From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for an amazing individual to join Fivetran's Employee Experience team as our Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications. This role goes beyond writing great comms — you'll also help design how employees experience Fivetran day to day, from how we listen to them, to how we recognize them, to how we bring them together as a community. You'll craft compelling communications for employees around the world, build the frameworks that connect employees to one another and to our priorities, and design programs that make people feel heard, valued, and energized — all in service of our company mission.
You'll be hands-on: writing stellar communications, designing employee listening mechanisms, building recognition programs, and running culture and community initiatives. You'll also zoom out — building frameworks and cadences that scale, and using data (surveys, engagement metrics, attendance, participation) to tell a story about how the organization is doing and what to do next.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Systems and Software Team Lead
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
We are looking for a Systems and Software Team Lead to own systems and software production and satellite-level testing for ICEYE's SAR satellites, from production integration through to proof that every onboard system performs reliably before a satellite ships.
Your team is responsible for onboard software loading, validation, and checkout during production, and full satellite-level functional and end-to-end system checkout, including RF testing in the anechoic chamber as part of that satellite-level test campaign. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians across systems and software, and carry the ultimate responsibility for flight readiness on the systems and software side of the build.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the core of production. You'll spend time on the floor with your team, troubleshooting, unblocking issues, and improving processes, while working alongside the Integration and Mechanical team leads to keep the overall satellite build on schedule and to the highest quality standards. ICEYE's production volumes are scaling significantly, and this role is central to building the systems, tooling, and team needed to support that growth.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADING SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE PRODUCTION
- Own systems and software production for ICEYE's SAR satellites, ensuring mission readiness from integration through launch
- Plan, coordinate, and execute satellite build stages across production, from initial integration through flight readiness
- Own end-to-end production flows for onboard software, avionics, and SAR payload system integration
- Be hands-on: lead troubleshooting, unblock issues, keep production momentum
OWNING SATELLITE-LEVEL VERIFICATION
- Drive execution of system-level functional testing, verification, and acceptance for SAR flight units, once integration is complete
- Prove that all onboard systems (avionics, power, software) perform reliably in full configuration
- Own planning, execution, and reporting of system-level functional tests and inspections, including RF testing of the full satellite in the anechoic chamber
- Ensure anechoic chamber test setups are properly scheduled, maintained, and executed as part of the satellite-level test flow
OWNING SOFTWARE IN PRODUCTION
- Own onboard software loading, validation, and checkout during production and verification
- Maintain and improve test automation, scripts, and software-supported verification flows with keeping supporting stakeholders in loop.
- Ensure robustness of SAR mission software, including payload control, data handling, and spacecraft operations
DRIVING QUALITY, TRACEABILITY & COMPLIANCE
- Maintain configuration control, build discipline, and full traceability
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards
- Manage technical risks, anomalies, and non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective action, identifying and driving resolution of the issues most critical to the production line
BUILDING SCALABLE, REPEATABLE PROCESSES
- Define and continuously improve scalable production workflows, work instructions, test procedures, and checklists together with AIT Engineering and Quality
- Turn unclear inputs into clear, usable verification processes, reducing reliance on tribal knowledge
- Drive throughput and reduce rework while protecting quality, as production volumes scale
LEADING & DEVELOPING THE TEAM
- Lead, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary team across systems and software, including satellite-level test execution
- Mentor and lead the team, fostering operational excellence, accountability, and a high-reliability spaceflight culture
- Train and mentor on systems and software test best practices and fault diagnostics, including anechoic chamber test execution
WORKING ACROSS TEAMS & SCALING
- Act as the primary technical interface between AIT engineers, engineering, production, and mission operations for SAR missions
- Coordinate closely with the Integration and Mechanical team leads to ensure a unified, on-schedule satellite build
- Prepare verification and production processes for higher volumes; define and track KPIs
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, fostering collaboration and growth
- Proven expertise in systems and/or software integration for complex hardware, ideally in satellite, aerospace, or a similarly regulated high-reliability environment
- In-depth knowledge of onboard software, avionics, and payload systems, and how they interact with the broader satellite build
- Comfort with software in test: flight software loading/validation, test automation, and scripting
- Strong background in root cause analysis, anomaly management, and non-conformance resolution
