ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenCreative brings together leading image and video models alongside our own audio models, so our users can make everything they need in one place. We are looking for someone to own our relationships with the model providers who make that possible, starting with video.
You will be the main point of contact for our model partners, help bring new models to ElevenCreative, and build partnerships that are good for our partners, our users, and our business. You will work closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing, and sales.
This is a green-field role. You will define how we work with model partners as the ecosystem grows.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build and manage relationships with image and video model providers.
- Identify and evaluate new partners and models to bring to ElevenCreative.
- Own the commercial side of our partnerships, working closely with finance.
- Drive marketing including joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing.
- Work with product and engineering to shape which models we offer and when.
- Support enterprise sales on partnership needs for large customers.
- Stay close to the generative video landscape and the models creators and marketers want next.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who combines strong partnership skills with sound commercial judgment. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles at a technology company, ideally in AI or infrastructure.
- Have deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape.
- Are comfortable with numbers and can connect partnership decisions to business outcomes.
- Can manage several partner relationships at once and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Have worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
- Can operate with US and European timezone overlap, with flexibility for partners in Asia.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you define the playbook rather than follow one.
BONUS
- Experience working with AI model or API providers.
- Familiarity with usage-based or credit-based pricing.
- Experience running co-marketing or channel partnerships.
LOCATION
This role is remote. The team operates across US and European time zones, so the ability to maintain meaningful overlap with both is important.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Our Global Sourcing team is looking for an exceptional Sourcer to help build the future of global finance at Payward. This is a high-bar role requiring extreme ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges in a fully remote, high-agency, async-first environment where speed and quality are the standard.
Main differentiators between this role and any other Sourcer role on the market:
- Managing uncertainty: Payward is at the forefront of the innovation spectrum. As such, you can expect to tackle roles that you have never heard about, with no prior experience, data or track record
- Subject matter expertise: We are building one interoperable stack connecting crypto, tokenized assets, and traditional markets. We are looking for experts in the fintech field, or deep thinkers able to bridge that gap quickly
- Pace: You will be expected to flex your sourcing skills across Tech, Non-tech and anything in between with a very quick turnaround, across different payzones and businesses under the Payward umbrella, including Kraken, Ninjatrader and Reap.
- Builder mentality: We are not looking for a plain executioner but someone that will contribute to building something new, awesome and cutting edge
- Team work: Our sourcing team’s track record is unprecedented - we provide velocity and quality to our pipelines through hard work, but always working as a team. We have no room for solo players or internal competition
In return, we offer the chance to leave a mark in one of the most innovative companies in the space as well as the opportunity to join a world-class and high-performance team. If you believe you have what it takes, continue reading below.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies
- Gather, organise and communicate competitive market intelligence, identifying where target talent exists and sharing industry trends
- Collaborate with the broader sourcing team in leveraging best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods
- Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across a variety of disciplines, leveraging data to drive decision making and process improvement
- Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, etc.)
- Be an ambassador to Kraken/Payward, sharing our values and drive brand awareness in the market
- Participate in research projects and other initiatives which improve the infrastructure of hiring
WHAT YOU BRING
- Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high bar technology/product businesses against ruthless competition. Bonus points if you’ve hacked it in crypto, fintech or any product-driven org
- High craft - Ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies; strong expertise in boolean/X-ray sourcing
- High motor
- Scrappiness - you do not see problems but opportunities
- Strong product sense
- Sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, but creative and inquisitive when considering modern tactics
- High agency, strong bias for action, and the confidence to push boundaries, influence stakeholders, and close exceptional talent without compromise.
- Comfort in the chaos, thriving in ambiguity, owning your outcomes, and moving with urgency in a fully async, remote-native setting
- Ability to produce compelling market intelligence based on business and industry knowledge - Fintech/crypto understanding required.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

Are you a builder who thrives in ambiguity, gets energy from talking to real users, and wants to turn emerging agentic AI capabilities into a product people actually rely on?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
NoPressure is an early-stage startup within JetBrains' Innovation Hub. We started by using AI-powered simulations to help people practice high-stakes workplace conversations. Now, we're exploring how agentic AI and real-world context can provide personalized, moment-of-need practice and support at work.
