Workplace: none
We are looking for a modern, highly proactive
enterprise freight sales leader
to build our direct-shipper contract pipeline from the ground up.
This is not a traditional freight sales role focused on maintaining an existing book of business. Your mission is to
get Spotter's 600-truck fleet in front of high-volume enterprise shippers and into their RFPs, mini-bids, pilots, and contract freight programs.
You will identify high-value shippers, reach transportation procurement and logistics decision-makers, navigate carrier onboarding and qualification processes, and turn those relationships into real freight opportunities.
Initial Market Focus
This role will initially focus on
local work around Joliet, IL and long-haul freight originating from the Joliet area.
What You'll Own
Identify and map enterprise shippers with meaningful freight volume in the Joliet market.
Build relationships with transportation procurement, logistics, and supply chain decision-makers.
Identify upcoming
RFPs, mini-bids, pilots, and contract truckload opportunities
.
Get Spotter through shipper and enterprise-broker
carrier onboarding and qualification processes
.
Position our 600-truck asset base for high-volume freight opportunities.
Build a qualified pipeline with clear next steps, stakeholders, timelines, and freight volume.
Work with operations and pricing to turn opportunities into actionable lanes and awards.
Develop direct-shipper relationships that can grow into recurring contract freight.
30-Day Trial Targets
This position begins with a
30-day trial period
with clear, measurable expectations.
By Day 30:
40
Joliet-area enterprise shippers fully mapped
10
conversations with transportation procurement / logistics decision-makers
6
qualified direct-shipper opportunities with a concrete next step
3
new vendor onboarding / provider qualification processes initiated
3
shippers agreeing to include Spotter in an upcoming RFP, mini-bid, or pilot
2
live direct-shipper RFP / mini-bid / pilot opportunities received
200+ lanes
of actual Joliet-origin/local freight opportunities Spotter can price
1
pilot or lane award
$10M+
annualized direct-shipper freight represented by accessible Joliet-area opportunities
These are
outcome-based targets
, not activity quotas. Success in this role is measured by creating real enterprise freight opportunities and moving them toward bids, pilots, and awarded lanes.
What We're Looking For
Experience in
enterprise freight sales, transportation procurement, contract truckload, brokerage, 3PL, or strategic accounts
Strong understanding of how enterprise transportation procurement works
Proven ability to reach senior logistics and procurement decision-makers
Experience with shipper RFPs, mini-bids, carrier onboarding, or contract freight
Ability to build a pipeline from scratch rather than rely on an inherited book of business
Strong commercial judgment and ability to qualify opportunities based on actual freight volume and fit
Comfortable working with data, transportation technology, CRM systems, and digital freight platforms
Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable being measured by outcomes
Why Spotter
Spotter operates a
600-truck asset base
, giving you the capacity and operational foundation to pursue meaningful enterprise freight opportunities.
Your role is to connect that capacity with the right shippers, procurement teams, and contract freight programs — and turn those opportunities into
lanes, pilots, and long-term strategic accounts.

ClickHouse is hiring a Sr. Manager, Global Workplaces to build our workplace function from the ground up. This is a foundational role: there is no existing playbook to inherit, so you'll help design the policies, standards, and operating model that will support ClickHouse's workplace experience as we grow. You'll be responsible for a small but growing footprint of offices across multiple regions, and you'll need to balance our remote-first philosophy with the reality that in-person environments matter — for teams, culture, and moments that are hard to replicate over video.
This role reports to the Head of Procurement and will partner closely with People, IT, Security, Finance, and regional leaders. You should be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building something new rather than maintaining something established.
What You Will Do:
• Workplace Function Build-Out: Design and stand up ClickHouse's global workplace function from scratch, including policies, standards, playbooks, and operating processes that can flex across regions and scale as we grow.
• Global Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations for ClickHouse's small offices across multiple regions, ensuring a consistent standard of experience while adapting to local norms, labor requirements, and regulations.
• Remote-First, In-Person-Enabled Strategy: Develop a workplace strategy that reflects our remote-first culture while creating high-value in-person environments — team hubs, offsites, and gathering spaces— that strengthen collaboration and connection.
