We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity:
Application Core Services (AppCore) is a group within Platform, in the Foundations department. Foundations produces the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) and partners closely with our Cloud, Enterprise, and Grafana teams. Our team develops the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations. We utilize the grafana.com platform to engineer bespoke integrations and solutions that unify the diverse technical ecosystem of a modern software enterprise.
The team owns important domain areas that help keep both our customer workflows and internal business processes running smoothly. AppCore is made up of multiple squads, each focused on one or more of these domains. Our work includes maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculations, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the user portal our customers rely on to manage their accounts.
This is a team working at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. The systems we build are critical to how Grafana Cloud scales. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex workflow and systems problems, improving reliability and developer experience, and building software that directly supports both customers and internal stakeholders.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a unique perspective to the software. Engineers at Grafana Labs also have the opportunity to contribute to Open Source communities and collaborate across teams beyond their immediate scope.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Usage squad owns the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations and customer usage calculations. Our domain encompasses maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculation, cost management and billing applications, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the customer user portal.
Our work sits at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. We build full-stack web applications, customer portals, backend services, APIs, and data integrations across internal Grafana platforms and third-party systems like NetSuite and Salesforce. When this domain works well, customers get clear usage visibility, reliable billing, and seamless account management workflows. This role is about 75% FrontEnd and 25% BackEnd.
Design, build, operate, and evolve reliable full-stack web applications, customer-facing account portals, and backend services that power core customer usage and billing workflows
Build and maintain backend APIs (Golang, Node.js) and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, React)
Design and maintain integrations between Grafana systems and external business platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Develop and automate business logic for customer usage metering, pricing structures, promotions, and billing reconciliation
Collaborate across product management, DealOps, GTM, Support, and adjacent AppCore squads to deliver robust end-to-end features
Address technical debt, optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen test coverage, and improve system observability and operational resilience
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while shaping pragmatic solutions for complex systems challenges
Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, OnCall improvements, and long-term simplification of stack operations
You will help own the production behavior of the systems you build. That includes improving runbooks, dashboards, alerts, reconciliation safety, rollout controls, and recovery procedures. You should be comfortable debugging across service boundaries and making careful changes in systems that affect customer stacks
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At Grafana, we actively embrace AI-assisted and agentic development practices, integrating these technologies into both our engineering workflows and the systems we deliver. We encourage our engineers to thoughtfully leverage AI tools to enhance every stage of the lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, documentation, and operations. We also look for strategic opportunities to embed agentic capabilities within our services to eliminate toil, bolster reliability, and ensure that complex customer workflows remain resilient and safe.
We are seeking a Staff FullStack Engineer who thrives on building production systems where correctness, scalability, and user experience are paramount. As a remote-first organization, you should be comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones and taking full ownership of the critical systems powering Grafana Cloud. Our team is small and operates with a high degree of independence; you will be expected to lead major projects, coordinate across service boundaries, and help define the technical direction for our domain.
You will be particularly successful in this role if you enjoy solving challenges related to stateful systems, eventual consistency, and reconciliation loops. We value engineers who can take ambiguous lifecycle requirements and transform them into explicit, modular solutions. You should be adept at breaking down complex systems work into safe, iterative increments while clearly communicating technical tradeoffs to both internal stakeholders and adjacent product teams.
Some things you might be expected to do could include:
Writing efficient, readable, and easy to maintain code
Designing new microservices or systems
Collaborating with teammates and other departments to reach consensus on proposed solutions
Coordinating with product and UX when needed
Responding to customer requests and feedback
When ready, participating in our follow-the-sun OnCall rotation
Participating in team decisions, such as roadmap planning and prioritization
Requirements:
You have at least 1 year of fully remote work experience
You have worked on a big SaaS platform and dealt with common distributed systems problems (e.g. scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA, …)
Strong professional experience with backend technologies (Golang, Node.js) as well as modern frontend web development (TypeScript, React)
Care deeply about developer and user experience and the quality of the products that you work on
Have some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, and brainstorming ideas to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
You write clean, robust, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, operate, and maintain
Have experience with mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative but asynchronous environment
Can take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve tight learning loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively
You are willing to work across teams. Your work has to be aligned with the needs of other squads and external stakeholders. You make your plans transparent, bring stakeholders on board, and are open to feedback and suggestions
Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.)
