About the Opportunity
The Trading Systems team builds the mission-critical order, execution, position, and risk infrastructure that powers OKX’s global trading platform. We operate at the intersection of high performance, correctness, resilience, and scale—where every design decision matters.
We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our trading counter and core trading systems. This role is for an engineer who combines deep systems expertise with strong ownership: someone who investigates root causes, raises the quality bar across the engineering lifecycle, and turns individual learning into reusable team capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex, high-performance C++ trading systems.
Design reliable distributed systems, including consistency, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies across system boundaries.
Own work end to end—from technical proposals and design reviews through framework refactoring, implementation, deployment, production debugging, replay, and validation.
Solve low-level systems challenges involving networking, protocols, concurrency, memory management, performance, and operating-system-level behaviour.
Drive architectural improvements by identifying systemic issues and anti-patterns, such as overly coupled or “God Class” designs, and redesigning components with clear responsibilities.
Build proactive quality safeguards, including automated testing, failure-injection scenarios, stability validation, monitoring, and replay-based verification.
Design controlled experiments to validate architectural assumptions and diagnose complex production issues beyond surface-level symptoms.
Work effectively across heterogeneous technology stacks, making sound engineering decisions at language, service, and platform boundaries.
Independently explore and apply AI-assisted engineering practices across code understanding, solution design, cross-review, incident analysis, test validation, and knowledge capture.
Raise engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements to development practices.
Mentor engineers and share practical knowledge through documentation, playbooks, technical sessions, and reusable frameworks.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with substantial experience building production C++ systems.
Strong experience designing and evolving complex systems, with a clear understanding of architectural trade-offs.
Proven knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, network programming, and performance optimisation in Linux-based environments.
Hands-on experience with distributed consistency, high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, or other system-level reliability designs.
Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals, including networking protocols, operating systems, memory, storage, and runtime behaviour.
A track record of taking ownership proactively, from defining the problem to delivering and validating a robust solution.
Exceptional debugging and analytical ability, with a habit of investigating why issues occur—not simply applying short-term fixes.
Experience using automated tests, simulation, replay, or comparative experiments to validate system behaviour and reliability.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to turn experience into documentation, standards, and practices that help the whole team.
Nice to Haves
Experience with exchange, brokerage, trading counter, order management, execution, market data, or other low-latency financial systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or high-throughput distributed platforms.
Familiarity with Rust, Java, Go, Python, or other languages used in multi-language production environments.
Practical experience applying AI tools to improve software engineering workflows and code quality.
Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as our early Singapore-based Customer Success Manager as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across ASEAN, helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage (consumption & seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our product development and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
As our early CSM in Singapore, you'll be a pioneer - helping to build regional processes, establishing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption/adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both our consumption-based and seat-based products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs as the voice of ASEAN and broader APAC customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as the early in-region CS presence, developing where needed, ASEAN-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices that account for regional business cultures
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar)
Mandarin language fluency
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns to various audiences
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Strong project management skills and a knack for bringing order to chaos, demonstrating an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality and team player mindset
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
Experience working in and building a growing region, while navigating across time zones with US-based headquarters
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

adjoe is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven track record owning a regional event program end to end. You come from a senior event/field marketing background within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a fast-paced agency environment. You have owned a full regional program, including roadmap, budget, and outcomes, rather than executing against someone else's plan. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, US, you will build the US event strategy together with leadership and lead its hands-on execution, ensuring events drive business growth and strengthen adjoe's brand positioning in the market.
- Events are a pipeline engine, and you own that outcome. This role is pivotal in driving meaningful pipeline across both of adjoe's lines of business: supply, where app publishers monetize and scale with Playtime and Arcade, and demand, where advertisers grow with adjoe Ads. You align regularly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure events ladder up to strategic priorities, and you track performance and follow up with internal teams so that pipeline and lead goals are genuinely owned and delivered rather than assumed.
- You lead execution across a range of event types and audiences. You build and evolve the US event roadmap in close collaboration with leadership, choosing the right formats, audiences, and channels to drive measurable results. That spans industry trade shows and conferences where adjoe needs presence and share of voice, owned events that put our brand and perspective at the center, and executive hospitality events built to move specific accounts and relationships forward. You ensure flawless execution across all of them, from logistics and branding to experience design and post-event impact reporting, and you are as comfortable running the floor plan as you are presenting the roadmap to leadership.
- You negotiate and build partnerships with confidence. You serve as the primary point of contact for key conference and co-marketing partnerships, managing negotiations, sponsorship agreements, and long-term opportunities as the owner of those relationships. You manage and optimize the US events budget, making high-impact decisions on where and how to invest for maximum ROI. Externally, you act as a senior voice for the brand, building lasting relationships with conference organizers, local networks, and industry peers that compound in value year over year.
- You are metrics-driven and turn data into action. You set success criteria before an event and track ROI across the full lifecycle, evaluating performance rather than activity. You use what the numbers tell you to reallocate spend, retire formats that don't return, and independently optimize processes and results without waiting to be asked.
- You think in systems. You build scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows that improve event quality, efficiency, and attendee experience across teams and regions. You manage complex projects and relationships calmly when timelines are tight or priorities shift, you communicate strategy and expectations clearly across functions, and you lead with ownership and clarity, making things happen and keeping stakeholders informed as you go.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
At adjoe, we’re designing the organization behind one of the fastest-growing adtech platforms in mobile. The initiatives you build, the talent you develop, and the culture you shape will directly influence how adjoe scales globally.
- Go Big. Own programs that have real impact on how 250+ people across 7 offices join, grow, and perform.
- Move Fast. Operate in a high-velocity environment where you design, test, and iterate on people programs with the same mindset as a product team.
- Be Direct. Work in a culture where feedback is honest, collaboration is real, and your ideas get heard.
- Thrive Together. Grow alongside a diverse, global team of 250+ people from over 40 countries — and help make that experience better for everyone.
- Have Fun. Build meaningful programs, celebrate the people behind the product, and bring your energy to a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.

- Utilize internal hiring metrics and external market data to proactively propose recommendations and solutions to leaders.

As Claude's capabilities grow, so does our responsibility to ensure those capabilities reach the right people. The Access Programs team builds the systems that verify who our customers are, grant access to advanced model capabilities for approved use cases, and ensure that access is not misused. As a software engineer on this team, you will build the identity, vetting, and access management infrastructure that underpins our trusted access programs, along with the monitoring and enforcement tooling that keeps them safe. This work sits at the center of how Anthropic deploys frontier capabilities responsibly, balancing broad access with rigorous safeguards.
Responsibilities:
Build identity verification and vetting systems (KYC/KYB) that establish who our individual and business customers are
Design and implement access control systems that grant, scope, and revoke access to advanced capabilities based on approved use cases
Build infrastructure to configure safety systems and detection thresholds on a per-customer basis for trusted access programs
Develop monitoring to detect misuse of expanded access, and tooling that enables enforcement teams to act on it
Partner closely with policy, enforcement, threat intelligence, product, research, and go-to-market teams so that access decisions are well-informed and consistently applied
Build systems that identify account compromise and takeover, apply mitigations in real time, and carry affected accounts through to full remediation
Design and build the dashboards, alerting, and internal admin tooling that give the team and its partners clear visibility into the health and outcomes of our access programs
Integrate with third-party identity verification and data enrichment vendors
You may be a good fit if you have:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable experience
Experience building and operating backend systems in production
Strong coding skills in at least one general-purpose programming language, and experience building software with AI coding tools
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Care about the societal impacts of AI and want your work to make powerful systems safer
Strong candidates may also:
8+ years of industry software engineering experience
Experience building shared platforms or foundational services that many teams and products depend on, rather than one-off solutions for a single use case
A track record of working across functions (for example engineering, product, policy, operations, and go-to-market) to gather requirements, reconcile competing needs, and drive adoption of what you build
Experience with identity, authentication, or authorization systems at scale
Experience with KYC/KYB workflows or identity verification vendors
Experience in trust and safety, integrity, fraud, or abuse detection
Experience detecting and responding to account takeover or credential compromise
Experience partnering with operational teams to build custom internal tooling
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

THE ROLE & TEAM
Product Data Science & Engineering is a portfolio team within Product & Technology. Partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial leadership, we set Xero’s data science strategy across broad product areas and operate in an AI-native way—using AI to transform how we work, not just what we ship.
