ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building it's UK business from the ground up. We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to be the senior commercial owner of Ramp’s partner ecosystem in the UK: creating the relationships, market presence, and repeatable routes to revenue that help make Ramp a category-defining company in the region.
Reporting to the VP of Channel Sales, you will operate as a founder for Partnerships in London. You will build a focused partner strategy, develop executive-level relationships, and turn the right relationships into durable commercial outcomes. You will work closely with the UK go-to-market team and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to make partnerships a meaningful driver of market entry and long-term growth.
This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a mature playbook. The right person is entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and comfortable creating clarity where there is none. They can move from a first meeting with a senior executive to a clear point of view, an internal plan, and disciplined follow-through.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute Ramp’s UK partnerships strategy, identifying the partner categories and individual relationships that can accelerate awareness, pipeline, customer value, and long-term market position
- Build and maintain senior relationships across the UK ecosystem, including accounting, private equity and venture capital firms, professional-services and consulting firms, financial institutions, technology partners, and other high-leverage channels
- Work alongside the UK Channel Partner Managers, aligning the broader ecosystem strategy with Ramp’s dedicated motions and creating leverage across shared relationships
- Develop a focused partnership plan for priority relationships: articulate the joint value proposition, define the commercial path, and create mutual accountability for progress
- Generate measurable commercial impact by sourcing and influencing pipeline, creating warm paths to target customers, and supporting strategic deals through partner relationships
- Represent Ramp with credibility at executive meetings, industry events, and partner forums, building the company’s reputation as a serious, long-term UK partner
- Serve as the internal voice of the UK partner market, translating relationship intelligence, customer needs, and market dynamics into actionable input for Sales, Product, Marketing, and leadership
- Build the operating cadence for the function, including account plans, partnership scorecards, executive briefs, pipeline visibility, and clear follow-through across internal and external stakeholders
- Help shape Ramp’s broader UK and European go-to-market strategy as the market, team, and partnership portfolio grow
What You Need
- 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, alliances, or go-to-market leadership, with a demonstrated record of building senior relationships and driving commercial outcomes
- A proven track record of owning revenue, quota, influenced pipeline, or similarly concrete commercial goals in a complex B2B environment
- Executive presence and sound judgment: you can earn credibility with senior partner leaders and represent Ramp confidently in consequential conversations
- A builder mindset. You have launched a territory, vertical, business line, or partner motion, and know how to create a plan and operating rhythm from a blank page
- The ability to turn broad relationships into specific opportunities, navigate multiple stakeholders, and maintain momentum through long sales and partnership cycles
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to decide where Ramp should invest and make a clear, data-informed case to senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build a compelling partnership narrative and align cross-functional teams around it
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you do not instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment
- Ability to work five days per week from Ramp’s London office, with willingness to travel across the UK and continental Europe as needed
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling or partnering into private equity, financial services, consulting, enterprise technology, or high-growth software companies
- Experience in fintech, financial software, payments, spend management, or the office of the CFO technology ecosystem
- An established UK network of senior commercial, investment, operating, or technology leaders
- Experience building a new market or international go-to-market motion
- Fluency in an additional European language
Why Ramp
- Own one of Ramp’s most important external-facing growth mandates as we build the UK business
- Work directly with senior leaders across Channel, Sales, Product, and Marketing, with the autonomy to shape the market strategy and the accountability to deliver commercial outcomes
- Build at the intersection of fintech, AI, and enterprise software at a company redefining how businesses manage spend

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Accounting Channel is a key growth driver for the company, and we're looking for a founding Channel Partner Manager to help build our UK accounting-partner motion from the ground up. As an early member of the team in London, you'll have the opportunity to shape how Ramp partners with accounting and advisory firms across the region; building the relationships, go-to-market strategy, and repeatable motions that fuel long-term growth.