- Familiarity with satellite-level test methods, including exposure to RF/anechoic chamber testing (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters)
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, able to coordinate across multiple technical disciplines and manage competing priorities
- Effective communicator, able to convey technical updates clearly to engineers, technicians, and senior management, including C-level executives
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Every satellite's systems and software performance is verified reliably, predictably, and to standard before it ships, including its RF/anechoic chamber test results
- Systems and software verification processes are clear, structured, and scalable
- Problems are isolated and solved at the root, not patched
- The team takes full ownership of production and verification quality and traceability
- Production and verification throughput keep pace with ICEYE's growth
WHY THIS ROLE IS INTERESTING
- You bring systems and software production and verification together under one scope, including the satellite's final anechoic chamber test
- You own the moment of truth: proving that every satellite works end-to-end before it ships
- You'll shape how production and verification are done, not just follow existing processes
- You'll work at the intersection of engineering and production, where your decisions have immediate impact
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Talent Acquisition Interview
- Hiring Manager General Interview
- Technical Interview, including a Technical Challenge
- Hiring Team Interview
- Director Interview

With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Growth team (internally called "Value Discovery") and help expand our product-led business by helping customers discover and get the most out of our platform.
At Sentry, we do growth with an explicit bias for customer value. Our experiments are rooted in strong product sense and empathy for developers, not conversion pressure. We never surprise developers with new charges or push features they don't need. In a binary tradeoff between doing good by the customer or good by the business, the customer always wins.
You'll collaborate closely with several areas of the business including Product, BizOps, Data, Design, and GTM to identify the moments in a developer's workflow where Sentry can deliver more value, make that value easier to find, and support that your approach works with data.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
You'll lead a team of engineers, set its priorities, and be accountable for the metrics it moves. This is a new role, and the roadmap is yours to define and execute in partnership with design and data teams.
- Lead work across Sentry's self-serve funnel — signup and onboarding, first-run activation moments in-product, trial and upgrade paths, and pricing and billing surfaces in partnership with the Billing team — largely in our Python/Django and TypeScript/React codebase
- Evolve our experimentation foundations, in close partnership with our Data team — flagging, instrumentation, and readouts are real but far from finished
- Run a fast, disciplined experimentation loop where hypotheses are argued before they're built
- Hold conversion and activation alongside churn, support volume, and 90-day retention, and report all of them — including the experiments that come back flat
- Grow the engineers on your team, including the underrated skill of doing excellent work on something that might be deleted next week
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Believe Growth done well is a form of customer service, not a conversion engine
- Would rather ship one well-argued hypothesis than five cheap tests, and can tell the difference before the results come in
- Love digging into data to find insights but form your best hypotheses from empathizing with customers
- Enjoy the challenge of understanding developer workflows deeply enough to know where and when a change creates value
- Want to build the measurement foundation rather than inherit one, and have opinions about what a team should/shouldn't bother instrumenting
- Are comfortable being the person who says the result doesn't hold up
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years managing engineers, including time owning a metric-driven team, on top of a strong engineering background
- Technically credible with senior engineers — our EMs engage substantively in architecture and technical decisions, and every EM passes a technical assessment at a senior IC bar
- Strong product sense — you identify where a change will create the most value, not just where a metric can be moved
- Experience helping users get the most out of a complex product
- Working fluency with experimentation frameworks, feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics instrumentation
- Able to talk to users credibly about their workflows, tooling, and pain points, with genuine opinions about the developer tools you've used
- Bonus: you've worked on growth at a developer tools company, built experimentation infrastructure from a low starting point, or run experiments at volumes where significance wasn't guaranteed
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $450,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python/Flask, Typescript, React, React Native on the coding side. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform/Terramate, Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions on the platform side, all in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE INFRA CREW - WITHIN THE TECH FOUNDATIONS AREA
🎯 Mission:
- Tech Foundations - enables product crews and creates the environment to thrive, combining world-class infrastructure, intuitive developer experience, exquisite operational excellence, and built-in security to make shipping exceptional products effortless.
