About the Job:
At LaunchDarkly, our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion is evolving rapidly. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help us decode the digital body language of our prospects and users.
In this role, you will leverage wide-ranging experience across GTM disciplines to help build, optimize, and scale our PLG engines. Reporting to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing, you will resolve complex data and operational issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors mapping user and account signals across channels, establishing the "next best action" for high-value leads, and optimizing conversion pathways. You will act with a high degree of independence to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data engineering teams to drive function-impacting results.
Responsibilities:
Data & Signal Strategy
Audit, track, and categorize 1st-party, 3rd-party (e.g., 6sense, GitHub), and product/marketing signals across target contacts and enterprise accounts.
Evaluate variable factors and intangible data nuances to distinguish technical practitioner actions (e.g., SDK deployment) from broader enterprise intent (e.g., security evaluations).
Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and continuously source high-intent signal data.
Feed signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models to refine lead routing and account prioritization.
Activation Strategy
Use signal combinations to define the right "next best action" for accounts and individual users based on their segment, ICP fit, and stage (e.g., prospect vs. existing customer).
Map and trigger appropriate activation responses ranging from personalized marketing content to white-glove outreach from Product Advocates or automated handoffs to SDRs and Enterprise AEs.
Operational Motion & Cross-Functional Integration
Act as the primary business lead to cross-functionally implement, refine, and maintain activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams.
Apply an understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines to navigate complex cross-team dependencies and drive strategic alignment.
Help define and iterate on sales-facing tools (such as a "single pane of glass" interface) that surface product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit to enable sales execution.
Maintain structured feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to assess lead quality and continuously refine signal logic.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation
Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the end-to-end flow—from initial signal capture to activation, handoff, and pipeline generation.
Independently design and run growth experiments (in-product onboarding adjustments, messaging, routing logic) to maximize engagement and move accounts through the buyer journey.
System Administration & Technical Tooling
Manage technical configuration, tracking setups, and ongoing maintenance for core data and analytics platforms (e.g., GA360/GA4, customer data platforms, product analytics).
Maintain rigorous data flow standards and proper tag/tracking setups across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics, with a proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management.
Independent Problem Solving: Proven track record of independently determining methods and procedures on complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors.
Technical: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms.
Pay:

ABOUT THE TEAM
At Mural, we believe great collaboration starts with deep understanding. Our mission is to help teams think and work together better. The Design and Research team uncovers the truths that power that mission, guiding product, design, and strategy through rigorous, human-centered inquiry. We combine behavioral science, market insight, and creative exploration to shape Mural’s future for how teams ideate, align, and collaborate together across the world.
YOUR MISSION
As the Principal, User Researcher at Mural, you’ll start a UX research practice and lead foundational and strategic research that shapes how the company defines its next generation of experiences. You’ll partner across product, design, sales, marketing, and strategy to identify new opportunity spaces, clarify evolving user needs, and guide the organization toward long-term innovation.
This is a primarily individual-contributor role focused on uncovering deep human collaboration insights that drive strategy, innovation, and long-term vision. You’ll also help shape and scale the UXR discipline at Mural by mentoring designers to confidently run tactical usability studies, and establishing the frameworks and best practices that elevate research across the company. Think of it as being the first research leader at a fast-growing startup, with the reach and resources of a global platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Player Responsibilities (Individual Contributor Work):
- Lead mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) that explores user needs, behaviors, and motivations across multiple product areas.
- Drive foundational studies that reveal how teams collaborate and what barriers exist in business collaboration, hybrid, and distributed work.
- Design and execute medium to large-scale studies that combine qualitative depth with quantitative rigor (surveys, logs analysis, segmentation, and concept testing).
- Develop a tempo where actionable insights are timely and urgently positioned to shape key product decisions.
- Translate ambiguous questions into clear learning plans and frameworks that guide product and strategy decisions.
- Build artifacts (archetypes, frameworks, journey maps, mental models) that make complex insights accessible and actionable across the company, leveraging Mural products.
- Present insights to an executive, cross-functional audience and provide strategic recommendations based on these insights.
Coach Responsibilities:
- Build the research practice: mentor designers, and product partners in research best practices, helping to scale a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision making.
- Establish repeatable, high-quality research standards and methodologies across teams.
- Partner with design and product leadership to shape Mural’s long-term research vision and roadmap.
- Champion the role of research in early product strategy and company-wide initiatives.
Hybrid Responsibilities (Both Player & Coach):
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to prioritize research that informs Mural’s most critical next-generation bets.
- Facilitate workshops and storytelling sessions that bring insights to life and influence direction across product, design, and business strategy.
