WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Higgsfield AI is looking for a hands-on Member of Technical Staff, Infrastructure Security to build, secure, and operate the systems that protect our corporate infrastructure, employee devices, identities, and applications.
As we scale globally, you'll own the technical implementation of security controls across identity and access management, endpoint security, SaaS applications, and corporate networks.
Working closely with IT, Security, and Engineering, you'll identify vulnerabilities, implement practical solutions, and automate security operations. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you'll personally configure, troubleshoot, and maintain critical security systems rather than primarily managing vendors or directing other teams.
We're looking for a well-rounded security engineer with strong technical judgment who can prioritize risks, move quickly, and build scalable security solutions without creating unnecessary friction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
IDENTITY & ACCESS SECURITY
- Design, implement, and maintain identity and access controls across Microsoft Entra ID and corporate applications.
- Configure and manage SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, MFA, Conditional Access, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Secure and automate employee joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) workflows.
- Implement least-privilege access and strengthen authentication and authorization practices.
ENDPOINT & CORPORATE APPLICATION SECURITY
- Own endpoint security controls across corporate devices, including Microsoft Intune/MDM, device compliance, and endpoint detection and response (EDR).
- Secure SaaS applications through access management, permissions, provisioning, and configuration reviews.
- Design and implement Zero Trust access controls based on user identity, device posture, and least-privilege principles.
- Identify and remediate security gaps across corporate systems and applications.
SECURITY AUTOMATION & INCIDENT RESPONSE
- Build scripts, API integrations, and automated workflows to improve security operations and reduce manual processes.
- Develop and maintain security monitoring, alerting, and detection capabilities.
- Investigate compromised accounts, suspicious activity, and endpoint security incidents, driving containment and remediation.
- Troubleshoot security infrastructure issues and continuously improve technical controls.
TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP & SECURITY ENGINEERING
- Identify and prioritize corporate security risks, balancing security requirements with business and operational needs.
- Lead technical security initiatives from design and implementation through ongoing operations.
- Partner with IT and Engineering to establish scalable security standards and practical guardrails.
- Evaluate and implement security tooling while maintaining direct ownership of configuration and operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security engineering, IT security, or enterprise security infrastructure, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven experience personally implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and operating corporate security systems.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management and security tools, including Intune/MDM, device compliance, and EDR.
- Experience securing SaaS applications, managing permissions, and implementing Zero Trust access principles.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar languages, including API integrations.
- Familiarity with security monitoring, incident investigation, and remediation of compromised accounts or devices.
- Strong security judgment and the ability to independently identify, prioritize, and resolve high-impact risks.
- Broad technical expertise across corporate security infrastructure rather than specialization in a single area such as IAM, SOC, or endpoint management.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
• Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
• Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth. •
• Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally
• The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
• Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building something ambitious, and we believe our most important advantage is our people. This role sits at the foundation of that belief. You'll help shape how Ramp identifies, evaluates, and hires world-class engineering talent, with a particular focus on the engineers at the center of what we're building next.
This is a craft role. You'll own pipelines end-to-end, partner directly with our Engineering leadership, and be accountable for the quality of the people we bring through the door. We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who treats hiring as a discipline. Someone who cares as much about candidate experience and calibration as they do about closing.
You won't just be working off a req list. We're looking for someone who can take ambiguous or high-level direction from engineering leadership and turn it into a sharp, targeted search, knowing exactly who they want before the role even opens. You'll be expected to have strong opinions on talent, defend them with evidence, and push back on stakeholders when the bar is at risk.