We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Product Lead to partner with our technical founder. This is a 0→1 role where you’ll define our vision and venture strategy. You’ll figure out who our ideal customer is, identify high-value use cases, and validate key hypotheses through rapid experimentation. Working alongside a small, fast-moving engineering team, you will shape both the product and how it gets to market, turning early signals into something organizations want to adopt.
Day to day, you will:
Define the product and venture strategy, identifying key uncertainties and deciding what to test and build first.
Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand real workplace workflows, pain points, and behaviors.
Pinpoint the most compelling ideal customer profile (ICP) and initial use cases for growth.
Design and run lightweight experiments, prototypes, and agentic experiences to test hypotheses before committing full engineering resources.
Establish clear metrics and evaluate commercial and behavioral evidence to decide whether to iterate, double down, or pivot.
Shape positioning, messaging, and early acquisition or sales motions to bring the product to initial customers.
Monitor market shifts, emerging agent architectures, and competitor developments to uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the technical founder and engineering team to move quickly from ideas to shipped prototypes.
What you’ll bring
A builder mindset that favors quick prototypes and direct learning over waiting for perfect requirements.
Deep curiosity about how people build new skills and navigate challenging interactions at work.
Comfort operating with high autonomy, speed, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Strong discovery skills that separate genuine demand and observed behavior from polite validation.
Clear, direct communication skills for pitching to and working with senior decision-makers.
Strong collaboration habits when partnering closely with engineering teams on AI-native products.
What you’ll need
A Track record of taking products or ventures from initial ambiguity to launch and early market adoption.
Hands-on experience building, launching, or experimenting with AI/agentic products or emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience in early customer acquisition, founder-led sales, positioning, or commercialization.
Experience in L&D, coaching, sales enablement, HR tech, or behavior-change products.
The technical fluency required to evaluate agentic workflows and work directly alongside software engineers.
End-to-end ownership experience across strategy, discovery, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
What success looks like
In this role, success means rapidly turning market ambiguity into actionable direction. You will establish a validated ideal customer profile and high-value use cases through real user evidence rather than assumptions. You’ll build an experimental cadence that uncovers genuine demand early, helping the team ship an agentic AI experience that users regularly rely on and organizations actively invest in.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary – We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule – Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off – More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities – Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.

Free meals and snacks – Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness – On-site gyms or sports club stipends.

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted.
This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions.
You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design product visual experiences.
Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable.
Contribute to visual systems.
Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual
Bridge brand and product.
Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand.
Design product campaigns and key moments.
Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand.
Use AI tools in your design workflow.
Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production. You’re expected to experiment with AI-assisted workflows and bring what works back to the team. This is a core part of how we work, not an optional extra.
Collaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure visual design decisions are grounded in user needs and technically feasible. Participate in design reviews, give and receive critique constructively, and communicate your rationale clearly.
Pitch and present.
Propose creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Articulate the reasoning behind visual choices, not just what you designed, but why it is the right solution for the user and the brand.
What We Look For In You
4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, a digital-focused role within a brand team, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail.
Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI. You understand how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences. Mobile-first experience is essential.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail. You have a clear point of view, make thoughtful design decisions, and care about the polish that separates good from great.
Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems. You understand tokens, components, patterns, and how to create a coherent visual language across a product.
Comfortable working at the intersection of brand and product. You can translate brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while leaving room for distinctive product expression.
AI-forward in your practice. You actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production, and are excited to experiment with new workflows. You use AI with strong creative judgment, refining outputs rather than relying on unedited generated assets, and look for ways to make visual work more scalable.
A clear, collaborative communicator who can articulate design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience creating light animation is a strong plus. Experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is also highly valued.
