How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Ever wonder who makes sure a Magic: The Gathering account signup, a Nerf promotion, and a Hasbro Pulse pre-order all handle a player's data the right way? That's this team — and this role is at the center of it!
Hasbro's Global Privacy team supports the whole company! We make sure our games, websites, and products handle the personal data of players, employees, and fans responsibly, wherever they are. We're hiring a Privacy Paralegal to own the day-to-day operations of that program.
This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership. You will be the primary contact for most internal teams when they have privacy questions. You will develop processes that help a small team support a large company.
This role is currently based at our Renton, WA or Boston, MA office and requires onsite work 3 days per week, currently Tuesday - Thursday.
What You Will Do as a Privacy Paralegal:
Build and refine how privacy incidents and inquiries get reported, sorted, and prioritized and be the first point of contact for the rest of the business.
Work with Legal, Marketing, Central Technology, and Privacy Operations on technology compliance. This includes consistent classification of data collection purposes across many sites and products.
Collaborate with Privacy Operations to maintain up-to-date data maps and records of processing activities, and to handle the privacy tech stack — including consent tooling, request workflows, and assessment intake — as products, vendors, and teams evolve.
Sit down with engineering, web development, and marketing technology teams to learn how data moves through our sites and apps. This includes tag managers, SDKs, APIs, and backend systems. Work with them to implement consent, preference, and data collection requirements as the law requires.
Coordinate privacy reviews for new products, features, and vendors. Assemble the technical details attorneys need to assess risk. Keep the review moving across teams and follow it through to a decision people can build against.
Help build our privacy notices and policies, working with attorneys on language and positioning as regulations change.
Represent the privacy group as the main liaison to Product Development and engineering. Help integrate compliance requirements into website and platform workflows early, not late.
Write the playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures that keep the program running.
Supervise the privacy program's budget and handle its invoicing.
Plan Global Data Privacy Day and other company-wide privacy awareness efforts.
Prioritize the privacy team's SharePoint documentation to enable a detailed response to an audit request.
Answer privacy questions from other departments, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and turn legal requirements into practical direction people can actually act on.
What You Will Bring:
College degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certificate a plus.
At least 3 years supporting a legal or compliance function, ideally in privacy or data protection.
Solid understanding of US state privacy laws, GDPR, and children's privacy rules (COPPA).
Experience with a privacy management platform such as Ketch or OneTrust.
Experience working shoulder to shoulder with technical teams — you can join a working session with engineers and leave with requirements that both sides understand the same way.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Jira.
Knowledge of functions linked to privacy management: handling privacy tools, conducting data mapping, and documenting processing activities.
Willingness to work with colleagues and collaborators in other time zones, and in different business units.
Comfortable with technical details about how data is collected, sent, and stored across websites, mobile apps, APIs, SDKs, databases, and tag managers. This allows translating a legal requirement into something an engineer can build.
Nice to Have:
CIPP certification (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar).
Experience with cookie and tracking consent management, and website compliance reviews.
Drafting experience with Data Processing Agreements (DPA).

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
As a member of Ramp’s Financial Crimes Compliance Team, you will play a key role in executing Ramp’s Anti–money laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance program. You will be responsible for conducting investigations, preparing unusual and suspicious activity reports (UARs, SARs), driving process improvement, and supporting AI and automation initiatives for the AML program.
This role is primarily focused on comprehensive investigations arising from escalated transaction-monitoring alerts and internal referrals. You will evaluate the customer relationship and relevant activity holistically, document clear and defensible risk conclusions, and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs when appropriate. You will flex into other Financial Crimes Compliance workflows as business needs evolve, including sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and enhanced due diligence reviews.
You will also help strengthen how Financial Crimes Compliance operates. This is an opportunity for someone who combines rigorous risk-based judgment with a builder mindset: improving review workflows, quality standards, and procedures while partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Data (PEDD) to develop the tooling, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that will allow Ramp to scale responsibly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, has strong analytical and investigative skills, and is excited about building scalable processes to support Ramp’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead comprehensive investigations of escalated transaction-monitoring alerts and internal referrals, maintaining appropriate case documentation, making defensible risk-based decisions, and meeting regulatory reporting obligations.