Recruiting at Ramp is owned end-to-end, not handed off. This role requires someone who stays close to the candidate, close to the hiring manager, and close to the work, so context never gets lost between hand-offs.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with our Engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role and how it fits into the organization
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches across our Engineering organization, owning every stage from first touch to signed offer
- Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies. Know the companies, the teams, and the individual engineers worth pursuing before opening a search
- Partner with our sourcing team to iterate on creative strategies for talent pipelines and competitor mapping
- Run candidate process with urgency and care. Same-day follow-up, next steps booked before you hang up, no candidate left chasing us
- Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders. Spot funnel issues early and bring evidence to calibration conversations, not just gut
- Drive offer processes for candidates, including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Act as a strategic advisor, not a req-filler. Anticipate hiring needs, shape strategy alongside engineering stakeholders, and translate abstract asks into concrete target lists, comp frameworks, and close plans
- Lead initiatives that raise the bar on how technical recruiting operates at Ramp, including interview loops, interviewer training, scorecards, and other cross-functional efforts that increase hiring quality and speed
- Build excellent relationships across the recruiting team and your engineering client groups
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup
- Demonstrated track record hiring for deeply technical engineering roles. You can hold a credible conversation with a hiring manager about the work, not just the title
- You build and use AI across every stage of the recruiting process, from how you find candidates to how you screen, calibrate, and close them. You're a sourcer at heart, don't wait for inbound, and treat your tooling as part of the craft
- Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills
- Ability to influence at various levels in an organization, anchoring on data-driven decision-making
- Operationally strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
- Genuine care for the candidate experience. You believe how someone is treated through the process is as much a reflection of Ramp as the offer itself
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite
- Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi

- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for strong engineers with experience in making ML systems performant at scale. If you are interested in contributing to open-source projects and Modal’s container runtime to push language and diffusion models toward higher throughput and lower latency, we’d love to hear from you!
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 5+ years of experience writing high-quality, high-performance code
- You’ve worked with torch, high-level ML frameworks, and inference engines (vLLM or TensorRT)
- You’re familiar with NVIDIA GPU architecture and CUDA
- You have experience with ML performance engineering (tell us a story about boosting GPU performance: debugging SM occupancy issues, rewriting an algorithm to be compute-bound, eliminating host overhead, etc.)
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Familiarity with low-level operating system foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, containers, etc.)

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Supply Chain Technical Advisor is a U.S. Government (USG)–funded position that will be seconded to the Government of Botswana’s Transition Management Unit (TMU). The Advisor will provide high-level technical guidance to the Botswana Ministry of Health (MOH) including NAHPA and CMS and Ministry of Local Government and Traditional Affairs (MLGTA) on strengthening national healthcare supply chain systems in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the Governments of Botswana and the United States. The Advisor will work day‑to‑day alongside Botswana government staff as a core member of the TMU to strengthen Botswana’s capacity to plan, finance, manage, and sustain healthcare commodities and supply chain functions, to ensure consistent, efficient, accountable, and transparent delivery of medicines and medical supplies. The Advisor will help ensure the successful implementation of Botswana’s strategies to achieve a cost-effective, resilient, and well‑functioning supply chain that supports lifesaving HIV service delivery and advances Botswana’s path to self‑reliance, in alignment with U.S. Government global health policy and the MOU. The Advisor will also work directly with the Department of State foreign assistance team to guide USG investments in supply chain and procurement and will serve as a key liaison between the Department of State, the U.S. interagency, the Botswana Government, international organizations, and donor agencies to ensure coordinated and effective program delivery.
The Supply Chain Technical Advisor will support the Botswana‑based USG Health Assistance / foreign assistance team, the Ministry of Health, CMS, NAHPA, and the Ministry of Local Government and Traditional Affairs to plan, coordinate, and oversee the strengthening of the national healthcare supply chain. Working alongside government counterparts within the TMU, the Advisor will lead and inform the development of strategic guidance to strengthen Botswana’s capacity to manage and sustain HIV and other priority healthcare commodities ; improve forecasting and supply planning, strengthen real-time monitoring of stock levels including stock management and quantification; lower procurement costs, including through pooled or coordinated procurement where appropriate; and better integrate donor‑funded supply chain activities into national systems and programming. The Advisor will help ensure the implementation of cost‑effective, sustainable, lifesaving HIV service delivery in alignment with the MOU between the Governments of Botswana and the United States and U.S. Government global health priorities.
