The role
You own operational procurement for a defined commodity/category of components end-to-end — from purchase order to component delivered to our factory, on time, in the right quantity and at the agreed quality. Because we run our own production across several manufacturing locations, you are the day-to-day single point of contact with your suppliers and the link between them and our Planning, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams.
We move fast, and our scope keeps growing and changing. We expect a strong getting-things-done attitude and hands-on. Own your issues end-to-end, stay close to the detail, and close them.
Key responsibilities:
Full order management, expedite / de-expedite and drive OTIF ≥ 97 % for your category (e.g., passive components, PCBs, semiconductors, mechanicals, plastics, raw materials, radio modules).
Manage shortages and escalations end-to-end; keep production running across our sites and stakeholders informed.
Own the day-to-day cost of your category — recommend solutions that optimise cost without compromising quality or delivery.
Visit suppliers and production sites as needed — including urgent cases and primary/quality inspections — to understand the process and strengthen good results and cooperation.
Uphold integrity in all supplier dealings — transparent, fair and free of conflicts of interest.
Drive process improvements and digitalisation within your scope.
What we expect:
8+ years as Commodity Buyer / Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist in a manufacturing environment — ideally supplying components to in-house production.
Solid command of the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process and a confident user of an ERP system + Excel
English at B2 level for daily work with international stakeholders across our manufacturing locations.
Ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time, identifying problems and driving them to a result.
Strong getting-things-done attitude: ownership, sense of urgency, hands-on involvement, structured problem-solving, and flexibility for a growing and changing scope.
Willingness to travel to suppliers and production sites as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar); a technical degree is a plus.
Hands-on SAP experience — a strong plus as we evaluate it for our procurement landscape.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Master’s degree in finance, engineering, or supply-chain / foreign-economic-activity.

- ABM Authority: Possess deep fluency in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution, fundamentally knowing what excellent execution actually looks like.
- Strategic Peer: Demonstrate your experience in co-owning pipeline targets with revenue leadership and comfortably operating as a trusted peer to other regional leaders.
- Campaign Champion: Leverage your strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, impactful events, and holistic integrated campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Utilize your strong analytical capabilities to actively make strategic decisions with data, rather than just justifying them after the fact.
- Globetrotting Leader: Manage budgets and agencies across multiple markets with exceptional stakeholder skills, and travel regularly across key EMEA markets (UK, Germany, France) with quarterly trips to our headquarters.

The Connectors team is the bridge between ClickHouse and the broader ecosystem. We build and maintain the integrations that make ClickHouse accessible to millions of developers, data practitioners, and AI agents worldwide, from high-level data visualization plugins (Tableau, PowerBI, Superset, Metabase) to connectors for data frameworks (Apache Spark, Flink, Kafka Connect, Fivetran), orchestration platforms, and AI tooling.
Our work directly shapes how companies process massive datasets: real-time analytics platforms that ingest millions of events per second, observability systems that monitor global infrastructure, and, increasingly, AI-powered data applications that redefine how teams work with data. We collaborate closely with the open-source community, internal teams, and enterprise users to ensure ClickHouse integrations set the standard for performance, reliability, and developer experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in the AI & ML ecosystem, you'll be a core contributor owning and evolving critical parts of ClickHouse's AI ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of high-performance database engineering and developer experience. You'll craft tools that enable Engineers and Data Scientists to harness ClickHouse's speed and scale in the frameworks they already use.
We're looking for someone who has firsthand experience as an AI & MLEngineer or Data Scientist. The data practitioner's world is shifting rapidly: databases are no longer just query targets, but they're becoming active participants in AI-powered workflows, serving as vector stores for RAG pipelines, backends for LLM-powered agents, and real-time feature stores for ML inference. You understand these workflows not from the outside, but because you've operated within them. You don't just build integrations, you bring product-level insight into what we should build and why.