- Recommend account actions or restrictions based on financial crimes risk, and present findings and recommendations to the Account Review Board.
- Draft and file SARs and prepare applicable partner reporting, ensuring narratives are clear, evidence-based, timely, and confidential.
- Conduct secondary and peer reviews of investigations and filings, strengthening quality, consistency, and investigator judgment.
- Identify and drive practical improvements to investigation workflows, procedures, quality standards, tooling, and training.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, PEDD, and Operations to build scalable workflows, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Flex into other Financial Crimes Compliance work, including sanctions, PEPs, customer due diligence, and enhanced due diligence reviews, as program needs require.
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BSA/AML advisory or operations teams, with at least 2 years in BSA/AML investigations
- Demonstrated experience drafting and filing SARs and making recommendations to leadership on account actions such as offboarding or risk acceptance
- At least 1 year of experience conducting secondary or peer reviews of financial-crimes investigations
- Deep knowledge of money-laundering and terrorist-financing typologies, with the ability to apply that knowledge to Ramp’s products, payment flows, and business-customer risk.
- Demonstrated experience improving financial-crimes processes, procedures, controls, tooling, training, or quality standards.
- AI fluency, including the ability to design repeatable, validated multi-step AI-assisted workflows with clear inputs, outputs, review checkpoints, and defined processes to identify, correct, and improve unreliable results.
- Prior Fintech experience
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with bank partners, card issuers, payment partners, or other regulated financial-services partners, including diligence requests, audits, reporting, or operational escalations.
- ACAMS certification or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience delivering automation or AI-assisted workflow improvements in a regulated compliance environment.

How we’re using AI today
On the Legal team, AI helps us move faster without sacrificing quality. We use it to draft and review commercial agreements, implement negotiation playbooks, and prepare the groundwork for legal review. AI also helps us stay on top of regulatory developments, synthesize research across jurisdictions, and identify risks in novel situations like new product launches or partnership structures. The result is a team that can operate at higher volume with greater consistency, while creating more time for the judgment calls, collaboration, and meaningful decisions that matter most.
What we're looking for:
- Juris Doctor with active bar membership in Canada or the United States and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including time at a nationally recognized law firm and ideally a mix of late-stage private and public company work. Experience in technology or SaaS is preferred.
- Experience leading or supporting mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiations, transaction documentation, and post-closing integration.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, securities laws, entity management and experience preparing for or managing public company compliance.
- Experience advising on international expansion, including subsidiary formation and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting financing transactions and related securities law compliance.
- Ability to identify legal and business risks, develop practical mitigation strategies, and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing external counsel and coordinating cross-functional teams on complex legal matters.
- Excellent judgment, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- A practical, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to legal work.
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently while maintaining a high standard of execution.
What you can expect:
- Lead the legal workstreams for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Advise on legal considerations and regulatory requirements related to international operations and expansion.
- Oversee corporate entities, corporate records, and related governance processes, including the incorporation and ongoing management of global subsidiaries
- Provide guidance on corporate governance matters, including developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures.
- Support Finance on a variety of matters, including insurance renewals, tax planning, financial statements, employee equity, commission plans, and other strategic projects.
- Review marketing materials and advise on applicable compliance requirements.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees on relevant legal and regulatory topics.
- Identify legal risks across the organization and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters, including overseeing external counsel, developing case strategies, and supporting negotiations.
- Manage 1Password’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Product Manager, Core People Technology
Location:
London |
Work model:
Hybrid |
Reports to:
Senior Manager, People Product
About the team
People Technology builds and runs the systems behind every hire, transfer, leave, pay change and offboard for our workforce across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt. Our mission is to make the operational backbone of People Operations invisible when it works — reliable, compliant, and scalable across dozens of markets — so our people teams can focus on people, not process. This role sits on the People Product team, working alongside Business Systems Analysts, engineers and delivery leadership to bring product thinking to one of our highest-volume, highest-consequence surfaces.
