Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will own, protect, and exponentially grow the strategic relationship for a high-value portfolio of Enterprise accounts across EMEA. Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.
In this role, you are a strategic business consultant and a trusted advisor. You will guide client executives through complex business transformations, leveraging cutting-edge Wrike AI Agents, Wrike Copilot, and visual collaboration tools to map, optimize, and scale business workflows. You will partner deeply with Sales, Renewals, and Product counterparts to deliver on the transformational vision and establish Wrike as the clients' long-term operating system of record.
Your Impact:
Strategic Portfolio Ownership:
Proactively manage a highly diverse and complex book of EMEA (mainly UK) Enterprise accounts, serving as their strategic partner, executive liaison, and primary advocate.
Build Stakeholder Relationships:
Establish a multi-layered relationship structure - including Centers of Excellence - connecting with administrators, day-to-day champions, and executive-level sponsors (VPs, C-suite).
Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.
Change Management & COE Mastery:
Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.
Technical & Integration Literacy:
Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.
AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. What skills do I need?
15+ overall years of experience, 5+ years of leading enablement teams at a technology company.
Track record building or evolving enablement, GTM operations, or revenue systems functions in high-velocity SaaS or AI-native environments
Mastery of strategic revenue systems, including:

High-velocity product launch cycles
Next-generation GTM execution
Precision sales productivity systems
Hands-on experience operationalizing AI-powered tools and workflows across the revenue lifecycle
Strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, PMM, Sales, and RevOps
Ability to combine systems thinking with fast execution
Experience leading complex organizational change
We're intentionally looking beyond traditional enablement backgrounds. Strong candidates may come from GTM strategy and operations, commercialization, product operations, AI workflow design, or product-led GTM.
You might be a fit if you:
Think in systems and adapt quickly
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building where no playbook exists
Believe AI will fundamentally reshape how revenue organizations operate

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineering Lead to set the direction for analytics engineering at Eneba and help the team deliver trusted, business-ready data. You’ll lead a team of around 10 analytics engineers.
You’ll define what analytics engineering owns and where it is going, connect the team’s work to real business needs, and ensure curated data can be used directly by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents without an analyst in between.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and own the analytics engineering strategy, direction, and goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 10 analytics engineers through regular feedback, one-to-ones, performance management, review cycles, and hiring, helping them become increasingly autonomous.
- Establish the analytics data-modeling architecture, engineering principles, quality standards, and ways of working that guide how the team builds and maintains models.
- Ensure analytics engineering work begins with a clear understanding of the business problem and delivers data that people can use with confidence.
- Enable reliable self-service analytics by making curated data usable by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents, with appropriate semantic layers, metrics, discoverability, and governance.
- Evaluate the current analytics landscape and make pragmatic, evidence-based decisions about what should be improved, stopped, rebuilt, or delegated.
- Partner directly with stakeholders across the company, including teams such as Accounting, Payments, and Marketing, as well as senior leaders.
- Build a strong understanding of Eneba’s business and translate varied stakeholder needs into a clear direction for the team.
- Identify and empower technical experts within the existing team to help define and implement engineering standards.
- Evaluate analytics tooling and delegate technical discovery where appropriate, while retaining final ownership of analytics engineering architecture and tooling decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading and developing data, analytics, or analytics engineering and people-management in product-focused tech companies.
- Experience defining strategy and setting direction for analytics engineering, data modeling, or a closely related function.
- A track record of establishing data-modeling architecture, principles, or standards that guide how other engineers build and maintain models.
- Strong business judgment: you focus on why data is needed and what problem it solves, not only how models are built.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience partnering closely with product leadership and representing data in executive-level and cross-functional discussions.
- Ability to form clear, evidence-based opinions, challenge existing approaches, and lead change under sustained pressure including recommending that work be stopped or rebuilt when needed.
- Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-moving organization with low approval layers, where data supports many business functions. Scale-up experience is helpful.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling, hands-on experience with DBT, and familiarity with at least one BI or dashboarding tool.
- Fluent English (business proficiency required)
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
- We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred. Please submit your resume in English

Our Security and IT team keeps the 360Learning platform secure, compliant and auditable for the 1,500 organisations that learn on it every day. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, your mission is to make our infrastructure secure by design, detectable by default, and provable at audit time.
360Learning runs its learning platform on Azure and Kubernetes, certified ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. Over the past two years the technical security workload has grown on every front: a larger and more regulated customer base sending their own scans and security assessments, a wider detection and response scope, more infrastructure to keep hardened and auditable, and a growing backlog of security engineering projects that never reach the top of the queue.
We are creating this position to add real technical capacity on the infrastructure side of security, and to move part of our security posture from manual effort to automated guardrails. You will be the bridge between security and platform engineering: deep enough in infrastructure to fix things yourself, and close enough to security operations to know what to look for.
“Ours is a small, senior team with a broad scope: information security, compliance, infrastructure governance and internal tooling, with dual audit accountability on ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. That means direct impact and no layers between you and the decision. Roughly half of this role is greenfield build work you will own end to end.” Guillaume Seigneuret, CISO and Hiring Coach.
Within 1 month, you will:
Complete our onboarding and learn how we work through our own platform and our Convexity culture
Map our Azure and AKS environment, our detection and logging coverage, and our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control scope with the CISO and the Security Engineer
Meet the DevOps, platform engineering and IT teams you will work with daily
Shadow alert triage and one customer security assessment end to end
Within 3 months, you will:
Be autonomous on our AKS and Azure environment and handle infrastructure related alerts end to end
Have shipped at least one concrete hardening or automation improvement in production
Own the infrastructure scope of vulnerability management, from triage to remediation follow up
Within 6 months, you will:
Have the honeypot live and producing high fidelity alerts
Have measurably widened SIEM connector coverage, with documented log sources and retention
Run infrastructure vulnerability remediation on a predictable cycle with SLA reporting
Within 12 months, you will:
Manage detection content as code, with reviewed and tested rules and documented runbooks
Have largely automated audit evidence on the infrastructure scope
Have eliminated long lived credentials on the critical paths, so engineering teams ship on secure defaults they did not have to think about
The Skill Set:
5+ years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering with a strong security focus, or in security engineering with hands on infrastructure practice
Production experience with Kubernetes: RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling, workload identity, runtime security
Solid cloud experience, ideally Azure. Strong AWS or Google Cloud experience with a genuine interest in converting works too
Infrastructure as code: Terraform, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines
Scripting and automation: Python or Go, plus shell. Comfortable reading and writing code, and opening pull requests on repositories owned by other teams
Log analysis and investigation: cloud audit logs, query languages, correlation across identity, network and application sources
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).

The company is backed by leading investors including Coatue, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and Sequoia Capital, and has been recognized by organizations such as the World Economic Forum and CB Insights for its contributions to blockchain security innovation.
About the role
CertiK works with banks, regulators and regulated financial institutions that adopt digital assets. We build regulatory technology for these markets, and we are hiring a solutions consultant to be CertiK's presence with clients across the Middle East. You will meet with banks, VASPs and regulators, present our products and services, learn their problems, and lead consulting-style engagements to solve them.
This is a forward-deployed role. You work from the client's side of the table, embedded with compliance and risk teams at banks, VASPs and regulators in the UAE and neighbouring markets when an engagement calls for it, owning the relationship on the ground. What you learn there sets the direction for Product and the commercial approach.
What you'll do
Spend extended periods on site with compliance, risk and innovation teams at banks, VASPs, custodians and regulators in the UAE and wider region
Run discovery with clients and prospects: understand their workflows, tools, pain points and regulatory obligations, including the reason behind each request, and document them in the client's own words
Bring findings back to Product in a form that shapes the roadmap and the sales approach
Partner with Business Development in client meetings and regulator conversations: BD owns the commercial relationship, you own the solution and the follow-up on the ground
Present CertiK's products and services clearly to senior client teams, and turn pain points into scoped proposals with clear deliverables and timelines
Deliver advisory engagements, including licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, technical due diligence, digital asset strategy assessments, workshops and reports
Represent CertiK at industry events and regulator meetings in the region
Coordinate with CertiK teams in the US, Europe and Asia across time zones
Requirements
3+ years in a client-facing role such as consulting, solutions or business development, or in a compliance, risk or regulatory role at a financial institution or VASP
Experience working with or inside banks, VASPs or other regulated financial institutions, whether in-house or through consulting or advisory engagements; you understand how a compliance or risk function runs day to day
Available to be based at client sites for weeks at a time, with regular travel across the GCC and occasional travel beyond it
Knowledge of bank regulatory compliance and technology
Professional writing and presentation skills: produces client-ready reports and presents them to senior compliance, risk and executive audiences
Operates independently: runs a client relationship and an engagement end to end with light supervision
Location: Dubai / UAE. Frequent on-site time with clients across the region.
Bonus points
Knowledge of VARA, ADGM, DFSA or central bank licensing regimes
Experience with VASP licensing, regulatory examinations or compliance remediation
Experience with compliance, risk or surveillance software
Big 4 or financial services consulting background
Arabic language skills
Existing relationships with compliance, risk or innovation leaders across GCC banks, VASPs or regulators

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced blockchain developer to join our team building the next generation of high-performance on-chain trading infrastructure. You will help design and implement a unified trading engine — supporting Perpetuals, Spot, and Prediction Markets under a single margin account — and contribute to
ExchangeOS
, an infrastructure layer that lets KYC'd institutions and Web3 entities stake to create and operate their own trading venues (DEXs) on top of our chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build a unified account and matching system that supports Perpetuals, Spot, and Prediction Markets — including on-chain order matching, cross-margin validation, settlement, and liquidation/risk engines (ADL, ADL-avoidance, ADL waterfall, ecosystem insurance fund mechanics).
Build and optimize the core components of
ExchangeOS
: the staking/venue-creation framework that allows KYC-verified institutions and Web3 protocols to launch and operate their own dex on shared infrastructure.
Drive performance engineering across the stack — parallel transaction execution, low-latency order pipelines, and throughput/latency optimization at the engine and chain level.
Track cutting-edge blockchain and trading-system technology (e.g. Hyperliquid, dYdX, other high-performance perp DEX architectures) and apply best practices to our infrastructure.
Partner with product and business teams to translate venue/exchange requirements into technical designs, and provide ongoing technical support.
What We Look For In You
Strong proficiency in
Rust
, with hands-on experience in high-performance, low-latency systems; experience with parallel/concurrent execution engines is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of exchange/matching engine mechanics: order book design, margin systems, liquidation and ADL, settlement, and risk engines — familiarity with perpetual, spot, or prediction market products is a strong plus.
Solid grounding in blockchain fundamentals (consensus, P2P networking, cryptography); experience reading core code of major L1/L2 systems (Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, or high-performance L1s like Hyperliquid/Solana) is a plus but not the primary focus of this role.
Strong systems-performance mindset: profiling, memory/allocator tuning, and designing for sub-millisecond latency at scale.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and logical reasoning skills; genuine passion for trading systems and blockchain technology.
