A fast-growing performance marketing agency based in the UK, our client specializes in high-impact patient acquisition for the cosmetic dentistry sector. By combining premium creative production with cutting-edge AI-driven sales systems, the team bridges the gap between lead generation and clinical consultations. They provide a comprehensive solution that includes specialized Meta advertising and automated appointment setting, ensuring high-value cases like Invisalign and dental implants reach the practitioners they serve.
The team operates at the intersection of marketing and technology, priding themselves on being early adopters of AI to drive measurable growth. Job Type:
Full-time (Exclusive)
Job Summary
We are a high-growth, UK-focused performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in AI-driven patient acquisition for the cosmetic and implant dentistry sector. Unlike generalist agencies, we own the entire funnel—from high-intent Meta ads to a dedicated appointment-setting team that converts leads into deposit-paid consultations. We are looking for a technical, results-driven Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social engine. This is a role for a "Self-Directed Owner" who thrives on solving complex tracking issues in restricted healthcare categories and delivering stable, high-quality lead volume that keeps our sales team busy and our UK dental clients scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including structure, optimization, and scaling across all dental client accounts.
Manage and fix complex conversion tracking setups, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom/offline events.
Navigate and implement workarounds for healthcare-restricted categories where standard Meta optimization is limited.
Monitor account health daily, acting immediately on fluctuations in spend, CPL, or lead quality.
Lead client communication for UK-based practice owners via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and detailed Loom performance walkthroughs.
Coordinate lead flow with the internal appointment-setting team to ensure a consistent pipeline for qualification.
Maintain rigorous documentation of tracking configurations and account decisions to ensure a scalable, maintainable system.
Flag performance issues early and escalate to the founder only when accompanied by a clear, recommended fix
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets in an agency setting.
Technical expertise in conversion tracking: Deep experience with Stape, GTM, server-side CAPI, and diagnosing broken tracking setups (not just installing basic tags).
Proven experience in restricted or regulated categories (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) where standard platform tracking is limited.
Exceptional spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead performance calls and explain complex data to UK business owners.
High-ticket lead generation experience (moving beyond basic e-commerce prospecting).
South Africa-based with a reliable remote setup, including backup power and high-speed internet to manage UK business hours (GMT).
A proactive, ownership-focused mindset—we are looking for a specialist who manages the founder, not the other way around.

Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms.
Strong instincts for creative and audience testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Looker Studio for advanced performance reporting.
Experience scaling agencies from small client bases to high-volume retainers.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Deployed Engineer…You’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos, not research, but systems that real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and the work you do directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
This will be a hybrid in office role in Chicago, IL.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
- Travel to customers up to 25% of the time
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints

Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.
We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The Ecosystems Team
OpenZeppelin's libraries and standards are the trusted foundation of onchain development across Ethereum, Stellar, Canton and beyond, powering the majority of the world's most valuable protocols and a new generation of institutional-grade financial infrastructure. The Ecosystems team builds the long-term partnerships behind that position: we work directly with L1 and L2 foundations, protocol teams and technology providers on security audits, secure development, reference implementations and strategic open-source programs that help entire ecosystems grow securely. As tokenization and institutional adoption accelerate, the team sits at the center of some of the most consequential projects in the industry. You will report to our Ecosystem Development Lead and work alongside senior sellers, our CTO office, and our solutions and delivery teams.
What you'll be doing
You will own a portfolio of ecosystem accounts and be responsible for growing it. This is a senior, full-cycle sales role for someone who is technical enough to lead discovery and scoping conversations with CTOs and core developers directly. You will deepen relationships with some of the most important foundations and protocol teams in the industry, and open doors to new ones.
Own and grow a portfolio of ecosystem accounts (L1/L2 foundations, protocol teams, infrastructure providers) through renewals, expansion into new services, and multi-year partnerships.
Win new business through targeted, research-driven outreach to foundations and protocol teams, typically six to seven-figure engagements.
Lead the full sales cycle, including technical discovery: scoping security audits, secure development engagements and open-source partnership programs, and translating protocol roadmaps into compelling proposals.