You'll own the full lifecycle of key AI/ML integrations, driving architecture, performance, and feature direction across AI & LLM Ecosystem: LangChain, LlamaIndex, n8n, and broader AI tooling: embedding pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation with ClickHouse as a vector store, ML feature stores, and LLM-powered data applications.
ClickHouse's columnar architecture and query performance make it exceptionally well-positioned in this new landscape. Your job is to make that potential real: building the robust, production-ready connectors that make ClickHouse the natural choice when data practitioners design their next-generation AI and data systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and evolve ClickHouse's Python connector and SDK ecosystem, raising the bar on performance, reliability, and API design
- Drive the AI/LLM integration strategy: designing connectors and patterns that make ClickHouse a natural fit in RAG architectures, ML feature pipelines, and LLM-powered data applications
- Engage actively with the open-source community: triage issues, support contributors, advocate for users, and shape the roadmap based on real-world feedback
- Collaborate with Product, Cloud, and other engineering teams to align integration work with broader platform priorities
- Bring a practitioner's perspective to roadmap decisions, grounding prioritization in genuine Data Engineer and Data Scientist workflows
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of software development experience, including hands-on time as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer
- Deep, proven experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade Python connectors, SDKs, or integrations for at least one major platform (orchestration, BI, MLOps, or data transformation)
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in production data-engineering contexts: embedding generation, vector search, feature pipelines, or LLM-powered tooling that shipped and ran in production
- Solid experience with the Python data ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, Pydantic, and related libraries
- Strong database fundamentals: SQL, data modeling, query optimization, and familiarity with OLAP/analytical databases
- Solid experience with concurrent Python: threading, multiprocessing, and async patterns
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating across engineering functions and with open-source communities
Bonus points for:
- Prior experience as a Data Engineer or Data Scientist in a product-facing or platform role
- Familiarity with ClickHouse or similar high-performance OLAP platforms
- Familiarity with the JVM ecosystem
- Experience deploying AI/ML models in production, including inference APIs and vector databases
- Familiarity with tools like dbt, Airflow, Dagster, Prefect is a plus

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About The Role:
We're an advertising company that lives or dies by how well we connect to the outside world. We integrate with the major social and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, and more) and wire them into our internal systems for billing and reporting. Data moves constantly and in both directions, at scale, and a meaningful part of our estate is legacy. You'll own the technical direction that keeps all of this coherent, resilient, and evolvable — and you'll stay close enough to the code to prove it.
This is the top of our individual-contributor ladder. You won't have direct reports; your leverage comes from setting direction, building the hard parts yourself, writing the decisions down, and getting engineers and leadership to build behind them. This is not a role that only draws diagrams — you'll ship production code on the riskiest paths, cut the spike that de-risks a migration, and go deep in the incidents nobody else can crack. We work across PHP, Go, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript; PHP and Go are both first-class and here to stay, and the right tool for a problem can land in either. You'll be the person who decides where new capability lands, how legacy gets retired, and how we absorb the constant churn of third-party APIs without breaking delivery.
What You'll Own:
The integration architecture for ingesting from and pushing to external ad/social platforms — versioning, rate limits, backfills, idempotency, webhooks, and graceful degradation when a partner API changes underneath us.
The data architecture for information flowing between platforms and internal systems: pipelines, reconciliation, contracts between services, and the path from operational data to reporting.
A pragmatic strategy for modernizing the legacy estate — strangler-fig migrations, clear service boundaries, and sound judgement about which language and pattern fit each problem — carried far enough into code that teams can follow the pattern.
The engineering bar for integration and data work: the reference implementations, patterns, and standards the org builds against, ratified through the technical committee.
What You'll Do:
Set the technical direction for new products and major changes, and stay the technical decision-maker through build and post-launch — with the authority to course-correct when implementation drifts, and the habit of being in the codebase to catch the drift early.
Build the hard parts yourself.
Write production code on the riskiest, highest-leverage paths; prototype the uncertain approach to turn an argument into evidence; build the reference implementation others extend.
