About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

This role is fully remote but must overlap with an East Africa timezone by at least 3 hours.
We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time.
About this role
Individual Giving has set an objective to double new donor acquisition in 2027 and expand our awareness through brand ads for key segments. Paid media is the biggest lever we have to get there, and as Growth Manager, Paid Media, you'll own delivery of this important priority. To help get us there, GiveDirectly is planning to expand its spend on paid media.
We are looking for someone who will be a strong cultural fit—curious, keen not to follow industry standards but to look for disproportionately high-leverage opportunities, keen to constantly learn and adjust, and comfortable launching a paid program without agency support. This role would suit someone comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to pivot and change tactics based on data and changing circumstances.
Reporting to our Director of Individual Giving, you’ll manage all paid acquisition for Individual Giving across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, and also work closely with the VP of Marketing to manage all upper-funnel media buys (e.g., newsletters, podcasts, etc.) for both the Individual Giving and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for executing our paid media program end to end, including negotiating and managing contracts, creating ads, capturing screenshots for documentation, publishing campaigns, and monitoring performance. You will also build our tracking and attribution systems and use that data to grow both one-time and monthly giving. To do so, we are looking for a strong individual contributor who is comfortable executing within the platforms without a big team or agency.
The Individual Giving team is responsible for generating revenue across donors with an annual gift below $50k. To do so, the Individual Giving team executes compelling public fundraising campaigns, drives creative donor-facing content, and tests new marketing initiatives aimed at expanding our donor base and raising awareness of direct cash transfers. You’ll join a small but high-performing team that runs several campaigns at once and works with a lot of independence. You’ll partner with Brand and Marketing colleagues each campaign cycle to ensure integrated marketing across all public-facing materials.
Level:
Manager (we are willing to hire at Senior Manager for more experienced candidates)
Reports To:
Director of Individual Giving
Travel Requirement:
Must be able to travel ~1–2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits
What you’ll bring:
3–5+ years in growth or performance marketing with a proven track record running paid media to a conversion or revenue target, in-house or agency, across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Non-profit experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience managing a paid media budget of at least US$5M a year with a track record of strong performance measurement, with the discipline to trust your own data over platform recommendations and the judgment to know when to scale a channel, cut it, or admit it isn't working—pause and reset.
A genuine test-and-learn habit: you design multivariable testing across creative, audience, messaging, and landing pages, using these insights to scale the program.
Strong written communication, the ability to own creative direction of ads (from conception and drafting through launch), and experience with or a strong eye for graphic design (Figma, Canva). You’ll work with content creation teams for bigger projects, but initial ideation and direction should come from you.
Strong, succinct communication, and the ability to work productively with a Brand and Marketing team focused on brand awareness.
Alignment with
GiveDirectly’s values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity.
Experience with tracking and attribution to ensure detailed reports are shared with senior management.
Bonus skills:
Experience with our tech stack (WordPress, Salesforce, PostHog, Google Analytics, Tableau, Zendesk, Ahrefs) or similar tools.
Experience with paid ads with a non-profit of a similar size or an agency supporting non-profits.
What you’ll do
Own paid media strategy and performance to execute growth and brand goals
Develop and execute the paid digital fundraising strategy that acquires new donors, grows revenue, and strengthens long-term supporter value across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, and emerging platforms (approx. 50% of time).
Run top-of-funnel brand ads, from placement and contracting to creative direction and development, including podcasts, OOH, and connected TV (approx. 30% of time).
Manage and optimize paid investment daily, monitoring spend, pacing, cost per acquisition, and conversion, and reallocating budget as performance dictates.
Run a continuous test-and-learn program across audiences, creative messaging, channels, landing pages, and donation experiences, and turn results into decisions rather than reports.
Make key and strategic recommendations to the Director of Individual Giving and VP of Marketing on where budget spend should be allocated based on performance data.
Grow one-time and monthly giving through paid
Run acquisition and conversion campaigns for both one-time and monthly giving, testing paid tactics to grow the recurring program—the fastest-growing part of our portfolio.
Optimize the digital supporter journey so paid campaigns connect cleanly to landing pages, donation forms, email, and CRM, maximizing conversion and retention.
Analyze acquisition, conversion, revenue, and retention trends by segment to inform where the next dollar goes.
Measurement & Reporting
Stand up standardized paid-channel attribution and UTM tracking so acquisition spend is evaluable outside the ad platforms.
Build and maintain performance dashboards that connect campaign, website, and CRM data into a single view of what each channel returns.
Develop a forecasting model that projects cost per acquisition and revenue by channel, so budget increases are decisions rather than bets.
Report to senior management on budget and paid campaign performance on a bi-weekly basis.
This role might not be for you if
You are used to relying on an agency for recommendations or ad builds in the platforms themselves.
You do not have experience/familiarity with both upper-funnel and direct conversion paid advertising.
You are not comfortable managing projects from A–Z, including ideation, planning, launching, testing, iterating, and evaluating.
What success looks like in 12–18 months
A clear, measurable contribution to the 2027 goal of doubling new donor acquisition, with a 50–70% share of new monthly donors acquired through paid.
The Google Ad Grant is fully deployed against upper-funnel objectives, in compliance, and contributing measurable qualified traffic.
A documented acquisition model forecasts cost per acquisition and revenue by channel accurately enough to justify a materially larger paid budget.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Derivatives and Trading products sit in one of the most heavily regulated and fastest-moving parts of Payward's regulatory perimeter, and the estate is still expanding across a US venue and clearing stack, a UK venue, EEA distribution and a Bermuda entity. Today that work is owned in fragments. This is a net-new, function-owning role created to put global derivatives structuring strategy to a single senior owner. This DGC will be responsible for the global suite of derivatives products as well as Payward’s trading products.
Products. Futures and options across the group, and margin in the US, and a set of trading products, including but not limited to leveraged and liquidity products, prediction markets, indices and market data, evaluation-based trading services and structured yield. The DGC will help define the delineation of these products between the new function and the existing Product Legal team.
Entities and regulators. A US venue and clearing stack (FCM/NFA, DCM, DCO), a UK FCA-authorised derivatives venue, EEA derivatives distribution under CySEC permissions, and a Bermuda DABA entity serving the rest of world and others. The general counsel of our acquired US futures brokerage (NinjaTrader) reports into this function.
