About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Mid-Market Account Executive on Anthropic's Industries team, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with mid-market companies in key verticals, unlocking new value streams throughout their business. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise and technical acumen to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to customers, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities. In collaboration with GTM, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams, you'll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to ensure differentiated value across the landscape.
You will be contributing to the GTM strategy for our Industries team, focusing on sector-specific solutions and strategies within key verticals. In addition, the Mid-Market team is pioneering a new scaled sales playbook, where human AEs direct AI Agents to automate key elements of the buyer’s journey, while maintaining human engagement with prospects in the elements of a sales process that can’t be automated.
You should be passionate about building a fundamentally new sales motion, by experimenting with new programs and workflows, and ultimately evangelizing the potential of Transformative AI to mid-market companies across verticals.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the Mid-Market GTM strategy, identifying new use cases within your assigned verticals, winning new business, and sharing feedback with cross-functional teams
Drive strategic expansion within key accounts in established verticals and new logo acquisition within emerging verticals
Own a revenue target and all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close, including finding key workflows to automate and agentify
Become a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their unique needs and crafting tailored AI solutions. Co-innovate with customers and sell on the product roadmap while appropriately setting expectations
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners including Product, Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and Applied AI to help bring new solutions to market and provide feedback to shape roadmaps
Develop sales collateral, proposals, and presentations to effectively position Anthropic's AI products. Continuously refine sales tactics and share best practices
You may be a good fit if you have:
3+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, preferably in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
Experience automating workflows or building automations to handle the repeatable components of a sales process
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced organizations by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently and build connections across all customer levels, from ICs to C-level executives
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves'' mentality. You are a true team player
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing markets combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.

- Strong expertise in Go and production-grade databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Ability to work effectively across functions with Finance, Customer Experience, and Product teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in mission-critical systems.
- Pragmatism and problem-solving skills to balance accuracy, scalability, and developer experience.

Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. The Impact You’ll Make
As a
Senior DevOps Engineer
at Incode, you will be the backbone of our cloud infrastructure. You'll architect and evolve scalable, cloud-native systems that power secure and seamless identity experiences, leveraging Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Terraform, and AWS. Partnering closely with our developers, you'll transform complex challenges into resilient, automated solutions that keep our applications highly available and performant. You will be a key enabler of speed, trust, and innovation - driving how Incode builds, delivers, and scales AI-driven identity verification for the world.
On-call, up front: the DevOps team does not carry 24/7 on-call. A separate SRE team owns incident response.

Production Reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live environments, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Engineering Standards
- Contribute to and refine internal best practices, methodologies, and automation frameworks that elevate the DevOps culture.
Continuous Innovation -
Stay on top of AWS and DevOps advancements, introducing new tools and approaches that enhance speed, efficiency, and scalability.
The Qualities That Set You Apart

- You bring proven expertise in designing, deploying, and managing applications on Kubernetes, with a deep understanding of its architecture and core concepts.
Infrastructure as Code Champion
- You’re highly skilled with Terraform, driving automation and consistency across complex environments.
Pipeline Innovator
- You have hands-on experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, accelerating delivery while ensuring quality.
AWS Practitioner
-
You possess a strong command of core AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, etc.) and know how to leverage them for scalable, secure solutions.
Observability Builder
-
You've personally configured, tuned, or debugged a self-hosted monitoring stack (Grafana with Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics), not just consumed dashboards someone else built.
Systems & Networking Thinker
-
You understand networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S - and apply them to build reliable, high-performance systems.
Clear Communicator
-
You excel at translating technical solutions into language that resonates with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
Your Background
6+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes-based applications, ideally on AWS EKS.

Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

While flexibility looks different across teams and regions, employees located near certain hubs — particularly in Prague (CZ), Nicosia (CY), Bangalore (IN), and Rennes (FR) — are generally expected to collaborate in person around 2–3 days per week, balancing the flexibility of distributed work with opportunities for in-person collaboration and connection.
