About the role This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it. Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to: - Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case - Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market - Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption - Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region - Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases - Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering) - Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results Requirements - 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book - Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products - A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more - You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work - Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy - Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward - Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment - Language Requirements - Must be fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English Growth Potential We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role: - Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead - Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist Location This role can be based in Argentina or Brazil We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Location: Remote, Global ABOUT SUPABASE Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. ABOUT THE ROLE Supabase manages millions of Postgres instances and is growing. We have strong teams across observability, release engineering, and incident management — and we're concentrating our reliability efforts into a dedicated SRE practice that ties the discipline together across the platform. You'll be embedded within Service Operations, and your primary job is to make every engineering team more reliable — not by owning their infrastructure, but by establishing the practices, frameworks, and feedback loops that let them own reliability themselves. You'll work across the org: sometimes setting the standard, sometimes pair-programming a fix, sometimes helping a team define their error budget, sometimes telling them it's exhausted. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong vision for how SRE should work and thrives in async, fast-paced environments where influence matters more than authority. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Partner with service teams to define meaningful SLIs and SLOs grounded in customer experience, and build the error budget policies that turn them into engineering decisions - Own and evolve the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) process — conducting reviews for new services and major changes across observability, alerting, runbooks, capacity, and graceful degradation - Strengthen the incident-to-improvement pipeline: connecting postmortem findings to operational readiness gaps, identifying repeat failure patterns, and driving systemic fixes - Act as the reliability expert teams pull in for architecture reviews, failure mode analysis, dependency mapping, and resilience design - Identify and quantify operational toil across the org, and build or advocate for automation that eliminates it - Help teams design sustainable on-call practices: alert quality, escalation paths, runbook coverage, and noise reduction - Track and report on org-wide operational maturity, surfacing systemic gaps and driving remediation YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Have 7+ years of experience in SRE, production engineering, or reliability-focused roles, including experience shaping SRE practices and driving adoption across engineering teams - Have a software engineering mindset — you write code and build tools, not just configure them - Have hands-on experience defining and operationalizing SLOs/SLIs at scale, including error budget policies that actually influenced engineering decisions - Have deep experience with incident response, postmortem facilitation, and turning incident learnings into systemic improvements - Have worked with large-scale multi-tenant systems (bonus: managed database platforms or Postgres) - Are proficient with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi preferred, Terraform/CDK also acceptable) - Communicate clearly and persuasively — this role requires influencing without authority across a distributed org - Have experience in async or globally distributed teams - Are energized by making other teams more effective rather than being the one who fixes everything NICE TO HAVE - Experience with Kubernetes-based platform operations - Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, or similar observability tooling - Experience building developer-facing reliability tooling (SLO dashboards, ORR frameworks, toil tracking, DORA metrics) WHAT WE OFFER - Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. - ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together. - Tech Allowance Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work. - Health Benefits Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us. - Annual Off-Sites Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year. - Flexible Work We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when. - Professional Development Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth. ABOUT THE TEAM Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love. - ~400 team members - 60+ countries - 20+ languages spoken - Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F) - 540,000+ community members We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers. About your team Behind every product that moves money, there's a team making sure it can be trusted. Risk & Fraud Operations protects Eneba's platforms and players, drawing a clean line between genuine customers and bad actors without getting in the way of the good ones. We don't see risk as a cost center. We treat it as a discipline. With an e-money (EMI) license on the horizon, we're preparing to operate as a regulated institution. As our first dedicated AML specialist, you won't inherit a rulebook. You'll write it. About your role You’ll join Eneba’s Risk and Fraud team, an operations team where everyone owns their goals and drives them forward. We run multiple products with more in the pipeline, and we’re working towards an e-money (EMI) license that will see us operate as a regulated