Team. Senior derivatives and trading counsel across the US, UK and EEA, with the function set to grow, and the general counsel of the acquired US futures brokerage.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own global derivatives structuring strategy — product structure, venue and entity architecture, clearing models, and how a single coherent derivatives offering is delivered to clients across several separately licensed entities.
- Together with Payward’s Regulatory Legal team, solve the cross-entity problems that sit in no single product — hub-and-spoke architecture, unified balances, cross-margining, and where risk and client relationships actually sit across the group. These are the hardest questions we answer.
- Be the named senior legal owner for the derivatives and trading product lines, wired into the product launch process from the start rather than consulted at the end, and the single senior route into Legal for derivatives and trading.
- Lead and build the team — hire, level and develop senior derivatives counsel across jurisdictions, and build depth and succession into a function that is currently thin at the top.
- Partner with Global Policy and Government Relations as the senior legal counterpart for derivatives regulatory engagement with the CFTC, NFA, FCA, BMA, CySEC and others, pre-socialising positions with regulators and internal leadership before they land, not after.
- Support the supervised estates that carry derivatives permissions, working with Regulatory Legal on continuous supervisory relationships and on new permissions and variations tied to product launches.
- Bring structuring judgement in-house, and direct external counsel where genuinely specialist input is required.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
- Attorney admitted to practice in the US, or qualified lawyer (Solicitor/Barrister of England & Wales, Irish Solicitor/Barrister, or equivalent admitted in an EU Member State).
- 18+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in financial services regulatory law gained at a regulated financial services institution, major liquidity provider or in a law firm/private practice supporting such clients, with demonstrated ability to independently own BAU regulatory workstreams.
- Experience supporting regulator engagement (e.g., with the CFTC, NFA, FCA, Cysec, or an equivalent EU competent authority), including notifications, information requests, and supervisory correspondence.
- Substantial senior in-house or equivalent experience in derivatives legal, with demonstrated ownership of structuring strategy rather than transactional execution alone.
- Deep, expert-level command of at least one of the following derivatives regulatory regimes — US (CFTC, NFA; FCM, DCM and DCO structures), UK (FCA), EEA, or an offshore regime (e.g., Bermuda) — together with a high degree of fluency in at least one other. No single regime is treated as the required one; what matters is genuine mastery of one and strong working command of a second.
- Direct experience with virtual asset markets. This combination is scarce and it is the core of the role.
- Experience structuring a product offering across multiple licensed entities in different jurisdictions, and holding a view on where activity, risk and the client relationship should sit.
- A track record of building or materially scaling a legal function or team, including hiring, levelling and succession.
- The range to operate at function level, setting strategy for the function as a whole, organising it to stay ahead of the regulatory perimeter, and holding senior lawyers to account for results and behaviour, not only for output.
- Credibility with regulators and the judgement to take positions in front of them.
- Comfort operating as the senior legal voice in a fast-moving, product-led business where the regulatory perimeter changes underneath you, and comfort staying close to the work rather than managing at a distance.
NICE TO HAVES
- Exposure to prediction markets, margin lending, or tokenized and structured products.
- Experience integrating acquired regulated entities, and their legal teams, into a group legal function.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THIS JOB
We're looking for a Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations to run the business side of marketing. Our marketing team went from two people to 25 this year, organized around four functions: product marketing, brand and consumer, enterprise, and growth. This is the first operations hire on that team. You'll own the marketing budget with Finance, run our planning cycle and operating cadence, keep hiring aligned with the plan, and partner directly with the CMO on how marketing sets priorities and tells its story to the executive team and the board.
It's a role for someone who has sat close to a CMO and a CFO, likes turning ambiguity into a plan people can execute, and is comfortable building the function themselves before building a team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Budget & Financial Operations
- Own the marketing budget end to end with Finance: allocation across teams and channels, tracking against plan, forecasting, variance flags, and the tradeoff conversations that follow
- Build the layer of visibility leadership needs (spend by team, channel, and program) on top of the spend-tracking tools we already have, so decisions get made with numbers
- Run quarterly, half-year, and annual budget planning, and make marketing's case to Finance and the executive team
- Own marketing's vendor and agency contracts end to end: evaluations, procurement, renewals, and a clear view of what we pay for and why
Planning & Operating Cadence
- Own marketing's planning cycle: translate company goals into marketing objectives, OKRs, and resourced plans, and keep them current as priorities shift
- Bring a point of view. Pressure-test plans, frame the tradeoffs, and help the CMO decide where marketing places its bets
- Design the lightweight processes and internal tools (planning, intake, reporting) that let a 25-person team operate like a much bigger one
- Run the operating rhythm for the marketing leadership team: meetings, all-hands, team-wide readouts, agendas, decisions, and follow-through
- Keep the marketing functions connected so plans, launches, and budgets move together
Executive Partnership
- Partner directly with the CMO on board materials, executive readouts, and strategy documents. Own first drafts and make them data-backed and on-message
- Extend the CMO's reach across the team: surface risks early, chase decisions to closure, and keep priorities clear week to week
- Represent marketing in cross-functional planning with Finance, Sales, and Product
Hiring & Org Operations
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and marketing leads on headcount planning, requisition tracking, and interview process, and keep hiring plans aligned with budget and org design
- Standardize the basics across sub-teams (job descriptions, interview loops, scorecards) and help new leaders land well
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10+ years in marketing strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, management consulting, or a similar role supporting a CMO, GM, or business unit leader
- You've owned a sizable marketing or departmental budget end to end and can talk about spend, forecast, and variance the way Finance does
- You've built or run a planning cycle (annual or half-year, OKRs) and an operating cadence for a leadership team
- You've drafted board or executive materials for a senior leader and know the difference between a readout and a narrative
- Experience with headcount planning and hiring operations alongside a Talent team
- You've run vendor evaluations and procurement alongside Finance and kept a clean view of contracts and renewals
- Comfortable as an individual contributor. This is the first ops hire; you'll do the work before you have a team
- You scope light and move fast. We plan in weeks, not quarters, and you build just enough process to keep a fast team aligned
- You build trust quickly, from individual contributors to the C-suite
- Bonus: you're comfortable building your own tools with AI. We use Replit to run Replit
This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:

ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.
You'll join the Portfolio Games Team (PGT) within Live: a small, tech-first and AI-first team that manages and grows a catalogue of 40+ live mobile games played by millions of users worldwide, with many more titles being onboarded. We own the full lifecycle, from game health monitoring and A/B testing to ASO, release management and live operations.
To do this at portfolio scale we are building Sophia, our in-house AI agent that already manages games, runs A/B tests and automates store work across dozens of games. Our goal is simple: take humans out of the repetitive loop so the team can focus on making the product better.
ROLE
We are looking for a freelance Technical Artist to bridge art and engineering in an AI-first studio. Our development side already moves fast with Sophia; art production is now the bottleneck. Your mission is to set up the conventions, tools and pipelines that let AI generate, check and integrate 2D and 3D assets across our portfolio with minimal human intervention. By Q1 2027 we want Sophia running full art and 3D flows end to end, and you will be key to getting there.
You will work day to day with our dev lead and the engineer who owns our AI/Figma/Unity art workflows, and with the art team.
- Define art conventions and standards (naming, structure, layout rules for UI, banners and store assets) so that assets can be produced and validated automatically, not hand-polished one by one
- Build tools and scripts in art software (Maya, plus Photoshop/Illustrator where useful) that check and fix assets automatically, e.g. validating that 3D meshes are watertight, within poly budgets and correctly set up, so an AI agent can run them as part of a pipeline
- Optimise 3D models and meshes (topology, polygon count, UVs, LODs) and textures (compression, sizes, atlases) for mobile, without sacrificing visual quality
- Own the Unity import pipeline: import settings, asset post-processors and automation so assets land in our games correctly and consistently
- Integrate AI generation tools (image, 3D, animation) into production workflows and evaluate new ones as they appear
- Help scale animated assets (e.g. animated store banners and promo visuals) across many games through templates and automation rather than manual work
- Debug and fix graphical and performance issues across mobile devices; support shaders, VFX and particles where needed
- Document everything so the pipelines keep running and improving after setup
PROFILE
- 5+ years as a Technical Artist, ideally in mobile games
- Hands-on experience using AI in art production (e.g. Scenario, Flux, 3D generation tools, ComfyUI or similar), and a mindset of automating rather than perfecting by hand
- Strong understanding of 3D models and meshes and how to optimise them; you don't need to be a 3D modeller, but you know what makes a mesh production-ready
- Strong Unity skills: asset import and optimisation, C# scripting for editor tools; Shader Graph/HLSL, VFX and particles are a plus
- Experience building tooling for art software, in particular Maya (Python and/or MEL)
- Solid grounding in Photoshop and Illustrator: the "art" in technical art matters to us
- Good understanding of mobile constraints (performance, memory, draw calls, batching)
- Autonomous, pragmatic and deadline-driven: you know when an asset is good enough and move on
- Fluent written and spoken English
NICE TO HAVE
- Python scripting outside art tools (pipelines, batch processing, APIs)
- Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and LLM-based agents
- Figma, and experience with UI/store assets for mobile games (ASO)
- Substance or similar texturing tools; GPU profiling

- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members, set priorities, manage performance, and build a collaborative, high-accountability team environment.

- Strong judgment and confidence operating in ambiguity, making decisions, escalating appropriately, and bringing structure to evolving initiatives.
- Fluency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to guide their responsible use while maintaining high standards for accuracy, quality, and human judgment.
- Demonstrated passion for performance, health and wellness, and the WHOOP mission.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

An overview of this role
As Principal Product Marketing Manager, Competitive, you own GitLab's competitive point of view on AI and agentic software development and serve as the authority on our market differentiation. You consult regularly with sales, product teams, investor relations, industry analysts, and leadership on competitive strategy and roadmap implications while publishing external thought leadership.
With deep experience in the modern SDLC and agentic tooling, you collaborate with developer advocacy and conduct primary market analysis to drive positioning, field assets, competitive plays, and partnership strategy.
In your first year, you will establish a defensible AI and agentic narrative and an agile operating rhythm that turns market signals into action.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Product & Solutions Marketing, you will operate with executive visibility and autonomy, measuring success by win rates, competitive displacements, and market leadership in the AI and agentic category.
Some examples of projects:

Publish thought leadership that shapes how the market frames agentic development
Assess new entrants and share relevant market-shaping insights across the company
Shape partnership strategy based on competitive footing
Arm executives with competitive narrative for customer and board conversations
What you'll do

Own the operating rhythm that converts competitive signal into a position and action within days
Give Product an opinionated read on what competitive movement means for roadmap sequencing, bringing evidence and a recommendation rather than a summary of what competitors shipped
Build the compete assets, plays, and objection handling the field uses against named competitors, define the sales motion that moves win rate, then measure whether it did
Partner with Growth and Campaigns on competitor displacement campaigns, accountable for their contribution to pipeline
Brief Investor Relations, industry analysts, sales, and executive leadership with the same rigor, owning the competitive-landscape narrative with analysts and PMMs
Raise the competitive bar across the PMM team
Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company's travel policy
What you'll bring
Proven impact at the organizational and industry level
Deep domain expertise in SDLC, DevSecOps, and agentic software development to engage technical buyers and executive audiences
Track record of driving competitive positioning that delivers measurable win-rate impact
Fluency in the AI/agentic coding landscape and competitor exposure areas
Established thought leadership with industry recognition (speaking, publications, advisory roles)
Experience briefing executives, investor relations, and industry analysts
Ability to form and articulate a clear point of view quickly despite incomplete information
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives
Practical experience using AI tools within your workflow
Self-directed, data-driven mindset using win/loss insights to guide strategy

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly, and power the marketing engine that brings students to them
This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands-on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions.
The position will be based at the Madrid office with a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.
What You Need For This Role
You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
You have
5+ years
of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
You are genuinely
curious about AI
and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool).
You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery.
You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences.
You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked.
You understand
marketing funnels
and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus.
You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs.
Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 32,800. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

Head of AI Transformation
The Company
Toters is an on-demand e-commerce and delivery platform that enables customers to get anything in their city with the highest level of convenience.
Technology is at the heart of everything we do. Our product and engineering teams work every day to build experiences that make customers' lives easier while continuously improving internal systems to deliver faster and at the best cost.
If you're excited about working in a high-growth startup environment and want to be part of a team shaping the future of how people shop in the Middle East, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Are you ready to make AI leverage a company's defining competitive advantage? As a Head of AI Transformation at Toters, you'll transform how we build software, unlock every function to build with AI, and compound our proprietary data and intelligence into product and business outcomes.
The role sits above day-to-day line management and is accountable for outcomes, cross-org alignment, and unblocking. You'll own direction, standards, and outcomes, while delivery is co-owned with our platform and area teams.
In this role, you will:
Your mandate spans four workstreams.
AI-native software development
Own the strategy and operating model for AI across planning, development, review, testing, and release.
Take our internal AI development harness to maturity across every engineering team, and define reusable AI workflows for our main types of engineering work.
Own AI governance: guardrails, code review policy (including reducing human review load where AI review quality supports it), validation standards for AI-generated code, and cost and usage visibility per team.
Deliver velocity with safety, measured by cycle time, review load, defect trends, and cost per unit of output.
Everyone is an AI builder.
Grow our internal AI building platform beyond engineering, activating domain experts across Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial as builders.
Shape a Forward-Deployed Engineering function that finds high-value opportunities across the business and lands them as working AI solutions.
Build a compounding intelligence layer of shared context, prompts, patterns, and learnings that makes every new build faster than the last.
Drive adoption, measured by live use cases, functions actively building, and time from idea to working tool.
AI-native internal tooling
Make the AI-native path the default for building internal and admin tools, with the traditional engineering queue as the exception.
Partner with our admin platform and Design System teams so AI-built tools compose with shared foundations rather than fragmenting them.
Free up engineering capacity, measured by engineer-hours per month, moved from low-complexity internal requests to strategic work.
AI-powered customer features
Enable product teams to ship customer-facing AI features, partnering with our Applied AI platform on personalization, semantic search and recommendations, fraud intelligence, and intelligent spend.
Set the bar for production AI: evals, guardrails, degradation paths, and measurable business attribution for every AI feature.
Deliver shipped product impact: AI features live across multiple product domains with attributable gains in conversion, retention, or efficiency.
Across all workstreams
Drive alignment with engineering, product, and business leaders, and clear the blockers that slow adoption.
Act as Toters' technical reference on AI, guiding architecture decisions and evaluating tools, models, and vendors.
Mentor engineers and builders across the company to raise AI fluency and engineering excellence.
Report progress, trade-offs, and results clearly to leadership.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of software engineering experience, including several years setting technical direction across multiple teams at Staff or Principal level.
Hands-on experience building and shipping production LLM systems: retrieval, agents and tool use, evals, and guardrails.
Deep, daily experience with AI-assisted development tools, and a track record of driving their adoption across engineering teams.
Strong system design and backend foundations, with the depth to review architecture across services, data, and infrastructure.
Experience defining engineering standards, governance, or operating models and getting them adopted at organization level.
A data-driven approach to measuring engineering productivity and business impact (e.g., DORA metrics, A/B testing).
Proven ability to influence without authority across engineering, product, and business functions.
Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain AI trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
Production ML experience in personalization, search and recommendations, or fraud detection.
Experience enabling non-engineers to build with AI or low-code tools.
Experience managing LLM cost, usage, and vendor strategy at scale.
Experience as a Tech Lead Manager or leading a small engineering team.
Familiarity with PHP (Laravel), PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS.
Previous experience with food delivery, e-commerce, or on-demand platforms.
Public work on AI engineering: talks, writing, or open-source contributions.
Why Toters?
Define how a high-growth company builds with AI, with company-wide scope and direct backing from leadership.
Flexible work environment with hybrid-friendly roles.
Opportunity to lead impactful initiatives and shape technical strategy.
Collaborate with talented engineers while growing your career.
Strong culture of mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Direct impact on products used by thousands of customers every day.
Competitive compensation package.
Exclusive discounts on Toters orders.
First-class medical insurance.