What Sets You Apart
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms — you understand the visual language of trust, precision, and data density.
Strong visual. illustration and interaction idea skills — you can create original visual assets, not just compose them.
An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy. You can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Senior Engineering Manager to join our Disputes team. Our mission is to build the tools, services, and models that help merchants manage and win disputes at scale - reducing the cost and operational burden of chargebacks while protecting revenue for our merchants and our business.
Disputes sit at the intersection of merchant-facing products, complex scheme and regulatory processes, and data-driven decisioning. Our team owns the full stack, anchored by a .NET back end that manages the dispute lifecycle and integrates with card schemes, alongside the front-end experiences merchants use to track and respond to disputes and the machine learning models that predict outcomes and recommend the best action on every case.
We're building for scale, and that scale brings ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the occasional setback - so we're looking for a resilient leader who has built and sustained high-performing teams, learned from failure, and come back stronger. Above all, you'll be someone who drives predictable delivery and operational efficiency: shipping consistently, running systems reliably, and continuously improving how the team works. The ideal candidate has operated across both enterprise and scale-up environments and has a proven track record of driving growth within large, complex, regulated organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team centred on a .NET back end, with front-end and machine learning components, helping engineers establish and validate their understanding of technical architecture and design end-user-centric systems and tools.
- Own predictable, high-velocity delivery — establishing healthy engineering practices, sensible estimation, and a smooth path from idea to production so the team ships consistently and sustainably.
- Drive operational efficiency and reliability by automating processes — including monitoring and alerting — meeting SLAs/SLOs, reducing operational cost, and minimising toil to keep the team focused on high-value work rather t
- Continuously improve delivery and operational metrics (e.g. cycle time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, and incident response), using data to identify bottlenecks and raises the bar over time.
- Manage team engineers across various seniority levels and disciplines while staying hands-on when needed. Cultivate an inclusive environment where every team member feels they belong, and mentors them in both their career development and interpersonal skills. Make a good team great, and keep it great..
- Oversee quarterly execution of roadmap delivery, ensuring the team stays focused on the right priorities and manages efficiently through dependencies and cross-functional hurdles.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver solutions for merchant and internal dispute use cases.
- Build and strengthen relationships with engineers, managers, and people leads across multiple teams.
- Operating in a highly regulated financial space, ensure compliance with a range of control frameworks — from internal stakeholders such as InfoSec and Internal
- Audit, to external auditors, card schemes, and regulators.
- Oversee the responsible use of machine learning and AI in dispute decisioning, leading the team to develop the infrastructure, tooling, and governance required to run models safely and at scale in production.
About You
- A resilient leader who has learned from setbacks and failures and consistently comes back stronger, keeping teams steady and delivering through periods of change and ambiguity.
- You thrive on pace. You're energised by a high-growth environment, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and you keep the team moving and shipping when priorities shift under you.
- A proven track record of driving predictable delivery and operational efficiency — improving throughput, reliability, and the team's cost of operation, and using metrics to back it up.
- Proven experience building, growing, and sustaining high-performing engineering teams over time — not just standing them up.
- Experience across both enterprise and scale-up environments, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and delivery within large, complex, regulated organisations.
- A strong back-end engineering background, ideally in .NET / C#, leading teams building scalable, event-driven services and APIs. Comfortable also overseeing front-end and machine learning work, able to earn credibility and make sound trade-offs across disciplines even where you aren't the deepest expert.
- Able to partner with Product Management to assess technical feasibility, provide capacity estimates, and balance new features against architectural health.
- Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
Technologies we work with
- Back end (primary): .NET / C#, REST APIs, event-driven and microservice architectures.
- Front end: React, TypeScript.
- Machine learning: Python, model training and serving, and the infrastructure to run models in production.
- Data & platform: SQL, plus experience designing batch and stream data-processing systems.
- Cloud & tooling: AWS and/or GCP, Docker, Terraform, and observability tooling such as Datadog.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