Turn intangible trade-offs — partner API risk, team capability, long-term scalability, cost of change — into clear, written decisions (ADRs) that leadership and the technical committee can sign off on.
Define service and data contracts, integration patterns, and resilience strategies that survive third-party API deprecations and outages.
Go deep when it breaks: lead diagnosis on the gnarliest production incidents and performance regressions, and land the fix and the systemic follow-up.
Identify the infrastructure (compute, data, messaging, observability) needed to meet current and near-future goals.
Raise the bar through others:
mentor engineers and tech leads, set the standard in code review, and drive cross-functional decisions across engineering, product, security, and operations — through influence, not line management.
Evaluate third-party and vendor solutions against our integration and data requirements.
Monitor systems against performance and business benchmarks and escalate with concrete recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
Substantial experience as a staff/principal engineer (or equivalent) on
integration-heavy, data-heavy systems
— ideally where you didn't control the external APIs.
Still hands-on.
You lead by building, and you're demonstrably strong in production code, not only in design.
Depth in at least one of
PHP, Go, or Python
, and comfort across a polyglot estate (TS/JS on the front).
A track record of
modernising legacy systems incrementally
without halting delivery.
Fluency in integration and data patterns: idempotency, eventual consistency, rate limiting, queuing, backfills/reconciliation, API versioning.
A history of
driving technical decisions through influence rather than authority
— getting senior leadership and peer engineers to commit to a direction, and backing it with working code.
Nice To Have:
Experience with ad/martech platform APIs (Meta Marketing, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Data warehouse / analytics pipeline experience (e.g. BigQuery).
Multi-region, multi-currency, or high-volume billing/reconciliation backgrounds.

YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
Working on the Marketing & Communications Functional Team, you'll drive profitable acquisition of paid subscribers and work on related projects that aim to help millions of people take back control of their personal information.
Recent projects include:
- Supporting strategy and planning for new paid advertising initiatives to profitably scale subscriptions
- Launching new ad channel tests and measuring incremental lift
- Executing in-market tests for new creative and messaging following a brand refresh
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll manage high priority marketing campaigns, including planning, hands-on execution, testing, optimization, and analysis to optimize spend and drive profitable paid subscriber growth. The right person is excited to prove that paid marketing growth and privacy-respecting advertising practices aren’t at odds — they’re our edge. You know how to use aggregate measurement, experimentation, and strong judgment rather than user-level targeting and tracking.
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles, with 2+ years of experience in paid acquisition for freemium consumer subscription apps preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with both strategic planning and execution in digital marketing platforms (app store ads, paid social, mobile app networks) to profitably scale app subscriber growth.

- Experience driving subscription growth within an established, high-traffic product where subscription revenue is a secondary — not primary — revenue model, preferred.
- Track record partnering with Engineering and Product to build and optimize landing pages, funnels, product experiences, and instrumentation.
- Ability to execute highly complex and ambiguous projects, working across business strategy and marketing tactics.
- Advanced analytical and measurement abilities, including app economics (payback, LTV), incrementality/lift testing, modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills — you can clearly articulate recommendations and rationale, whether verbal or written.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer who is self-motivated, product-minded, and technically rigorous to join our Storefront Engineering team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to build a high-quality, white-label Android game store from the ground up, tackling complex challenges in large-game distribution, download management, and multi-tenant theming.
Strong Kotlin and modern Android development skills are essential, along with experience in native Android development, particularly with large-file downloaders, app stores, or content distribution systems. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend, and QA) and drive technical decisions will be key to your success in this role.
If you’re passionate about creating high-performance, feature-rich consumer-facing applications and love solving the unique technical challenges of distributing and updating large-scale Android games, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain the Android client for the game store, using Kotlin + Jetpack Compose to deliver a modern, high-performance UI.
Implement core features: game browsing, categories, search and filtering, game detail pages, user accounts, game library, ratings and reviews.
