Location: Spain; Romania; Hungary; Portugal; Slovakia; Brazil; Poland; Colombia; Mexico Workplace: Remote ✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere. We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing: - Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time - Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek - A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance - The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023 Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one. And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply. Location: Fully remote. To create the best experience for you and to meet our business needs, this role requires you to be based either within EMEA or Americas. As a GTM Engineer you'll be the technical operator behind Oyster's revenue engine. You'll build, connect, and automate the software systems that drive pipeline. Turning high-level commercial strategy into workflows that run reliably, without anyone even touching them. Sitting in Revenue Operations, you'll work alongside GTM Teams. Our GTM stack spans a CRM, enrichment and data providers, outbound tooling, our marketing automation platform, the data warehouse, and Oyster's own product APIs. Your job is to make that a coherent system rather than a pile of disconnected tools: clean data flowing to the right place, leads scored and routed in seconds, and reps working from information they can trust. AI is a key part of the toolkit - you'll use it across the end-to-end funnel to automate and boost workflows, for things like prospect research at volume, personalisation, and buying-signal detection. Where a traditional ops hire would build a rules-based scoring model, you'll build an agent that reads a prospect's careers page, funding history, and hiring footprint and hands a rep a research brief worth acting on. The foundation is a strong combination of commercial processes, systems and data - that's where the work lives. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Design the architecture of the GTM stack: CRM objects and fields, lifecycle stages, territory and routing logic, sync patterns between systems, and the contracts between them. - Integrate systems end to end: CRM (Salesforce), enrichment providers (Clay, Zoominfo), outbound and sequencing platforms (Nooks, Salesloft), marketing automation (Hubspot), the data warehouse, and Oyster's product APIs (using APIs, webhooks, and scripts rather than waiting for a native connector) - Ship AI-driven GTM workflows - prompt chains, agents, and signal-detection pipelines that automate prospect research, personalised outreach, and real-time buying-signal alerts and more. - Optimise our commercial processes. It’s not only about installing Tech & AI, it is also about taking ownership and evolving the ways we generate revenue. - Build automated data waterfalls that pull, clean, deduplicate, and route prospect and account data into the CRM, so reps work from data they can trust. - Work in a system that's already live. Reverse-engineer existing processes and the reasoning behind them, identify what to keep versus replace, and land changes through a migration plan that keeps pipeline, reporting, and day-to-day selling intact throughout. - Instrument what you build: define the metric each workflow is supposed to move, measure it, and evaluate output quality so automations stay trustworthy as they scale. - Keep the stack maintainable and compliant - sensible data handling, monitoring and alerting on the pipelines or agents you build, documented workflows, and no single points of failure that live only in your head. - Partner with GTM to translate commercial goals into technical solutions, and be honest about which ideas are worth building. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years in a GTM engineering, Revenue operations, growth engineering, or marketing/sales engineering role, or a software engineering background you've deliberately pointed at revenue problems. - Clear, proven examples of solutions you've implemented that drove measurable pipeline impact. We'll ask you to walk us through them: what you built, why, and what moved as a result. Specifics matter more than scale - Deep, hands-on knowledge of the modern GTM stack. You've architected a CRM rather than just administered one: navigating existing processes to own the re-configuration of objects and fields, lifecycle stages, routing and territory logic, and the sync patterns that keep multiple systems consistent. Salesforce or HubSpot, plus enrichment providers, outbound and sequencing tools, marketing automation, and platforms such as Clay. - You build custom integrations, and can wire up a tool nobody at the company has used before from the docs alone. - Experience owning production workflows: error handling, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and alerting. - Working experience using AI/LLMs in a GTM or automation context - prompt and context engineering, and strong judgement to know where a model beats a rule and where it doesn't - Commercial instinct. You understand funnel mechanics, conversion rates, and unit economics well enough to spot which automation is worth building and which is a distraction - A bias toward shipping. You prototype quickly, put things in front of real users, and iterate rather than designing in the abstract. Location: Pune, India Workplace: Hybrid Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively. We are looking for a Senior Go Developer to design and develop high-performance, secure, and reliable software components for enterprise-scale data collection and processing systems. You'll be building software that runs across Windows and macOS, processes high-frequency events, securely buffers and transmits data, and integrates with cloud-based data platforms — with production-grade engineering practices throughout. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications and background services in Go, following clean architecture and production-grade engineering practices. - Build multi-threaded and concurrent processing components using goroutines, channels, synchronization primitives, worker pools, and efficient memory-management techniques. - Develop reliable event collection, processing, batching, compression, serialization, and transmission mechanisms for high-volume telemetry and event data. - Implement robust local persistence and encrypted buffering — supporting offline operation, checkpointing, retry queues, recovery, and protection against data loss. - Develop secure integrations with cloud platforms and data services using REST APIs, HTTPS, SDKs, and other integration mechanisms. - Implement enterprise-grade authentication and security mechanisms, including RSA key-pair authentication, JWT/OAuth, TLS, certificate validation, encryption, and secure credential handling. - Design resilient distributed-client behavior — idempotency, duplicate prevention, exponential-backoff retries, acknowledgement handling, failure recovery, rate limiting, and network resilience. - Develop efficient data-processing capabilities across formats such as JSON, Parquet, and Protocol Buffers. - Optimize applications for CPU, memory, disk I/O, network utilization, startup time, and long-running stability using Go profiling and diagnostic tools. - Develop and support cross-platform software for Windows and macOS, including interaction with OS APIs, system services, file systems, networking, and OS-native security facilities. - Build comprehensive unit, integration, performance, stress, resilience, and security tests. - Implement production-grade logging, metrics, health monitoring, diagnostics, and telemetry — ensuring sensitive information is never exposed through operational logs. - Contribute to application packaging, versioning, configuration management, automated deployment, upgrade, rollback, and enterprise software-distribution strategies. - Provide senior-level technical leadership through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - 7+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Golang. - Advanced knowledge of Go concurrency — goroutines, channels, mutexes, contexts, synchronization, and worker-pool patterns. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and performance optimization. - Experience building long-running services, agents, system utilities, telemetry applications, or distributed client applications. - Strong experience with REST APIs, HTTPS, TLS, JSON, authentication, and secure API integration. - Experience implementing RSA/public-key cryptography, JWT/OAuth, certificate-based authentication, and secure credential management. - Experience with local persistence, caching, queueing, batching, compression, retry, and failure-recovery patterns. - Knowledge of Parquet or similar columnar/binary data formats and high-volume data-processing patterns. - Strong experience with unit testing, integration testing, mocking, profiling, debugging, and performance testing in Go. - Good understanding of CI/CD, Git, code-quality tooling, dependency management, vulnerability scanning, and secure SDLC practices. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms and cloud SDK integration. - Experience with Windows and/or macOS system programming, enterprise endpoint software, or large-scale telemetry systems. - Familiarity with C/C++ or .NET interoperability, Windows APIs, macOS APIs, or OS-level encryption and key stores. - Experience with MSI/MSIX packaging and enterprise device-management platforms. When you join Solvd, you'll… - Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation. - Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures. - Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards. Ready to make an impact? If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together. Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.

Location: Helsinki, Finland; Stockholm, Sweden; Tallinn, Estonia About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. New Verticals is everything our customers buy that isn't a restaurant meal: groceries, pharmacy, electronics, the shop on the corner. It's one of the company's growth engines and still largely unsolved as a product problem - a forty-item grocery basket is nothing like ordering dinner. As a Senior Mobile Engineer, iOS - you'll join New Verticals EMEA, the group accountable for that mission across Wolt and Deliveroo in 30+ countries, organised as five teams. Your home team owns quality and cost: making sure customers actually get what they ordered, at a sensible cost of getting a basket to their door. Substitutions, unavailable items, order accuracy - invisible when it works, infuriating when it doesn't. You won't only work there: mobile expertise is in demand across all five teams, and part of the role is going where the iOS work is. This role is primarily focused on native iOS development. Experience across both iOS and Android, as well as backend development, is a strong plus. What you’ll be doing Building, improving and maintaining native iOS features for customer-facing journeys within our shared consumer apps. Partnering closely with product, design and engineering colleagues to turn customer and business needs into simple, reliable and scalable mobile experiences. Contributing to the design, implementation, launch and ongoing ownership of meaningful product initiatives. Working with our server-driven UI (SDUI) approach to build configurable, component-based views that allow teams to move quickly while maintaining a coherent customer experience. Making thoughtful technical decisions around architecture, testing, performance, observability, release processes and maintainability. Collaborating with engineers across teams that own different parts of the same app, helping ensure integrations and shared patterns work well together. Supporting and mentoring full-stack engineers who are developing their mobile expertise, and helping raise the bar for mobile implementation practices across the team. Using AI-enabled tools pragmatically to improve engineering productivity, while applying strong judgment around quality, security and validation. What we’re looking for Strong experience building and shipping high-quality native iOS applications, with a solid understanding of modern iOS development practices. Experience working on large-scale, consumer-facing mobile applications, ideally in an environment where several teams contribute to the same app. Good knowledge of mobile architecture, testing, performance optimisation, observability, modularity, CI/CD and App Store release processes. Experience collaborating closely with product and design partners to solve customer problems, not only implement specifications. A pragmatic, product-minded approach: able to balance quality, speed and long-term maintainability. Comfort working in an evolving environment, breaking down ambiguous problems and contributing to clear, practical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly. Experience supporting, mentoring or enabling other engineers, particularly those growing their mobile development skills. Practical experience using AI as part of your engineering toolkit, with good instincts for validation and quality. Experience with Android development and/or backend engineering is a strong plus. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This position would be eligible for consideration for an equity award grant of restricted stock units on commence and during the annual pay review cycle. Upon commencement of employment, you would be eligible to be considered for a grant. Thereafter, any further grants would be at the Company's discretion. Pay Range: €5.722 — €7.152 EUR Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Location: Lithuania OUR HIRING PROCESS: We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment. We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team. At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team. From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live. INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement. This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch. Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers. As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include: Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed. Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems. Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing. Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks. Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability. Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent. Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes. Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported. Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users. Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one. Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data. Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management. Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js. Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability. Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes. Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce. Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English. Nice to have: LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar). B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching. Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management. Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar). Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code. What we offer: Fully remote work format; A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation; Paid time off and sick leave; Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer; Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday; Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).
