WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.

About the Role
We are a large-scale consumer marketplace building AI-native product experiences across multiple markets. Trust and Safety is not a defensive function here - it is a strategic growth lever. A platform users trust converts better, retains longer, and earns stronger word of mouth. Fraud, abuse, and bad actors actively destroy the value we create; eliminating them is product work at its core.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the Trust & Safety product agenda end-to-end. You will define the strategy for how we detect and prevent fraud, protect user integrity, and keep our marketplace safe - while building systems that are intelligent, proportionate, and do not create friction for the millions of legitimate users who rely on us every day. AI is central to how you will do this: not as an add-on, but as the foundation of a new generation of proactive, signal-driven safety infrastructure.
This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland.
What you will do:
Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap translating business risk and user insight into a clear, prioritised plan.
Shift the function from reactive incident response to proactive, intelligence-driven fraud prevention: build the Risk Engine, data signals intelligence, anomaly detection, and investigation tooling that make this possible.
Ship AI-native T&S product experiences: partner with Data Science and Engineering to design, prototype, and productionise real-time detection and decisioning systems using ML models, LLMs, and behavioural signals.
Balance fraud mitigation with growth protection—ensuring T&S interventions do not unnecessarily create friction for legitimate users or throttle marketplace supply/demand. Make hard, evidence-based trade-off decisions.
Define and track the right T&S success metrics: fraud loss rates, false positive/negative rates, time-to-resolution, user trust scores, and financial exposure. Communicate impact in business terms to senior leadership.
Partner closely with Engineering leads, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations—holding shared accountability for outcomes and navigating competing priorities.
Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities to measure fraud rates, detection model performance, and contributor/user impact at scale.
Establish business cases quantifying fraud losses and ROI of prevention investments; secure resources and drive prioritisation grounded in data.
Ensure products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal, and security requirements across all markets.
Apply AI to how you operate as a PM: faster threat analysis, synthetic user research on abuse patterns, AI-assisted spec writing, automated experimentation pipelines—whatever moves the needle on velocity.
Represent Trust & Safety at the leadership level, presenting strategy, risk posture, and results clearly to executive audiences.
What we are looking for:
Significant product management experience in the digital sector: consumer facing platform, marketplace, mobility, e-commerce, classifieds, fintech, or similar high scale environment.
Proven experience owning trust related products or problem spaces such as Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk, Identity & Verification, Marketplace Integrity, Account Security, Abuse Prevention, Payments Risk, or Compliance Technology.
Track record of building scalable systems that proactively detect, prevent, and mitigate abuse, fraud, risk, or other trust related issues, rather than relying solely on manual or operational processes.
Strong analytical and data driven mindset, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating impact, and making prioritization decisions based on evidence and measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex products in regulated or high-risk environments. Experience in vendor management and collaboration.
Experience building, deploying, or working closely with machine learning, AI, risk scoring, decisioning, detection, recommendation, or automation systems. Hands-on experience with AI-powered trust or fraud products is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to balance user experience, marketplace growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, making thoughtful trade offs that protect both users and the business.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership of complex problem spaces, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategy and execution across multiple teams.
Strong core product muscle that transfers across fraud domains—you've stepped into unfamiliar threat vectors, oriented fast, and delivered. Domain specificity matters; rigid domain lock-in does not.
Well versed in building, iterating core Data (Science) products at scale
Nice to Have:
Experience building trust, risk, fraud, or safety products across
multiple international markets
and regulatory environments.
Familiarity with
emerging regulations
and industry trends affecting online platforms, digital marketplaces, payments, AI, and consumer trust.
If you're excited by the opportunity to solve complex trust challenges at scale and build products that make a meaningful difference to millions of users, we'd love to hear from you. This is a role for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, partnering across disciplines, and shaping the future of trust in a modern, AI-powered marketplace.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Growth Engineering team builds the experiences that connect people to our ecosystem for the first time — and keeps them coming back. We design and ship the systems behind our marketing funnels, signup and KYC flows, and the key engagement features that help new users fund their accounts and explore our products. It’s a team with direct influence on company growth, global reach, and user engagement at scale. Our products serve millions of users globally.
HOW WE WORK
- We give engineers ownership and trust them to ship high-impact work with craftsmanship and accountability.
- We move quickly, experiment often, and learn fast from data and feedback.
- We work asynchronously across time zones, supporting each other with open communication and shared goals.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Every feature you build will have a visible impact on how people discover, trust, and engage with our products globally. The Growth Engineering team operates at the intersection of product, marketing, and infrastructure — turning ideas into measurable results. If you’re an engineer who enjoys solving business problems through code and believes engineering excellence drives growth, this role is built for you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Product Engineer within the Growth team, you’ll take on complex, high-impact problems that blend product thinking and engineering excellence. You’ll work across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with design, data, and product teams to deliver features that drive measurable business outcomes. This is an ideal role for engineers who use their technical skills to create real-world impact — translating high-level business goals into engineering solutions that improve activation, retention, and monetization worldwide.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify growth opportunities and turn them into high-quality, data-driven engineering solutions.
- Implement reusable services and components that power marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC, and first-funding experiences across web and mobile.
- Collaborate on distributed systems that handle large volumes of global traffic while maintaining high performance and reliability.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions, balancing user impact, scalability, and maintainability.
- Measure, experiment, and iterate — using data and experimentation frameworks to understand what drives user behavior.
- Uphold and improve engineering standards, performance, and security practices across the stack.
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production systems at scale.
- Proficiency in building full-stack applications using one of the following: TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby, and React or React Native.
- Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software design.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, or GitLab CI/CD.
- A product mindset — you care about how your work moves key metrics, not just about the code itself.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, or experimentation platforms.
- Background in growth engineering, user funnels, lifecycle, or conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or experimentation frameworks.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
The role
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Our inference platform already serves production traffic at scale. We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the inference portfolio within our Cloud & Inference organization.
You'll set strategy, write specs, sit with customers running production traffic, and work across our inference, infrastructure, and go-to-market teams to deliver real customer impact. Example problems you may work on include figuring out the next inference product we should launch to help our customers scale their AI workloads or how we cut fraudulent free-tier usage without adding friction for legitimate users.
You will work on state of the art infrastructure, in close collaboration with our science and research engineering teams. Your job is to turn that infrastructure into products that AI-native startups and enterprises pay for, integrated with our developer platform Studio.
You will operate as an individual contributor first — taking end-to-end ownership of complex and significant product lines — while building the foundation for the inference PM team as the portfolio grows. The size and shape of the team reporting into the role will be defined together with the VP Product once you're in place; from day one the expectation is hands-on product leadership, not people management.
You will be the first PM fully dedicated to inference and the most senior product hire in the space. You will report to the VP Product - Cloud & Inference, and work day-to-day with our inference engineering teams in the US and Europe.
What you'll do
- Strategy and vision: define the vision, strategy, and annual goals for the inference portfolio, aligned with customer needs and company objectives. Benchmark the managed-inference field and pick where we win.
- Roadmap and execution: own the full lifecycle for serverless inference, dedicated endpoints, and adjacent services. Prioritize, ship, measure, iterate. Economics: own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin for your products. Treat cost-per-token, unit economics, and capacity tradeoffs as product decisions, and partner with GTM, Finance and Marketing on pricing, packaging, and launches.
- Customers: spend real time with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced production workloads. Turn their constraints, like latency, throughput, compliance, and cost, into roadmap choices.
- Engineering partnership: work daily with inference engineering and the cloud infrastructure teams behind our data centers on capacity planning, scheduling, routing, and reliability.
- Research and open source: track open-source inference advances and emerging model architectures, and turn them into performance and efficiency gains for the product.
- Team building: as the portfolio scales, help shape and grow the inference PM team — hiring, mentoring, and setting the product bar.
What we're looking for
- Deep product experience in tech and infrastructure with a track record of bringing inference, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems to market. You have built robust, at-scale AI infrastructure first-hand.
- An engineering background before moving into product management.
- You have taken an infra or inference product from early stage to material revenue and adoption, owning complex and significant product lines end to end.
- Player-coach disposition: you lead from the front — hands-on product work now, with the range and appetite to build and coach a team as we scale.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind token pricing and GPU capacity.
- High ownership and a strong bias for action. You prototype with AI coding tools, write your own specs, and unblock yourself without waiting for engineers or designers.
- Low ego, comfort in ambiguity, and credibility with executives, engineers, and customers alike.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. - 5+ years of product design experience and a portfolio of shipped work that shows strong visual and interaction craft and clear end-to-end thinking.

