We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Enterprise is central to Anthropic's mission. The organizations that could benefit most from Claude often have the most demanding needs, with rigorous requirements around end-user experience, procurement, security, and permissions. We believe earning their trust is essential to ensuring AI benefits the world broadly. We're looking for a Staff+ Full Stack Engineer for our Enterprise pillar—the team that makes Claude enterprise-ready at scale. When a Fortune 500 company rolls out Claude to 100,000 employees, the admin, governance, and management experiences you build are what their IT leaders, security teams, and end users touch every day. This is a high-agency role where the product questions are as open as the architecture ones: you'll help decide what these products are, not just how they're built, and you'll see your work land with real teams at the world's largest enterprises. What you'll do Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing products end-to-end across the stack—from admin consoles and governance surfaces to the APIs and data models behind them Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to turn enterprise customer workflows into shipped product, not just execute against a spec Set technical direction and standards for your team: architecture, code quality, and how the team builds Work directly with enterprise customers, admins, and sales during key conversations, translating what you learn into engineering priorities Build the primitives that let the world's largest organizations deploy, govern, and get value from Claude at scale Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the team, working with influence rather than authority You may be a good fit if you Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level Have led the design and delivery of complex customer-facing products across the full stack Have built enterprise SaaS products and understand what IT admins, security reviewers, and procurement teams need to say yes Are comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and translating what you learn into technical decisions Have built products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments, and can set technical direction with limited precedent to lean on Drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work, with influence over authority Strong candidates may also have Experience with enterprise identity, permissions, and administration surfaces (SSO/SCIM, RBAC, audit, usage and spend visibility) Experience building AI products and turning model capabilities into applications people actually use Experience as startup founders or early-stage employees The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 — $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: United States About Nebius: Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The Role We're looking for an Engineering Manager for Network Infrastructure to own delivery of network infrastructure initiatives in the US. This is not a role for someone who only coordinates tickets and status. It is a role for someone with an engineering skeleton: a person who has built, operated, broken and recovered things, and can earn the trust of SREs, SWEs, network engineers, and security and platform teams. We are at the early stage of our US expansion, so at first you will be hands-on: reviewing designs, stepping into incidents, and writing code or automation when the team needs it, with a high degree of independence from the European teams. As the organization grows, the scope of the role will grow with it. You own delivery. You will make important cross-team initiatives land: defining scope, aligning owners, exposing risks, driving decisions, tracking dependencies, and making sure we ship useful outcomes instead of half-finished initiatives. The job is not done when the technical pieces exist. It is done when engineers trust the tool, the NOC actually uses the workflow, alerts are actionable, runbooks are real, and the new way becomes the default way. You stay technical. You don't need to be the deepest expert in every area, but you should be technical enough to understand real trade-offs: why rollback is not optional, why "just automate it" can create a bigger blast radius, why SLOs without ownership are decoration, and why network device CI/CD is very different from deploying a stateless service. You can read a design doc, challenge missing assumptions, notice unclear failure modes, and help the team turn a vague but important problem into an executable plan. This is a high-leverage role in an early-stage and fast-scaling network infrastructure organisation. Many important systems are being built now: automation, observability, reliability standards, provisioning flows, operational safety, and cross-site consistency. You won't be maintaining a mature machine from the sidelines. You'll help shape how the machine works. Your responsibilities will include: Set the engineering bar: code quality, design review, on-call and incident management practices, and operational standards Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infrastructure initiatives in the US, from a vague problem statement to an executable plan to adoption Define scope and success criteria, align owners across SRE, SWE, network, security, platform and data center teams, and drive decisions to closure Review designs and technical proposals, challenge missing assumptions, and surface failure modes, dependencies and risks early Stay hands-on where it matters: step into incidents, write code or automation, and unblock the team Drive adoption: make sure tools and workflows become the default way of working, with real documentation, runbooks and feedback loops Keep stakeholders, including the European teams, informed with clear, honest status and coordinate across time zones Turn operational pain and engineering input into a clear, prioritized backlog We expect you to have: 7+ years of experience in software, SRE, network or infrastructure engineering, including experience leading cross-team technical initiatives A real engineering background: you have built and operated production systems and can earn the trust of deeply technical teams Ability to read design docs and technical proposals, understand trade-offs, and ask sharp questions about reliability, rollback, blast radius and failure modes Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (Linux, networking, automation, CI/CD) at the level needed to hold your own in technical discussions Proven ability to drive decisions and create clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments Excellent written and verbal communication, including documenting plans and decisions and influencing smart technical people Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment and to build processes from scratch Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written) and comfort working across time zones It will be an added bonus if you have: Experience with network infrastructure: network automation, observability, or network device lifecycle management Experience with SLO/SLI frameworks, incident management, or production readiness processes Experience with CI/CD or change management for network or other high-blast-radius infrastructure Experience building a team from scratch or launching a new engineering hub Experience with secrets and access management, firmware rollout or fleet-wide operational initiatives Hands-on engineering contributions (code, tooling, automation) alongside management work Knowledge of the US network landscape (carriers, IX, regional connectivity and regulatory specifics) Examples of initiatives your team may own: A user and secrets management system for network infrastructure, including robot-user lifecycle, safe key/password rotation, revocation, break-glass access, mixed agent/push-based device support, and integration with existing secrets backends An SLO framework for network services and components, including SLIs, SLOs, dashboards, alerts, ownership, tiering, and a clear link between reliability targets and engineering investment CI/CD for network devices, where configuration changes, validation, staged rollout, rollback, and blast-radius control become disciplined and repeatable instead of manual and risky Fleet-wide operational initiatives such as firmware consistency, device lifecycle hygiene, observability coverage, monitoring quality, alert ownership, or production readiness for new network capabilities Benefits & Perks: Competitive compensation Career growth and learning opportunities Flexibility and ownership Collaborative and innovative culture Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI Equal Opportunity Statement: Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and to providing equal employment opportunities in all aspects of employment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire. If you need accommodations during the application process, please let us know.