Build and maintain strategic account plans for your portfolio, staying close to your customers' roadmaps and identifying opportunities early.
Partner with our CTO office and solutions teams on strategic proposals, and help shape the institutional-grade solutions emerging from our largest partnerships.
Represent OpenZeppelin at ecosystem conferences, technical workshops and community events worldwide.
You have
6+ years in sales or commercial roles, including 3+ years owning and exceeding revenue targets for technical products or services (Web3, security, developer tooling, or infrastructure).
A track record of closing six and seven figure deals with blockchain foundations, protocol teams, or technology companies.
Real technical fluency: you understand smart contract development, EVM architecture and blockchain infrastructure well enough to lead technical conversations, read documentation and EIPs/ERCs, and earn credibility with engineering audiences.
Full-cycle ownership: you prospect, qualify, propose, negotiate and close, and you run your pipeline with discipline.
An established network across blockchain ecosystems, foundations and protocol teams.

An overview of this role
This is a shift role. Working 8-hour shifts with 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Support Engineering at GitLab isn’t just a title - you will be embedded within the Engineering department and will truly operate in an environment where Support and Engineering meet. You’ll interact with customers daily as they encounter the difficult edge cases of running GitLab in complex environments. In the space of a day, you might be doing behind the scenes work of a Linux administrator troubleshooting performance problems by using strace on a particular process, interacting with the Product team to ensure that steps in a bug report are reproducible, or interacting with the Engineering team itself by diving deep into our codebase and putting together a merge request to actually fix a customer issue.
That’s not all though - you’d equally be invited to contribute to the source code, improve our documentation, and help build out more efficient support processes in our issue tracker. We want to live in a world where everyone can contribute, and as a member of the support team, there are no barriers to using your skills to improve the experience of our users and customers.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to automatically check a GitLab Omnibus install for known issues
A
solution to capture the state of a customer’s server
for easier troubleshooting
A tool which turns log files into interactive tables to easily sort and filter columns
A functionality to
ChatOps
to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com

Participate in regular rotations for weekday and weekend on-call coverage (daytime only), providing emergency support to our Self-managed and SaaS customers, or working with our SaaS Production team to coordinate incident communications
Participate in our hiring processes by reviewing applications and assessments, and by participating in interviews.
What you’ll bring
Experience in, and passion for managing customer facing cases throughout the entire support lifecycle from initial customer inquiry to triage and reproduction, writing bug reports for hand off to the development team, and case resolution
Excellent Linux systems administration knowledge (LFCE or RHCE equivalent knowledge)
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash), and MVC frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails)
Experience with Git and CI/CD
Expertise in writing support content

About the team
The Support team is distributed all over the world across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. Support Engineers work on Support Tickets and helping GitLab’s customers, but they also dig into the code and logs to find out why something is not working as expected. The Collaboration here at GitLab is extraordinary and exciting - Support Engineers
solve complex problems together
and participate in regular pairing sessions and 1:1s, as well as coffee chats and Slack conversations that help them stay connected. Team members are given the ability to structure their shift the way it best suits their private life while maintaining our ability to address customer issues.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
RC Capital is RevenueCat's first move into financial services. Our first product, Early Payouts, gives developers access to App Store proceeds without waiting the usual 30 to 60 days for Apple and Google to pay them.
As Sales & Operations Specialist, RC Capital, you will own the customer lifecycle end-to-end - from identifying and qualifying suitable prospects through screening, onboarding, activation, ongoing support, account operations, and portfolio health. You will combine commercial judgment, customer care, operational discipline, and risk awareness to help RC Capital acquire and serve more healthy customers.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role on a small founding team. You might move from a discovery call to an onboarding issue, a portfolio review, and a workflow improvement in the same day. You will work closely with Sales, Support, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and GTM Operations, and report to the VP of Strategy & Operations. You will also help build the playbook and systems future teammates inherit.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Sales and qualification. Manage a portfolio of inbound and targeted outbound opportunities. Run discovery, assess product and customer fit, coordinate screening, handle objections, maintain momentum, and guide suitable prospects to a clear decision.
- Onboarding and activation. Lead approved customers from decision to activated. Ensure customers understand how to use Early Payouts successfully.
- Customer support and portfolio operations. Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, including questions, disputes, and operational issues. Coordinate with RevenueCat Support and specialist teams, and own follow-through through resolution.
- Risk-aware execution. Apply documented customer, fraud, and risk policies consistently; investigate issues; document decisions; monitor emerging patterns; and make sound recommendations. Escalate exceptions and regulated or high-impact decisions to the appropriate risk, legal, finance, or leadership owner.
- Lifecycle performance and insight. Maintain a reliable view of pipeline, onboarding, support demand, usage, and portfolio health. Turn data into recommendations on funnel quality, conversion, time to activation, drop-off, retention, customer experience, and risk indicators. Bring structured customer insight to Product to inform roadmaps.
- Systems, automation, and playbooks. Improve CRM, support workflows, internal handoffs, reporting, documentation, and automation. Use AI thoughtfully to reduce manual work and response times without weakening controls or customer trust. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Data, and Product on durable implementations.
- Customer and growth. Partner with Marketing on focused acquisition and lifecycle experiments. Support marketing efforts like campaign execution, competitive analysis, and content that drives demand.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a high-ownership, customer-facing commercial or operations role spanning sales, account management, customer success, customer support, or customer operations.
- A track record of moving opportunities through a commercial process and managing a meaningful volume of customer relationships with strong follow-through.
- Experience in fintech, payments, lending, factoring, embedded finance, or another environment where customer growth and operational risk are closely connected.
- 1-2 years of marketing or growth experience running campaigns or managing CRM-driven outreach.
- Strong operational judgment: you clarify ownership, define next steps, document decisions, apply policy consistently, and recognize when an issue needs specialist review.
- Analytical fluency across CRM, support, and analytics tools, with the ability to diagnose funnel or portfolio performance and recommend action.
- Practical experience improving workflows with automation and AI, including judgment about where automation introduces unacceptable risk or a poor customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication: persuasive with prospects, clear during onboarding, calm in disputes, and concise with executives and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity on a small, autonomous team and working hours that meaningfully overlap with US time zones.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience with payment operations, underwriting, fraud and risk workflows, disputes, or compliance-adjacent processes.
- Experience launching a new product, business line, or operating motion before the playbook was written.
- Knowledge of mobile apps, developer products, subscriptions, or App Store economics.
- Experience contributing to CRM or lifecycle campaigns, customer-facing content, or growth experiments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Notion, Linear, Intercom or Zendesk, Slack, Zoom, and product analytics platforms.
What success looks like
In your first 30 days
- Understand RC Capital's product, customers, unit economics, risk model, and role within RevenueCat.
- Map the lifecycle from first signal through activation and live-account support.
- Establish baseline reporting for pipeline quality, conversion, time to decision, time to activation, support demand, repeat usage, and portfolio health.
- Shadow sales, onboarding, support, risk, and account reviews; then handle initial customer interactions with support.
- Ship one concrete improvement to a workflow, report, playbook, or automation.
By 90 days
- Independently own a portfolio from qualification and screening through onboarding and ongoing operations, escalating genuine exceptions appropriately.
- Give the team a reliable view of pipeline, onboarding, support, usage, and portfolio performance, with recommendations rather than reporting alone.
- Run a consistent cadence for opportunity follow-up, onboarding, live-account reviews, and issue resolution.
- Ship workflow or automation improvements that reduce manual work or customer wait time without weakening controls.
- Support marketing efforts to deliver on targets.
- Translate recurring customer and operational friction into structured recommendations for Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Support, or Marketing.
By 6 to 12 months
- Improve key lifecycle measures such as conversion, activation speed, utilization and retention.
- Help grow a portfolio of healthy customers while keeping fraud, disputes, losses, and other agreed risk indicators within guardrails.