Bonus Points For:
Experience with high-volume usage metering, billing engines, or customer-facing cost management applications
Experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations with third-party business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces)
Experience with frontend component libraries, design systems, and modern CSS-in-JS tooling
Familiarity with cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS provisioning/tenancy patterns
Experience working on SaaS provisioning, tenancy, regional expansion, plugin rollout, or customer lifecycle systems
Experience with incident response involving configuration drift, partial failure, or cross-service state mismatch

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's Executive Briefing program brings senior leaders from our most strategic customers together with our spokespeople, product leaders, and researchers. As a Program Manager, Executive Briefings, you will run the program at one of our briefing centers and help build the global operating model that ensures an exceptional and consistent experience across the globe.
You will be the main program lead for your location and own briefings end to end: qualification and intake, agenda design, speaker selection, and day-of execution. You will set the objectives and design for each agenda and develop it jointly with Sales. You will also be the local account teams' go-to partner on how to use a briefing to move their most important opportunities forward.
You will manage the global workstream and set the standard every center follows, so customers get the same quality of briefing wherever they meet us. This is a highly cross-functional role. You will work with regional GTM leadership and the Office of the CCO on account selection and program strategy, with Product Marketing on content, with Solutions on technical deep-dives and demos, with Anthropic's executive bench on sponsorship and participation, and with Workplace, Security, and Revenue Operations on the experience and systems behind every briefing. You will be comfortable running every part of a briefing yourself and maintaining tight alignment with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Own the Executive Briefing program at your location: the local calendar, capacity planning, the request and intake process from Sales, and operating SLAs, applied against global criteria and regional allocation
Work with regional GTM leadership to decide which strategic accounts receive a briefing each quarter, hold the qualification bar, and proactively surface accounts that should be engaged
Lead discovery with account teams before each briefing to understand the customer's objectives, business context, and stage of evaluation, and turn that into a tailored agenda
Own agenda design and co-own agenda development with Sales for every briefing, including the narrative arc, discussion topics, speakers, and demos
Build and manage the speaker bench for your location: identify, source, and match speakers to briefings, run prep, and manage capacity so no one is over-asked
Own day-of orchestration and the customer experience standard at your center, in partnership with Workplace on logistics
Contribute to the playbooks, tooling, and best practices that let the program scale consistently across centers while allowing for regional nuance
Share intake and triage on a rotation across time zones so every request gets a decision within the defined SLA
Maintain one source of truth for criteria, lead times, and process so account teams get one answer
Own measurement and reporting for your center and contribute to global reporting on briefing volume, capacity and allocation, strategic-account coverage, and program-influenced pipeline and expansion
Onboard and coach briefing team members and contractors across locations
Minimum qualifications
Experience running executive briefings, customer events, or a comparable program for senior external audiences
Program management skills, including intake and prioritization, capacity planning, and managing multiple concurrent programs against SLAs
Experience designing agendas and facilitating discussions with C-level or other senior customer audiences
Experience building processes, playbooks, or tooling that help a program operate consistently
Ability to track, report on, and communicate program metrics such as volume, coverage, and pipeline influence
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner credibly with field leadership, executives, and internal subject matter experts
Work on site at your briefing center when briefings take place
Preferred qualifications
6+ years of experience building or scaling an executive briefing program, or a similar customer-facing program, at an enterprise technology company
Experience in a high-volume briefing environment
Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, and with connecting program activity to pipeline and expansion outcomes
Experience identifying and surfacing speakers for the speaker bench and managing speaker capacity across product, research, and executive teams
Experience working across time zones or across multiple sites to set one global standard
Experience onboarding or coaching new team members or contractors
Familiarity with AI products and how enterprises evaluate and adopt them
Interest in Anthropic's mission to build AI that is safe and beneficial

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customers' agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - must be proficient in English.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
LOCATION
This is a remote-first role. Candidates must be based in North America.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

As a Senior Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager, you will own and evolve our digital customer success programs across the customer lifecycle. You will design, build, and optimize targeted digital journeys that help customers move from onboarding through activation and beyond. This role blends program strategy, campaign execution, analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable customer impact at scale.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up, working through ambiguity, and improving digital-first customer experiences in a fast-changing environment. Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:

- Demonstrated success building and owning lifecycle or digital success programs with measurable business impact.
