwined problems:
1. Optimize the inference stack at scale — feature development and fixes in the engine and orchestrator, squeezing more throughput and lower latency out of every GPU under strict quality-of-service targets.
2. Make capacity elastic — scaling up and down should be cheap and fast, not a performance cliff.
3. Power the training of our frontier models — high-performance serving that keeps RL and post-training loops running at full speed.
What You Will Do
INFERENCE ENGINE & ORCHESTRATION
- Develop and fix the core of the inference stack — engine and orchestrator — including feature selection, configuration, and tuning for maximum performance at scale
- Own the release process for the serving stack: validated, regression-free releases through automated performance gates and progressive rollout
- Drive improvements and fixes upstream when the open-source engine is the right place for them
PERFORMANCE & CAPACITY AT SCALE
- Optimize serving efficiency across the fleet — driving down pod startup time, tackling cold-cache regressions on scale-up, smarter caching and offloading
- Optimize and maintain the optimal serving topology — overlap communication and transfers with computation, ensure optimal placement, connectivity, and routing
SERVING FOR FRONTIER TRAINING
- Build the serving infrastructure that powers RL and post-training for our frontier models
- Optimize inference performance across the full spectrum of our workloads
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and running ML/LLM services at scale, with clear latency and availability targets
- Hands-on experience with inference engines such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, or others
- A solid grasp of inference internals: prefill vs. decode, KV-cache behavior, batching, scheduling, speculative decoding, parallelism strategies
- Familiarity with distributed and disaggregated serving architectures
- Comfortable debugging across the full stack — CUDA/NCCL, kernels, containers, networking, storage
- Python for systems tooling and backend services; PyTorch
- Kubernetes for running infrastructure at scale
- GPU and networking fundamentals: CUDA runtime, NCCL, InfiniBand/RDMA
It Would Be Great If You Have
- Demonstrated vLLM/sglang know-how — upstream contributions, or a track record of running in demanding production environments
- Hardware-aware optimization for various model architectures
- Experience serving MoE models at scale (expert parallelism, expert placement/load balancing)
- CUDA/Triton kernel development; Nsight Systems/Compute profiling
- Rust and/or C++ in production systems

Initially, the role may focus on
- Designing and building core models on the data platform using AWS and Snowflake infrastructure.
- Streamlining real-time data flows and streaming architecture across platform services.

- Demonstrated proficiency managing platform health, establishing Service Level Objectives, and leading operational performance.
- Strong collaborative skills to build trusted relationships across product, platform, and security teams.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

- A command of how Congress and the Executive Branch work, and how to strategically engage with them to advance Chainalysis business priorities