Overall Objective of Assignment
The Supply Chain Technical Advisor will serve as a senior technical advisor in strategic planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of supply chain and procurement aspects of Botswana’s HIV/AIDS portfolio, within an integrated health systems approach. Responsibilities
Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents — coordinating cross-functional response teams, driving investigation, making escalation decisions, and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA targets.
Own all incident communications: draft and send clear, timely updates to senior leadership, Customer Success, and partner/customer contacts throughout the incident lifecycle, and manage customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com).
Facilitate blameless Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) for major incidents — leading root cause identification, assigning corrective actions with clear owners and deadlines, and tracking them to closure.
During non-incident periods, proactively analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — identify patterns, create Problem tickets, and report findings and recommendations to product and engineering teams on a regular cadence.
Enforce the incident management framework across the organization, including the severity model, priority matrix, SLA targets, escalation procedures, and deployment readiness gates.
Oversee and mentor the Operations Engineer on your shift — coaching on triage, investigation, runbook execution, and documentation quality while conducting regular knowledge transfer sessions to build depth across the service portfolio.
Produce shift handoff reports and deliver regular operational reporting: incident trends, KPI performance (MTTD, MTTA, MTTR), SLA adherence, proactive detection rate, and repeat incident analysis.
Audit service catalogue completeness on a regular cadence and govern JIRA Service Management workflows for incident, PIR, and problem management.
Cover for the Operations Engineer role during vacations, absences, breaks, or surge incidents — including monitoring, triage, ticket creation, and runbook execution. Participate in weekend on-call rotation for major incidents.
Qualifications and Skills
6+ years of experience in incident management, SRE, NOC leadership, or technical operations in a production environment supporting high-availability, high-transaction systems (payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming platforms preferred).
Proven incident management experience — coordinating multi-team response, making real-time escalation decisions, and communicating with executive stakeholders under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to draft clear, concise executive updates at 3 AM under pressure, facilitate blameless PIRs, present operational metrics to senior leadership, and communicate incident status to customers and partners with clarity and professionalism.
Strong ITIL foundation — understanding of incident, problem, and change management lifecycles with practical experience implementing or operating ITIL-aligned workflows.
Technical depth across the observability stack — ability to read and interpret logs, traces, and metrics in Datadog (or equivalent: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic). Understanding of APM, SLOs, error budgets, burn-rate alerting, and synthetic monitoring.
Hands-on experience with incident tooling: Datadog, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, JIRA or JIRA Service Management, Slack, and Confluence.
Analytical mindset — ability to identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues from incident data and translate them into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams.
Experience with SLA/SLO-driven operations where MTTD, MTTA, and MTTR are measured, reported, and improved.
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive alerting, automated remediation, or self-healing automation.
Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) for critical severities is required.
Nice to Have
Experience in the gaming, payments, or fintech industry, and with customer/partner-facing incident communications and status page management.
JIRA Service Management administration experience (workflows, SLA timers, automation rules) and familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, scorecards, and SLOs — especially burn-rate alerts and multi-window SLOs.
Experience building an operations function from scratch — defining processes, writing runbooks, establishing governance cadences. Background in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), microservices architecture, or distributed systems. ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is a plus.

At JetBrains, we are passionate about boosting developer productivity. Since our inception, we've been creating tools that eliminate repetitive tasks, simplify workflows, and empower developers to focus on what they do best: creating amazing things with code. JetBrains IDEs enable millions of developers worldwide to achieve their full potential.
As JetBrains continues to grow, so does the amount and complexity of cross-team work. At the same time, AI is increasing both the pace of change and the coordination load across the company. To keep growing while continuing to build great products, we want to strengthen our execution.
We’re now looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help us run complex cross-team technical programs, raise execution quality and improve planning, delivery predictability, and escalation discipline for complex work.