• New Office Setup & Space Planning: Lead site selection, buildout, and launch of new small offices as ClickHouse expands into new regions, in partnership with Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
• Vendor & Facilities Management: Own vendor relationships across regions — broker, landlords, building management, facilities, food and beverage, and events — working closely with Procurement on sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with People, IT, Security, and Finance on space planning,
onboarding logistics, workplace technology, and headcount-driven capacity planning across regions.
• Budget Ownership: Own the global workplace budget, track spend across regions, and identify
opportunities to optimize cost without compromising the employee experience.
• Policy & Process Development: Create scalable, well-documented workplace policies — health and safety, visitor management, workplace security, and office access — adaptable across jurisdictions.
• Events & Team Connection: Support company gatherings that reinforce culture and connection across a distributed team.
• Point of Contact & Escalations: Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and emergencies across regions and time zones, establishing clear escalation protocols.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, or global office operations, ideally including experience building a workplace function or program from the ground up.
• Experience supporting a globally distributed organization with multiple small offices across regions, and an understanding of the operational and regulatory differences that come with that footprint.
• Genuine enthusiasm for remote-first ways of working, paired with an appreciation for why in-person environments matter to teams — and the judgment to know when and how to invest in each.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience, with comfort partnering closely with a Procurement function.
• Experience managing a budget, with a track record of finding operational efficiencies.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously in a role with significant ownership and limited existing infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the cultural fluency to work effectively across regions, time zones, and languages.
• Based in the Americas or EMEA, with the flexibility to travel to regional offices as needed.
Nice to Have:
• Experience negotiating international leases or managing office buildouts outside your home country.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and workplace compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience designing workplace programs specifically for hybrid or remote-first organizations (e.g., home office stipends, co-working allowances, hub-based gathering strategies).

Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list https://www.forbes.com/companies/clickhouse/?list=cloud100, ClickHouse is one of the most innovative and fast-growing private cloud companies. With more than 4,000 customers and $250M ARR https://clickhouse.com/blog/clickhouse-tops-250m-arr-and-4000-customers, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads.
The company's sustained, accelerating momentum was recently validated by a $400M Series D financing round https://clickhouse.com/blog/clickhouse-raises-400-million-series-d-acquires-langfuse-launches-postgres. Over the past three months, customers including Capital One, Lovable, Decagon, Polymarket, and Airwallex have adopted the platform or expanded existing deployments. These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla.
We're on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
We're hiring a Product Manager to own partner integrations at ClickHouse. This role owns how ClickHouse shows up inside the platforms our customers already use: embedded, native experiences across the hyperscalers and developer platforms, and deeper technical integrations with strategic partners like dbt, Fivetran, Hex, and Sigma. There is a growing surface of partner work already in motion, and this role shapes where we invest in co-innovation opportunities.
This is one of the most cross-functional roles at ClickHouse. You'll work across multiple engineering teams, our partnerships and solutions teams, and the partners themselves to deliver meaningful co-innovation and integrations with complementary technologies. You'll own the technical side of our House Mates partner program and be the person who navigates the multi-org reality of getting an integration certified, listed, and live. This is a hands-on role: you'll write the specs, run the partner calls, drive certification processes, and coordinate across teams to get things over the line.
YOU WILL
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ClickHouse's Cloud integrations with strategic partners
- Seek out complementary innovation opportunities with partners. Define what a "better together" integration looks like with each strategic partner, and drive it from joint roadmap through launch.
- Navigate the trade-offs of embedded integrations: billing and metering, identity and auth, security and data residency, and coordination across ClickHouse and partner teams.
- Project-manage complex, multi-org launches: marketplace listings, certification processes, partner co-marketing, and GA timelines across multiple organizations.
- Own the technical standards and certification criteria for integrations submitted through the House Mates partner program.
- Measure and communicate co-innovation business impact, adoption and product strategy to executive leadership.
- Represent ClickHouse externally at partner events and in joint content.
YOU BRING
- Experience shipping integrations into third-party platforms before: hyperscaler marketplaces, embedded or native integrations, ISV partnerships, or OEM/white-label work.
- An understanding of the trade-offs that make or break a partner integration, billing, auth, security, cross-team dependencies, and have made those decisions in the past.
