About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring is a one-stop recruitment and relocation agency for IT and digital professionals looking to work and relocate in Germany and other European countries. We support the entire process — from finding a job and securing a visa to finding housing and settling in.
We’ve been growing steadily for over 6 years, combining the flexibility of a startup with the reliability of an experienced international team.
We are looking for an SMM Specialist who can take ownership of day-to-day social media content and help us grow our Russian- and English-speaking audiences across Instagram, Threads, and other marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media beyond simply publishing posts. You should be comfortable coming up with content ideas, writing strong copy, creating visuals, producing Reels, following trends, and adapting content to different platforms and audiences.
What You’ll Do
• Manage day-to-day content for Instagram and Threads in Russian and English, with the possibility of expanding to TikTok in the future.
• Write engaging social media copy with strong storytelling skills, including captions, hooks, CTAs and Stories.
• Create and edit social media content in Figma, Canva and CapCut, including posts, carousels, Stories and Reels.
• Develop content ideas and adapt relevant trends to our brand.
• Prepare visuals for landing pages, email newsletters and other marketing materials when needed.
• Use content performance metrics to improve future content.
What we’re looking for
• 2+ years of hands-on SMM experience.
• Fluent Russian and strong written English (B2/C1+).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Figma, Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of current SMM trends and platform mechanics across Instagram, Threads and TikTok.
• Good visual sense and attention to detail.
• Creativity and willingness to suggest and test new ideas.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and take ownership of tasks.
It would be a plus if you have
• Experience with email marketing and newsletters.
• Background in recruitment, HR, relocation, career or other expert-driven industries.
Portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
What We Offer
• Work in a fast-growing startup where processes are still being built - your ideas can directly impact the outcome.
• The opportunity to grow as an SMM specialist and take on more responsibility over time.
• A wide range of tasks across content, visuals, and SMM - no routine “just posting” work.
• Creative freedom.
• Hands-on experience with real marketing goals and measurable results.
• Direct feedback from a team with real experience in the German hiring market.
• Strong portfolio cases you can use for future roles.
Test Task
As part of the selection process, you should be ready to complete a test task related to the role.
The task is designed to understand how you approach content, copywriting and visual concepts.
How to Apply
Please send us:
• Your CV
• Your portfolio — mandatory
• A short note about your experience in SMM and the types of content you have worked with
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of content, bring ideas to the table, and turn them into high-quality social media content — from the first idea to the final post.

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide to reimagine how they operate and compete.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building new pipeline in our target industries. This is a high-growth role for someone with solid BD experience who wants to sell AI services at the center of the industry's most important partnerships. You'll work closely with our BD leadership, take ownership of deals as you grow, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller.
What You'll Do
Partner motion: Anthropic and AWS
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Anthropic's and AWS's partner and field sales teams.
Receive and qualify enterprise leads shared by our partners, run discovery calls, and move qualified opportunities through to proposal and signed SOW, with support from BD leadership on larger deals.
Keep the joint pipeline up to date, and help prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Build relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps so Provectus is their first call for implementation needs.
Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, and partner events.
New business development
Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run discovery, scope opportunities with our architects, and own deals through the sales cycle.
Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with delivery leads and solution architects to scope proposals accurately. You'll be selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Share market insights (buyer objections, competitor moves, industry trends) with leadership and marketing.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience
in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in B2B technology, cloud, or consulting.
Hands-on experience working with a technology partner ecosystem (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), for example co-selling, joint pipeline, or co-marketing.
A track record of moving deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close.
Strong written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in how enterprises adopt it.
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership without being micromanaged.
Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, workshops, partner events, and conferences.
Nice to Have
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience selling services or statement-of-work (SOW) engagements rather than SaaS subscriptions.
Exposure to AI/ML, LLM-based products, or cloud data solutions.
An existing network in New York's financial services or life sciences communities.
Why Join Us
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful partnerships in AI: Anthropic and AWS.
Sell with confidence, backed by a world-class AI/ML team that delivers what you sell.
Learn directly from experienced BD leadership, with a clear path to a senior partnerships or sales role.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Choice of B2B contract or full-time employment.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

The program covers the aircraft itself along with the ground infrastructure and flight test campaigns that support it. It's early-stage enough that the people who join now will shape how it gets designed and operated for years to come.

WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. Our recruiting team reviews your background against current and upcoming openings on this program
If there's a fit, we'll reach out for an initial conversation about where you'd land
From there, you'll follow the standard process for that specific role: hiring manager interview, technical interview (often including a technical challenge), hiring team interview, and an offer decision
WORKING AT ICEYE
At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible. As a global scale-up, we combine speed and ambition with the opportunity to take real ownership from day one. Your growth, wellbeing, and success are a priority, with continuous professional development, training opportunities, and a culture where collaboration is how we win.
HOW WE WORK (OUR VALUES)
Make the impossible possible: We set ambitious goals and stay calm under pressure. We bring grit, optimism, and ownership when things get hard, and we keep moving until we find a way.
- Be curious: Go deep, ask questions, listen carefully, and think critically. Understand the “why” behind decisions.

- Act as one team: We win together. We match tasks to the right owner and stay agile as priorities shift.
- Have fun: What we do matters—and it should be enjoyable. Celebrate progress, take pride in results, and share the wins.
BENEFITS
Our benefits are designed to support your health and wellbeing, at work and beyond. We keep improving them based on employee feedback, and offerings vary by location. Talent Acquisition will confirm what applies for this role and location during the process.

Different backgrounds and perspectives make us stronger, which is why we work to create an environment where people feel included, respected, and able to speak up. Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the role
OKX runs a large peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto marketplace: an escrow-protected orderbook where users buy and sell crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers, with support for a wide range of local payment methods. The professional liquidity providers who post offers are what keep the marketplace deep and reliable.
You will own the relationship with these key liquidity providers in various markets: supporting partners' operational needs, maintaining marketplace depth and reliability, and improving partner experience. This is a builder's seat: high ownership, frontline, and fast-moving.
What you'll do
Own the P2P liquidity provider programme: monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention
Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention strategies.
Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions.
Contribute to user quality and marketplace health, partnering with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction. (Growth is the priority; risk exposure is a plus, not a requirement.)
What we're looking for
7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, including team leadership, with a track record of managing partner programmes at scale. Multi-market experience is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality.
Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, steers decisions from data.
High-energy and genuinely hungry: gets on the frontline, has built something 0 to 1, and pushes into harder markets rather than safer ones.
Backgrounds in payments, remittance or fintech are especially relevant. Crypto or digital-currency experience is a plus, not a requirement. Strong operators from large internet and marketplace companies are also welcome.
Working proficiency in English. At least one of the two roles also requires working proficiency in Mandarin (liquidity-provider and stakeholder coverage across Greater China markets).
Nice to have
Experience with fiat on-ramp / off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance.
Exposure to emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, MENA).
Experience with user-segmentation, high-risk-user filtering, or trust and safety / fraud operations.