- Partner with Data Science and Market Research to integrate behavioral data, attitudinal insights, and business signals into cohesive, actionable narratives.
- Shape how research connects to strategy, innovation, and experimentation at every level of the company.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 10+ years of UX Research experience, including deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods. PhD optional.
- Proven track record leading foundational and strategic research that influenced product direction, vision, or long-term investments.
- Ability to design and execute mixed-methods research independently: from ethnographic and in-depth interviews to survey design and statistical analysis.
- Scale strategic insights: Experience driving organizational understanding through storytelling, synthesis, and actionable frameworks.
- Strong systems thinking skills, with an ability to connect human insight to product architecture and long-term design strategy.
- Experience shaping and scaling research practices in growing organizations.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping cross-functional teams find clarity and alignment.
- Strong communicator who can engage both executive and hands-on audiences with empathy, clarity, and conviction.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE MURAL
You’ll shape new ways of working, as we interact with AI, team members, and customers. You’ll work on some of the most compelling and open-ended questions about the future of collaboration: how people align, make decisions, and innovate. You’ll have the freedom to define the big questions, run the right studies, and guide the company toward its next horizon.
At Mural, we “drink our own champagne” and leverage our product for online collaboration. This role is U.S. Remote. Your work will inform the strategy of a rapidly scaling company that believes research is the compass, not just the map.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

Workplace: Hybrid
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Product Platform builds and owns the shared foundations the rest of Replit is built on, spanning the full stack so every other team can ship features safely and quickly.
Identity & Authorization defines how people, agents, sandboxes, and services prove who they are and what they can do. These systems protect critical product and service interactions across Replit's web product, Agent, enterprise controls, and internal services.
Our work is high-leverage and horizontal: when identity and policy are clear, reliable, and easy to adopt, every other team can move faster without rebuilding security controls.
We are a small, collaborative team that values curiosity and clear thinking over pedigree, and we work in the open by bringing each other the problem rather than just the request. We care more about how you reason and build than the route you took to get here.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Software Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the identity and authorization systems that protect critical interactions on Replit, including Agent acting on behalf of a user or holding their own identity.
The work is guided by a few simple questions:
- Can every protected request prove which workload made it, which principal it represents, and who is acting on that principal's behalf?
- Can product teams express policy once and trust the same decision across web, mobile, Agent, and internal services?
- Can enterprise administrators control who can access each workspace, app, connector, and Agent capability without navigating a permission maze as well as having a legible ledger of decisions?
- Can Agent act for a user across long-running and durable work without receiving broad or long-lived credentials?
- Are identity and authorization fast, reliable, highly available, and observable enough for the product flows that depend on them?
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and operate central authorization interfaces with typed principals, actions, resources, decisions, explainable deny reasons, privilege attenuation, delegations, and obligations
- Evolve enterprise roles, groups, app access, entitlements, and workspace policy so common cases stay simple and advanced cases remain possible
- Build and operate Replit's Security Token Service and workload identity using OAuth 2.0 token exchange, JWT/OIDC, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and mTLS
- Threat-model delegation, confused-deputy risks, and cross-tenant movement, then make secure, fail-closed behavior the default
- Lead compatible migrations with shadow evaluation, feature gates, telemetry, and rollback plans, and own the SLOs, incidents, and operational health of the systems you ship
- Partner with Agent, Connectors, Enterprise, Security, and Infrastructure teams to turn product requirements into shared platform primitives
- Research and develop new innovative approaches to Authx in the Agentic world
AREAS YOU MIGHT WORK IN
- Authorization policy: evolve Replit's central policy decision point and migrate fragmented authorization checks to its typed contract.
- Agent delegation: extend the current delegation foundation so the user is the subject and Agent is the authenticated actor, with continuous validation and dynamic permission envelopes as work runs.
- Enterprise access control: evolve roles, groups, workspace policy, and app-level grants for both simple collaboration and complex organizations.