About the Role
The Growth Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager sits at the intersection of B2B marketing strategy and performance analytics. You sit within GTM Strategy & Planning and act as the right hand to the VP of Growth - helping the team decide where to spend their next dollar, setting marketing-level targets in partnership with Finance, and making recommendations of how to maximize the revenue yield from demand.
The marketing team you’ll be supporting owns the digital/technical marketing channels that are heavily reliant on data-driven decisions and insights. The team’s outcomes support both the sales-led business and our PLG motion, and we make decisions around lead routing between the two businesses so that we maximize revenue yield.
This is a high visibility role with direct exposure to marketing leadership. We're looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, has the business judgment to challenge assumptions, and can move fast without sacrificing rigor. You translate performance data into investment decisions and defend those decisions to senior stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland, Denver, Austin, or New York City offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including one to two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Target Setting and Impact Measurement
Own annual and quarterly target setting for the Growth marketing organization, including channel-level targets and budget allocation driven by a documented planning model
Support annual budgeting and in-quarter re-planning with recommendations on investment levels and channel mix
Own marketing ROI analysis: calculate and report on cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, CAC by channel, and marketing efficiency ratios
Develop segment and region level views of marketing performance to support resource allocation decisions
Design and maintain models to quantify the impact of marketing programs across the buyer journey
Conduct ad hoc deep dives to diagnose pipeline trends, marketing channel performance, or funnel conversion issues and proactively surface recommendations
Executive reporting & Cross-functional Alignment
Support the weekly and monthly business review process: prepare data and partner with leadership to build a narrative that converts data into actionable insights
Drive alignment on ICP across product marketing, product, sales, and marketing so targeting, messaging, and investment point at the same accounts
Scope dashboard needs and partner with the Analytics team to build them out
Commercial Pipeline model
Own the Growth pipeline model, aligning sourced and influenced contribution across partner, sales, BDR, and marketing
Work with Field Ops for Commercial and the BDR org to ensure marketing's pipeline contribution supports the coverage needed to hit the business target
Maintain the coverage, conversion, and velocity assumptions the model runs on, and reconcile them with Field Ops and Finance
Experimentation and Optimization
Analyze marketing experiments (landing pages, email sequences, ad creative, offers) to drive continuous improvement
Partner with our Head of PLG Revenue to identify friction in the self serve funnel and recommend interventions
Design experiments that help optimize the marketing spend and pipeline ROI
Capacity & headcount planning
Own capacity and headcount planning for the Growth marketing organization, tying resourcing to targets and coverage requirements
Model the trade-offs between headcount, program spend, and pipeline output to inform investment and org decisions
Skills We’re Looking For
4 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations analytics, FP&A or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: comfortable building target, budget, and pipeline-coverage models from ambiguous inputs
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to clear, actionable recommendations
Clear point of view and the confidence to challenge assumptions and bring data-backed perspectives to senior stakeholders, including a VP
Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment where definitions, targets, and operating models are still evolving, and the ability to balance speed with rigor
Understanding of B2B SaaS performance metrics: pipeline, ACV, conversion rates, velocity, marketing-sourced vs. influenced pipeline, and attribution concepts
Comfortable with SQL, Excel/google sheets and BI/visualization tools like Looker to move quickly through data
Working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, opportunity data), marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), and ad platforms (Demandbase, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, chatgpt Ads, etc)
Bonus Skills
Python or R proficiency for statistical analysis, automation, or building lightweight models
Experience with multi-touch attribution platforms (Bizible/Marketo)
Exposure to experiment design, significance testing, or applied statistics in a marketing context
Experience with predictive modeling: LTV estimation, propensity scoring, or cohort analysis applied to marketing audiences
Familiarity with the modern data stack (Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, Looker)
Background in data infrastructure, developer tools, or analytics software industries