About the role
Core is the Workday and HR platform surface that nearly every People Operations process runs through — pay, leave, employment status, right to work, and multi-country compliance for a global workforce. Demand structurally exceeds capacity, and requests arrive from every direction without a shared shape. You'll be the first dedicated product manager for this space, responsible for turning that inbound chaos into a defensible, well-communicated plan — and, over time, for building the intake, frameworks and partnerships that let the space run on systems rather than on you.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you'll be shaping tickets and sizing work alongside analysts and engineers, not managing from above.
What you'll be doing
Own the prioritised order of work for Core — building a clear, ranked plan, explaining the reasoning behind it, and being explicit about what's being deferred and why
Turn vague or incomplete partner requests into documented problems, mapped current-state processes, and testable outcomes
Partner directly and regularly with People Operations, Compliance, Payroll, Total Rewards and Business Systems Analysts, including holding "not now" conversations without damaging the relationship
Work hands-on with analysts and engineers to shape, size, and write tickets, keeping an accurate and current picture of committed, shipped, and carried-over work
Build and evolve the operating model across the analyst and engineering pod — the mechanisms, documentation and intake processes that let the space run with less coordination overhead
Use AI tools to accelerate translation of messy, multi-format, multi-language inbound requests into structured requirements and plans, while applying clear judgment about what should never be automated (anything touching pay, leave, employment status or right to work)
Escalate proactively on statutory or audit exposure, cross-space dependencies, and any trade-off that would move a compliance date
Report progress and delivery against plan to partners and leadership, including clear communication when outcomes fall short
Requirements
Experience owning a product or systems area end-to-end, with real decision rights over scope and sequencing — not co-ownership of a feature
Hands-on background with Workday or a comparable HRIS as a product manager or technical program manager, with genuine understanding of configuration, business processes, and integrations
Demonstrated ability to prioritise when demand structurally exceeds capacity, including a repeatable method (not just instinct) for deciding what to do and communicating what won't get done
Proven delivery in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, comfortable starting when requirements are incomplete or undocumented
Experience translating a partner's requested solution into a well-defined problem, current-state understanding, and testable outcome
Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including compliance, payroll, or other regulated/audit-exposed functions
Practical fluency with AI tools for requirements drafting, documentation, and structuring unstructured information, paired with sound judgment about where not to apply them
Why Deliveroo
Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighborhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders. We are transforming the way the world eats and shops by making access to food and products more convenient and enjoyable. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, as they want it, when and where they want it.
We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.
Workplace & Benefits
At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. Benefits differ by country, but we offer many benefits in areas including healthcare, well-being, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave allowances, including time off to support a charitable cause of your choice. Benefits are country-specific, please ask your recruiter for more information.
Diversity
At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.
We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.

We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.

We're hiring a Principal Compliance Associate to take on the function's most complex casework, and help shape how we detect and cover market abuse as the business scales.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own complex investigations end to end, writing findings up to a standard a regulator can rely on, and present conclusions to a range of stakeholders.
- Lead or contribute to periodic threshold and model reviews, recalibrating surveillance rules and alert thresholds as trading behaviour, products and market structure evolve.
- Support the design, build-out and integration of surveillance platform capability, including onboarding new products, venues and data sources onto the surveillance system.
- Contribute to market abuse risk assessments, helping identify and score risk across products, jurisdictions and entities, and translate findings into surveillance coverage.
- Use AI and automation tools responsibly to speed up evidence-gathering, case reconstruction and detection-model development, always with human judgement over the final call.
- Support conflicts of interest, information barrier, and personal account dealing matters across Markets Compliance, extending beyond surveillance casework where buy-side or asset management experience is directly relevant.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience investigating market abuse or trading conduct inside a firm subject to market conduct regulation, such as an exchange, broker-dealer, trading venue, or comparable regulated trading business.
- A track record running investigations end to end, including writing findings up to a standard a regulator can rely on and presenting conclusions to stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of core market abuse typologies e.g. spoofing, wash trading, insider trading, front running, ramping.
- Experience with, or strong working knowledge of, threshold and model calibration, surveillance platform integration, market abuse risk assessments, and audit remediation.