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a dedicated function to drive its partnerships across the AI ecosystem — labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community — and convert those into real technical and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship-building.
Ramp is already embedded with key partners across the AI ecosystem, from working with leading labs on the latest models to serving as a design partner for emerging product capabilities. This role exists to deepen those relationships across every major lab and AI-native company, and turn them into something commercially meaningful.
There is no playbook for this.
This person will own and grow Ramp's most strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem, leading the technical side of those relationships end to end with partner product and engineering teams. The mandate spans product integrations, technical partnership strategy, deal-making, co-selling, and the creation of new revenue channels, pairing real product and engineering depth with commercial execution and ecosystem credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrate technical depth to lead AI product and integration conversations end to end with partner engineering and product teams.
- Own Ramp's relationships with emerging labs and AI-native companies at a true partnership level — not account management
- Be embedded in the San Francisco AI community and know who is actually driving decisions at the labs, not just what the org chart says
- Convert ecosystem relationships into commercial outcomes — referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
- Do both the business development and product/integration work, combining deal-making with genuine technical engagement
- Stay ahead of how leading AI companies are commercializing and going to market, and help Ramp move with them — and ahead of them
- Represent Ramp externally across the San Francisco AI community: founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with the people who make decisions and influence direction — not just formal contacts
- Commercial outcomes tied to those relationships, including initiatives with measurable revenue potential and smarter product integrations on both sides
- Ramp is known and respected across the San Francisco AI community as a must-know fintech partner
- Ramp keeps pace with — and ideally stays ahead of — how quickly the labs are changing, evolving their go-to-market strategies, and commercializing
- A repeatable business development and product motion built for the AI ecosystem, not a series of one-off partnerships
- An ever-evolving AI partnership strategy that includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
Over the course of a year, success means launching public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies.
Near-term objectives could include inclusion in model-launch announcements and joint product-integration launches. Longer-term goals will incorporate adoption of integrations and revenue targets as distribution partnerships are executed.
Every day will look different, but the work will include meeting with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally, keeping a pulse on applied AI and the labs, negotiating active contracts, refining and executing Ramp's AI partnership strategy, and helping Ramp get closer to the teams that matter at the top AI companies.
NICE TO HAVES
- The ideal candidate combines two qualities that are hard to find in one person:
ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR
- Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community — founders, lab leaders, and investors — at a level where people pick up the phone
- Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners in a way that provides genuine credibility, not just familiarity
- Known and trusted by the venture capital and investor community in AI
COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
- Has built partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and been accountable for commercial outcomes
- Can do the product and business development work simultaneously — technically fluent enough to engage on integrations and commercially sharp enough to close deals
- Has a builder mindset and can design scalable programs, not just one-off relationships
KEY CRITERIA
- Strategic business development — can identify and close partnerships that drive real commercial outcomes
- Technical aptitude — enough depth to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams
- Systems thinking — builds scalable programs, not just one-off deals
- Access — personal relationships at the decision-maker level inside labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
- Ramp's AI partners are among the most influential partners any technology company can have right now. Getting this right matters enormously.
- There is no playbook. Anyone who can do something distinctive here will create a significant advantage — for Ramp and for their own career.
- This is one of the few roles that is genuinely AI-focused at a leading company in AI and technology.
- Ramp is already embedded with leading AI companies and is ahead of the curve in building this function. The groundwork is there.
- Ramp will give this person real runway — not a constrained, narrow mandate.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At DoorDash we’re building the industry’s most scalable and reliable delivery network to support our three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and dashers. TPMs on our Engineering teams provide fundamental support to the underlying technology services as well as the engineers building these services. It’s no simple task, but it wouldn’t be interesting if it was!
About the Role
Money is DoorDash’s organisation responsible for the financial products and infrastructure that enable transactions across DoorDash, Wolt and Deliveroo. The domain owns how consumers pay, how merchants and couriers are paid, and how money is recorded, reconciled and reported, covering payment processing, payment methods, payouts, invoicing, financial ledgers and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help scale Money Domain. You will lead important engineering wide initiatives across Invoicing Platform, Payment Instruments, amongst others; working with Engineering, Product, Operations, and business leaders to deliver dependable, scalable Money capabilities for the business. Programs will span backend services, partner and merchant integrations, and regulatory / compliance products. They require strong technical judgment, cross organisational coordination, stakeholder management, and ownership of results.
You will report into the centralised global Technical Program Management team in Engineering, through a manager based in London. This is a hybrid role based in our London office in Cannon Street.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Drive Money Domain’s Most Strategic Programs - You will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership, Strategy & Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn Money Domain’s strategy into executable technical programs.
Lead Complex Cross-Organization Execution — Money Domain interacts with capabilities across consumer, merchant, courier, order and enterprise domains, payment processing, payouts, fraud and risk, regulatory compliance, accounting, financial data and platform infrastructure. You will establish clear ownership and milestones, surface critical dependencies and tradeoffs, and drive alignment across teams when the path forward is not obvious.
Bring Technical Depth and Systems Thinking - You will develop a deep understanding of the architecture, integrations, data flows, and operational systems behind Money Domain (Financial Systems). You will engage in technical designs, identify scaling and reliability risks, understand how decisions in one part of the system affect end-to-end consumer, rider/ courier, and merchant experiences, and help teams make pragmatic tradeoffs.
Turn Ambiguity into Strategy and Action - Many of our hardest problems do not begin with a clean scope or a single owner. You will truth-seek across technical and business inputs, frame the problem, clarify the definition of success, develop a point of view on risks and options, and create an execution path that teams and leaders can align behind.
Connect Engineering Execution to Business Outcomes - You will understand the merchant, partner, customer, and economic outcomes behind the work and use that context to guide prioritization and execution.
We're excited about you because…
You’re experienced in working with engineering teams on large-scale distributed systems and/or b2b products. You can speak to system architecture, scalability and reliability decisions, and design trade offs.
You’re a strong leader with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, bridge gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority.
You have strong ownership, urgency, and drive. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to understand and drive your programs.
You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus. You can convey concepts and considerations to non-experts and experts alike.
You’ve engaged with Engineering teams on product & platform development with a thorough understanding of software development processes and project planning.
You are pragmatic and detailed in your approach and focus on progress, not perfection.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline.
5+ years recent experience as a Technical Programme Manager at a technology/ FinTech company, in Financial Systems.
Experience with regulatory compliance in Financial Systems, e.g. SOX, PSD2, or equivalent would be an advantage.
Experience in large-scale distributed systems and system architecture.
Experience working directly with engineering teams on product development, with a thorough understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and scalability trade-offs.
Project planning and execution skills that include reviewing technical design documents, estimating, and scheduling.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.

Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.

Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.

AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.

You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.

You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