- A strong project management lens and are comfortable owning a launch that depends on five teams across two companies.
- Patience and resilience with partners who are unresponsive or have their own competing priorities, and you find creative ways to keep things moving anyway.
- Technical ability to understand an integration end to end, from provisioning and auth to billing and data flow, and to hold a credible conversation with engineers about APIs, architecture, and technical trade-offs.
- Energy and excitement for external-facing work: partner calls, customer conversations, and representing the product publicly.
- Hands-on and high ownership ability. You write the specs, run the partner calls, and stay close to the details.
- Comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience building partner integrations with hyperscalers and modern technology companies.
- Experience running or supporting a technology partner program.
- Background at a database or data infrastructure company; familiarity with ClickHouse or peers like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Experience working in remote, multi-timezone environments.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a software engineer who ships fast without dropping quality. You'll own features end-to-end with support from senior engineers, learn how AI systems behave in production, and see your work reach customers within days rather than quarters. The Bengaluru team is product engineering, so everything you build is customer-facing.
What You'll Do
- Development & Implementation - Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-powered features using TypeScript/Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms.
- Collaboration & Learning - Work closely with senior engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical and architecture discussions.
- Product Integration - Partner with Product, Design, and Customer Success to translate requirements into robust, customer-facing solutions.
Specifically, you'll:
- Build and ship features end-to-end, from backend services to customer-facing interfaces.
- Work on AI-powered workflows: prompt design, evaluation, and the systems that make LLMs reliable in production.
- Build integrations with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and third-party communication tools.
- Fix real customer problems, often with a short loop between report and fix going live.
- Write comprehensive tests, add monitoring, and take ownership of what you ship after it ships.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to ensure system reliability.
- Take loosely defined problems, ask the right questions, and drive them to done with minimal hand-holding.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Hybrid, based in Bengaluru - regular office presence expected for collaboration and team coordination.
- Some overlap with US business hours may be needed for client coordination and project work.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally full-stack, including at least 1 year in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
- Strong programming skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP and modern deployment practices.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and understanding of service-oriented architectures.
- Comfort working with SQL databases at scale.
- A track record of fast, high-quality execution - you move quickly and your work holds up.
- Self-driven: you unblock yourself, chase down context, and don't need work broken into small pieces.
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing requirements in a fast-moving startup.
- Curiosity about AI and LLMs - direct experience is a plus, appetite to learn is required.
- Low ego, high energy, and a bias toward shipping.
Bonus Points
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, or conversational AI systems.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Previous startup experience or exposure to rapid scaling.
- Contributions to open source or active developer community participation.
- Experience with real-time systems, or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Docker/containerization and orchestration tools.
Why Avoca
- Compensation in line with industry standards and above.
- Direct impact - your code powers thousands of businesses and millions of customer interactions.
- Accelerated learning - work on cutting-edge AI technology with experienced mentors.
- Clear paths for advancement as the company and team scale.
- A fast-moving, collaborative culture built for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager, Strategic Services to partner with strategic customers as they implement, expand, and mature their use of ClickUp. This role sits within Professional Services and is ideal for someone who can blend customer leadership, workflow design, technical problem solving, and practical change management.
You’ll help customers move from fragmented processes to scalable ways of working in ClickUp. That means leading complex implementations, guiding adoption across multiple stakeholder groups, identifying opportunities for automation and AI, and helping customers realize measurable business value from the platform.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
LEAD STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATIONS AND CUSTOMER TRANSFORMATIONS
- Own complex customer engagements from discovery through rollout, enablement, and ongoing optimization.
- Diagnose current-state workflows, identify friction points, and design scalable future-state solutions in ClickUp.
- Guide customers through governance, architecture, process design, and rollout planning across multiple teams or business units.
- Help customers recover momentum when implementations stall, priorities shift, or stakeholder alignment breaks down.
DRIVE ADOPTION, VALUE REALIZATION, AND ACCOUNT HEALTH
- Partner closely with customer stakeholders to define success measures, adoption milestones, and practical next steps.
- Translate customer goals into clear execution plans that improve adoption, stakeholder engagement, and long-term platform value.
- Use usage signals, customer feedback, and business context to identify risks early and build recovery or acceleration plans.
- Support strategic business reviews and customer conversations with a clear point of view on progress, opportunities, and priorities.
DESIGN SCALABLE SOLUTIONS, AUTOMATION, AND AI USE CASES
- Turn complex business needs into thoughtful ClickUp solutions using workflows, structure, automations, reporting, and process best practices.
- Recommend when to standardize, when to keep flexibility, and how to balance technical ambition with customer readiness.
- Identify practical automation and AI opportunities that improve customer outcomes instead of creating unnecessary complexity.
- Help customers operationalize new ways of working by pairing solution design with enablement, change management, and adoption support.
PARTNER ACROSS TEAMS TO SOLVE COMPLEX CUSTOMER PROBLEMS
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer admins, operators, and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and other internal partners to keep customer work moving.
- Escalate thoughtfully, communicate clearly, and maintain ownership even when multiple teams are involved.
- Bring customer feedback and recurring pain points back to internal teams to improve product usage, delivery patterns, and customer outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a customer-facing post-sale role such as Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Implementation Consulting, or a closely related function.
- Proven success leading complex SaaS implementations, customer transformations, or strategic enablement programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong workflow and process design instincts, including the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions.
- Excellent customer communication skills, including confidence with both hands-on operators and executive stakeholders.
- Strong judgment in ambiguous environments, with the ability to prioritize, simplify complexity, and keep momentum through change.
- A clear ownership mindset and track record of driving outcomes rather than operating reactively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with work management, workflow automation, collaboration, CRM, ITSM, or adjacent SaaS platforms.
- Comfort recommending or deploying automation, reporting, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise customer relationships where adoption, governance, and value realization mattered as much as configuration.
- Exposure to change management, customer enablement, or consulting-style discovery and solutioning.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
LOCATION
- This role is approved for hiring in Ireland.
- Please confirm any remote, hybrid, travel, or time-zone expectations during the hiring process.
WHY THIS ROLE IS COMPELLING
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer strategy, technical solutioning, and execution. You’ll help strategic customers transform how they work, while shaping scalable delivery patterns inside a fast-moving environment where adoption, workflow design, automation, and AI all matter.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Staff Content Designer to be the voice of investing at Wealthsimple. The person who takes calendar spreads and margin calls and makes them make sense, without dumbing it down or drowning it with jargon. You’ll be embedded on product teams and partner closely with design, product, and engineering to build experiences that our clients love.
This isn't a polish-the-copy-at-the-end role. You'll be in the room shaping what we build and how to position our products — not just the final words on the screen.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write the hard stuff. Options, margin trading, predictions, perpetuals, futures — you'll write and rewrite the content so it all makes sense to a first-time investor and a seasoned trader.
- Work AI-first. From shipping your own code changes to prototyping and research — you’ll use AI to increase your impact in every part of the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product and design on key initiatives. You’ll work early and often with product and design to shape the product direction for big, challenging projects — not just tighten the copy once the decisions are already made.
- Make the team faster and better, not just yourself. Templates, patterns, content standards, workflows, and of course AI. You’ll find ways to automate processes to scale content while ensuring quality.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 7+ years in content design or UX writing at a senior or staff level.
- A learner’s mindset. You don't need a finance background but you have experience that demonstrates your willingness to go deep on something unfamiliar and become a subject matter expert.
- Experience working with AI to increase your impact or empower others.
- Experience developing content standards, or integrating product content best practices and guidelines into a design system.
- Ability to think strategically about content and design while also executing on the details at a tactical level.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and work quickly and decisively across different contexts. You know when to sweat the details and when to move quickly.
- Experience empowering others through mentorship, coaching, and sharing best practices + techniques.
- Ability to work with Marketing, Brand, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver unified and consistent messaging across all touch points.
- A great collaborator and listener who loves to work together to understand and solve client problems.
