At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
Magic’s future depends on welcoming new players and helping them build a lasting connection with the game. As the Innovation Designer for New Player Growth, you will do the hands-on design work behind new products and experiences that make Magic easier to discover, learn, and enjoy.
You will turn early ideas into tangible concepts that teams can play, test, and improve. Your work will include light game design, rapid prototyping, and player testing. You will explore introductory products, solo and cooperative experiences, new ways to learn, and offerings that extend beyond traditional Magic products.
Working closely with the Product Architect, you will translate growth priorities and player insights into experiences that welcome broader audiences. You will also partner with Game Design, Consumer Insights, Creative Design, Digital, and Production to move promising concepts from discovery toward launch.
What You’ll Do:
Design and prototype new physical, digital, and connected products that help people begin and continue their Magic journey.
Apply game design principles to develop gameplay concepts, learning experiences, rules, content structures, and new modes of play.
Explore product forms, play patterns, partnerships, and occasions that can introduce Magic to audiences beyond established trading card game players.
Improve introductory and acquisition-focused products by making them welcoming, engaging, and easy to navigate.
Turn player needs and business opportunities into testable concepts, prototypes, and pilot experiences.
Plan and facilitate playtests. Observe player behavior, gather feedback, and revise designs based on what you learn.
Design experiences that help new players feel capable, make meaningful choices, and connect with other people.
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility, define requirements, and prepare validated concepts for development.
Establish clear learning goals and success measures for prototypes. Use research, product data, and player feedback to guide decisions.
Present concepts, prototypes, findings, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Evaluate products after launch and recommend improvements that strengthen onboarding, engagement, and long-term participation.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in game design, product design, UX design, innovation, or a related creative field.
A portfolio or examples showing how you developed, tested, and improved concepts through an iterative design process.
Ability to create prototypes that communicate an idea and generate useful player feedback.
Graphic design skills and the ability to create clear, compelling visual presentations, prototypes, and design materials.
Experience presenting ideas and facilitating productive discussions with groups, including cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Understanding of game systems, player motivation, learning design, or interactive experiences.
Experience working with partners across creative, technical, research, and business disciplines.
Clear communication skills and the ability to share the vision of design choices to varied audiences.
Knowledge of and passion for Magic: The Gathering or experience with similarly complex games and systems.
Empathy for new players and curiosity about the barriers that affect learning, participation, and belonging.
You will have opportunities to grow your design practice across physical, digital, and experiential products. If your experience does not align with every qualification listed, we still encourage you to apply.

Magic’s future depends on welcoming new players and helping them build a lasting connection with the game. We are building a dedicated new-player growth team to reach new audiences, make learning more welcoming, and turn first play into long-term participation.
As the Product Architect for Magic New Player Growth, you will set the vision and roadmap for Magic’s acquisition-focused product portfolio. This includes introductory products, custom offerings, solo play experiences, and new expressions of Magic. You will guide products from early concept through launch and ongoing improvement.

Develop product concepts that expand Magic’s appeal, including among audiences historically underrepresented in tabletop gaming.
Explore new play patterns, product forms, price points, partnerships, and channels. Lead introductory products, custom acquisition offerings, solo experiences, and other innovations.

Use playtests, player research, market trends, gameplay data, and product performance to guide decisions. Develop, test, and scale promising ideas.
Connect physical products with digital learning, Magic: The Gathering Arena, organized play, retail, and community experiences.
Balance accessibility and excitement with authentic Magic gameplay, customer value, profitability, licensing needs, and operational requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
5 or more years of experience in product design, game design, consumer product innovation, or retail within hobby gaming or a related field.
Experience developing products or experiences focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, learning, or audience growth.
Knowledge of Magic: The Gathering and the trading card game category, including tabletop and digital play.
Understanding of how players discover, learn, purchase, and build communities around games.
Experience leading cross-functional work and gaining support from partners across different disciplines.
Ability to turn player research, market information, and product data into clear decisions and product recommendations.
Clear communication and presentation skills, including experience aligning teams around a shared vision.
Experience with intellectual property, licensing, or external partnerships.
Comfort working through ambiguity, testing new ideas, and changing direction when evidence supports a better approach.
Empathy for new players and an understanding of the barriers that can affect learning, participation, and belonging.
You will have opportunities to grow your product leadership skills while shaping how new audiences experience Magic. If your background does not align with every qualification listed, we still encourage you to apply.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Applied Science team builds models and tools that solve Ramp’s most critical problems: from underwriting businesses to combatting fraud to making spend management smarter. We’re deeply embedded in the business and provide a quantitative foundation for decision making.
As an Applied Science intern, you’ll be a fully integrated member of the team and own your project from start to finish. Working with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, you’ll translate complex business needs into scalable machine-learning-driven solutions. This is a chance to apply ML concretely, ship code, and create genuine value for Ramp and our customers.
You will focus on exciting problems in areas like: credit, fraud, growth, or our core product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- End-to-End ML: own the model lifecycle from data exploration and feature engineering to training, benchmarking, deployment, and monitoring
- State-of-the-Art AI: leverage the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve novel problems and create new product capabilities for our customers
- Versatile Techniques: apply the right tools to the right problems, whether it’s deep learning, gradient boosting, or causal inference
- Rigorous Experimentation: quantify the impact of your work through A/B tests and other statistical methods
- Collaborate: partner closely with product and business leaders to translate models and insights into actionable strategy and user-facing features
WHAT YOU NEED
- B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. Student: currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields with an expected graduation date between Dec 2027 - 2029. Graduate degrees are preferred, but not a must.
- Strong ML Fundamentals: solid understanding of the mathematical foundations of machine learning, statistics, probability, and optimization
- Strong Interest or Experience with AI: curiosity and drive to integrate cutting edge LLMs and agents into applied solutions
- Python Proficiency: good grasp of common Data Science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, PyTorch, etc.)
- SQL Knowledge: experience wrangling data in a modern data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Clickhouse)
- Practical Experience: track record of curating datasets and building/evaluating ML models
- Strong Communication: ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and use data to build a compelling narrative
- Bias For Action: a comfort with ambiguity and desire to ship solutions quickly then iterate
NICE TO HAVES
- Publications, Projects, or Previous Experience: relevant experience applying AI/ML and demonstrating your passion for the field
- Production ML Mindset: knowledge of software engineering best practices applied to ML including version control (Git), testing, and writing maintainable code
- Data Orchestration: experience with leveraging modern data orchestration platforms (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, Metaflow)
COMPENSATION
- The monthly rate for this internship is $12,500 USD + housing stipend

As Regional Director of Account Management, you'll lead a team that owns a multi-million-dollar renewal and expansion book and you'll personally run a portfolio of the region's most strategic accounts. This is a player-coach role for someone who has closed six-figure enterprise deals, knows how to turn single-module customers into full-platform partners, and wants to build a team, not just carry a number.
What You'll Do:
Own Strategic Accounts
Personally manages a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts renewals, seat true-ups, and multi-year commitments for organizations running business-critical Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, Jira, and Confluence environments.
Build executive relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, and security/IT administrators, positioning SpinOne as the customer's consolidated layer for SaaS backup, security posture, and browser risk.
Drive Platform Expansion
Map single-module customers into the full SpinOne platform moving backup-only accounts into SSPM (SpinSPM), ransomware detection and response (SpinRDR), data loss prevention (SpinDLP), and enterprise browser security (SpinCRX).
Act as a trusted advisor on customers' SaaS risk posture quantifying downtime exposure, translating ransomware and shadow IT findings into remediation plans, and tying SpinOne to compliance obligations (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, NIS2, CIS).
Operate with Rigor
Monitor account health via usage and telemetry signals (protected vs. licensed seats, backup success rates, alert volume, admin activity) to forecast renewals and flag churn risk early.
Own regional forecast accuracy for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, with disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting.
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Support on onboarding and adoption, and support partner/MSP-influenced accounts alongside the Partnerships team (including Google Chrome Enterprise, Fortinet, and Menlo Security relationships).
Stay ahead of the SaaS security landscape - ransomware, shadow IT, OAuth risk, browser threats, AI governance, and competing SSPM/backup vendors - and feed insight back to Product and Marketing.
What You Bring:
6-figure deal experience:
proven track record closing and owning six-figure renewals, expansions, and multi-year commitments, and navigating enterprise procurement, security review, and multi-stakeholder approval cycles.
Track record in B2B SaaS:

Domain fluency:
working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) admin, seat, and OAuth permission models, plus the security categories SpinOne spans (backup/DR, ransomware detection, SSPM, DLP, browser security).
Dual fluency with buyers:
comfortable discussing RTO/RPO, incident response, and misconfiguration risk with technical stakeholders, then translating it into downtime cost and audit readiness for executives.
Compliance know-how:
experience navigating compliance-driven renewals and vendor security reviews (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, NIS2, FERPA) is a strong plus.
Leadership:
proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, with hands-on experience in quota planning and pipeline reviews.
Analytical rigor:

Perplexity is hiring an experienced Communications & Marketing Recruiter to help build the teams responsible for how our company and products are positioned, launched, explained, and experienced.
You will lead searches across Communications, Marketing, Social, Editorial, Content, Events and related functions. These disciplines require different networks and different ways of evaluating talent. A strong product marketer may need deep technical fluency and launch experience. A communications leader may be judged by the quality of their counsel and writing. A growth marketer needs to show measurable business impact.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role. You will work closely with Communications and Marketing leaders to define each search, build the market, assess candidates, and close the people who can raise the quality of the work. You should be comfortable reading portfolios and writing samples, digging into campaign results, and separating individual contribution from team output.
You will also help us use AI more effectively across recruiting. That means applying it to research, talent mapping, outreach, and workflow automation while maintaining a high bar for judgment and candidate experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting across the Communications & Marketing team.
- Partner with Communications and Marketing leaders from intake through close. Turn early or ambiguous briefs into clear candidate profiles, interview plans, and sourcing strategies.
- Build talent maps across technology companies, consumer brands, enterprise software, media organizations, and agencies.
- Develop sourcing strategies specific to each discipline. Know where strong writers, communications operators, product marketers, and performance-minded marketers build their reputations.
- Evaluate candidates beyond titles and company names. Review portfolios and writing samples, understand campaign context, clarify individual ownership, and probe for measurable results.
- Help hiring teams build structured work-sample and portfolio reviews that reflect the actual work of each role.
- Give leaders direct, useful reads on pipeline quality, candidate tradeoffs, compensation, and the state of the market.
- Represent Perplexity clearly and credibly. Explain the product, the pace of the company, and the opportunity without relying on a generic AI pitch.
- Run a thoughtful candidate process from first conversation through close, including senior candidates with competing offers and high expectations for the recruiting experience.
- Use AI tools for research, sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations. Identify where automation improves speed and where recruiter judgment needs to stay central.
- Track pipeline health and search performance, identify gaps early, and adjust the strategy before a search stalls.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful depth across Communications and Marketing.
- Experience hiring across several of the following areas: Product Marketing, Corporate or Executive Communications, Editorial, Content, Social Media, Brand, Growth, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, or Events.
- A track record of partnering closely with senior Communications or Marketing leaders on important and difficult searches.
- Strong functional judgment. You understand the differences between product marketing, communications, editorial, brand, growth, and field marketing, including which backgrounds transfer well between them.
- Comfort evaluating portfolios, writing samples, campaign work, and business results alongside the hiring team.
- Strong writing and communication skills. You can sharpen a search brief, write credible outreach, and communicate clearly with candidates and executives.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, research, outreach, or recruiting workflows.
