Senior Corporate Lawyer

Role Description: — Providing legal support to corporate administrators on various corporate matters, including amendment to or drafting of corporate documents and procedures such as memorandum and articles of association, minutes, resolutions and powers of attorney. — Drafting, reviewing and commenting on corporate agreements including share purchase agreements, subscription agreements, option agreements, loan agreements and shareholder agreements. — Attending court, signing affidavits and/or obtaining court orders for corporate matters including incorporation of companies, amendments to memorandum, reduction of capital, late submissions, mergers, re-domiciliation. — Assisting with the establishment and management of trusts. — Assisting with preparation of applications and dealing with public authorities for obtaining Cyprus citizenship or residency under the Cyprus Investment Program. — Reviewing and advising on transaction structures and legal documents from a Cyprus law perspective. — Providing legal advice on other legal, corporate and commercial matters. Qualifications/skills: — University Degree in Law. — Qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association. — 5 years+ experience in a similar position (preferably in the ASP industry or law firm). — Excellent drafting skills. — Excellent time management and organizational skills. — Fluent in Greek and English. — Excellent communication skills.