- Agent and service identity and reliability: operate the token and workload-identity systems that protect service-to-service traffic.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience shipping and operating security-sensitive backend or distributed systems in production, including reliability, performance, incidents, and observability
- Depth in authentication, authorization, or identity systems, such as OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT, mTLS, Identity Federation, RBAC, ReBAC, PBAC, Zanzibar, Macaroons, Biscuits, Cedar, or policy engines. You do not need prior experience with every item
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant security, least privilege, delegation, privilege attenuation, auditability, and threat modeling
- Experience migrating security-sensitive systems without breaking callers. Approaches can include typed contracts, shadow evaluation, and staged enforcement
- Fluent in at least one production backend stack. Our systems use TypeScript, Go, Rust, Postgres, gRPC/Protobuf, Kubernetes, Envoy, and Restate
- Able to make and communicate tradeoffs across security, reliability, latency, product experience, delivery speed, and long-term maintainability
If you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About The Role:
Vercel is hiring a Strategic Product Partnerships Lead to develop first-of-a-kind partnerships that inflect the company's growth. Done well, these partnerships open distribution for our products, create new pipeline for our field teams, and/or add new capabilities to our platform. This is a highly cross-functional and technical role: you will spend as much time with product and engineering leaders as with commercial ones, internally and externally.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and own a named set of partners that includes hyperscalers, frontier AI labs, silicon vendors, and commerce and enterprise software platforms. The work takes a different shape with each one, but the common thread is that these partnerships live close to the product: embedding Vercel inside a partner's platform, co-building new products, taking a joint offering to enterprises that neither company could sell alone.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) in one of our San Francisco, Austin, or New York City offices.
What You Will Do:
Own a named set of strategic partners end to end, from first conversation through signed agreement to launch and growth
Identify and develop new partnerships with the companies that matter most to Vercel's strategy across AI, cloud, commerce, and enterprise software
Build the business case: size the opportunity, scope the product and engineering investment it requires, and give leadership a clear recommendation, including when the recommendation is to pass
Lead negotiations end to end, structuring commercial agreements that are new to Vercel and often new to the partner: revenue share, embedded pricing, co-sell commitments, marketplace terms
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to take a signed agreement to launch
Run deals with structure: clear milestones, agreed measures of success on both sides, and the judgment to stop the ones that are not working
About You:
8+ years developing, negotiating, and executing complex commercial agreements, ideally at a platform, infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools company
A track record of initiating partnerships that had no precedent, with companies significantly larger than your own. You can walk through the terms you won and the ones you gave up
Experience structuring deals with significant technical surface area: platform integrations, embedded or whitelabeled product, licensing, infrastructure and compute commitments. You can hold a credible conversation with a partner's product and engineering teams about agents, inference, model routing, and cloud infrastructure
Experience creating and driving strategy, and getting an organization to fund it
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams you do not manage, through Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Sales
Strong agency and comfort with ambiguity. You decide what to work on and can defend the choice
Excellent written and verbal communication with executives on both sides of the table
Bonus if you:
Have done partnerships at or with a hyperscaler, a frontier AI lab, or a large commerce or enterprise software platform
Have structured technology licensing, OEM, or embedded distribution agreements
Started in a technical role (engineering, solutions architecture, or technical product) before moving into commercial work
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA salary range for this role is $194,000 - $237,000, plus an annual company target bonus. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem will manage and grow Render's most critical technology partner relationships. This role involves building and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy — spanning AI ecosystem integrations, hyperscalers and early bets on emerging platforms — that drives meaningful distribution and growth for Render. These partnerships touch nearly every part of Render — Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Business Development — and often involve senior stakeholders at some of the largest and fastest-moving companies in AI, so doing this well means coordinating closely across those internal teams and keeping Render's leadership regularly informed.
The ideal candidate brings real technical depth in AI and developer tooling, paired with a proven background in partner management, strong relationship-building instincts, and the executive presence to engage with partner leadership at the highest levels. You should have a deep understanding of how to build and scale product-centric partnerships — from ecosystem integrations to platform-level bets — in a fast-moving, technical market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Map Render's technology partnership landscape across AI labs, hyperscalers, and emerging developer products, and build the strategy for where Render has the strongest right to win.
- Own outcomes for the partnerships portfolio — set clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics (e.g., ecosystem integration, developer adoption, joint launches, revenue impact) and hold yourself accountable to them.
- Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution, taking deals from evaluation through negotiation, launch, and renewal, including commercial terms.
- Partner closely with Product, DevRel, and Product Marketing to secure roadmap and staffing commitments, drive integration execution, and run co-marketing — and work with Finance and Legal to structure and manage commercial agreements.
- Scope and lead our thinking on building out a Render Marketplace — including the value proposition to customers and key partners, product and engineering requirements, and commercial and financial terms.
- Own ongoing relationship management for key partners — acting as their primary point of contact, running business reviews and planning sessions, driving expansion and renewal over time, and serving as their internal advocate at Render.
- Bring operating rigor to the program: track and report on partnership performance, maintain clear documentation, and keep leadership updated on progress and upcoming launches.
- Build out a team of partner managers as we scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10+ years of experience in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or product-facing roles at technology companies — ideally where partnerships were critical during a period of hypergrowth.
