About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About the team
The Customer Experience team at Nebius handles thousands of requests every month — quota applications, billing operations, planned enterprise cluster upgrades, and incident notifications. Volume has grown 130% over seven months and continues to grow alongside our customer base.
We are building a dedicated automation team to turn repetitive manual work into scalable, maintainable systems: LLM-powered agents, self-service flows, and infrastructure tooling. The goal is to make Customer Service capacity independent of headcount growth.
The role
We are looking for a technical leader to build and lead this team. You will start as an individual contributor, establishing the technical foundation, then take on management responsibilities as the team grows — without stepping away from hands-on engineering work.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design and build automated systems that handle thousands of support operations per month — quota requests, billing, account management, DSR
Develop LLM-powered agents that help support engineers resolve complex tickets in real time
Create tooling for planned cluster operations: Terraform automation, runbook execution, Soperator integration
Build self-service flows that reduce load on the support team without degrading the customer experience
Hire and grow a team of automation engineers
Define the technical roadmap together with the Head of Customer Service
Build integrations with Jira, billing APIs, and internal Nebius systems
Track key metrics: automation rate, ticket deflection, engineer hours saved
We expect you to have:
7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a tech lead or engineering manager
Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Experience building automation pipelines or workflow systems in production
Practical experience with LLM APIs and building AI agents
Experience working with ticketing systems (Jira or equivalent) at the API level
Fluency in English, written and spoken
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native stack
Experience with
N8N
, Temporal, or similar workflow automation tools
Understanding of cloud billing, quota management, and compliance workflows
Background in support engineering, DevOps, or customer success engineering
Examples of outcomes you could drive:
Automate quota request processing and free up the equivalent of 2,400+ engineer hours annually
Build an internal Q&A agent that reduces response time on complex Chat tickets from 30 minutes to under 5
Develop cluster upgrade tooling that compresses a multi-day operation into a matter of hours — as the number of enterprise clusters keeps growing
#LI-SS1
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Join Anthropic as a Customer Success Manager for Life Sciences. You’ll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leading organizations working to accelerate scientific discovery, such as research institutes, academic medical centers, and scientific foundations. You’ll help these organizations harness the full potential of Claude through deep product expertise, use case discovery, and hands-on guidance.
You’ll be part of a Research and Life Sciences account team pod, working as one team with your Account Executive and Applied AI partners. Together you’ll shape account strategy with you taking the lead on adoption, change management, and value realization.
This role doesn’t follow a single playbook. You’ll run a range of Customer Success motions, from deep 1:1 strategic partnership to one-to-many programs like webinars, hackathons, and cohort-based enablement. You’ll choose the motion based on top account and customer priorities and the best way to solve for them.
The insights you gather will directly inform our research priorities, product development (including how Claude for Life Sciences evolves), and strategies for beneficial AI deployment. That makes you a key voice in how we build and deliver AI systems that accelerate science for the benefit of society.
Responsibilities
Build trusting, strategic relationships with research leaders, scientists, principal investigators, and program directors to understand their scientific priorities, organizational goals, and impact objectives
Partner closely with your Account Executive and Applied AI counterparts in the Research and Life Sciences pod on shared account plans, bringing in Product, Support, and other teams as needed
Run the right Customer Success motion for each account and customer priority, whether that’s dedicated 1:1 engagement, cohort-based onboarding, hackathons and build days, office hours, or researcher communities
Become an expert in Anthropic’s products, especially Claude for Science, guiding organizations and their researchers and scientists to the right solutions and most impactful use cases
Monitor usage patterns and proactively drive adoption, identifying optimization opportunities and new applications for Claude across your book of business
Develop and execute change management strategies suited to scientific and academic cultures, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and enablement that respects partner capacity, governance requirements, and decision-making processes
Guide partners through the technical and governance foundation for launch, including SSO and provisioning, workspace configuration, and data handling considerations for research and health data (such as HIPAA, IRB, and institutional data policies)
Own account and success plans and run Quarterly Impact Reviews that document and quantify value realized, such as research productivity, time-to-insight, and cost savings, and partner with Marketing on success stories and reference accounts
Establish the repeatable playbooks, templates, and health metrics that define what “great” looks like for customer success in life sciences at Anthropic
You may be a good fit if you have
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or consulting
3+ years of experience in life sciences research, with exposure to new technologies as a catalyst for accelerating progress
Experience working directly with life sciences organizations, such as academic research institutions, research institutes, foundations, biotech, or pharma, and familiarity with how scientific research is conducted, funded, and governed
An understanding of the regulatory, risk, and compliance needs of the industry
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with an understanding of the expansion levers and success metrics for each
Experience managing dedicated strategic accounts and delivering one-to-many programs, with the judgment to choose the right motion for the customer priority at hand
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working as part of an account team with Sales and technical partners and advocating effectively for customer needs
Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns, and the ability to explain them to audiences ranging from bench scientists and computational researchers to institutional leadership. Familiarity with scientific data types, research workflows, or bioinformatics tooling is a strong plus
A data-driven, AI-first way of working, using adoption signals to guide decisions and building Claude-powered workflows into how you engage partners
Passion for both AI and accelerating scientific progress, with a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely, ethically, and deployed to benefit society
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality. You are a true team player

