From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for an amazing individual to join Fivetran's Employee Experience team as our Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications. This role goes beyond writing great comms — you'll also help design how employees experience Fivetran day to day, from how we listen to them, to how we recognize them, to how we bring them together as a community. You'll craft compelling communications for employees around the world, build the frameworks that connect employees to one another and to our priorities, and design programs that make people feel heard, valued, and energized — all in service of our company mission.
You'll be hands-on: writing stellar communications, designing employee listening mechanisms, building recognition programs, and running culture and community initiatives. You'll also zoom out — building frameworks and cadences that scale, and using data (surveys, engagement metrics, attendance, participation) to tell a story about how the organization is doing and what to do next.

Manage and optimize internal communication channels (email, intranet, Slack, and other digital platforms)
Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan for unexpected events affecting the company and its employees
Employee Listening
Design and run an employee listening framework across employee groups (e.g., ERGs) and around key moments (e.g., reorgs), at a minimum quarterly cadence
Establish feedback mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of communications and programs, and translate what you hear into action
Recognition
Build and document a company-wide recognition framework, pilot it with an initial team, and iterate based on results
Integrate recognition into everyday tools and processes (e.g., Slack, Workday) and align it with company values
Culture
Identify and help launch culture initiatives grounded in our top company values
Track and report on awareness and adoption (e.g., through the annual company survey)
Events & Community
Design a connection framework for events and community programming, including remote/distributed hubs
Plan and deliver company events (holiday, community, and milestone moments) with clear attendance and satisfaction goals
Data & Storytelling
Analyze and present data (survey results, attendance, engagement, participation) accurately and use it to tell a clear story that drives decisions
Skills We’re Looking For

Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs is building the creative suite for the AI generation. Millions of creators and marketers already use our platform to generate speech, music, images, and video — and many of the world's best creators already talk about our products organically. It's time to turn that signal into a real program.
We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to build our influencer program from zero to one. You will own the entire channel: strategy, creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, briefs and creative direction, campaign execution around product launches, and measurement. This is not a coordination role — you will be the owner and operator of a channel we believe can become one of our biggest growth levers.
We are looking for the top 1% of people in this industry. The right person has already taken an influencer program from nothing to something — with real numbers to prove it — and wants to do it again with more budget, a better product, and a faster team. You have sharp taste in creators and content, you negotiate deals that work for both sides, and you think about influencer spend the way a performance marketer thinks about paid: in terms of true incremental impact, not vanity metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook
- Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our creator, marketer, and developer segments
- Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee integrations, performance hybrids, long-term ambassadorships — and manage creator contracts with Legal
- Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, and give fast, decisive feedback on draft content
- Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative
- Own measurement: work with our data team on attribution and incrementality (we already run a halo attribution model), and make continue/pause/scale calls on every creator and agency based on true ROI
- Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplifying top creator content, and with social to extend campaign reach
- Build repeatable systems — sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates, reporting — so the program scales beyond you
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a meaningful, measurable channel — you can walk us through the before and after with real numbers
- Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X, including non-standard structures (performance hybrids, ambassadorships, usage rights)
- Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality, and the judgment to make budget calls when attribution is imperfect
- Sharp creator taste — you can tell which creators will move the needle for a product like ours and which will just burn budget
- Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills; you raise content quality without killing authenticity
- Experience managing meaningful budgets and working cross-functionally with paid, social, product marketing, data, and legal
- A genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape — you follow the space, use the tools, and have informed opinions about where things are headed
BONUS
- Built or scaled an influencer program at a creative tools, AI, or developer-facing company (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma, Notion, Runway, or similar)
- Managed 7-figure annual creator/sponsorship budgets
- Experience on the agency or creator side of the table — you know how the other side negotiates
- Built adjacent programs: ambassador, affiliate, or B2B thought-leader partnerships
- Multilingual capabilities
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead the influencer and creator partnerships function as the program scales, building a team around you
- Expand into broader creator/community growth ownership across ElevenLabs brands
- Move into growth or brand marketing leadership as the Growth org evolves
LOCATION
This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to collaborate across EST–CET timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Growth team (internally called "Value Discovery") and help expand our product-led business by helping customers discover and get the most out of our platform.
At Sentry, we do growth with an explicit bias for customer value. Our experiments are rooted in strong product sense and empathy for developers, not conversion pressure. We never surprise developers with new charges or push features they don't need. In a binary tradeoff between doing good by the customer or good by the business, the customer always wins.
You'll collaborate closely with several areas of the business including Product, BizOps, Data, Design, and GTM to identify the moments in a developer's workflow where Sentry can deliver more value, make that value easier to find, and support that your approach works with data.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
You'll lead a team of engineers, set its priorities, and be accountable for the metrics it moves. This is a new role, and the roadmap is yours to define and execute in partnership with design and data teams.