This is a named account role with a focused portfolio of the most strategic digital native companies in the region. You will be full-cycle - driving new business, as well as expansion inside organizations where the buyer is often a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Product, and where adoption frequently starts with a developer and an API key before it becomes an enterprise relationship. Location: New York, NY Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. Location: Cyprus; Georgia; Poland; Armenia; Kazakhstan; Serbia GoMining is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to become the right hand of our commercial lead. You will share ownership of the commercial agenda: improve how our digital acquisition channels perform, grow revenue from our existing customer base, and build the processes and infrastructure that help the commercial team scale. This is not a direct sales role, and it is not a purely high-level one either. We need someone who understands sales from the inside and can analyze data to find growth points. You should come with your own ideas and see them through to results without needing step-by-step guidance. Responsibilities Digital Acquisition & Sales Performance Drive commercial performance across 7 digital customer acquisition channels together with channel owners and General Managers. Run regular performance reviews, comparing actuals to targets and identifying the drivers behind deviations. Identify revenue leakage across the funnel and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities. Improve first-purchase conversion and overall acquisition efficiency, including the effectiveness of our traffic spend. Analyze payment success rates and payment method coverage by market, and work with relevant teams to remove payment-related conversion barriers (e.g., adding local payment methods). Retention & Customer Base Growth Drive retention of existing customers and reactivation of the inactive customer base. Build a customer-centric model in which existing customers adopt second and third GoMining products, together with General Managers. Develop cross-product and cross-sell opportunities based on customer behavior and product usage. Identify how ecosystem products can drive additional mining and TH sales. Funnel Optimization & Experimentation Map the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition to first and repeat purchase. Identify bottlenecks and launch experiments across acquisition, onboarding, checkout, and payment flows. Define hypotheses, expected commercial impact, and success metrics for each experiment. Measure experiment results and scale successful initiatives across channels. Commercial Processes & Infrastructure Build and standardize commercial processes together with the commercial lead: plans, strategies, control tools, and team motivation. Own the end-to-end CRM rollout: finalize required functionality, test it, migrate all teams into a single system, set deadlines, and create training for team leads and their teams. Establish the CRM as the single source of truth for commercial data. Take over part of the commercial lead’s responsibilities and represent the commercial function in discussions with stakeholders when needed. Commercial Analytics Monitor conversion, payment success, revenue, acquisition efficiency, retention, and other key commercial metrics. Dig into the data to understand why metrics change (e.g., a drop in the share of paying users in a channel), and turn findings into specific actions for channel and product owners. Work closely with Analytics, Product, Marketing, Payments, and Finance teams to improve commercial performance. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Growth, or Digital Sales. Hands-on sales or sales management background: you understand how sales teams work from the inside. Experience in fintech, payments, or other transaction-driven digital businesses. Strong understanding of funnel performance and commercial metrics: conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, and unit economics. Experience with retention, reactivation, or cross-sell / upsell initiatives. Experience building and standardizing commercial processes; CRM implementation or rollout experience is a strong plus. Analytical and critical thinking: you can open a report, spot a problem, and find its root cause. A proactive, independent mindset: you bring ideas, take ownership, and move fast. Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written). Nice to Have Experience in crypto, Bitcoin mining, Web3, or digital assets. Experience managing or optimizing paid traffic and acquisition channels. Knowledge of payment methods and payment flow optimization, including local payment methods in emerging markets. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. Ability to build dashboards and analyses yourself, including with AI tools. Benefits Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage). Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams. Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year. Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards. Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