This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and takes ownership without being handed a playbook. You'll acquire and grow relationships with accounting and advisory partners, enable their teams, and generate revenue through client referrals. You'll also help us adapt Ramp's partner strategy to the commercial and cultural nuances of the UK markets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Sign partners and build comprehensive go-to-market plans that create a scalable referral motion
- Drive revenue for Ramp by generating and converting client referrals from accounting firms
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within partner firms, from firm leadership to client-facing teams
- Educate partners on Ramp's offering and clearly articulate the value we deliver to both their firms and their clients
- Enable and onboard partner team members so they can confidently identify, position, and refer Ramp
- Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners; use performance data and feedback to identify new growth opportunities
- Adapt your approach to the cultural, commercial, and regulatory nuances of the UK accounting landscape
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product and engineering to develop co-marketing opportunities, onboard referred clients, and inform the product roadmap
- Become an expert in Ramp's product, features, and workflows
- Build new (and improve existing) workflows, sales motions, and partner programs that contribute to the team's continued success
- Own partner activity, pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets with disciplined follow-through and CRM hygiene
WHAT YOU NEED
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment
- 4+ years of experience in partner sales, business development, partnership management, full-cycle sales, or channel partnerships
- Strong discovery skills and a consultative approach to uncovering partner pain points and growth opportunities
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A strong bias for action, with a dedication to tracking performance and improving efficiency every day
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong listening and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior and day-to-day stakeholders, both externally and across the company
- Ability to work five days per week from our London office, with willingness to travel across the UK
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience partnering with accounting firms in a consulting, sales, or partnerships capacity
- Knowledge of the UK accounting and advisory ecosystem
- Background or proficiency in accounting
- Experience launching a new territory, vertical, or partner program
- Experience in a direct sales closing role

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Control Engineer to join our Controls Team in Vancouver, focusing on SW control development and integration of robotic actuators and sensors.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating joint- and actuator-level controllers that deliver high precision, responsiveness, and safety for complex robotic mechanisms.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in control theory, strong software engineering skills in C++, and comfort working across the full stack from real-time embedded control up through networking, kinematics/dynamics, and browser-based debugging tooling. You will work closely with other control and hardware engineers to model, tune, and optimize the behavior of real robots and their subsystems (i.e. limbs and end-effectors).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Low-Level Control Development
- Tune and validate actuator - and joint-space control loops (PID, feedforward, impedance/admittance, observers, state feedback) for multi-DoF systems in ROS2.
- Work across EtherCAT/CAN and Linux networking (TCP/IP, DDS discovery, time sync) to ensure deterministic, safe real-time operation.
- Implement safety and fault-handling mechanisms for dynamic conditions.
Modeling, Kinematics & System Identification
- Build and identify models of actuators, transmissions, and mechanisms — including parallel mechanisms like differential wrists/ankles — for control design and simulation.
- Apply rigid body kinematics/dynamics and numerical IK/FK methods; work from URDF/Xacro and MJCF, interpreting mechanical drawings and geometry.
Software & Systems Integration
- Write real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ (lock-free structures, thread safety) for control and diagnostics.
- Design and debug multi-layer control architectures.
- Maintain CMake build/dependency tooling and Python test harnesses; build lightweight browser-based tools (HTML/JS/WebSocket) for hardware debugging.
Sensor & Hardware Integration
- Integrate and calibrate a range of sensors (F/T sensors, tactile sensors, IMUs, etc.) with real-time acquisition and processing across the control stack.
- Hands-on hardware bring-up and debugging.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
- Close the loop with mechanical/electronics engineers across sites on actuation requirements;
- Support hardware bring-up, calibration, and performance testing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Control Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in robotic or mechatronic systems — equivalent practical experience counts.
- Shipped real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ control software running on real hardware, in production or a serious research programme.
- Tuned and validated controllers on physical actuators, including sensor calibration and bring-up — with a story about something that behaved nothing like the model and what you did about it.
- Debugged at the fieldbus and OS layer: EtherCAT (PDO/SDO, timing constraints) or CAN, on an RTOS or real-time Linux.
- Strong control theory foundation (linear/nonlinear control, stability, observers, state estimation, feedback/feedforward, filtering, frequency-domain analysis) applied to multi-DoF mechanisms via Jacobians, numerical IK/FK, and URDF/Xacro.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BLDC motor control (commutation, current control, torque optimization)
- ros2_control internals (hardware interfaces, controllers, controller_manager, plugins, lifecycle nodes).