- Lead work across Sentry's self-serve funnel — signup and onboarding, first-run activation moments in-product, trial and upgrade paths, and pricing and billing surfaces in partnership with the Billing team — largely in our Python/Django and TypeScript/React codebase
- Evolve our experimentation foundations, in close partnership with our Data team — flagging, instrumentation, and readouts are real but far from finished
- Run a fast, disciplined experimentation loop where hypotheses are argued before they're built
- Hold conversion and activation alongside churn, support volume, and 90-day retention, and report all of them — including the experiments that come back flat
- Grow the engineers on your team, including the underrated skill of doing excellent work on something that might be deleted next week
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Believe Growth done well is a form of customer service, not a conversion engine
- Would rather ship one well-argued hypothesis than five cheap tests, and can tell the difference before the results come in
- Love digging into data to find insights but form your best hypotheses from empathizing with customers
- Enjoy the challenge of understanding developer workflows deeply enough to know where and when a change creates value
- Want to build the measurement foundation rather than inherit one, and have opinions about what a team should/shouldn't bother instrumenting
- Are comfortable being the person who says the result doesn't hold up
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years managing engineers, including time owning a metric-driven team, on top of a strong engineering background
- Technically credible with senior engineers — our EMs engage substantively in architecture and technical decisions, and every EM passes a technical assessment at a senior IC bar
- Strong product sense — you identify where a change will create the most value, not just where a metric can be moved
- Experience helping users get the most out of a complex product
- Working fluency with experimentation frameworks, feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics instrumentation
- Able to talk to users credibly about their workflows, tooling, and pain points, with genuine opinions about the developer tools you've used
- Bonus: you've worked on growth at a developer tools company, built experimentation infrastructure from a low starting point, or run experiments at volumes where significance wasn't guaranteed
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $450,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building its UK partnerships ecosystem, and we're looking for a Channel Partner Manager who can turn relationships across a myriad of industries into meaningful customer opportunities. This is a generalist role for someone who can see where a partnership makes sense, move quickly, and build momentum across a varied partner portfolio.
You'll identify how and where Ramp can create value for a prospective partner's customer base, then carry the relationship through to qualified introductions and customer adoption. You'll learn what uniquely motivates each partner and turn early success into a repeatable flywheel of referrals. Some relationships will need to be built from the ground up; others will need sharper activation and follow-through. The mix will evolve, so you should be comfortable moving between different partner models while staying focused on commercial outcomes.
You'll work closely with Ramp's UK Sales team and colleagues in Partnerships, Marketing, Events, Product, and Engineering to connect the right partners and customers and make each introduction count.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and manage a varied portfolio of UK partners, adapting your approach to each relationship and industry.
- Identify how Ramp can create value for a prospective partner's customer base, then prioritize relationships with the clearest path to fast execution.
- Understand what matters to each partner and shape a referral motion that gives them a compelling reason to keep bringing relevant customers to Ramp.
- Create repeatable sources of qualified introductions through partner enablement, account mapping, joint campaigns, events, and warm networks.
- Use business communities, hospitality, and executive events when they can create relevant introductions and measurable commercial value.
- Coordinate partner introductions and follow-up with Ramp's Sales team so opportunities have a clear owner and a strong customer experience.
- Track partner activity from introduction through qualified opportunity and customer adoption; use the data to refine each motion and focus time on what works.
- Run regular partner reviews, keep commitments moving across teams, and represent Ramp credibly with partner executives and prospective customers.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in partnerships, business development, partner sales, account management, or commercial strategy.
- A record of building trusted senior relationships and delivering measurable commercial results through partners.
- The ability to learn different partner business models quickly, understand their customers, and spot where Ramp can create value.
- Strong commercial judgement in prioritizing prospects, shaping warm introductions, and managing opportunities with sales teams.
- Experience executing partner go-to-market activity, such as enablement, account mapping, campaigns, events, or co-sell programs.
- Comfort using performance data to assess partner activity, report results, and adjust course.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to work across partner organizations and internal teams.
- A hands-on, organized working style that keeps multiple relationships and commitments moving at once.
- UK-based, with flexibility to travel across the UK and attend occasional evening or weekend partner events.
NICE TO HAVES
- A background in strategy consulting or investment banking.
- Experience creating B2B pipeline through partner networks, executive events, hospitality, or account-based campaigns.
- Familiarity with UK small and medium-sized businesses and the finance leaders who buy and use Ramp's products.
- Experience building a new partner motion in a growing market or adapting a successful approach to a new partner category.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Ramp has a prioritized UK partner portfolio with a clear customer opportunity and path to activation for each active relationship.