- A highly technical background is strongly preferred — former PM, forward-deployed engineer, or engineering experience, particularly within AI — so you can go deep with partner engineering and product teams on integration architecture, connectors, and protocols.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing complex, high-impact partnerships across AI, cloud, or developer platform ecosystems.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills, with experience working alongside Product, Engineering, DevRel, Legal, and Finance to execute complex initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
- Strong bias for action — comfortable operating both independently and as part of cross-functional teams, in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with MCP, plugins, connectors, or app/marketplace ecosystems specifically.
- Deep familiarity with the developer tools and infrastructure landscape, and a point of view on how emerging AI-native companies find distribution.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
This is a sourcing-first role, not a deal-closing role. Baseten needs someone who can build and maintain deep relationships across the long tail of data center and powered land providers, well beyond the handful of large, well-known players that everyone in the market is already competing for. This coverage area is a key differentiator for Baseten's broader compute strategy, so we're looking for the best possible person in this specific lane rather than a generalist. You'll own the full lifecycle of a sourcing relationship — from first outreach to ongoing management — not just the introduction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain a comprehensive map of data center and powered land opportunities, with a particular focus on the long tail rather than the handful of major, oversubscribed players
- Own the full sourcing lifecycle for each relationship — from identifying and reaching out to new providers, through negotiation support, to ongoing relationship management — not just the initial introduction
- Develop and manage sourcing relationships across neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independent operators
- Quickly and independently evaluate new sites and spaces to determine fit and priority
- Prepare business cases and cost analysis to support new data center and powered land opportunities, partnering with Finance where needed
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and commercial terms so the team has a reliable source of truth
- Protect Baseten's standing relationships carefully — this role requires real judgment about not burning bridges with the very providers we depend on elsewhere
- Feed market intelligence back into the broader Supply team, including regular updates on pricing and market developments, to support deal strategy and prioritization
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A sourcer at heart, not a dealmaker — someone who thrives on building and maintaining a large network of long-tail relationships rather than closing individual transactions
- Strong project management instincts — you own the full lifecycle of a relationship, not just the handshake
- Background in neocloud, hyperscaler, or brokerage environments where data center or land sourcing was part of the role
- Ability to independently assess and prioritize opportunities without heavy hand-holding
- Comfortable with commercial analysis — building business cases, tracking costs, and engaging in contract-level conversations with suppliers
- Judgment and discretion in relationship management, given the sensitivity of sourcing from providers Baseten also depends on in other contexts
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing relationships across the data center and powered land brokerage community
- Familiarity with the broader GPU/compute supply landscape and how it intersects with power and site availability
- Experience managing supplier contracts or commercial records across multiple vendors or regions
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for an amazing individual to join Fivetran's Employee Experience team as our Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications. This role goes beyond writing great comms — you'll also help design how employees experience Fivetran day to day, from how we listen to them, to how we recognize them, to how we bring them together as a community. You'll craft compelling communications for employees around the world, build the frameworks that connect employees to one another and to our priorities, and design programs that make people feel heard, valued, and energized — all in service of our company mission.
You'll be hands-on: writing stellar communications, designing employee listening mechanisms, building recognition programs, and running culture and community initiatives. You'll also zoom out — building frameworks and cadences that scale, and using data (surveys, engagement metrics, attendance, participation) to tell a story about how the organization is doing and what to do next.
Technologies You’ll Use
Google Suite, Notion
What You’ll Do
Internal Communications
Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework, spanning both the People and COO organizations
Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences across our internal wiki and other channels
Craft consistent messaging on company updates, initiatives, and achievements
Support leadership on change and reorg communications, ensuring transparency and buy-in
Manage and optimize internal communication channels (email, intranet, Slack, and other digital platforms)
Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan for unexpected events affecting the company and its employees
Employee Listening
Design and run an employee listening framework across employee groups (e.g., ERGs) and around key moments (e.g., reorgs), at a minimum quarterly cadence
Establish feedback mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of communications and programs, and translate what you hear into action
Recognition
Build and document a company-wide recognition framework, pilot it with an initial team, and iterate based on results
Integrate recognition into everyday tools and processes (e.g., Slack, Workday) and align it with company values
Culture
Identify and help launch culture initiatives grounded in our top company values
Track and report on awareness and adoption (e.g., through the annual company survey)
Events & Community
Design a connection framework for events and community programming, including remote/distributed hubs
Plan and deliver company events (holiday, community, and milestone moments) with clear attendance and satisfaction goals
Data & Storytelling
Analyze and present data (survey results, attendance, engagement, participation) accurately and use it to tell a clear story that drives decisions

About Peec AI
Peec AI is the visibility platform for the age of AI search. The way people discover brands is being rewritten. ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Mode and Copilot now sit between companies and their customers, and most brands have no idea what those models say about them. We built the platform marketing teams use to measure, understand and improve how they show up inside AI answers. We went from 0 to $15M ARR in 18 months. We're around 80 people, based in Berlin with a growing presence in New York, and we're moving fast enough that the people joining now are writing the playbook everyone after them will run. The core Peec AI product is how a brand sees itself inside AI search. Most of what it needs to become has not been built yet, and this PM will define and own it. We're looking for someone to decide what an entire product surface should be and then ship it.
