Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for an executive communications manager to shape Figma's story and how our execs tell it. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to turn early ideas into clear, compelling points of view and build platforms that only they can credibly own. From there you'll work with our comms team and Figmates across the company to get those stories told in the spaces and places where they’ll have the most impact.
A lot of the work is writing: essays, keynotes, social posts and op-eds. The rest is strategy: figuring out which ideas are worth developing, which audience needs to hear them, how a story travels and what makes people excited to share it.
This is a new role reporting to our VP of Communications. The ideal candidate will write and speak with the same precision and clarity they’d expect from the execs they support. They’ll know how to make someone sound sharp in a 140-character post and credible in a 3,000-word essay. You’ll operate with low ego, high conviction and the curiosity to uncover stories people want to hear and that our execs want to tell.
This is a full-time role based in San Francisco or New York City hubs.
What you'll do at Figma:
Build the narrative framework executives across the business use to tell Figma's story, and their own
Work with our comms team on media strategy, and bring sound judgment to messaging and channel selection
Partner with (and occasionally spar) with executives to sharpen their ideas and the broader point of view behind them
Build the system and infrastructure this function needs to keep our executive storytelling consistent and differentiated
Find ways to measure impact and drive a culture of experimentation in our exec comms
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Extensive experience crafting narratives for senior executives across formats, channels and audiences
A track record of writing for C-suite executives with strong opinions and high standards
Executive presence, and a track record of influencing people who don't report to you
Media relations experience and sound judgment on press, messaging and reputation
Comfort with ambiguity, deep curiosity and a record of shipping strong work
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
A journalism or editorial background, with an instinct for what's newsworthy and how a story reads to an outside audience
Experience in tech, creative pursuits and/or product design and development
Strong business literacy and the ability to translate complex financial and technical topics for a broader audience
Passion for Figma and what we do!
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Deployed Engineer…You’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos, not research, but systems that real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and the work you do directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.

We’re looking for a Design Systems Engineer to help build, own, and evolve LangChain’s component library—the foundation that our frontend teams rely on to ship fast without sacrificing quality, accessibility, or consistency.
This role sits at the intersection of Design and Engineering. You’ll work closely with designers, product engineers, and platform teams to turn design intent into robust, reusable components and tooling that scale across the product.
You’ll have ownership, influence, and your work will be directly consumed across LangChain’s products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build out LangChain’s component library
- Design and implement reusable, composable React components that are flexible, accessible, and production-ready
- Partner closely with designers to translate design systems, tokens, and interaction patterns into code
- Build reliable UI quality systems
- Develop design system tooling and improve workflows around theming, tokens, versioning, testing, and component discovery (e.g. Storybook)
- Make thoughtful architectural decisions that enable accessibility, performance, consistency, and maintainability across LangChain’s UI stack
- Improve UI build and test workflows
- Optimize build performance, bundling strategy, and package versioning for the component library
- Maintain tooling for testing, dependency management of the UI app
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Extensive experience building modular, composable, and well-documented component libraries and/or design systems
- Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, familiarity with: styling approaches (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, Sass, etc.) and design system toolings (Storybook, Chromatic, tokens pipelines, etc.)
- Experience collaborating closely with designers and non-engineering partners
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for craft and genuine passion for accessibility and inclusive design
- Familiarity with testing UI components and visual regression testing

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you are responsible for executing regional marketing strategy and independently leading programs that drive measurable business outcomes. Working within regional priorities, you are trusted to make decisions, adapt plans as conditions change, and take ownership of program performance from planning through results.
Approximately 50% of your work is self-directed, requiring sound judgment, strong prioritization, and accountability for outcomes. Success in this role comes from balancing execution with strategic thinking, identifying opportunities for improvement, and sharing best practices that increase team effectiveness.
You are expected to leverage AI as a core part of your work, applying it thoughtfully to improve productivity, scale repeatable processes, and enhance decision-making. This includes identifying where AI can create efficiencies, where human judgment remains essential, and developing workflows that can be adopted across the team.
What makes you a Great Fit:
Lead regional marketing programs from planning through execution and retrospective, including program strategy, budget management, goal setting, delivery, and performance reporting.
Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives, partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams while contributing to prioritization and program planning.
Independently manage day-to-day decisions, proactively address risks, and escalate issues when appropriate.
Serve as a proficient user of core marketing platforms, including Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and tooling.
Develop and document AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across marketing operations, event execution, and reporting.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across regional marketing programs and contribute to the development of shared team processes and best practices.
Analyze program performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Plan and manage projects independently, set realistic timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver on commitments.
Provide guidance and support to Associates, contractors, and other team members on shared initiatives.
Build expertise in Grafana's go-to-market strategy, regional marketing programs, and the ecosystem of channels, vendors, and partners that support growth.
What you'll bring at this level:
Located on the West Coast of the United States
3-5 years in field or regional marketing, or events, including end-to-end ownership of programs
Strong project, time, and stakeholder management, with consistent attention to detail
Independent proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com or similar
Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing work: reusable prompts, documented processes, or lightweight automations
Open source go-to-market motion and the regional market a plus
Willingness to travel approximately 40%
What success looks like at:
The program you own runs cleanly, from start to finish, and hits its goals.
You keep moving as priorities shift, without direction at each step.
Problems get caught and handled before a customer ever feels them.
Your reporting leaves people with a story and a lesson, not just numbers.
The AI workflows you build get picked up by others, so the team produces more without adding headcount.
You find and close process gaps, and the junior teammates you guide do better work for it.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is $123,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will lead Notion’s GTM strategy and growth for France, one of EMEA’s largest and highest-priority markets. France is a Tier 1 region in Notion’s country-first EMEA model, with significant room to scale into a standalone, high-growth business.
Notion is shifting from a traditional sales model toward a builder-led model with fewer handoffs, stronger technical fluency, and more direct ownership of customer outcomes. As General Manager, France, you will be the second-line leader responsible for overall revenue outcomes, regional GTM strategy, and the operating model for the French business. You will lead through frontline managers, teams of Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants and Outcomes Architects as well as partner cross functionally with Professional Services, Channel Partnerships and RevOps.
This is a hands-on builder-leader role for an AI-native, country-first GTM model. You will bring Notion’s new GTM model to life in France: moving from a segment-first motion to a country-first, AI-native operating system where teams help customers diagnose problems, design agentic workflows, and build real systems with Notion AI.
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for France, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to French customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across France.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the French GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in France, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the French ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of French customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in France by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in France and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in France.
- Deep knowledge of the French enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics across all market segments (commercial, midmarket and enterprise)
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Agency & Urgency: experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in French and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