- Parallel mechanisms specifically (differential wrist, parallel ankle), robotic hands, or other multi-DoF end-effectors.
- System identification toolchains and simulation environments (MATLAB/Simulink, MuJoCo, Gazebo); MJCF.
- Experience with dynamic system modeling and simulation at the actuator and transmission level.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive extended health benefits starting on your first day, including fully paid medical and dental, virtual care, employee and family assistance, and worldwide emergency medical support.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), 15 days of paid sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- Paid end-of-year shutdown: annual company-wide holiday closure spanning Christmas through New Year’s Day.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.

XUND is a medical technology company that builds AI-powered digital health assistants to digitize the patient journey from the first symptoms to treatment.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python/Flask, Typescript, React, React Native on the coding side. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform/Terramate, Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions on the platform side, all in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE INFRA CREW - WITHIN THE TECH FOUNDATIONS AREA
🎯 Mission:
- Tech Foundations - enables product crews and creates the environment to thrive, combining world-class infrastructure, intuitive developer experience, exquisite operational excellence, and built-in security to make shipping exceptional products effortless.
- Infra - is one of its crews. Its mission: operate and evolve the foundations Alan runs on (multi-cloud infrastructure, data platforms, observability, and the operational practices around them) so that product crews ship safely and quickly, members never feel the platform underneath, and the business can expand to new countries without re-inventing how we run.
🔭 Scope:
1. Cloud foundations & multi-cloud architecture: own and evolve Alan’s cloud footprint, Infrastructure-as-Code stack (Terraform, Terramate), and the architectural decisions enabling international expansion.
2. Data & application platforms: operate and evolve the foundations product crews build on: PostgreSQL/Aurora, our events pipeline, async workloads, and database migration tooling, without leaking complexity into product code.
3. Reliability, observability & on-call: own Alan's platform uptime and latency SLOs end-to-end. Evolve our observability stack (Datadog), the incident response process (Incident.io http://Incident.io), and the shared on-call rotation across the area to keep it sustainable as we scale.
4. Governance & compliance enablement and FinOps: own the cross-cutting concerns no single domain holds, infrastructure cost (FinOps), IAM posture, backup and disaster recovery, exit strategy, with automation and reporting that scales beyond the crew.
5. AI-augmented infrastructure operations: make AI assistants a first-class citizen for incident investigation, runbook execution, and toil reduction, so engineers spend their time on high-leverage work.
👀 Focus for 2026:
In 2026, we're growing the team significantly to step up impact across four bets:
- Multi-cloud expansion: revisit our cloud strategy as we go international, and launch new geographies.
- Decoupling for scale: evolve service architecture to carry Alan 2.0 from 1M members today to 10M.
- Operational excellence: raise the quality bar end-to-end by overhauling observability, on-call, and cost management practices.
- AI-augmented infra ops: make AI assistants a first-class part of investigation, troubleshooting, and toil reduction, so engineers spend time where leverage is highest.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- 3+ years in Platform engineering, DevOps, Site reliability engineering or equivalent roles.
- You have strong experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS or GCP).
- You're comfortable writing code for automation and tooling (e.g. API, internal command line, developer portal) and willing to work in Python/Typescript (but you don’t need to have experience with those 2 languages!).
- You have touched observability, monitoring, alerting or incident management tools and practices.
- You are able to design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
- You can maintain our uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
- You’ve built and maintained internal or external tooling (e.g. API, web interface, internal command line, configuration as code, etc) for other engineers.
MINDSET WE VALUE
- You treat infrastructure and platform engineering as product work: engineers & members are your customers, and infrastructure should feel effortless.
- You’re hands-on: writing code is the bulk of the job (Python, TypeScript, Terraform). You ship what you write to production yourself, then operate it: rollouts, alerting, on-call, incident response.
- You're an enabler: you measure your impact by how fast product crews ship features without ever consulting you. The harder you've worked, the less they have to engage you.
- You build reusable patterns: guardrails, libraries, and reliable-by-default abstractions that prevent outages and runaway cost at scale.
- You’re fluent in English (French is not required).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire above C1 level range https://medium.com/alan/a-new-iteration-of-our-engineering-career-path-at-alan-f46f7b229b2d.