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) embeds with our most strategic customers to build production AI systems on Claude. The team takes on work where no playbook exists yet, turns what works into repeatable patterns for partners and our field teams, and brings what it learns back to Product and Research. Demand for FDE is well ahead of the team's capacity, and the team is growing quickly across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
We're hiring a dedicated Strategy & Operations Lead for FDE. You'll be the strategy partner to FDE leadership and own the plan: headcount and capacity, the mix of work the team takes on, how engagements are priced and measured, and how more of the work moves to partners. You'll run the business reviews and build the reporting leadership uses to make these calls.
You'll sit on our GTM Strategy & Operations team, dedicated full time to FDE. You'll work closely with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Operations, Partnerships and Applied AI, and with the FDE program leads who run pre-sales and delivery. This is a hands-on role. You'll build the models and dashboards yourself and use Claude to automate as much of the reporting as you can.
Key responsibilities:
Own the plan.
Build FDE's annual and quarterly plan: headcount and hiring by region and role, capacity, utilization, and the mix of commercial, research and mission-driven engagements.
Model demand and capacity.
Build the demand, capacity and staffing models behind the plan, with scenarios leadership can use for hiring and prioritization decisions.
Run the business reviews.
Lead FDE's monthly and quarterly reviews. Set KPIs with FDE leadership, own the scorecard, and write the materials for GTM and company leadership.
Build the reporting.
Work with Revenue Operations and Data Science to get engagement, staffing and outcome data into our systems so reporting runs without manual work. Measure what engagements lead to: production launches, consumption, expansion, and patterns partners reuse.
Shape the commercial model.
Partner with Finance, Deal Desk and Legal on how FDE engagements are priced, packaged, discounted and contracted, and track the economics of the portfolio.
Scale through partners.
Build the plan and the economics for moving more work to delivery partners: which engagements partners own, co-deliver or get Anthropic advice on, what capacity they need, and how we measure their quality and cost.
Design the org.
Work with FDE leadership and People on new roles, manager spans and where new headcount lands as the team grows.
Lead cross-functional projects.
Take on questions that span Sales, Applied AI, Customer Success, Product and Research, from defining the problem through to a decision and a working process.
Automate with Claude.
Use Claude Code and agents to build and run the models, dashboards and workflows this role depends on.
Minimum qualification:
Have worked in strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance or consulting, including direct work with a professional services, implementation, solutions engineering or forward deployed team

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

GTM CONTENT/COPYWRITER
WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annualized revenue, 32M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Copywriter to own the written voice of Higgsfield across B2B and brand channels.
You'll write everything from sales decks and landing pages to LinkedIn posts, launch campaigns, and ad creative, turning product capabilities into sharp, persuasive messaging for enterprise buyers, agencies, and creators. This is a hands-on role for someone who writes exceptionally well, moves fast, and can take a rough brief to publish-ready copy in hours, not weeks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
FUEL LIVE DEALS
- Write copy for sales decks, one-pagers, and vertical pitch materials that enterprise and partnerships teams use in live deals.
- Prepare copy for events, partner presentations, and program materials (such as certification and partner programs).
OWN WEB AND LAUNCH COPY
- Own landing page, case study, and website copy, from headlines and value props to CTAs, working with designers and web to ship.
- Build messaging for product launches (features, API, enterprise plans) and adapt it across web, social, email, and paid.
WRITE THE PUBLIC VOICE
- Ghostwrite and edit LinkedIn content for the company and leadership: thought leadership, launch posts, and recaps in each author's voice.
- Write ad and social creative copy, plus clear briefs for designers and video creators.
BUILD THE MESSAGING SYSTEM
- Develop and maintain positioning, messaging frameworks, and a brand voice guide, including audience variants for enterprise, agencies, and creators.
- Test messaging, read performance data, and iterate on what converts.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally B2B SaaS, tech, or a creative or marketing agency.
- Exceptional written English: concise, confident, and persuasive, with a strong command of business communication.
- A portfolio that shows range: sales or enterprise materials, web copy, and social or thought leadership content.
- Ability to understand a technical product (AI video and image generation) and explain it in terms of business outcomes.
- Comfort switching voices: enterprise buyer, creative professional, founder or executive.
- Fast execution: you take feedback well, iterate quickly, and don't wait for perfect.
- Strong self-editing and attention to detail. Nothing goes out with a typo or a vague claim.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in AI, generative media, or creative tools.
- Russian language skills.
- Experience with localization or writing for international markets (e.g., Japan, MENA, Central Asia).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Figma, or Notion.
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion copywriting.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office.
- Relocation to Almaty from anywhere: we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in.
- Full-time position.
Location: Warsaw, Poland