- Comfort using generative AI and other automation tools to improve the speed and quality of investigative work, while maintaining the human oversight regulated casework requires.
- Familiarity with a surveillance platform (such as Scila, Nasdaq SMARTS, Eventus, or NICE Actimize) and comfort with SQL or a similar query tool for evidence-gathering.
- Clear, evidence-first written communication - your case files, escalations and regulatory drafts will sometimes be read by auditors and regulators without you in the room to explain them.
- Exposure to crypto-asset markets is welcomed but not required. What matters most is regulated-market investigation experience; strong candidates from traditional securities or derivatives markets are encouraged to apply.
NICE TO HAVES
- E-comms surveillance experience.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Supplier Security & Assurance (SSA) team sits within Security GRC and is responsible for assessing the security of our suppliers: evaluating whether vendors meet our security requirements, capturing the deviations, and giving the business a clear approval decision it can act on. We assess the vendor population a frontier AI lab actually depends on: SaaS and software, human data operations, compute and data center providers, hardware suppliers, and services firms. The program is designed agent-first so that people spend their time on judgment, remediation, and the vendors that matter most.
As a member of the Supplier Security & Assurance team you will run supplier security assessments end to end: reviewing evidence, verifying agent-drafted evaluations, determining inherent and residual risk, and driving findings to closure with vendors and business owners. You will also carry the work that extends assurance past the approval, from contractual security terms and secure configuration baselines to continuous monitoring and reassessment, and you will help shape the tooling and requirements the program runs on.
Key responsibilities
Run supplier security assessments: review agent-prefilled outputs, evaluate vendor controls and evidence, determine residual risk, route to domain reviewers where deeper assessment is warranted
Operate supplier issue management and risk treatment: document each finding with a severity, an owner, and a due date, drive remediation with the vendor and the business owner, record risk acceptances, and roll open issues up to the risk register
Run continuous monitoring after approval: reopen an assessment on defined triggers (data classification change, new SOC 2 report, new subprocessor, vendor incident), investigate SaaS configuration, data, and use case drift signals, and queue a reassessment where the vendor's scope has moved
Improve the program as you run it: identify gaps in coverage, questionnaires, requirements, and tooling that surface during assessments, propose the fix, and carry roadmap items that mature supplier security overall
Tune and maintain our Claude-powered assessment platform alongside the team: prompt development, questionnaire and assessment type design, calibration against assessor decisions, and output QA
Contribute to KPI and KRI reporting on coverage, cycle time, residual risk, open issues, and reassessments due
Minimum qualifications
Experience running supplier security assessments end to end at a technology company: scoping the engagement, determining inherent risk, reviewing controls and evidence, documenting residual risk, and driving findings to closure
Working knowledge of risk fundamentals (inherent and residual risk, control effectiveness, compensating controls, risk acceptance) and the judgment to apply them when the evidence is incomplete or the answer isn't in a framework
Ability to assess a vendor across security domains, and to recognize which findings you can close yourself and which need a security domain specialist
Track record of driving risk treatment to closure through influence across teams with competing priorities
Experience building or tuning an LLM-backed workflow, agent, or automation in a risk, compliance, or operations context, including tuning prompts and reviewing model output for accuracy
Experience building or operating issue management workflows: logging issues with a clear owner and due date, tracking remediation, and escalating when treatment stalls
Working technical knowledge of SaaS security configuration (SSO and SCIM, admin scoping, sharing defaults, audit log export) and of standard vendor security contract terms (DPA, incident notification, subprocessors, audit and testing rights)
Ability to read a SOC 2 report or penetration test and turn it into findings: identify control exceptions and carve-outs, map complementary user entity controls, and judge what the evidence does and does not prove
Preferred qualifications
Experience assessing cloud infrastructure, data center, or data-pipeline vendors
Experience supporting SOX, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 third party or vendor management controls
Experience assessing additional, more specialized vendor cohorts from a security risk perspective: human data operations or data labeling vendors, hardware suppliers, compute providers and neoclouds, and others
Experience with post-approval supplier continuous monitoring: configuration, data, and use case drift detection, shadow IT & SaaS detection, vendor incident management, or evidence-based vendor audits/site visits