Design and implement the game download, install, and update management module (resumable downloads, guided/silent installation, signature verification, version management).
Implement white-label theming and multi-channel build capabilities (via Gradle product flavors and/or runtime theme configuration) to support per-partner branding.
Optimize app performance (e.g. startup time), stability (e.g. crash rate), binary size, and memory usage.
Collaborate closely with product owner, designer, backend dev, and QA; contribute to technical design and code reviews.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; enforce coding standards and participate in peer code reviews.
Game industry experience required
On-site position only (remote work not available)
Qualifications and Skills
Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of native Android development experience.
Strong command of Kotlin, including coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming (or mastery of Java and its equivalents).
Proficient with Jetpack Compose for declarative UI development (traditional View/XML experience is a plus).
Familiar with Android Jetpack components (ViewModel, Lifecycle, Room, Navigation, Hilt) and MVVM/MVI architecture.
Familiar with common libraries: networking (Retrofit/OkHttp), image loading (Coil/Glide), and local storage.
Familiar with the Gradle build system, including white-label / multi-tenant / multi-flavor builds, signing, and version management.
Solid understanding of Android’s installation mechanisms, permission model, and behavioral changes across OS versions.
Solid engineering fundamentals: coding standards, unit testing, and version control (GitLab/GitHub).
Proficiency with AI coding tools to boost development productivity.
Nice to have
Understanding of the Chinese gaming industry, game app characteristics, and player needs.
Experience in game development, publishing, or operations on major Chinese gaming platforms.
Familiarity with the Android package structure exported by game engines such as Unity / Unreal (APK + OBB expansion files, large asset bundles).
Experience integrating game SDKs (account login, in-app purchases, ad monetization, analytics, real-name verification).
Note: Less experienced candidates could be considered as middle-level developers.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the U.S. or Canada. Residents of Quebec are not eligible for this role.
At Grafana Labs, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. We recently started a skunkworks initiative with a mission to bring observability to the rest of the business. Our goal is to make Grafana the single best place where humans and AI agents understand and act on real-time data from across the enterprise. As part of this initiative, we are building an AI-native data intelligence system that gives agents reliable, governed access to enterprise context. This system helps agents retrieve the right data, metadata, definitions, lineage, quality signals, and institutional knowledge without every agent builder having to maintain their own brittle context files. The principle is simple: the context system retrieves, agents decide, and data teams maintain the intelligence.
The new team is a mix of seasoned Grafanistas and new hires. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for a Senior-level Backend Engineer to help build the first production services for this context layer management system. You will design and ship the core backend architecture that powers ingestion, context storage, retrieval APIs, and agent-facing integrations. This is an early-stage role on a high-autonomy team, so you should be comfortable working through ambiguity, making pragmatic architectural decisions, and building systems that can evolve from internal dogfooding to production-grade SaaS. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.
Key responsibilities:
Build the core backend services: Design, implement, test, and operate the first services for context ingestion, context indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, source configuration, and system administration.
Create a scalable SaaS foundation: Help define and build the architecture for a multi-tenant service, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, background jobs, and reliable service boundaries.
Power agent-facing retrieval workflows: Build APIs and service interfaces that allow AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications to retrieve relevant context, provenance, confidence signals, and warnings.
Work across product and infrastructure: Partner with the team to make practical tradeoffs between fast experimentation and long-term reliability, especially as the project moves from prototype to production.
Operate what you build: Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards. Use observability tools to understand system behavior and improve reliability.
Contribute to technical direction: Help shape the architecture, service boundaries, storage choices, API contracts, deployment patterns, and engineering practices for a new product area.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the AI solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
What we're looking for:
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems. You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems and making UI design decisions with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with your peers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Requirements:
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Nice to have:
Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows.
Experience as a data analyst or work with data platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, DataBricks)
Experience building tools for data engineering.
In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD $
164,490 - $197,389
.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed
