ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
Help build the operational foundation that powers Sierra's ecosystem—and the global community building the future of AI agents.
Sierra's ecosystem is growing rapidly. Customers, partners, and developers around the world are building on Sierra to create the next generation of AI-powered experiences. As that community grows, we're looking for an Ecosystem Operations Manager to help scale the programs, systems, and operations that enable it to thrive.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role within Sierra's Partnerships & Ecosystems team. You'll help operate and improve Sierra University, partner enablement, developer relations, and builder community programs while strengthening the operational foundation that enables the ecosystem to scale.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, Agent Development, and Partnerships, you'll improve processes, coordinate programs, and build the operational rigor that allows our ecosystem to grow efficiently.
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity—someone who can build scalable processes, execute high-impact programs, and continuously improve how we serve customers, partners, and builders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scale Sierra University by managing curriculum operations, certification programs, learner journeys, platform administration, and governance.
- Coordinate programs that grow Sierra's global builder community, creating opportunities for customers and partners to learn, connect, and succeed.
- Drive partner enablement operations in partnership with the Partnerships team, ensuring partners have the training, resources, and operational support they need to activate quickly.
- Create and maintain developer-facing resources—including documentation, tutorials, videos, and technical enablement materials—that help builders get the most from Sierra's platform.
- Plan and execute ecosystem events, including certification launches, builder summits, partner workshops, developer days, and community activations.
- Build and improve the operational systems, reporting, and processes that enable the Partnerships & Ecosystems team to scale efficiently.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, Agent Development, and Partnerships to coordinate ecosystem initiatives and keep programs moving.
- Measure ecosystem health through certification adoption, partner activation, community engagement, content effectiveness, and customer feedback, and use those insights to continuously improve how Sierra serves builders and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6–8+ years of experience in ecosystem operations, developer relations, community programs, partner enablement, program management, or a related function at an enterprise SaaS or developer platform company.
- Experience operating and scaling customer, partner, or developer programs.
- Experience creating developer-facing content, including documentation, tutorials, videos, or technical enablement materials.
- Fluent in modern AI tools and workflows, with hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve productivity and a strong understanding of how AI agents, LLMs, and developer tools are transforming the way software is built, shipped, and adopted.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing both customer-facing content and executive-ready communications.
- Highly organized, execution-oriented, and energized by building scalable programs in fast-moving environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support Sierra University, partner enablement, ecosystem events, builder programs, and community engagement.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience at companies with scaled developer ecosystems, learning platforms, or partner communities.
- Experience supporting both customer and partner audiences.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, community platforms, event operations, and modern content creation tools.
- Experience working with AI platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software ecosystems.
- Prior software development, solutions engineering, or technical implementation experience.
- Experience scaling global ecosystem programs in fast-growing environments with limited existing processes or playbooks.
OUR VALUES

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).
Location: United Kingdom (Remote)

We're hiring a Senior Autonomy Engineer focused on Spatial Intelligence to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between classical spatial geometry and next-generation AI. You will lead the design and development of robust state estimation, long-term mapping, and localisation loops, with a specific focus on integrating modern machine learning techniques and foundation geometry models into our core navigation stack. Your work will ensure our robots possess rock-solid spatial awareness and execute highly reliable trajectories over extended deployments in complex, real-world environments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect the spatial intelligence layer that unifies 3D geometry with semantic scene understanding to ensure safe and efficient navigation and locomotion in complex environments
- Develop advanced 3D spatial reasoning capabilities that provide our robots with long-term persistent spatial memory and a deep contextual awareness of their surroundings.
- Own the entire perception lifecycle by training large-scale multimodal networks and deploying and integrating them for ultra-low latency performance on edge hardware
- Bridge the gap between conceptual research and physical reality by implementing state-of-the-art 3D representations that track and interpret the environment state
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between large-scale model training and reliable robot integration.
- Stay ahead of the field, rapidly evaluate new model architectures, benchmarks, and datasets to guide our embodied AI roadmap.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Exceptional software engineering skills with a proven track record of shipping complex ML systems into production.
- Strong background in 3D scene understanding and the design of efficient spatial data structures.
- Deep experience in machine learning for vision or embodied AI, ideally with large models (VLMs, transformers, or multi-modal architectures).
- Proficiency in PyTorch and hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale ML systems.
- High-impact individual contributor capable of taking projects from conceptual research to high-performance robot code.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, research-driven environment with evolving models, data, and tools.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Thousands of creators across our partner agencies post about Picsart's AI tools every week, and we're scaling that many times over. In this role, you decide what they make: the concepts, hooks, angles, scripts and briefs. You build rough examples in Picsart's own tools so creators and editors can see the idea instead of reading about it, and you run the tests that show which creative turns a viewer into someone who generates, spends credits and pays. You’ll be working across all our social platforms: TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Youtube, X, and Reddit.
You work through AI, because nobody can watch that much content by hand. You'll use it to read everything the network publishes, to draft briefs and variations for every agency and creator, and to spot winners early, then you make the call and make the example. The best agencies now publish their playbooks; your edge is running that discipline across every agency at once, with the one dataset no agency has: what happens after the click.
How success looks like for this role within a year: conversion per view rising while volume rises, and winning creative replicating across markets in days.
Please note that this is a
Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Decide what creators make.
The concepts, hooks and scripts they film each week. Agencies bring local ideas; you pick what the whole network runs.
Write briefs creators can follow.
Not documents they skim, clear direction, plus rough cuts and examples you make in Picsart's own tools, so nobody has to guess what you meant.
Test the creative.
Hook against hook, format against format, market against market. The results decide what runs next, not anyone's taste.
Get content finished.
Work directly with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, and give feedback specific enough to act on.
Find out what converts.
Look at what thousands of videos actually did, and point the network at the audiences and use cases that bring in paying users.
Spread what wins.
When a hook works in one market, get it into every other market and language fast, and into templates users can remix themselves.
Own launch content.
Every new model and feature goes out through the creator network within days. You decide what day one looks like.
Tell product what to build.
You see what people want from AI tools before product does. Turn that into concrete asks: which presets, templates and models to build or promote next.
Keep it fresh and safe.
Stop the whole network from copying last month's winner. And when a platform changes its rules or a theme crosses a trust-and-safety line, the network hears it from you first.
What You'll Bring
A portfolio, not a résumé:
social accounts you've grown.
Your own or a client's. Send the links and tell us what the numbers did while you ran them.
Creator networks you've directed.
How many creators, what you taught them, what came out of it.
Content you made yourself.
Rough cuts, scripts, hooks, examples, not just feedback on other people's work.
Comment-to-DM and link funnels.
You've set them up, watched them break, and fixed them.
Short-form content that worked in more than one market or language.
You know which hooks travelled and which ones didn't.
Real use of AI creation tools.
You've made things with them, not just read about them.
Creative testing.
You've run hook against hook, format against format, and let the results decide.
Clear writing.
A brief a creator can follow, and a short update an executive can read.
Great communication skills in English.
Any other languages are a plus.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it’s the best version of itself in the real world. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers’ executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
- Genuine interest in Financial Services and improving the end customer experience. Experience in financial technology, implementations at financial institutions, working inside of these institutions or familiarity with financial services security and compliance requirements (fair lending, PII handling, etc.) are a strong plus.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