- Fluency with modern ATS and recruiting systems. Experience with Ashby is preferred.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the willingness to push back when the market or candidate evidence does not support the original brief.
- The ability to manage several distinct searches without giving candidates or hiring teams a generic experience.

Chainalysis is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Management & Organizational Development to own the programs, processes, and resources that drive talent quality across the company. You will report to the VP of People.
This is a high-impact IC role. Some foundations are already in place. A performance review cycle runs today, and your job is to assess it, sharpen it, and raise the bar on how ratings, calibration, and reviews work in practice. Other programs, to support top talent development do not exist and this role has an opportunity to create lasting programs from scratch. In both cases, you will present recommendations to the People Leadership Team, get alignment on direction, and then execute.
A core part of this role is making other people effective. You will create the playbooks, toolkits, and training that HR Business Partners and people managers at every level need to run great talent processes without heavy central support. You build the content. You run delivery. You measure whether it lands.
The right person brings strong practices from a consulting background or a large, well-structured organization, but does not try to copy-paste them. Chainalysis is a growth-stage company where priorities shift, ambiguity is normal, and the ability to adapt matters more than a perfect framework. You work iteratively, move fast, and stay grounded in data.
In this role, you’ll:
- Evaluate and improve the existing performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, annual reviews, ratings, and calibration.
- Build the supporting materials (manager guides, calibration toolkits, talking points, FAQs) that make the process work at all levels.
- Partner with People Analytics to track completion rates, rating distributions, and other indicators of process health. Use data to drive cycle-over-cycle improvement.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure that the organization has a high talent delivery model.
- Build the succession planning program for critical roles: readiness assessments, development plans, and pipeline visibility for leadership, including designing and running the organization’s talent mapping process, assessment methodology (9-box or equivalent), criteria, and cadence.
- Create the frameworks that make talent conversations consistent, data-informed, and actionable across business units.
- Identify frameworks to address retention risks for high-impact contributors and recommend targeted interventions. Work with HRBPs and business leaders to roll out and integrate into ongoing talent conversations.
- Develop the content library that HRBPs need to operate as strategic talent advisors: playbooks, templates, facilitation guides, and one-pagers.
- Create enablement resources for people managers at all levels: how to set goals, give feedback, run development conversations, assess talent, and navigate the review cycle.
- Run train-the-trainer sessions, workshops, and office hours to build capability across HRBPs and managers.
- Translate talent strategy into practical tools people can use independently.
- Pick up L&D programming where it connects to talent and performance outcomes: leadership development, manager effectiveness, and high-potential acceleration.
- Identify capability gaps through performance data, engagement results, and business priorities. Recommend targeted interventions.
- Partner with external vendors and internal subject matter experts to curate or build development content where gaps exist.
- Advise on team effectiveness, organizational design, and change management as the company scales.
- Bring an OD lens to talent programs to make sure they reinforce the culture and operating model Chainalysis is building.
- Bring data, options, and clear recommendations to the People Leadership Team for key decisions on talent philosophy, program design, and process changes.
- Facilitate discussions that lead to aligned decisions. Then own the execution.
- Keep PLT informed on program outcomes, risks, and what is and is not working.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 5-8 years in talent management and organizational development with meaningful time spent building or redesigning talent programs (not only administering existing ones). You may have led or been part of an L&D organization, but if you are principally a training designer or facilitator, this role will not be a fit.
- Critical thinking: you review, assess, and define based on first principles. You are curiosity-led and self-directed, anticipating the organization’s needs versus waiting to have them defined for you.
- Building with agility: you are comfortable with ambiguity. You can take a vague problem, structure it, propose a path forward, and ship something useful before you have every answer. You work iteratively. You ship a minimum viable version, gather feedback, and improve. When priorities shift, you adjust without losing momentum.
- Enablement driven: you think about adoption, not just design. You have a track record in adult-learning and programs that flex to the audience. When you build something, you build the training, the resources, and the feedback loop that make it relevant and sticky.