- Infra - is one of its crews. Its mission: operate and evolve the foundations Alan runs on (multi-cloud infrastructure, data platforms, observability, and the operational practices around them) so that product crews ship safely and quickly, members never feel the platform underneath, and the business can expand to new countries without re-inventing how we run.
🔭 Scope:
1. Cloud foundations & multi-cloud architecture: own and evolve Alan’s cloud footprint, Infrastructure-as-Code stack (Terraform, Terramate), and the architectural decisions enabling international expansion.
2. Data & application platforms: operate and evolve the foundations product crews build on: PostgreSQL/Aurora, our events pipeline, async workloads, and database migration tooling, without leaking complexity into product code.
3. Reliability, observability & on-call: own Alan's platform uptime and latency SLOs end-to-end. Evolve our observability stack (Datadog), the incident response process (Incident.io http://Incident.io), and the shared on-call rotation across the area to keep it sustainable as we scale.
4. Governance & compliance enablement and FinOps: own the cross-cutting concerns no single domain holds, infrastructure cost (FinOps), IAM posture, backup and disaster recovery, exit strategy, with automation and reporting that scales beyond the crew.
5. AI-augmented infrastructure operations: make AI assistants a first-class citizen for incident investigation, runbook execution, and toil reduction, so engineers spend their time on high-leverage work.
👀 Focus for 2026:
In 2026, we're growing the team significantly to step up impact across four bets:
- Multi-cloud expansion: revisit our cloud strategy as we go international, and launch new geographies.
- Decoupling for scale: evolve service architecture to carry Alan 2.0 from 1M members today to 10M.
- Operational excellence: raise the quality bar end-to-end by overhauling observability, on-call, and cost management practices.
- AI-augmented infra ops: make AI assistants a first-class part of investigation, troubleshooting, and toil reduction, so engineers spend time where leverage is highest.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- 3+ years in Platform engineering, DevOps, Site reliability engineering or equivalent roles.
- You have strong experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS or GCP).
- You're comfortable writing code for automation and tooling (e.g. API, internal command line, developer portal) and willing to work in Python/Typescript (but you don’t need to have experience with those 2 languages!).
- You have touched observability, monitoring, alerting or incident management tools and practices.
- You are able to design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
- You can maintain our uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
- You’ve built and maintained internal or external tooling (e.g. API, web interface, internal command line, configuration as code, etc) for other engineers.
MINDSET WE VALUE
- You treat infrastructure and platform engineering as product work: engineers & members are your customers, and infrastructure should feel effortless.
- You’re hands-on: writing code is the bulk of the job (Python, TypeScript, Terraform). You ship what you write to production yourself, then operate it: rollouts, alerting, on-call, incident response.
- You're an enabler: you measure your impact by how fast product crews ship features without ever consulting you. The harder you've worked, the less they have to engage you.
- You build reusable patterns: guardrails, libraries, and reliable-by-default abstractions that prevent outages and runaway cost at scale.
- You’re fluent in English (French is not required).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire above C1 level range https://medium.com/alan/a-new-iteration-of-our-engineering-career-path-at-alan-f46f7b229b2d.
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

About the Role
We are looking for a Sportsbook Product Owner to join the UXMatrix Product Team and take ownership of the development and continuous improvement of our sportsbook frontend experience. You will define what should be built and why, translating customer, market, and business needs into clear product outcomes and actionable requirements for the development team. You will work closely with design, engineering, QA, delivery, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, and operators throughout the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with an understanding of sportsbook user journeys, frontend technology, data, and agile delivery. You should be comfortable making decisions, challenging assumptions, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a clear product direction in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll get to do:
Product Vision and Strategy
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap for the sportsbook frontend.
Translate company strategy, operator requirements, market trends, and end-user needs into clear product priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve sportsbook acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and overall user experience.
Balance reusable product capabilities with operator-specific and market-specific requirements.
Contribute to the long-term evolution of the sportsbook product, including personalization, modularity, scalability, and multi-tenant capabilities.
Clearly articulate the business and customer value behind proposed initiatives.