In this role, you will:
Lead the most complex cross-team technical programs in your primary domain.
Make sure complex work across the domain is planned, coordinated, and executed to a consistently high standard.
Surface risks, blockers, and capacity issues early, and drive mitigation or escalation when local coordination is not enough.
Serve as the senior PMO-side escalation point when complex delivery work in the domain gets stuck.
Keep program status accurate by verifying execution rather than only collecting updates.
Work with product, engineering, quality, and service teams to define goals, scope, milestones, dependencies, and key decisions.
Build workable program plans and coordination cadences, and clarify resourcing needs with the teams involved.
Coach TPMs and other part-time program leads across the domain and, where the setup includes full-time TPMs, manage them directly.
Partner closely with product, engineering, quality, and service teams without taking over their decision-making authority.
Typical programs may include sunsetting a feature or product, rolling out a major feature, driving a large technical refactoring effort, or coordinating the response to a major customer or partner escalation that becomes complex cross-team work.
You’ll work primarily within one domain, such as one of our IDEs, a major functional area in an IntelliJ-based product, or another area with heavy cross-department dependencies, while also contributing to cross-domain priorities as part of the PMO team when needed.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:
A proven track record of leading complex software programs or other cross-team initiatives from start to finish.
The ability to influence without direct authority, challenge assumptions constructively, and work effectively across product, engineering, quality, and other functions.
Strong negotiation, facilitation, and escalation judgment.
The ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives effectively, prioritize well, and keep execution plans tied to reality.
Experience coaching other program or project managers and improving execution quality beyond your own work.
Enough technical depth to sanity-check feasibility claims, dependency chains, and delivery risk in a technical environment.
A technical background or experience working closely with software development teams.
At least 5 years of program or project management experience in the tech industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A strong understanding of how complex software programs are structured, planned, and driven through delivery; formal PM training or certification is a plus.
Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, JetBrains tools, or other developer-focused products would be a plus.
If selected, we’ll give you the opportunity to:
Work on tools that help developers become better versions of themselves.
Be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and impact.
Enjoy a flexible, supportive work environment designed to help you succeed.
Embrace the opportunity to shape the future of developer productivity.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family.
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.

Responsibilities:
Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents — coordinating cross-functional response teams, driving investigation, making escalation decisions, and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA targets.
Own all incident communications: draft and send clear, timely updates to senior leadership, Customer Success, and partner/customer contacts throughout the incident lifecycle, and manage customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com).
Facilitate blameless Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) for major incidents — leading root cause identification, assigning corrective actions with clear owners and deadlines, and tracking them to closure.
During non-incident periods, proactively analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — identify patterns, create Problem tickets, and report findings and recommendations to product and engineering teams on a regular cadence.
Enforce the incident management framework across the organization, including the severity model, priority matrix, SLA targets, escalation procedures, and deployment readiness gates.
Oversee and mentor the Operations Engineer on your shift — coaching on triage, investigation, runbook execution, and documentation quality while conducting regular knowledge transfer sessions to build depth across the service portfolio.
Produce shift handoff reports and deliver regular operational reporting: incident trends, KPI performance (MTTD, MTTA, MTTR), SLA adherence, proactive detection rate, and repeat incident analysis.
Audit service catalogue completeness on a regular cadence and govern JIRA Service Management workflows for incident, PIR, and problem management.
Cover for the Operations Engineer role during absences, breaks, or surge incidents. Participate in weekend on-call rotation for major incidents.
Qualifications:
Nice to have:
Experience in the gaming, payments, or fintech industry.
Experience with customer/partner-facing incident communications and status page management.
JIRA Service Management administration experience: workflows, SLA timers, automation rules, queues, and permissions.
Familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, scorecards, and SLOs — especially burn-rate alerts and multi-window SLOs.
Experience building an operations function from scratch — defining processes, writing runbooks, establishing governance cadences.
Background in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), microservices architecture, or distributed systems.
ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is a plus but not required.