- Maintain a commercial and customer-operations playbook another teammate can follow without relying on context held only in people's heads.
- Help turn the early motion into a repeatable engine and identify which responsibilities should move to partner teams or future hires as volume grows.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Our mission is to empower data practitioners to create and disseminate organizational knowledge. dbt Core is the open-source engine at the heart of this mission, used by tens of thousands of analysts and engineers to transform data with the rigor of software engineering. We are looking for a systems-oriented engineer to join the small, expert team that builds and maintains this foundational piece of the modern data stack. This is an opportunity to work on deeply technical, high-leverage problems where your contributions will improve the daily workflow of a massive and passionate open-source community.
About The Team
The dbt Core team are the stewards of the open-source engine that powers the modern data stack for tens of thousands of practitioners. This small, high-trust group of systems engineers tackles the most fundamental challenges in dbt: ensuring the performance, reliability, and architectural integrity of
dbt
itself. They not only own the core execution engine but also architect the crucial adapter framework that connects dbt to a growing ecosystem of databases and data platforms.
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Core & Adapters team, you will be a steward of the performance, reliability, and architectural integrity of dbt. You will tackle ambiguous, open-ended problems and take ownership of critical systems.
What You’ll Do
Dive deep into the dbt-core execution engine, using your systems expertise to identify, debug, and eliminate performance bottlenecks in our Python codebase.
Architect and implement improvements to our adapter interface, the crucial layer that connects dbt to a growing ecosystem of databases and data platforms, enabling the community to build more powerful and efficient integrations.
Debug complex, system-level issues that span from Linux process management and concurrency models to database query planning and network protocols.
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to the long-term architectural roadmap for dbt Core, making key decisions about what, how, and when we build to ensure its scalability and reliability for years to come.
Mentor other engineers and review contributions from our vibrant open-source community, upholding our high standards for code quality, testing, and design while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Take strong ownership of our distributed systems, troubleshoot complex production issues, and participate in an on-call rotation to maintain high availability and deliver a resilient platform experience.
Skills We’re Looking For
We are looking for an engineer with a strong performance and debugging mindset, excellent mental models for complex systems, and a deep curiosity for infrastructure and open-source software.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on building and operating backend systems in a production environment.
Deep backend engineering experience and proficiency in Python.
A systematic, first-principles approach to problem-solving, with comfort navigating and debugging in Linux environments (e.g., understanding process scheduling, memory management, file systems).
Solid grasp of database internals, such as query execution engines, storage layers, indexing strategies, and transaction management.
Excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership, with the ability to balance technical depth with fast, iterative delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
A background in data warehousing, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
Professional experience writing production code in Go or Rust.
Experience contributing to or maintaining a popular open-source project.
Experience building compilers, interpreters, or developer tooling.
Familiarity with performance analysis tools like
perf
or
strace
.
The Team & Our Culture
You will join a small, high-trust team of senior and staff-level engineers who are passionate about building robust, well-crafted, and reliable software. We operate in a remote-first, asynchronous-friendly environment that values deep work, clear written communication, and a high degree of autonomy. We are deeply connected to our users and the open-source community, and we believe that the best solutions come from a rigorous, collaborative, and empathetic engineering process.

As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Security Engineer to own the hands-on engineering and operational work within our security program. You will be embedded in the Cloud Engineering team, report into the Security Officer, and work closely together to identify risks, set priorities, and drive security issues through remediation. You will act as a security enabler across all Product & Engineering.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Run our public bug bounty program: triage reports, reproduce and validate findings, communicate clearly with security researchers, and drive remediation through to closure.
- Investigate reported vulnerabilities at the code level, including our Rust core, Go and Python tooling.
- Enable engineers to build secure systems: provide tooling, paved-road defaults, documentation, and practical guidance so security is the easy path, not a checkpoint.
- Partner with engineering teams to design, review, and verify fixes, and set clear security requirements on changes where the risk warrants it.