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. Opportunity for professional growth within the company and department

About You
You're a jack-of-all-trades with a passion for cool technology and interacting with people and making them happy. You're a self-starter who's good at triaging problems and working on the most important one. You've worked directly with customers for a long time and are comfortable being the face of the company to them. One of the things that pleases you most in life is customers successfully using your product, being thrilled with its value, and telling you they're happy they partnered with you. Further, you're a curious person, and you'd love the opportunity to work with a technology team that includes data scientists, algorithm experts, back-end and front-end engineers to expand your knowledge.
About Us
Constructor.io http://Constructor.io powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you've probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We're approximately doubling year over year despite the market slow down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical.
We're a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers' and coworkers' lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things.
About The Position
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be joining a rapidly growing team that helps our customers increase their revenue by improving the search and product discovery experiences of their websites and mobile apps through integrating with our services.
Your specific responsibilities will include:

- Translate technical concepts, product capabilities, and performance data into clear business value, connecting Constructor’s work to outcomes such as conversion, revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Plan and lead effective QBRs and EBRs that go beyond reporting: communicate measurable impact, facilitate strategic conversations, make recommendations, and align stakeholders on priorities and next steps.
- Identify risks, blockers, and changing customer priorities early. Lead escalations with clarity and urgency by defining the business impact, engaging the right internal teams, setting expectations, and maintaining customer confidence through resolution.
- Advocate effectively for customer needs while exercising strong judgment about when engineering involvement is required, how requests should be prioritized, and when an alternative solution can deliver the desired outcome.
- Use customer insights, performance data, and ecommerce best practices to provide proactive, strategic recommendations, not simply respond to requests.
- Maintain clear success plans, stakeholder maps, account documentation, training materials, and agreed actions so that both the customer and Constructor teams remain aligned.
- Partner closely with Account Management to support retention and growth by demonstrating value, strengthening executive relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the partnership.

About Spin.AI
Spin.AI is a global SaaS security company based in Palo Alto, CA, protecting enterprises from SaaS ransomware, Shadow IT, non-compliance, data loss, and data leak disasters in the cloud.
SpinOne is an all-in-one SaaS data protection platform built for mission-critical applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian. We deliver the most innovative last line of cyber defense, along with SaaS data management and protection, for more than 2,000 organizations worldwide. Learn more at https://spin.ai/
About the Role
Spin.AI is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers get the most out of the SpinOne platform. You'll provide technical support by email and chat across the full breadth of what SpinOne protects: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and — following our acquisition of Revyz — Atlassian's Jira and Confluence.
We're especially interested in candidates coming from a Jira Service Management or Jira administration background. You already know how to run a queue, write a clear KB article, and keep a frustrated user calm while you work the problem. This role gives you the chance to bring that instinct to a security and data protection product, and to broaden it across four more SaaS ecosystems that a huge number of businesses run on every day.
You'll be one of the most direct lines our customers have to Spin.AI. Strong candidates are methodical troubleshooters, clear writers, and comfortable de-escalating a tense conversation without losing the thread of the actual technical issue.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical support to customers via email and chat
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues spanning Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) environments
Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers and set realistic expectations on resolution
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues in the ticketing system
Prepare accurate and timely reports on ticket volume, resolution time, and recurring issues
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
Participate in improving the product FAQ and knowledge base, particularly as Revyz/Atlassian coverage matures
Work closely with the engineering team on unresolved or recurring issues, and help translate Jira/Atlassian-specific behavior for teams less familiar with that ecosystem
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management — you understand permission schemes, workflows, automation rules, and how admins actually use the product day to day
Experience with technical support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role
Comfort with knowledge base tools, ticketing systems, and basic escalation workflows
Strong written communication skills — you can explain a technical concept clearly to a frustrated user without over-simplifying it
Willingness to build working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Salesforce administration alongside your existing Atlassian expertise
Skilled at de-escalation — you can keep a tense conversation productive and focused on resolution
Certifications That Strengthen Your Application:
You don't need to hold all — or any — of these to apply, but the following credentials map closely to the work and are a strong signal of fit:
ACP-120: Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud — the closest match to this role; covers Jira Cloud configuration, permissions, workflows, and automation
ACP-620: Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator for Cloud, or equivalent Confluence admin experience
Atlassian Certified Organization Administrator (Cloud Organization Admin), for candidates who've worked at the org/Atlassian Access level
Nice to Have:
Prior exposure to SaaS backup, recovery, or data protection concepts
Experience supporting more than one of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, or Salesforce in addition to Atlassian
Experience writing technical documentation or how-to content
Benefits:
PTO
Paid Holidays
Health Insurance
Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance
Employee Wellness Program
Great opportunity to work with amazing people
