From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We’re looking for a
Sr Software Engineer
to join the Platform Ops team (Platform Engineering) and enable developer productivity by building and improving developer tooling and environments, and by improving other productivity tools around observability. Our team builds the shared systems and workflows engineers rely on every day—internal developer environments and self-serve tooling that makes the recommended way to ship changes the easiest way. This is a platform tooling role with a focus is on reusable capabilities and self-service workflows adopted across teams.
You’ll also help develop AI-based workflows for productivity and efficiency, including automation that improves infrastructure operations (for example, faster triage, automated runbook steps, and better self-service for common issues). You’ll prioritize the highest-impact problems by looking at where time is being lost today (slow builds, flaky tests, manual release steps, repetitive operational work) and turning that into concrete projects. You’ll set clear success metrics up front and use them to guide design decisions and rollouts.
Expect to partner closely with engineering teams to drive adoption, document changes, and iterate based on feedback. You’ll drive cross-team work across internal tooling, developer environments, observability, and reliability, focusing on measurable improvements (for example: shorter lead time, fewer incidents, and faster recovery). You’ll add automation and enable developer workflows across all three major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
Over time, you’ll own medium-sized projects end-to-end: identify the highest-friction workflows with partner teams, build and ship improvements, roll them out safely, and iterate based on adoption and measurable outcomes (for example: faster builds, fewer flaky tests, shorter time to debug, and less operational toil). You’ll collaborate closely with Platform Engineering, Release Engineering, Security, and product engineering teams to make improvements that are easy to adopt and maintain.
What You’ll Do
Build internal tools and services in
Python
and/or
Go
Build tooling for our internal developer platform (self-service workflows, shared patterns, developer-facing interfaces)
Add automation and enable developer workflows across all three major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
Develop AI-based workflows that improve developer experience and reduce repetitive manual work, including efficiency gains in infrastructure operations
Improve developer feedback loops through better observability (metrics/logs/traces), making failures easier to diagnose
Automate common engineering workflows (scaffolding, environment setup, releases, operational runbooks)
Improve observability for platform services (metrics, logs, traces) to make issues easier to detect and debug
Integrate tools into existing workflows (CLI, Slack, GitHub, dashboards) where it reduces time-to-resolution
Participate in on-call/incident response as needed and drive follow-up automation to prevent repeat issues
Skills We’re Looking For
Professional software engineering experience in
Python
and/or
Go
Experience building developer productivity tooling (CI systems, build tooling, developer portals, workflow automation)
Experience with at least one cloud provider (
AWS
,
Azure
, or
GCP
)
Strong fundamentals: testing, code review, debugging, and operating production services
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-team environment
You'll have an edge if you have:
Kubernetes experience
Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu), including reusable modules and safe state management

What you will do:
- Identify security gaps and vulnerabilities in all ClickHouse offerings triage a wide range of vulnerabilities reported via our bug bounty program, responsible disclosure, GitHub Issues covering web, API and server - client assets including low level memory issues like heap or buffer overflows
- Improve and develop security assurance activities - pentests, vulnerability assessments, bug bounty programs, fuzzing
- Plan and execute internal red team assessments and penetration tests against ClickHouse infrastructure, cloud environments, designing realistic adversary scenarios to test detection, response and control effectiveness
- Assess AI/LLM-specific attack surface across ClickHouse's own AI-powered features and internal AI tooling, including prompt injection, model/data exfiltration, and unsafe agentic tool-use patterns
- Build and operate agentic tooling for reconnaissance, exploit-chaining and attack-path discovery, and apply LLM-assisted fuzzing to accelerate vulnerability discovery across ClickHouse's products and infrastructure
- Partner with detection engineering to validate and improve detection coverage during red team exercises, measuring and reporting on control effectiveness and time to detect/respond
- Handle information security events and incidents across ClickHouse products and services
- Develop processes, tooling and automation to scale security processes and mitigate risks to the business
What you bring along:
- 7+ years of experience in pentesting, red teaming and product security
- Experience supporting engineering and product implementation efforts by performing threat assessments, assurance activities, advisory as well as, in some cases, implementation work across distributed systems covering web, API, client/server assets
- Hands-on experience conducting offensive security engagements - internal red teaming, penetration testing and adversary simulation - across cloud, network and application environments
- Ability to design adversary scenarios grounded in real threat intelligence (e.g. ransomware operators, supply chain attackers, insider threat) tailored to ClickHouse's risk profile as a multi-tenant cloud data platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate attack chains into clear, actionable findings for engineering and leadership
- Experience building or adapting agentic and LLM-assisted tooling for offensive security use cases (recon automation, exploit chaining, fuzzing harnesses), with judgment on where AI genuinely speeds up an engagement versus adds noise
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-specific vulnerability classes and testing methodology
- Strong knowledge of and experience with one or more cloud service providers (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, Cilium
- Experience implementing and operating engineering security tools and processes (e.g. static / dynamic code analysis, software composition analysis, SBOM, OWASP SAMM, client and network fuzzing tools)
- Security as code mindset, with focus on solving problems with automation and scale in mind
Bonus Points:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Previous contributions to open source projects
- Security or cloud related certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Previous experience in using AI security harnesses for pentesting purposes
- Experience building or operating internal red team tooling and infrastructure from scratch, rather than relying solely on off-the-shelf frameworks
- Offensive security certifications (e.g. OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, OSWE)