- Partners and Ramp teams know who owns each introduction, opportunity, and next step.
- Partner activity produces a consistent flow of relevant introductions, qualified opportunities, and customers.
- Partners continue to bring relevant referrals because the relationship creates value for their customers and for their own business.
- The strongest partner motions are repeatable, and the team has evidence to decide where to invest next.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're seeking an experienced Social Escalations Manager to be a founding member of a new pillar of our Operations organization: Community & Executive Escalations. This role is the front line of how Anthropic protects its reputation when high-stakes user issues surface on public social platforms. You'll help stand up the function from scratch and operate it day-to-day. You'll actively monitor brand and product conversations, triage emerging issues, and own social escalations end-to-end. During live escalations, you'll build real-time social reports that turn data into actionable recommendations to resolve issues quickly and reduce reputational risk. The ideal candidate pairs deep fluency in the social analytics landscape with calm judgment under pressure, sharp written communication, and a bias toward action.
Key responsibilities
Build the team's playbooks, escalation criteria, tooling solutions, and SOPs to successfully manage social escalations
Actively monitor public social channels for brand mentions, surfacing potential escalations and triaging them against defined criteria
Own social escalations end-to-end during your coverage hours
Communicate crisply with internal stakeholders: brief executives on live situations, give Comms partners the facts they need, and keep incident channels useful and current
Build social reports in real-time, using the data to drive actionable recommendations that quickly and effectively resolve live incidents and reduce reputational risk
Write clear post-escalation reports that capture what happened, what we did, and what should change—so the next escalation is easier than the last
Help iterate on the team's playbooks, response templates, escalation criteria, and SOPs based on what you learn running real cases
Minimum qualifications
6+ years of experience in social analytics, escalations management, customer support, or a related front-line operations role—ideally at a consumer or developer platform
Deep knowledge of the social landscape and hands-on experience using social listening tools (query writing, alert design, API pipelines, report building)
Excellent judgment under pressure and have a strong instinct for how issues spread across public social platforms
Sharp written communication—you can brief a senior leader in three sentences and document an incident so the next responder can pick it up cold
Comfort coordinating across functions in real time and influencing partners without positional authority
A pattern-detection mindset—you spot the second-order issue beneath the first-order complaint and surface it to the right people
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this team is brand new and you'll be helping define what good looks like as you operate
Excitement about protecting Anthropic's reputation and relationships at a moment when public attention on AI has never been higher
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$210,000
—
$260,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ever wondered what it's actually like to build a career at a company millions of developers rely on?
Software Engineers at Sentry write real code on real projects that ship to production. No busywork, no "prove yourself first" purgatory. Just you, a team that actually trusts you, and a codebase used by millions of developers every day, including the ones building the AI tools everyone's talking about.
You'll land on either an SDK https://docs.sentry.io/?original_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fsentry.io%2Fcareers%2F%3Fteam%3DEngineering%2B team or Ingest — and either way, you're in the critical path, not on the sidelines. SDKs are where past interns have shipped async support for our Python SDK https://blog.sentry.io/meet-sentrys-2025-summer-interns/#simon-1-16 and a faster AWS Lambda extension https://blog.sentry.io/meet-sentrys-2025-summer-interns/#martin-1-17 — real code running inside frameworks developers use every day. Ingest is the backbone: you'll get hands-on with the pipelines (including our open-source Relay https://github.com/getsentry/relay and Symbolicator https://github.com/getsentry/symbolicator) that process millions of events every minute.
New grad hires are rad hires. Our onboarding is built to set you up for long-term success from day one — comprehensive training, dedicated mentorship, social events, and a built-in community of peers who started right alongside you. (There are also snacks. The good kind.)
Many of our new grads started out as interns here first — read the stories https://blog.sentry.io/life-at-sentry/ from Sentaurs who liked it enough to come back full-time.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be matched with one of our SDKs https://sentry.io/platforms/, Product or Ingest teams, based on your interests and experience
- Design, develop, and ship features and systems that drive real value to customers
- Own projects end-to-end, from design through production
- Receive ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentorship from your manager and teammates
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Want to be treated like an engineer from day one
- Care about how software actually works
- Are excited about where AI is taking software development and want to build in the middle of it
- Want mentorship that's real, not scheduled
- Like shipping things and seeing them used at scale
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recently completed or completing an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science or a related field
- At least one previous internship or equivalent hands-on experience
- Solid grasp of algorithms and data structures fundamentals
- Comfortable using GitHub: branching, pull requests, code review, the works
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or a similar dynamic language, picked up through internships, personal projects, or coursework
- Can pick up a new language or framework quickly and run with it
- Experience collaborating on an engineering project with a team (class, open source, work, it counts)
- Available to start in 2027 and able to relocate to Vienna, Austria (we'll help get you there and cover housing)
- Please note the following:
- Visa sponsorship is considered on a case-by-case basis
- This is a full-time position

Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
It’s an exciting time at Fin - especially within our Deployment Services team. We’re helping some of the world’s most innovative companies transform how they support their customers through AI-powered customer service.