We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About this role
Our website is one of the most important ways people discover what we offer, understand our value, and decide whether to talk to Sales or start a trial. The Web Growth team owns its roadmap and continuously improves the journey from first impression through to lead capture, demo engagement, signup, and trial start.
You’ll treat the website like a product: understand user intent, find confusion and friction, form strong hypotheses, test them with users and data, and turn what you learn into better experiences.
You’ll be just as comfortable shaping the problem and influencing the roadmap as you are designing the final interaction, prototype, or page.
What you’ll be doing
Experimentation:
Designing and iterating on experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows to improve engagement, conversion, qualified leads, and trial starts.
Collaboration:
Working with Growth, Self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to turn opportunities into clear, buildable experiences.
Data and insight:
Using user insights and funnel data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and measure impact.
Product design:
Applying product design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Prototyping and systems:
Prototyping in Figma and code, using AI tools where useful, and working within shared components and brand systems.
Roadmap ownership:
Bringing ideas to the Web Growth roadmap, not just executing briefs.
Must have experience
Experience:
5+ years in web, product, growth, or a closely related design role, with a strong portfolio of shipped, conversion-focused work.
Growth mindset:
A track record of using design, growth frameworks, conversion rate optimisation, and funnel analysis to improve outcomes such as leads, conversion, trials, activation, or revenue.
Experimentation:
Experience designing and iterating on experiments, including A/B tests or other data-informed approaches. B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
Craft and taste:
Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, detail, and polish.
Systems and brand:
Comfortable working within an existing design system and brand, while identifying opportunities to extend and improve it.
AI fluency:
Experience using AI in your design practice, including tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma Make, or similar. You should be able to explain how AI has changed your workflow and what you have built or shipped with it.
Ownership:
Able to take a brief and run with it. You work independently, make good decisions, ask the right questions, and bring solutions rather than just options.
Who this role is not for
This role is not for you if:
You only want to design campaign or marketing pages from a fixed brief. This role owns the journey from first visit through to lead, demo, signup, or trial.
You care about visual polish but not about comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, or reducing friction.
You don’t want to work with funnel data, user research, experimentation, or the realities of implementation.
You want to focus on brand expression without balancing it with usability, accessibility, performance, and measurable growth.
You need a fixed roadmap and detailed requirements rather than identifying opportunities and shaping what the team should test next.
You’re not interested in working closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to make the website perform better.
What success looks like
You’ll know you’re successful if:
More visitors understand Fin and Intercom, find the right path for their needs, and take the next step with less friction.
You’ve improved meaningful growth outcomes across qualified leads, demo engagement, signups, and trial starts.
Experiments are well designed, clearly measured, and used to inform what the team does next.
You’ve made complex product value easier to understand and act on without relying on extra explanation from Sales or Marketing.
You’ve built strong working relationships with Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Sales, and Customer Success.
You’ve raised the bar for web growth design through thoughtful, high-quality experiences that people trust and want to use.
Interview process
We understand that interviewing for a new role is both time- and energy-consuming. We aim to be thorough, speedy, and transparent in our approach.
You should expect the entire process to take no more than four weeks from start to finish. You’ll meet with members of our team and have the opportunity to validate that Intercom and the role are the right fit for you.
Ready to build something great?
If you’re excited by the opportunity to help existing businesses get more value from a self-serve product, and you have the craft, curiosity, commercial thinking, and autonomy to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Most subscription businesses lose a password. We lose GPU-seconds.
When someone runs two hundred accounts off one card to harvest a per-account promotional grant, the cost lands on our compute bill the same hour, and it does not stop until somebody finds them. We have found operators doing exactly that — hundreds of accounts, synchronised signups, machine- generated emails, round-the-clock automation — and we have also found that most of our worst- margin accounts are not abusers at all, just heavy users on an unlimited plan. Telling those two apart, account by account, with evidence that survives being challenged, is this job.
You are the person who finds them, proves it, and puts a number on it.
You make sure:
- Every enforcement action we take is backed by evidence a stranger could follow
- We know what abuse cost us last month, on the same basis as last month
- The detection system is measured against real cases, not against its own past decisions
- When a ring changes shape, somebody notices this week — and that somebody is you
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Investigation & casework
- Run ring investigations end to end: from a flagged account or a cost anomaly to a named cluster, its members, its signature, its lifetime economics and a recommended action.
- Build the linkage yourself — shared payment instruments, IP and ASN concentration, email-stem families, registration bursts, behavioural and automation fingerprints — and know which links are evidence and which are coincidence.
- Separate abuse from unprofitable-but-legitimate every single time. On an unlimited plan, negative gross margin is normal. Cost is a gate, never a trigger.
- Triage the review queue the detection system produces, and feed what you learn back into it. Your adjudications are the only unbiased labels the scientist has.
Evidence & defensibility
- Produce evidence packages that hold up outside the company — to an external auditor, to a payment network, to a customer disputing a ban, to Legal enforcing our Terms. Our abuse work has already been used in all four contexts.
- Write per-account, not per-ring, when the action is per-account. A ban list without a reason column is not evidence.
- Know what our Terms of Use actually entitle us to do, and flag when the evidence supports the finding but not the action.
Quantification & reporting
- Own the abuse loss number: what it cost, on what basis, net of the revenue we reversed and the legitimate customers we caught by mistake. Same definition every month, written down.
- Distinguish COGS burned, revenue at risk, revenue reversed and cash refunded — they are four different numbers and people will conflate them.
- Build the recurring reporting that tells us whether the problem is growing, and the ad-hoc answer to "why did compute spike last Tuesday" that is due the same day.
Monitoring & adaptation
- Watch the detectors themselves. A rule that stops firing is a detection event, not a quiet week.
- Check the instrument before explaining the movement: a missing upstream table, a silently dropped join, a vendor signal that went away. This has bitten us and it will again.
- Spot new abuse patterns before they are in anybody's model — usually in a cost anomaly, a strange cohort, or a support ticket that does not fit.
How we work
- SQL and Python on raw payment, usage and identity data in BigQuery, without anyone preparing it for you. We use AI heavily — resourcefulness beats syntax.
- Close partnership with the Antifraud data scientist (you validate what they build), Payments (chargebacks and processor signals), Support (the humans who meet your false positives) and Finance (the loss number goes in the accounts).
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years doing investigative or risk analytics — fraud, abuse, trust and safety, AML, chargebacks, gaming or marketplace integrity. What matters is that you have chased real bad actors, not modelled them in the abstract.
- Strong SQL, without help. Self-joins, window functions, cohort replay, and joining payments to usage to identity across messy keys. This is the single most-used skill in the role.
- Python at working level for analysis — pandas, notebooks, a bit of graph work.
- Investigative instinct: you follow the thread, you notice the thing that does not fit, and you can say when a pattern is a coincidence.
- Evidentiary discipline: you can write up a finding so that somebody who distrusts you can check it, and you know the difference between "this looks like abuse" and "this is provable."
- Unit-economics literacy: gross margin per account, what compute costs, and why a negative-margin customer may be entirely legitimate.
- The judgment to escalate rather than act when the evidence is thin, and to say so in writing.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Fraud / risk analysts from fintech, payments, marketplaces, gaming, crypto or betting
- Trust & safety investigators and platform-integrity analysts
- Chargeback, dispute or AML analysts who write their own queries
- Strong product or BI analysts who got handed the abuse problem and kept it
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to build models full time — that is the Antifraud data scientist, and it is open
- Want to do content moderation or NSFW classification
- Would put an account on a ban list without being able to say why in one sentence
- Treat every negative-margin account as an abuser
- Need a labelled dataset or a clean table before you can start
- Are uncomfortable that your work gets real people's accounts restricted, sometimes wrongly
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company's stock option program
- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan
- Relocation support (flight + temporary housing)
- Flat structure, high autonomy, fast career growth