Product Discovery and Requirements
Work with operators, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify problems, needs, and product opportunities.
Analyze sportsbook journeys such as event discovery, navigation, search, market selection, bet placement, betslip usage, live betting, promotions, and bet management.
Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Break down complex initiatives into manageable and independently deliverable increments.
Validate requirements with design, engineering, QA, platform teams, and relevant stakeholders before development begins.
Ensure regulatory, responsible-gambling, accessibility, localization, and market-specific requirements are considered during product definition.
Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Roadmap and Prioritization
Own and continuously maintain the product backlog.
Prioritize initiatives and backlog items based on customer value, user impact, commercial potential, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and technical dependencies.
Define minimum viable product scope and phased-delivery approaches for larger initiatives.
Manage scope throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure material changes are assessed, documented, and agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
Balance new product development, operator requirements, technical improvements, defects, and technical-debt reduction.
Make clear prioritization decisions when capacity or timelines are constrained.
Agile Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, and release.
Ensure the development team understands the product objectives, user needs, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Lead or actively contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and relevant product workshops.
Provide timely clarification and make product decisions during development.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and collaborate with the appropriate owners to resolve them.
Accept completed work based on agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support release planning and ensure features are ready from a product, operational, documentation, and stakeholder perspective.
Maintain delivery transparency and communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions clearly.
Stakeholder and Client Management
Act as the primary product contact for assigned sportsbook initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with operators, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, engineering, UX, QA, delivery, and senior management.
Facilitate product workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, demonstrations, and roadmap discussions.
Set clear expectations regarding product scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery assumptions.
Evaluate stakeholder requests objectively and challenge solutions that do not support the product strategy or provide sufficient customer value.
Present recommendations using evidence, product data, competitive analysis, and clearly structured business arguments.
Support client presentations, product demonstrations, sales opportunities, and RFP responses when required.
Product Performance and Continuous Improvement
Define success criteria and measurable KPIs for new features and product initiatives.
Monitor sportsbook metrics such as event-to-bet conversion, betslip completion, bet placement success, click-through rates, engagement, bet frequency, retention, and feature adoption.
Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, user research, and operational insights to evaluate product performance.
Review delivered features after launch and identify opportunities for optimization.
Work with UX and analytics teams to identify friction, abandonment points, usability issues, and unmet customer needs.
Maintain awareness of sportsbook market developments, competitor products, user-experience patterns, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitor and feature-comparison analysis to identify meaningful product differentiators.
Propose improvements that strengthen the UXMatrix sportsbook proposition and create measurable value for EveryMatrix clients.
What we’re looking for:
At least three years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a comparable digital-product role.
Experience in iGaming.
Experience working with cross-functional software-development teams in an agile environment.
Strong ability to translate business and user needs into clear, structured, and testable product requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, priorities, scope, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make evidence-based product decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence presenting product recommendations and reasoning with technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
Ability to understand technical concepts, frontend architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform dependencies at a product level.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent product and delivery-management tools.
Professional proficiency in English.
A degree in technology, economics, business, or a related discipline.
What Success Looks Like Success in this role means establishing a clear and evidence-based direction for the sportsbook frontend, maintaining a well-prioritized and delivery-ready backlog, improving collaboration between product and engineering, and delivering measurable improvements for operators and sportsbook users. You will be expected to create alignment around what we build, why we build it, and how we determine whether it has been successful.

Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join the UXMatrix Product Team and help establish a consistent, evidence-based approach to product development and optimization. You will define how product performance and user behaviour are measured, ensure that the necessary data is collected accurately, and transform that data into insights and recommendations that Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders can act upon. This role extends beyond dashboard creation and regular reporting. You will investigate user journeys, identify friction and opportunities, support product discovery, define feature-success criteria, and determine whether released initiatives achieve their intended customer and business outcomes. You will work across UXMatrix products, with a particular focus on critical frontend journeys such as registration, login, deposit, sportsbook navigation, event discovery, bet placement, casino discovery, promotions, content interaction, and customer retention.
What You'll get to do:
Product Measurement Strategy
Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes and KPIs. Establish clear success criteria before features and initiatives enter development.