The team co-own Xero's metrics stack, experimentation strategy, and enterprise data architecture and builds AI-powered customer experiences including the Jax chatbot and agentic workflows—in partnership with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. They also lead AI measurement and productionisation. We work in an AI-native way. That means AI changes how data science itself gets done here, not just what we ship.
This is a new strategic leadership role created to scale Xero's data science and AI capabilities. You will take full ownership of the data science, analytics, ML, and AI strategy and execution across Accounting & Bookkeeping, Small Business, and AI products.
This role combines strategic product vision (including Jax, agentic workflows, and AI-powered features) with platform thinking across the metrics stack, experimentation, data quality, and governance, driving enterprise-level impact across every product team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will translate company-level objectives into strategic sub-objectives across analytics, ML, AI products, and experimentation, elevating both the quality of decisions and the leverage Xero gains from its data and AI investments.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, analytics engineers, ML engineers, and managers, scaling the function from ~12 to ~30.
- Design team structures and operating models that preserve high throughput across multiple locations and time zones.
- Operate as an AI-native leader, driving how AI changes how data science operates and ships value across Xero.
- Act as the primary data partner to Product & Technology, advising C-suite and SLT on data utilization, retention strategy, new data domains, and AI investment decisions.
- Represent data science in executive forums and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Privacy and Risk on strategy, prioritisation and governance.
- Own AI governance, model risk, data quality, privacy posture, and experimentation integrity across the portfolio, ensuring company-wide compliance and integrity.
- Drive behavioral, technical, and cultural standards across the vertical. Own and improve global hiring practices, build talent maps, and coach senior leaders and individual contributors to raise the bar across Xero.
- Proactively identify delivery and strategic risks, designing robust organizational processes that yield consistent, high-quality outcomes for Xero.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
We welcome candidates from analyst, scientist, engineer, or AI/ML-focused backgrounds—a linear data science career is not required. What matters most is that you have operated, shipped, and led at scale within a fast-paced technology environment. As a self-starter and executive partner, you will shape and lead strategic agendas alongside C-suite and senior leadership, driving throughput across multi-location, global teams. You excel at bringing structure to complex cross-functional challenges, managing ambiguity, and maintaining a strong "Xero-first" mindset focused on delivering strategic value and accountable execution.
- Ability to act as a proactive self-starter and executive partner, shaping strategic agendas with C-suite and SLT, presenting to board-level leadership, and influencing key investment decisions.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, bring structure to complex cross-functional challenges, sustain throughput across multi-timezone teams, and hold stakeholders accountable to a "Xero-first" standard.
- Skilled in leading managers, coaching leaders into senior roles, developing high-performing teams, and constructively escalating strategic risks when necessary.
- Experienced in navigating teams through significant scale-ups, operating model transformations, and continuous evolution in fast-paced environments.
- Practical experience leveraging frontier-model platforms (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to build agentic workflows, chatbots, and AI-powered products, as well as transforming team operating models using AI workflows.
- Substantial experience leading data science, ML, or analytics functions, with a proven track record of managing other people leaders across multi-team structures.
- Extensive experience building and running enterprise-scale data science functions, AI/ML productionisation, AI governance, model risk frameworks, and experimentation integrity.
- Deep technical fluency across applied ML, analytics engineering, instrumentation, eventing, and schema governance, with a strong engineering mindset focused on building scalable platforms and reusable architectures.
- Prior exposure to SaaS or small business segments, with a track record of driving scale, data quality, and privacy compliance.
- Technical bachelor's or master's degree (PhDs welcome for applied, high-impact organizational challenges), supported by public thought leadership or open-source contributions in data or AI.