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
It’s an exciting time at Fin - especially within our Deployment Services team. We’re helping some of the world’s most innovative companies transform how they support their customers through AI-powered customer service.

Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

If you want to build and own the systems that decide what JetBrains customers are entitled to use and bill them accurately for it, this is for you. You will focus on designing backend services, keeping complex commercial flows correct, and tackling hard distributed systems challenges on the critical path of every paid request.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
At JetBrains, the Cloud Platform department builds the underlying infrastructure that powers authentication, paid capabilities, usage metering, and accounting. Within this department, the Licensing & Billing team sits right at the center of our commercial model, turning what a customer buys into what they are actually allowed to use, and accounting for that consumption accurately enough to bill on.
The complexity of our entitlement, quota, and metering systems continues to grow. In this role, you will own the correctness and evolution of these backend services, take full ownership of end-to-end data flows, tackle distributed consistency across unreliable upstream systems, and ensure revenue-affecting data migrations happen cleanly without taking services offline.
Day to day, you will:
Design, build, and operate backend services that decide what a customer is entitled to and what their usage costs.
Own flows end to end, from ingesting licensing and purchase data from upstream systems to enforcing quotas and recording consumption.
Evolve our domain model to handle new commercial structures, combining seat-based plans and usage-based models.
Design integrations with external systems, ensuring correctness through idempotency, ordering, reconciliation, and eventual consistency.
Plan and execute live data migrations using feature flags, dual writes, backfills, and verification at every stage.
Build observability into our systems by defining invariants, metrics, and alerts to catch silent divergence before customers do.
Design internal APIs with explicit focus on versioning, backward compatibility, and developer experience for other JetBrains teams.
Improve system performance and reliability under continuous production load while decommissioning legacy subsystems.
Write integration tests against real dependencies and maintain reliable test infrastructure.
Investigate production incidents, find root causes, and follow through on lasting fixes.
What you’ll bring
An engineer’s dedication to accuracy, especially in domains where system errors have direct financial impact.
Pragmatic judgment when designing distributed systems where correctness under unreliable delivery is the main constraint.
A habit of trusting metrics, traces, and logs to understand production behavior rather than relying on assumptions.
Comfort navigating and simplifying large existing codebases containing legacy decisions.
Clear, direct communication skills to agree on API contracts across teams with different priorities.
A focus on testing as an essential design tool rather than an afterthought.
What you’ll need
A proven track record of building and operating backend services on the JVM platform using Kotlin or Java.
A solid working knowledge of relational databases, including transactions, isolation levels, locking, indexing, and live schema migrations (PostgreSQL preferred).
A deep understanding of distributed systems patterns, such as idempotency, retry strategies, eventual consistency, and data reconciliation.
Practical experience making live data migrations or system changes without downtime using feature flags and staged rollouts.
Experience designing versioned, backward-compatible APIs for other engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka.
The ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve production incidents in complex environments.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
What success looks like
Success in this role means building a bulletproof entitlement and metering foundation that product teams can trust without hesitation. You will have successfully migrated live commercial systems to support new billing models without downtime or data divergence. Silent errors will be caught automatically by system invariants before affecting users, and internal teams will integrate seamlessly with your clean, versioned APIs.

Our products serve multiple operators, brands, and regulated markets, requiring us to balance customer needs, end-user experience, technical scalability, regulatory requirements, and commercial value.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sportsbook Product Owner to join the UXMatrix Product Team and take ownership of the development and continuous improvement of our sportsbook frontend experience. You will define what should be built and why, translating customer, market, and business needs into clear product outcomes and actionable requirements for the development team. You will work closely with design, engineering, QA, delivery, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, and operators throughout the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with an understanding of sportsbook user journeys, frontend technology, data, and agile delivery. You should be comfortable making decisions, challenging assumptions, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a clear product direction in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll get to do:
Product Vision and Strategy
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap for the sportsbook frontend.
Translate company strategy, operator requirements, market trends, and end-user needs into clear product priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve sportsbook acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and overall user experience.
Balance reusable product capabilities with operator-specific and market-specific requirements.