Define leading and lagging indicators across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and feature adoption.
Help product teams distinguish between activity metrics, diagnostic metrics, and measurable customer or business outcomes.
Ensure product recommendations are supported by reliable data, user research, or clearly documented hypotheses.
Analytics Tracking and Data Quality
Define and maintain analytics tracking plans for websites, applications, widgets, and critical user journeys.
Translate business questions and measurement objectives into clear technical tracking requirements.
Validate analytics implementations before and after release.
Monitor data quality and investigate broken events, incomplete parameters, unexpected changes, and reporting discrepancies.
Ensure that tracking implementations comply with consent, privacy, security, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Product and User-Behaviour Analysis
Identify abandonment points, friction, behavioural patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Segment users according to relevant characteristics such as acquisition source, device, market, lifecycle stage, product preference, engagement level, or previous behaviour.
Conduct funnel, cohort, retention, conversion, path, and behavioural analyses.
Analyze critical user journeys
Combine quantitative data with UX research, customer feedback, technical performance, and operational context.
Reporting and Data Visualization
Build and maintain dashboards that provide stakeholders with a clear view of product performance.
Create reporting views appropriate for Product Owners, UX teams, Engineering teams, operators, commercial stakeholders, and senior management.
Present trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities clearly and concisely.
Reduce dependency on manual reporting by developing reusable and automated dashboards.
Ensure KPI definitions remain consistent across products, teams, and reports.
Deliver focused analysis and actionable recommendations rather than reporting data without interpretation.
Product Discovery and Decision Support
Support Product Owners during product discovery by evaluating evidence, sizing opportunities, and identifying behavioural problems.
Provide data to support roadmap prioritization, business cases, and investment decisions.
Help product teams formulate measurable hypotheses for proposed product changes.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Hasbro, play is at the heart of everything we do, and so is making sure that play is safe.
We are looking for an experienced quality, regulatory and compliance leader to head our EMEA team, driving product safety and technical compliance across Hasbro and licensed product. You will lead a specialist QA team, act as Hasbro's technical voice in the industry bodies that shape toy regulation, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest safety standards in every market they reach.
You will join a global QA team that is every bit as passionate about safety as we are about having fun. If you want to make a measurable impact on an iconic brand portfolio, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Hasbro in industry and standardization bodies including TIE, TA, ATPA, BTHA, FJP, AFNOR, CEN and ISO, shaping proportionate regulation and standards for the company and the wider toy industry.
Lead and develop the EMEA QA team, setting technical direction and providing authoritative interpretation of regulatory and licensing requirements.
Monitor regulatory change across EMEA, assess business exposure, and lead engagement with industry associations to mitigate impact.
Own the Regulatory Change Management Process for the region, ensuring new requirements are implemented on time and verified.
Develop compliance strategies for complex markets, notably distributor territories and the GCC region including Saudi Arabia, and equip local teams to meet their national requirements.
Partner with global QA licensing and EMEA licensing leadership to define, communicate and operate licensing compliance processes.
Support global development teams on new product lines: research applicable requirements and translate them into product specifications and certification programs.
Act as escalation point for market surveillance authorities and consumer safety complaints, applying balanced, ethical judgment where compliance and commercial pressures meet.
What will you bring
8+ years in product regulatory or compliance, including experience leading or mentoring across multiple markets.
Deep working knowledge of toy safety standards and legislation worldwide.
Command of EMEA and global regulation affecting Hasbro and licensed product, including REACH, the General Product Safety Regulation and the wider framework.
Working knowledge of requirements beyond the toy scope, covering 14+ product, adult collectibles and games, where the General Product Safety Regulation and related standards apply rather than toy safety legislation.
Proven experience leading a Regulatory Change Management process end to end.
Practical grounding in consumer product safety testing requirements.
Understanding of children's play patterns and how they interact with toys and games.
Experience representing a business with trade associations, regulators and market surveillance authorities.
Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a global, multicultural team.
Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage.
Navigate tight deadlines, shifting regulation and ambiguity with a positive mindset, a focus on solutions and a sense of humor.
Thrive in an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