- Experience creating scalable campaigns, workflows, or journeys rather than managing a book of business.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, expansion, renewal, and risk management motions.
- Ability to interpret customer and product signals, identify patterns, and translate them into clear campaign strategies and measurable interventions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, effective messaging for different customer audiences and personas.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, or similar customer success and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience collaborating across Customer Success, Product, Support, Operations, Marketing, Content, and Data teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
- Comfort working in changing environments where teams are building new programs, processes, and operating models from the ground up.
- Preferred: experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to support program design, experimentation, and campaign optimization; experience with 1Password and/or cybersecurity is also valued.
What you can expect:
- Design, launch, and improve digital customer success campaigns and programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, and growth stages.
- Build scalable customer journeys that help customers reach key milestones using content-led interventions and targeted human engagement when needed.
- Identify customer signals, behaviors, milestones, and friction points that indicate progress, risk, or opportunity across the lifecycle.
- Translate customer and product insights into triggered programs and campaigns that guide customers to the right next step using existing resources and tools.
- Draft, edit, and optimize customer-facing communications, including email campaigns, journey messaging, and supporting content.
- Monitor program performance using metrics such as activation, deployment, engagement, retention, expansion, churn, and content interaction to evaluate effectiveness.
- Use testing methods such as A/B testing, cohort analysis, and message iteration to improve campaign tone, timing, targeting, and outcomes.
- Partner with Data, Product, Customer Success Operations, Customer Experience Content, and Voice of Customer teams to align digital programs with customer insights and business priorities.
- Build dashboards and reporting to track program health, surface insights, and recommend improvements to digital-first customer experiences.
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging technologies to accelerate campaign creation, analysis, experimentation, and optimization.

You'll lead the first phase of every launch: taking new products to market through our direct-to-consumer and e-commerce channels, including Amazon and TikTok Shop. Your job is to prove each product works: real consumer demand, product-market fit, and a healthy margin structure. Once a product is proven, you'll hand it off to our commercial team to scale into retail, with the story and data they need to start early retailer conversations.
This role is ideal for a marketer who loves launching products, reads the numbers closely, and can orchestrate many teams toward one clear outcome.

Provide input on pricing, bundles, and assortment in partnership with Product and Finance.
Orchestrate launches across our D2C store, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
Prove Product-Market Fit
Define success metrics before launch, such as demand, conversion, attach rate, ratings and reviews, return rates, and contribution margin.
Design and run tests across pricing, bundles, offers, and creative to learn quickly.
Build clear recommendations to scale, iterate, or sunset each product based on results.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
Partner with our growth and performance marketing experts to plan and optimize paid, social, and marketplace programs.
Work with Creative, Content, and Social teams on assets for PDPs, TikTok, email, and the Nex website.
Coordinate with Product and Operations on launch timing, inventory, and forecasts.
Brief and manage vendors and partners for merch and apparel programs as needed.
Handoff to Scale
Package results, consumer insights, and the sell-in story so our retail management team can begin early retailer conversations.
Transition proven products to the commercial team with a repeatable launch playbook.
Consumer Insight
Bring the voice of the customer into every decision, using reviews, social listening, and community feedback.
Identify gaps and opportunities that shape the future accessories roadmap.