institution. This is a new role: you own AML risk across our products. When a new product, payment method or commercial request appears, you assess the money laundering exposure, define the controls, and monitor them once live. You report to our Head of Risk & Fraud Operations and have the freedom to build the framework rather than follow a fixed one. You’ll help lay the groundwork for Eneba to operate as a regulated institution. It’s a dynamic environment where new ideas get tested quickly, so there’s always something new to build. Responsibilities - Own product AML risk: Assess our products for money laundering risk and identify where controls are missing or need strengthening - Run intake and sign-off: Define the controls, processes and frameworks needed for existing products and for new ones as they launch - Run investigations: Lead AML investigations and prepare SAR-ready cases, working with Compliance on regulatory reporting. - Screen and review: Carry out sanctions screening, customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) - Data Analysis: Analyse large volumes of data to find patterns and root causes, and turn the findings into clear recommendations - Prepare for regulation: Help prepare our risk and fraud operation for regulatory requirements, including the EMI licence - Raise the standard. Train colleagues and support on AML topics. Turn root-cause findings into clear recommendations. - Strategy to execution: Set the AML roadmap and stay hands-on in the operational work behind it. Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in AML or financial crime, ideally in a fintech or a bank - Hands-on experience with sanctions screening, CDD and EDD - Experience with regulatory reporting and investigations, and working with regulators or authorities - Strong analytical skills, with a track record of data analysis and root cause analysis - Proven ability to solve complex, specific problems - A high bar for quality, a strong sense of ownership and the drive to work independently - Comfortable creating frameworks and processes rather than only following existing ones - Based in a European or compatible time zone - Nice to have: a recognized AML certification (such as ICA or ACAMS), SQL knowledge, and experience in a fast-moving, results-driven fintech Compensation €30,000 - €40,000 a year Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space. What it’s like to work at Eneba - Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program. - Opportunity to help scale a unique product. - Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget. - Paid volunteering opportunities. - Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel. - Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes. - Please attach CV's in English. - To find out about how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice https://www.eneba.com/candidate-privacy-notice

Location: UK, London Workplace: OnSite Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a strong Deep Learning Engineer to join our Autonomy team and develop the learning-based algorithms that power dynamic locomotion and whole-body control on our humanoid robots. You will develop robust, reusable motion capabilities that enable the robot to move dynamically, maintain balance, interact with its environment, and combine locomotion with manipulation. This includes building the underlying learning-based motion primitives that can be composed into increasingly complex whole-body behaviors. You will work closely with robotics, controls, simulation, and machine learning engineers to turn learned behaviors into reliable capabilities running as part of the robot's real-time control stack. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and train learning-based locomotion and whole-body control policies for dynamic robotic behaviors. - Develop motion primitives using different learning based generative models. - Apply reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and other learning-based approaches to motion generation and control. - Build scalable simulation, data generation, and training pipelines using platforms such as Isaac Lab and MuJoCo. - Develop methods for robustness, adaptation, and sim-to-real transfer, including domain randomization and learning from real-world robot data. - Deploy, evaluate, debug, and fine-tune learned policies on physical humanoid robots. - Optimize policy inference and training systems for the performance and latency requirements of real-time control. - Integrate learned policies into the broader robot control and autonomy stack. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 3+ years of experience developing machine learning systems in industry or research. - Strong understanding of deep learning and modern policy architectures, including training, inference, experimentation, and debugging. - Hands-on experience with RL and at least one additional area such as imitation learning, generative models, sequence models, or large-scale representation learning. - Strong Python and PyTorch experience. - Experience with physics-based simulation environments such as Isaac Lab, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, or similar platforms. - Ability to reason about learning algorithms in the context of dynamics, control, and physical systems. Nice to have: - Experience applying reinforcement learning or imitation learning to legged robots, humanoids, or other complex physical systems. - Experience with whole-body control, locomotion, motion imitation, or loco-manipulation. - Experience deploying learned policies on real robotic systems and debugging the sim-to-real gap. - Familiarity with motion capture, trajectory optimization, model-based control, or learning from demonstrations. - Experience training policies at scale across large numbers of simulated environments. - Publications at NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CoRL, RSS, CVPR, or equivalent contributions to impactful open-source robotics or machine learning projects. WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale. - 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown). - Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care. - Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings. - Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office. - Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics. - Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