About the role
n8n is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a defined enterprise territory across Northern Europe (UK&I, Nordics & Benelux) building pipeline, landing net-new logos, and expanding strategic accounts.
You’ll run a full-cycle, consultative enterprise motion (FTE 2,500+): uncovering technical and business needs, aligning multiple stakeholders, guiding evaluations, and closing high-impact six/seven-figure deals.
This role is ideal for someone who can sell to technical buyers (developers are our ICP), thrives in fast-growing environments, and uses a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) to drive predictable outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
🎯 Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory
🧭 Build pipeline proactively (≥50%+ sourced by you) through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning
🔎 Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC—uncovering pain, impact, decision process, decision criteria, and confirming real evidence before you forecast
🧱 Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation/evaluation, proposals, procurement, and negotiations
🧠 Translate technical value into business outcomes—aligning n8n’s automation + AI capabilities to measurable efficiency, risk reduction, and speed-to-delivery
🤝 Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders (champions, technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers) to keep momentum and reduce stall risk
📝 Create and drive mutual action plans with customers—clear next steps, milestones, and shared accountability from first meeting to signature
📈 Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in CRM (Salesforce) communicating clearly and early about risks and next steps
🔗 Partner tightly with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate deals and ensure strong handoffs for expansion
🌍 Represent n8n at events and in-market—building credibility with technical communities and enterprise leaders across Northern Europe (with customer travel as needed)
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
🏆 Enterprise SaaS sales track record: 5+ years in quota-carrying roles with consistent overachievement in enterprise segments
🌍 Northern Europe market expertise: Existing network and proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises (plus relevant languages)
🧩 Complex deal leadership: Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals with longer cycles, procurement/legal steps, and high scrutiny
🔎 Methodology-driven execution (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC): You use structured qualification to build high-confidence pipeline and accurate forecasts
🗣️ Executive + technical buyer fluency: You can engage C-level stakeholders and also win credibility with technical audiences (DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops etc.)
🧠 Consultative selling: You lead with customer outcomes, ask sharp questions, and tailor your narrative to the customer’s reality—not a generic pitch
📊 Operational discipline: Strong CRM hygiene, forecast rigor, and a habit of using evidence to drive next steps and internal alignment
🤝 Collaboration mindset: You work smoothly with SE/CS/Marketing/RevOps and elevate the whole deal team, not just your own activity
NICE-TO-HAVES
🧑💻 Open-source / community experience: You’ve sold in or alongside open-source ecosystems and understand bottoms-up adoption and PLG signals
🧪 Selling technical workflow/automation products: Experience with integration, API-first platforms, DevOps/SecOps/IT Ops, or adjacent categories
🚀 Early-stage / scale-up experience: You’ve helped build pipeline and playbooks in a fast-growing environment where process is evolving

Anthropic is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to make sure our most important messages are backed by customers who can speak to them. This role works across regions and customer segments on special projects tied to the company's top priorities.
When we launch a new model, feature, or initiative, you'll find the customers who can speak to it and get them on the record. We're looking for an excellent communicator who can turn customer stories into multiple formats that flex across channels. This often means working under compressed timelines and leading customer storytelling on some of the most important projects at Anthropic.
You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, Comms, Customer Marketing segment leads, and the writers on our team. The right person has done both product marketing and customer marketing, and has a reporter's nose for a good story.
Key responsibilities
Own the customer evidence strategy for the company's top priorities, deciding which claims need customer proof, which customers are best placed to back them up, and where we have gaps to close
Bring what customers are telling us back to Product Marketing and Sales, so our messaging reflects what lands with buyers
Stand up new programs as company priorities shift, setting the scope, the customer list, and the plan to ship quickly
Lead the customer plan for major model and product launches, from which customers we engage with to how their voices show up in the announcement
Partner with Brand and Creative on which customer stories anchor our campaigns and how we tell them
Build proof point libraries and enablement around our key messages, so account teams know which story to use and when
Shape the customer narrative our executives use in keynotes, posts, and customer conversations
Prioritize customer asks when several teams want to tap the same customer, and work with Comms, Legal, and customer executives to get high-profile stories approved
Minimum qualifications
Can read a messaging doc and quickly spot what customer proof it needs and where the gaps are
Are a strong writer and interviewer who can get a customer to say something specific and true, then turn it into a story people want to read
Have supported product launches and campaigns with customer proof, often on tight timelines
Have built sales enablement that sales teams kept using after launch week
Are comfortable with technical products and can explain/write what a customer built, and why it matters, in plain language
Know how to work across a lot of teams without formal authority, and can say “not yet” when a request doesn't fit the plan
Have good judgment about when a story is ready and when it needs more work
Enjoy moving between very different projects, sometimes in the same week
Already use Claude to help with drafts and interview prep
Preferred qualifications
Have 7+ years in B2B marketing, with time in both product marketing and customer marketing
Worked in AI or developer tools
A background in journalism or editorial
A background in Product Marketing or Messaging
Written keynotes or LinkedIn posts for executives
Run message testing or win/loss interviews to learn what buyers respond to
Worked with Comms or analyst relations on announcements that featured customers

Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