- Manage and challenge the full vendor portfolio: onboarding, performance monitoring, contract tracking, invoicing, RFPs
- Own office procurement: purchases, budget tracking, cost optimization, reporting
- Lead Alan's RSE (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach: audit current practices, benchmark comparable organizations, build a prioritized action plan and drive concrete initiatives
Key outcomes by 1 year
- Office operations at Valmy are running smoothly and reliably — daily rounds, maintenance follow-up and supply management are handled with no recurring gaps
- Vendor portfolio is documented and tracked: contracts, invoices and performance are monitored consistently
- Led at least two vendor reviews or benchmarking processes, produced clear findings and took corresponding decisions autonomously
- Led an RSE audit: assessed what exists at Alan, benchmarked comparable organizations, proposed a realistic and prioritized action plan, and launched at least 2 concrete actions
- Automated at least 3 manual or recurring tasks
You may be a great fit if you are:
- An Office Manager with 2–4 years of experience, with a procurement or vendor management dimension, from a scale-up or fast-growing company
- A Facilities coordinator who has managed multiple vendors simultaneously and owned budget lines
- An operational profile with concrete RSE delivery experience

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a VP, Mid-Market Sales in the East / Mid-Atlantic region, you’ll report directly to the SVP, Mid-Market Sales.
As an integral member of our sales leadership team, you will have the responsibility of managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives. Your team will focus on sales within the 50 to 9,999 life segment, making significant contributions to our overall growth and success.
What you will do
Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the East Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives
Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region
Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing brokers and partners in your region
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas
Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation
The target total comp (inclusive of base + commission) range for this role is $375,000 – $410,000. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan and benefits package, including: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health, and more.
Few roles offer this combination: work that is genuinely hard, a mission that is genuinely important, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. If that’s what you’re looking for, we’d love to meet you.

As an Account Executive in the Southwest region, you’ll report directly to the VP, Employer Sales, Southwest. Candidates for this role will be required to be based in the territory they are handling.
The Account Executive will deliver strong sales results within the Southwest market in the 50-199 life segment. This role’s focus is relationship management within our partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents and employers. You will carry your own quota, activating new brokers, deepening the partners already producing for Garner, and opening the next wave of top-producing advisors. It is a build-and-close role: you fill your own pipeline, run deals end to end, and put in place the tracking that keeps your territory predictable. Every partner you activate puts higher-quality, lower-cost care in reach for more members.
What you will do
Own revenue responsibilities for your specific territory in the Southwest market, which includes: AR, LA, TN, MS, TX, WY, NM, CO
Continue and expand on Garner’s existing broker relationships
Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our sales and partnership pipeline
What we're looking for
Experience in a quota-carrying channel or partner sales role
A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system
Experience selling benefits-adjacent products or in healthcare is a plus, but not required
Candidates for this role will be required to be based in the territory they are handling
Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders
The target total comp (inclusive of base + bonus) range for this role is $160,000 – $175,000.