WHAT TO SEND US
- A portfolio with 3 or more case studies that shows how you used writing and design to improve the user experience and drive business outcomes.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000 across Sweden, Denmark and Norway in telecommunications, financial services, industrial manufacturing, energy and utilities, and healthcare and life sciences. Sovereignty and control over where data and models reside are growing priorities across these sectors, and Cohere is well positioned to meet that need with private, on-premise and in-country deployment built for enterprise scale. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across Sweden, Denmark and Norway via targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach, technical and business validation, through deal close
- Support coverage of adjacent Nordic accounts as territory priorities require
- Generate and own your own pipeline through disciplined outbound, research and executive prospecting
- Be a trusted advisor to customer prospects, deeply understand their challenges & goals, and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businesses
- Leverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities
- Align closely with our partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts
- Work cross-functionally across the business, drawing in the right technical and specialist colleagues as each engagement requires
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to supplement your own top of funnel activity
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Fluent in at least one Nordic language – Swedish, Norwegian or Danish – in addition to English; additional Nordic languages are a strong advantage
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure deals
- Depth in at least two of our priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences
- A hunter mentality - you take pride in generating your own pipeline and are at your best when building a territory rather than managing an inherited one
- A proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotas
- Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executives
- Experience working alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- Excellent communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others & building strong relationships, experienced presenting to a C-suite audience, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospects
Additional Requirements:
- Experience selling complex enterprise level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments (AI/NLP solutions preferred)
- Familiarity with European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements as live buying criteria
- High tolerance for ambiguity - this is an early-stage territory without an established local playbook, and you'll need to be both a doer and a strategist
- Creativity - deal structures can widely vary, strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessary
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.

The cloud platform underpins how services are built, deployed, secured, and operated across the organization.
As a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will define and drive the governance model and automation strategy for cloud infrastructure. This includes setting policy-as-code standards, automating compliance and cost controls, and ensuring infrastructure is provisioned and operated through consistent, auditable, self-service pathways rather than tailored or manual processes.
You will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level and will set direction for how cloud resources are governed and automated while also building the tooling and guardrails that make that direction real. Success in this role means engineering teams can self-service the build and operation of infrastructure with confidence that it is secure, cost-aware, and consistent by default, without slowing delivery down.
What you'll do
Cloud Governance
Define and enforce policy-as-code standards (tagging, naming, encryption, network segmentation, access boundaries) across cloud accounts/subscriptions
Establish guardrails using tools such as OPA, Sentinel, AWS Config/Service Control Policies to report on and prevent drift from approved patterns
Partner closely with Security/IAM to deliver least-privilege enforcement and access-control requirements directly in our self-service capabilities while ensuring compliance and auditability.
Embed cost governance and reporting (budgets, anomaly detection, showback/chargeback) into provisioning workflows
Automation & Infrastructure as Code
Drive the organization's Infrastructure-as-Code standards (e.g., Terraform/Terraform Cloud, Pulumi)
Establish and maintain reusable, versioned modules and contribution standards that embed governance requirements by default.
Automate environment provisioning, drift detection/remediation, and lifecycle management so policy compliance doesn't depend on manual review
Stay ahead of AI-native tooling and bring forward practical opportunities balancing risk, fit, value, measurability, and alignment to company goals.
Platform & Developer Enablement
Develop golden paths for infrastructure provisioning and service deployment that make the guided path the easiest path
Partner on developer platform tooling and integrations (CI/CD, container registries, managed data services, observability) where they intersect with governance and automation.
What you'll bring
Experience & Skills
8+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering, including experience operating at a principal or staff level (setting direction, not just implementing)
Deep experience with major Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ideally across more than one
Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform and/or Pulumi) at scale, including module design and state/workspace management
Direct experience implementing policy-as-code and cloud governance frameworks
Experience with cloud cost management/FinOps practices and tooling
Familiarity with CI/CD platforms, container registries, and observability tooling as consumers of the standards you build
Exposure to applying AI tooling to infrastructure problems (policy review, anomaly detection, automation) is a plus
Collaboration & Communication
Ability to influence across platform, security, FinOps, and product engineering teams without direct authority
Strong documentation and communication skills; able to make the case for standards to both engineers and leadership
Experience mentoring engineers and setting technical direction beyond your own immediate team
Experience with platform advocacy, working with partners to understand infrastructure needs in collaboration with Product.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