- Harden and maintain our GitHub organization’s security posture, including secret scanning, push protection, branch protection and rulesets, dependency alerts, and code scanning, in partnership with the engineering teams that use these repositories daily.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and related infrastructure.
- Track and report security metrics (vulnerability remediation SLAs, MTTR, patch latency, critical findings) and keep reporting current for the Security Officer.
- Implement, configure, and maintain security tooling across our development and cloud environments.
- Support security incident response, including investigation, containment, remediation, and follow-up.
- Maintain clear, complete, and auditable records of vulnerability and incident work in our tracking systems.
- Build security automation and guardrails that scale across the development lifecycle: CI/CD security checks, policy-as-code, GitHub automation, and automated cloud security controls, so secure defaults are enforced by tooling rather than review.
- Participate in threat modeling and architecture reviews for new services and major changes.
We are also building out our ISMS, which creates opportunities to contribute to security-tooling evaluations, technical vendor assessments, and proof-of-concept work. Formal compliance ownership, vendor risk assessments, and customer security questionnaires remain with the Security Officer.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on security engineering, vulnerability management, and incident response. The Security Officer owns compliance, formal third-party risk assessments, and customer security questionnaires, allowing you to focus primarily on engineering work. On-call expectations are low: there is no formal rotation, though occasional availability for high-severity incidents is expected.
WHO YOU ARE
- You can read and navigate an unfamiliar codebase (Rust, Go, Python) well enough to validate a vulnerability report, trace its impact, and judge whether a proposed fix actually closes it.
- You write and maintain automation and security tooling comfortably, and can hold a credible technical conversation in code review.
- Experience triaging vulnerability reports or working with a bug bounty program, vulnerability disclosure program, product security team, or similar function.
- Practical knowledge of cloud and container security, particularly AWS and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with GitHub security features and securing CI/CD pipelines.
- The ability to investigate alerts and vulnerabilities methodically, distinguish genuine risk from noise, and recommend proportionate remediation.
- Clear written communication skills for working with external researchers and internal engineering teams.
- A self-directed approach and comfort independently managing a security queue.
- 3+ years in a hands-on security engineering, product security, or vulnerability management role.
Nice to have
- An offensive security background, such as penetration testing, CTF participation, vulnerability research, or exploit analysis.
- Experience working in an open-source company or contributing security improvements to open-source projects.
- Familiarity with cloud-native incident response.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE RETAIL TEAM
- Sierra is partnering with a large and growing number of retailers - spanning apparel and beauty, grocery and big-box, home and auto, consumer services, marketplaces, and consumer technology. Our agents help millions of shoppers and members every day: tracking and returning orders, finding the right product, booking services, and resolving issues in each brand’s own voice.
- Retail is also where AI agents go beyond support to generate revenue. From product discovery and personalized recommendations to cart recovery, win-back campaigns, and in-store support that turns unanswered store calls into visits and sales, our team is redefining what an agent can do for a brand’s top line - not just its cost line.
- Join us to transform how the world’s most-loved consumer brands engage their customers - and help build technology that makes shopping more personal, effortless, and delightful for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling. Build new relationships with our enterprise customers and prospects to drive revenue, pipeline, and deployment capacity.
- Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with our largest customers. Serve as their primary point of contact and exceed their expectations.
- Negotiating & closing complex deal cycles: Lead negotiations with existing and prospective customers, addressing objections and closing deals. Navigate contracts and agreements quickly and effectively, working closely with legal and finance stakeholders.
- Sales strategy & planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Craft tailored sales presentations and proposals that meet our enterprise customers needs. Collaborate with our marketing team to implement effective sales campaigns and presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with our broader GTM team, as well as our product, technical and operations orgs to deliver our industry-leading product.
- Operate as an AI-native seller: Leverage AI tools across the full sales cycle- account research, personalized outreach, call summarization, pipeline forecasting, and deal execution- to automate low-value tasks and reinvest that time into high-value customer relationships, while continuously adopting and experimenting with new tools to work faster and smarter than traditional methods allow.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6-8 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role, identifying and closing large accounts.
- Enterprise experience: Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals.

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