- Fluency in Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools, with experience designing for iOS, Android, and web.
- Experience working within and contributing to a design system, including partnering with other designers and engineers to get changes built in code.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to design for interconnected flows and complex existing systems.

- Fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to speed up your design work.

As a Director & Associate General Counsel at Humanoid, you will lead legal operations across the U.S. and Canada as we scale our footprint in the region. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, you'll serve as our senior legal representative and principal point of contact here — spanning regulatory support for production and R&D, IP across the research and manufacturing lifecycle, dispute resolution and pre-litigation matters, and the corporate and financing work that comes with our growth. - Own the legal operations infrastructure for the region, including entity management, policies, templates, tooling, and reporting.
- Build, manage, and develop the North American legal team as headcount grows, while remaining close to the work yourself.

- Licensed US attorney in good standing.
- 5+ years of people management experience, with the ability to build and scale a team as the region grows.
- Regulatory support experience across production and R&D functions.
- Substantive IP experience.
- Dispute resolution experience.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented approach: you do the work yourself as well as overseeing others.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work from our Boston office five days per week.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Canadian law, or experience running a cross-border US–Canada remit.
- Experience in robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
- Experience supporting a venture financing round in-house.
- Exposure to product safety, export controls, or trade compliance.
- Experience supporting government relations or public policy work.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