As a
Senior
AI Deployment Consultant
, you’ll lead our largest and most complex customer deployments, combining world-class project management with hands-on technical configuration of the Fin platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor who ensures our customers achieve value quickly and at scale, guiding them not only to do the foundations, but set a direction on how they measure their impact with AI.
You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence.
What will I be doing?
Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation to Fin - acting as a primary point of contact throughout.
Hold projects to scope, schedule, and budget that align with each customer’s unique goals and support model and keep GTM partners current on project state.
Lead discovery sessions to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical and project plans.
Own the hands-on configuration of the Fin platform—spanning automation, workflows, and analytics—while orchestrating technical readiness across data migrations, integrations, and security protocols.
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve complex technical hurdles while maintaining autonomy over the vast majority of platform implementation.
Coordinate technical readiness activities, including integrations, data migrations, and security reviews.
Run projects with operational precision: maintained risk logs, a structured reporting cadence to both customer and internal leadership, clear escalation paths, and documented decisions. Surface risk early enough that it can be mitigated rather than managed.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D - shaping deployment strategy up front and feeding what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

WHOOP is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Quality to lead field quality across our Hardware and Accessories & Apparel (A&A) portfolio and oversee our Failure Analysis function and Quality Lab. Reporting to the Vice President of Hardware Quality, you will translate the broader quality strategy into scalable programs, operating mechanisms, and measurable outcomes that improve product quality and the member experience. You will connect field performance, member feedback, failure analysis, manufacturing and supplier data, and product insights to identify emerging risks, drive root cause and corrective action, and ensure learnings from the field influence future product and process decisions.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring both deep quality expertise and the ability to lead through others. You will build and develop a high-performing team, establish clear quality metrics and escalation mechanisms, and partner across Supplier Quality, NPI Quality, Hardware Engineering, Accessories and Apparel, Reliability Engineering, Supply Chain, Global Operations, Membership Services, and our manufacturing and supplier network to drive continuous improvement across the WHOOP product ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the field quality strategy and execution across Hardware and Accessories & Apparel, establishing KPIs, operating mechanisms, and cross-functional programs that identify emerging quality issues, prioritize risk, and drive measurable improvements in field performance and member experience.
- Own the Failure Analysis function, Early Field Failure Analysis (EFFA) program, and Quality Lab, establishing scalable processes and technical capabilities to rapidly characterize failures, determine root cause, and translate findings into actionable design, manufacturing, supplier, and process improvements.
- Build a closed-loop quality system connecting the field back to product development and manufacturing, synthesizing field returns, member feedback, reliability results, manufacturing trends, supplier performance, and failure analysis insights to identify systemic issues and influence upstream quality strategy and product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional resolution of complex and high-impact quality issues, partnering with Analytics, Supplier Quality, NPI Quality, Hardware Engineering, Accessories and Apparel, Reliability Engineering, Supply Chain, Global Operations, Membership Services, contract manufacturers, and suppliers to establish containment, root cause, corrective and preventive actions, and verification of effectiveness.
- Establish data-driven field quality management and executive visibility, defining metrics, escalation criteria, and review mechanisms in partnership with Analytics that enable teams and leadership to understand quality performance, make informed trade-offs, anticipate risk, and focus resources on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Field Quality and Failure Analysis team, setting clear priorities and performance expectations, developing technical and leadership capability, and creating scalable systems that enable the organization to operate with increasing autonomy, speed, rigor, and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in field quality, quality engineering, failure analysis, reliability, manufacturing quality, or a related discipline supporting consumer electronics, wearable technology, apparel/accessories, medical devices, or other complex consumer products.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and complex quality programs across multiple products or product categories, with the ability to translate broad quality objectives into clear priorities, operating mechanisms, and measurable outcomes.
- Deep expertise in structured problem-solving and failure analysis methodologies, including root cause analysis, 5 Why, 8D, FMEA, DOE, Pareto analysis, CAPA, and related quality tools.
- Experience building or leading failure analysis capabilities and laboratories, including the effective application of analytical techniques and equipment to characterize product failures and drive root cause determination.
- Strong analytical acumen with experience using field performance, return, manufacturing, supplier, and customer/member data to identify trends, assess risk, prioritize investigations, and influence decisions.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence technical and business stakeholders across Engineering, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, manufacturing partners, and suppliers in a fast-paced global environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