What You'll Bring
Experience
8+ years in product marketing or go-to-market roles for consumer products, ideally in accessories, consumer electronics, gaming, toys, or lifestyle brands.
A proven track record of launching products through D2C and Amazon.
TikTok Shop or social commerce experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with merchandise or apparel programs is a plus.
Skills & Strengths
Strong commercial acumen across unit economics, pricing, margin, and demand forecasting.
Data-driven decision maker who is comfortable with marketplace, e-commerce, and marketing analytics.
Excellent writer and storyteller who can make simple products feel compelling.
Highly organized, with the ability to run several launches at once.
Collaboration & Mindset
A natural orchestrator who aligns people without needing direct authority.
Test-and-learn mindset, with the judgment to move fast and the discipline to measure.
Comfortable in a small, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
Passion for building products and experiences that families love.
What Success Looks Like
A clear accessories roadmap that has cross-functional alignment of new accessories and merch that compliment our platform & ecosystem strategy
A customer-led insights process that guides and supports key decisions on new products, driven by tangible market and customer research
Business plans and GTM plans that are fully documented and positioned for success with sign-off from the leadership team before new accessories move into production and marketing team action around the plan
Clear messaging, value proposition, and pricing recommendations for new products that support the business plan/thesis
Successful GTM orchestration across multiple internal teams, from the product teams to the marketing communications teams that assemble the creative and deliverables to drive new launches, meet the sales goals, and sustain the business plan
Initial learnings in market with a first launch phase of growth to validate the business contribution of the accessory and establish a growth path before broader commercial business development (retail development, international expansion, etc)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Talent in building and scaling ElevenLabs’ global Talent organization. You will help shape strategy, turn priorities into action, and lead work that requires deep talent expertise and focused execution. Your remit will span the entire Talent organization: GTM, G&A, and Technical recruiting, Talent Operations and Talent Programs. You will embed with teams where additional leadership or expertise can accelerate progress, and own high visibility projects sponsored by the Head of Talent and senior leadership across ElevenLabs.
- Turn Talent strategy into execution. Partner with the Head of Talent to identify priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate decisions into clear plans, owners, and outcomes. Bring an informed point of view on where the organization needs to invest or change, build alignment with Talent leaders and cross-functional partners, and follow through to delivery.
- Embed where you can make the greatest difference. Step into teams or initiatives that need additional leadership, expertise, or execution capacity. Diagnose what is holding progress back and take responsibility for improving it, whether that means leading a hiring initiative, strengthening a process, or supporting a function through change. Build capability as you go, with clear ownership and a sustainable handover.
- Lead high visibility projects from idea to outcome. Own strategic initiatives sponsored by the Head of Talent and other senior leaders, such as new sourcing experiments and targeted talent campaigns. Turn early ideas into focused experiments, lead the execution, and use evidence to decide what to scale, adapt, or stop.
- Improve how the Talent organization works together. Partner with Talent leaders to resolve issues that cut across teams, improve decision-making, and share effective practices. Use hiring data and direct experience to identify opportunities, and help turn successful approaches into repeatable ways of working, including better use of tools and AI.
REQUIREMENTS
- You bring deep talent expertise and have helped a global organization navigate hypergrowth at scale, including hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones. You understand what needs to evolve as hiring volume, team size, and business complexity increase.
- You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and delivering the work yourself. You can advise an executive on a difficult tradeoff, build a plan from an ambiguous brief, and go deep into a search, process, or team to understand and solve the underlying problem.
- You have led teams, functions, or complex talent initiatives with clear accountability for results. You can earn trust quickly, lead through influence or direct ownership, and strengthen the teams you support. You bring the judgment to know when to step in, when to coach, and when to hand ownership back.
- You have delivered high visibility projects with senior executive stakeholders, bringing structure, pace, and sound judgment to evolving priorities. You can challenge an idea constructively, test it pragmatically, and communicate clearly about progress, results, and decisions needed.