Contribute to the long-term evolution of the sportsbook product, including personalization, modularity, scalability, and multi-tenant capabilities.
Clearly articulate the business and customer value behind proposed initiatives.
Product Discovery and Requirements
Work with operators, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify problems, needs, and product opportunities.
Analyze sportsbook journeys such as event discovery, navigation, search, market selection, bet placement, betslip usage, live betting, promotions, and bet management.
Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Break down complex initiatives into manageable and independently deliverable increments.
Validate requirements with design, engineering, QA, platform teams, and relevant stakeholders before development begins.
Ensure regulatory, responsible-gambling, accessibility, localization, and market-specific requirements are considered during product definition.
Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Roadmap and Prioritization
Own and continuously maintain the product backlog.
Prioritize initiatives and backlog items based on customer value, user impact, commercial potential, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and technical dependencies.
Define minimum viable product scope and phased-delivery approaches for larger initiatives.
Manage scope throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure material changes are assessed, documented, and agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
Balance new product development, operator requirements, technical improvements, defects, and technical-debt reduction.
Make clear prioritization decisions when capacity or timelines are constrained.
Agile Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, and release.
Ensure the development team understands the product objectives, user needs, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Lead or actively contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and relevant product workshops.
Provide timely clarification and make product decisions during development.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and collaborate with the appropriate owners to resolve them.
Accept completed work based on agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support release planning and ensure features are ready from a product, operational, documentation, and stakeholder perspective.
Maintain delivery transparency and communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions clearly.
Stakeholder and Client Management
Act as the primary product contact for assigned sportsbook initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with operators, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, engineering, UX, QA, delivery, and senior management.
Facilitate product workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, demonstrations, and roadmap discussions.
Set clear expectations regarding product scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery assumptions.
Evaluate stakeholder requests objectively and challenge solutions that do not support the product strategy or provide sufficient customer value.
Present recommendations using evidence, product data, competitive analysis, and clearly structured business arguments.
Support client presentations, product demonstrations, sales opportunities, and RFP responses when required.
Product Performance and Continuous Improvement
Define success criteria and measurable KPIs for new features and product initiatives.
Monitor sportsbook metrics such as event-to-bet conversion, betslip completion, bet placement success, click-through rates, engagement, bet frequency, retention, and feature adoption.
Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, user research, and operational insights to evaluate product performance.
Review delivered features after launch and identify opportunities for optimization.
Work with UX and analytics teams to identify friction, abandonment points, usability issues, and unmet customer needs.
Maintain awareness of sportsbook market developments, competitor products, user-experience patterns, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitor and feature-comparison analysis to identify meaningful product differentiators.
Propose improvements that strengthen the UXMatrix sportsbook proposition and create measurable value for EveryMatrix clients.
What we’re looking for:
At least three years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a comparable digital-product role.
Experience in iGaming.
Experience working with cross-functional software-development teams in an agile environment.
Strong ability to translate business and user needs into clear, structured, and testable product requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, priorities, scope, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make evidence-based product decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence presenting product recommendations and reasoning with technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
Ability to understand technical concepts, frontend architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform dependencies at a product level.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent product and delivery-management tools.
Professional proficiency in English.
A degree in technology, economics, business, or a related discipline.
What Success Looks Like Success in this role means establishing a clear and evidence-based direction for the sportsbook frontend, maintaining a well-prioritized and delivery-ready backlog, improving collaboration between product and engineering, and delivering measurable improvements for operators and sportsbook users. You will be expected to create alignment around what we build, why we build it, and how we determine whether it has been successful.
Here's what we offer:
Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.

Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join the UXMatrix Product Team and help establish a consistent, evidence-based approach to product development and optimization. You will define how product performance and user behaviour are measured, ensure that the necessary data is collected accurately, and transform that data into insights and recommendations that Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders can act upon. This role extends beyond dashboard creation and regular reporting. You will investigate user journeys, identify friction and opportunities, support product discovery, define feature-success criteria, and determine whether released initiatives achieve their intended customer and business outcomes. You will work across UXMatrix products, with a particular focus on critical frontend journeys such as registration, login, deposit, sportsbook navigation, event discovery, bet placement, casino discovery, promotions, content interaction, and customer retention.