- Metrics orientation: you default to measuring outcomes. You are comfortable with people analytics, dashboards, and making a case with data. You create with data and AI as tools, not the other way around.
- Communication: clear, direct communicator. You can present options to a leadership team, facilitate a calibration session, and write a one-page toolkit with equal skill.
- Workday fluency: experience working in Workday for talent and performance processes.
Nice to have experience:
- Background in human capital management consulting (EY, Deloitte, or comparable) and/or OD design at talent dense organizations who have scaled.
- Experience at a technology company during a period of rapid growth or organizational change.
- Coaching certification, OD certification, or advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Familiarity with succession planning, including talent assessment, career pathing frameworks, and competency models (e.g. 9-box).
- Track record of using AI-enabled authoring tools in enablement and curriculum development.
AI at Chainalysis

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
We are hiring a Senior Risk Associate to run Lithic's risk assessment function: the client risk assessment program, the third party risk management program, and the enterprise risk assessment. You will execute the assessments, own the operations that keep them on schedule and defensible, and continuously improve the rubrics, questionnaires, registers, and SOPs that govern them. You will also own program underwriting: the criteria, limit and reserve recommendations, and periodic reassessment that follow a client from diligence through scale.
This is an AI-forward role. Lithic is deploying agentic tooling across diligence and documentation workflows, and this role owns that build in the assessment domain: testing, tuning, and documenting the tooling so routine collection, review, and drafting are absorbed by automation, while you own the judgment calls, the exceptions, and the written product that goes to partner banks and examiners.
This role operates with limited guidance and owns its programs end to end. It is sized for ownership, orchestration, and judgment rather than queue/ticket processing.
What you'll do:
Execute client risk assessments end to end: document collection, interviews, scoring against the weighted risk typologies, written assessment, tier determination, and pre-launch conditions.
Own program underwriting: apply and maintain underwriting criteria, recommend spend, transfer, and reserve limits, and reassess programs as volume, product mix, and financial condition change.
Run third party risk operations: vendor intake and tiering, due diligence and certification report review, control effectiveness ratings, the vendor risk register, annual reviews, and vendor issue and incident tracking.
Support the enterprise risk assessment and the risk register: maintain the assessment inventory and calendar, collect and test control evidence, apply the enterprise rating methodology consistently across sub-assessments, and prepare Enterprise Risk Committee materials.
Continuously improve the programs: refine rubrics, weights, questionnaires, and templates based on observed outcomes, and author and maintain the SOPs that make each assessment repeatable by someone other than you.
Test, deploy, and tune agentic tooling across the assessment workflows, including document review, questionnaire analysis, vendor due diligence, and drafting, and document the context that makes the output repeatable and defensible.
Define and report the KPIs and KRIs for the assessment programs, and surface concentration, trend, and thematic findings to leadership and oversight forums.
Serve as the evidence owner for partner bank, audit, and examiner requests touching client, third party, and enterprise risk assessment.
Mentor and cross-train teammates on assessment methodology, scoring discipline, and the tooling.
What you'll bring:
Hands-on experience conducting risk assessments in fintech, payments, or banking, across client or counterparty, third party or vendor, and enterprise or operational risk.
Working knowledge of underwriting fundamentals: financial statement review, liquidity and runway analysis, loss and exposure monitoring, and limit setting.
Fluency with rubric-based scoring methodologies and the discipline to apply them consistently and defend a rating.
A track record of owning discrete risk programs end to end with limited guidance, including authoring the SOPs and defining the metrics that govern them.
Ability to read control reports (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS AOC) and translate findings into a residual risk position and a remediation ask.
Comfort working with AI-assisted or agentic tooling, including how to test, tune, document, and defend AI-assisted decisions to bank partners and regulators
Self-starter who can create structure where none exists and knows when to escalate and collaborate
Clear, concise writing under a compliance standard: assessments, memos, and committee materials that hold up in front of a partner bank or an examiner.
The annual US salary range for this role is
$86,000 - $144,000,
plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