What You'll Do
— Take new product areas from nothing to shipped, owning the problem end to end
— Define what a brand's presence inside AI search should look like, working directly with our founders and customers on a category that is still being written
— Go broad on the problem space before narrowing on solutions, and hold that discipline when everyone wants an answer immediately
— Partner with Data, Engineering and Design to build and launch AI-native features at scale
— Set the bar for how the product looks and feels, not just what it does
— Own the customer relationship for your product area. Discovery calls, onboardings, and see people actually use what you built
Who You Are
— 3+ building excellent software products, ideally at a startup or fast-moving company
— You have built new products rather than maintained and improved existing ones, and you can point to what you shipped
— Experience shipping AI-powered products and systems that operate at scale
— Genuine design judgement
— Technical enough to work as a peer with engineers and data scientists
— Experience in a product-led growth environment
— You operate with very little direction. You pick up an ambiguous area and come back with a direction
— Excited to be in our Berlin office five days a week
— We care more about what you have built than how long you have been building. If you have fewer than three years but the work speaks for itself, apply anyway.
Bonus Points
— A design background, or a portfolio of things you have designed yourself
— Previous founder experience
— Background in Computer Science or a technical field
— Previous experience building AI-driven or search-related products
What We Offer
— Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
— Regular team events and off-sites
— Aggressive equity compensation package
— Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
— The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin
Location: San Francisco, California
Workplace: Hybrid
ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Growth team (internally called "Value Discovery") and help expand our product-led business by helping customers discover and get the most out of our platform.
At Sentry, we do growth with an explicit bias for customer value. Our experiments are rooted in strong product sense and empathy for developers, not conversion pressure. We never surprise developers with new charges or push features they don't need. In a binary tradeoff between doing good by the customer or good by the business, the customer always wins.
You'll collaborate closely with several areas of the business including Product, BizOps, Data, Design, and GTM to identify the moments in a developer's workflow where Sentry can deliver more value, make that value easier to find, and support that your approach works with data.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
You'll lead a team of engineers, set its priorities, and be accountable for the metrics it moves. This is a new role, and the roadmap is yours to define and execute in partnership with design and data teams.
- Lead work across Sentry's self-serve funnel — signup and onboarding, first-run activation moments in-product, trial and upgrade paths, and pricing and billing surfaces in partnership with the Billing team — largely in our Python/Django and TypeScript/React codebase
- Evolve our experimentation foundations, in close partnership with our Data team — flagging, instrumentation, and readouts are real but far from finished
- Run a fast, disciplined experimentation loop where hypotheses are argued before they're built
- Hold conversion and activation alongside churn, support volume, and 90-day retention, and report all of them — including the experiments that come back flat
- Grow the engineers on your team, including the underrated skill of doing excellent work on something that might be deleted next week
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Believe Growth done well is a form of customer service, not a conversion engine
- Would rather ship one well-argued hypothesis than five cheap tests, and can tell the difference before the results come in
- Love digging into data to find insights but form your best hypotheses from empathizing with customers
- Enjoy the challenge of understanding developer workflows deeply enough to know where and when a change creates value
- Want to build the measurement foundation rather than inherit one, and have opinions about what a team should/shouldn't bother instrumenting
- Are comfortable being the person who says the result doesn't hold up
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years managing engineers, including time owning a metric-driven team, on top of a strong engineering background
- Technically credible with senior engineers — our EMs engage substantively in architecture and technical decisions, and every EM passes a technical assessment at a senior IC bar
- Strong product sense — you identify where a change will create the most value, not just where a metric can be moved
- Experience helping users get the most out of a complex product
- Working fluency with experimentation frameworks, feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics instrumentation
- Able to talk to users credibly about their workflows, tooling, and pain points, with genuine opinions about the developer tools you've used
- Bonus: you've worked on growth at a developer tools company, built experimentation infrastructure from a low starting point, or run experiments at volumes where significance wasn't guaranteed
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $450,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.