What You'll get to do:
Product Measurement Strategy
Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes and KPIs. Establish clear success criteria before features and initiatives enter development.
Define leading and lagging indicators across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and feature adoption.
Help product teams distinguish between activity metrics, diagnostic metrics, and measurable customer or business outcomes.
Ensure product recommendations are supported by reliable data, user research, or clearly documented hypotheses.
Analytics Tracking and Data Quality
Define and maintain analytics tracking plans for websites, applications, widgets, and critical user journeys.
Translate business questions and measurement objectives into clear technical tracking requirements.
Validate analytics implementations before and after release.
Monitor data quality and investigate broken events, incomplete parameters, unexpected changes, and reporting discrepancies.
Ensure that tracking implementations comply with consent, privacy, security, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Product and User-Behaviour Analysis
Identify abandonment points, friction, behavioural patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Segment users according to relevant characteristics such as acquisition source, device, market, lifecycle stage, product preference, engagement level, or previous behaviour.
Conduct funnel, cohort, retention, conversion, path, and behavioural analyses.
Analyze critical user journeys
Combine quantitative data with UX research, customer feedback, technical performance, and operational context.
Reporting and Data Visualization
Build and maintain dashboards that provide stakeholders with a clear view of product performance.
Create reporting views appropriate for Product Owners, UX teams, Engineering teams, operators, commercial stakeholders, and senior management.
Present trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities clearly and concisely.
Reduce dependency on manual reporting by developing reusable and automated dashboards.
Ensure KPI definitions remain consistent across products, teams, and reports.
Deliver focused analysis and actionable recommendations rather than reporting data without interpretation.
Product Discovery and Decision Support
Support Product Owners during product discovery by evaluating evidence, sizing opportunities, and identifying behavioural problems.
Provide data to support roadmap prioritization, business cases, and investment decisions.
Help product teams formulate measurable hypotheses for proposed product changes.
Challenge assumptions and stakeholder requests when they are not supported by evidence or a clearly defined customer problem.
Conduct market, benchmark, and competitor analyses when relevant to product decisions.
Contribute relevant data and insights to product reviews, client presentations, RFP responses, and strategic discussions.
Experimentation and Feature Evaluation
Define hypotheses, success metrics, guardrail metrics, and evaluation criteria for product experiments.
Support A/B tests, controlled rollouts, phased releases, and other product-validation methods.
Conduct post-launch reviews to determine whether delivered features achieved their intended outcomes.
Track whether recommendations lead to product changes and measurable improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, BI teams, operators, and commercial stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops to define business questions, KPIs, success criteria, and tracking requirements.
Proactively identify relevant insights rather than working exclusively from reporting requests.
Establish a regular product-insight cadence through reviews, reporting, and focused deep-dive analyses.
Keep stakeholders informed about measurement gaps, data-quality risks, and significant product-performance changes.
What we’re looking for:
At least three years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a comparable analytical role.
Previous experience in sportsbook, iGaming, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or another transactional or regulated digital industry.
Strong SQL skills and experience extracting, combining, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Experience analyzing digital-product behaviour, including user journeys, conversion, engagement, feature adoption, and retention.
Experience defining analytics events, parameters, tracking plans, event taxonomies, and measurement frameworks.
Practical experience with analytics and visualization tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent platforms.
Ability to transform complex data into clear findings and actionable product recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality and validation.
Experience collaborating with Product, UX, Engineering, QA, BI, and commercial teams.
Good understanding of web and mobile application behaviour, including client-side and server-side tracking.
Professional proficiency in English.
A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, business, or another relevant discipline.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Hasbro, play is at the heart of everything we do, and so is making sure that play is safe.
We are looking for an experienced quality, regulatory and compliance leader to head our EMEA team, driving product safety and technical compliance across Hasbro and licensed product. You will lead a specialist QA team, act as Hasbro's technical voice in the industry bodies that shape toy regulation, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest safety standards in every market they reach.
You will join a global QA team that is every bit as passionate about safety as we are about having fun. If you want to make a measurable impact on an iconic brand portfolio, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Hasbro in industry and standardization bodies including TIE, TA, ATPA, BTHA, FJP, AFNOR, CEN and ISO, shaping proportionate regulation and standards for the company and the wider toy industry.
Lead and develop the EMEA QA team, setting technical direction and providing authoritative interpretation of regulatory and licensing requirements.
Monitor regulatory change across EMEA, assess business exposure, and lead engagement with industry associations to mitigate impact.
Own the Regulatory Change Management Process for the region, ensuring new requirements are implemented on time and verified.
Develop compliance strategies for complex markets, notably distributor territories and the GCC region including Saudi Arabia, and equip local teams to meet their national requirements.
Partner with global QA licensing and EMEA licensing leadership to define, communicate and operate licensing compliance processes.
Support global development teams on new product lines: research applicable requirements and translate them into product specifications and certification programs.
Act as escalation point for market surveillance authorities and consumer safety complaints, applying balanced, ethical judgment where compliance and commercial pressures meet.
What will you bring
8+ years in product regulatory or compliance, including experience leading or mentoring across multiple markets.
Deep working knowledge of toy safety standards and legislation worldwide.
Command of EMEA and global regulation affecting Hasbro and licensed product, including REACH, the General Product Safety Regulation and the wider framework.
Working knowledge of requirements beyond the toy scope, covering 14+ product, adult collectibles and games, where the General Product Safety Regulation and related standards apply rather than toy safety legislation.
Proven experience leading a Regulatory Change Management process end to end.
Practical grounding in consumer product safety testing requirements.
Understanding of children's play patterns and how they interact with toys and games.
Experience representing a business with trade associations, regulators and market surveillance authorities.
Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a global, multicultural team.
Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage.
Navigate tight deadlines, shifting regulation and ambiguity with a positive mindset, a focus on solutions and a sense of humor.
Thrive in an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
Hasbro is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. We are committed to making all employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. If you have a disability and require assistance in this application process and need to request an accommodation, please contact your recruiter or coordinator.

Do you care about building a user base from scratch, testing unproven acquisition channels, and implementing wild ideas beyond paid search? Are you enthusiastic about shipping now, preferring to go live with rough ideas today over polishing presentations for next month? If so, this is the role for you.
In this role, you’ll join the team building
Qure
, an AI copilot for web testing automation. This desktop app turns manual testing flows into production-ready automated scripts, saving hours of manual coding. We’re a seven-person team funded directly by JetBrains.
About JetBrains Innovation Hub
JetBrains builds software development tools used by more than 15 million people, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100. Innovation Hub is its internal startup incubator, where small autonomous teams build new products, funded and employed by JetBrains.
Qure
runs inside the Innovation Hub with its own roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and customers.
For you, that means a founding role without the runway risk. You build acquisition from zero, with the funding, benefits, and stability of an established company behind you.
What you’ll do
Qure is a fresh product, so the acquisition channel map is practically blank. Paid search, video, newsletters, marketplaces, paid communities, and content are all unproven for Qure. We need someone to determine how best to find its audience. With a high degree of freedom, a lean team, and no marketing bureaucracy, decisions you make on Monday go live by Wednesday.
Day to day, you will:
Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what actually converts.
Shut down underperforming channels early using your own data to ground the decision.
Produce your own marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages.
Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements, such as custom onboarding flows or free tools.
Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking, from a user’s initial click to aha moment to LTV.
What you’ll bring
Comfort operating without a playbook and deciding what to test when acquisition channels are entirely unproven.
Honesty about performance, with the discipline to cut underperforming channels based on data before anyone asks you to.
A bias for action that favors shipping functional campaigns quickly over prolonged polishing.
What you’ll need
Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on user acquisition economics.
The capability to create your own creative assets – including copy, landing pages, and product demos – without relying on external agencies or designers.
Daily experience using LLMs in your own work for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with the judgment to know when they help or hinder work.
Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team.
Experience doing marketing for developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a plus.
What success looks like
In your first three months, success means establishing a fully measurable acquisition funnel from a user’s first click to the aha moment. You will have run parallel channel experiments, determined the true cost per active user or B2B lead, shut down non-viable channels, and identified one or two channels worthy of significant investment.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
