Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
OKX is building out its equities and tokenized securities business. This is a post-trade and brokerage systems product role — you will own the layer that sits between our users and the securities markets: order management, execution, settlement, asset servicing and reconciliation.
We have strong crypto product and engineering talent. What this role brings is depth in brokerage architecture and securities market structure: how these systems are built, why they are built that way, and what breaks at scale. You will be the internal authority on that, and your judgment will shape decisions that are expensive to reverse.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the brokerage core
— order management, execution and routing, instrument lifecycle and trading status, settlement and reconciliation.
Shape account, custody and clearing architecture
, along with the operating model required to run it.
Own corporate actions and asset servicing end to end
, in both conventional and on-chain form.
Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist
with those of a 24/7 digital asset market.
Bring market structure, execution quality and regulatory requirements into product decisions early
, before they become blockers.
Set the standard for rigour
— write PRDs precise enough to build from, and lead alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury.
What We Look For In You
Domain Depth
5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management.
We strongly prefer candidates from internet and licensed brokerages — Futu, Tiger, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, Webull, Longbridge — as well as clearing firms and brokerage infrastructure providers.
Architectural perspective.
You have a clear view of where responsibility belongs across the order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing and ledger layers, and of what goes wrong downstream when a boundary is drawn in the wrong place.
Depth across the order and execution path.
Order types and parameters, state machine design, idempotency across an external execution boundary, cancel/replace and partial-fill semantics, timeout and exception recovery. This is the core craft of the role.
End-to-end ownership of at least one area beyond the order path
— clearing and settlement, corporate actions and asset servicing, margin and risk, securities lending, or position and cash reconciliation.
Commercial and historical perspective.
You understand how a brokerage actually earns, how each revenue line constrains the systems beneath it, and why the industry made the structural choices it did.
Ways of Working
Strong technical intuition.
You are comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers. You do not need to be a developer, but you think with the rigour of one.
You design for the exceptions
— the halted symbol, the timed-out counterparty, the partial fill, the corporate action mid-flight — not just the order that goes through.
You run programs, not just write specs.
You produce rigorous PRDs independently, drive alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury, and own the full lifecycle from requirements through post-launch review.
You write precisely
, and can make complex mechanics legible to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
High agency.
You are comfortable taking an open question all the way to a shipped, reconciled system, and making calls with incomplete information.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
Nice-To-Haves
Product experience with margin financing or securities lending.
Exposure to tokenized securities, digital asset custody, or on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with broker-dealer or clearing APIs, as either the integrator or the provider.
Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdiction regulatory frameworks — SEC/FINRA, MiFID II, or equivalent.
A track record of launching a brokerage product in a new market from zero.
Fluency in English to support communication with global product and business stakeholders.
Genuine curiosity about what happens when securities markets meet 24/7 markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

VALD
is the world leader in technology for the allied health industry, providing innovative human-measurement technology to over 10,000 clients in over 100 countries. If you have a favorite team in the NBA, EPL, or NFL, there's a good chance they use VALD Technologies.
Years on from its humble beginnings in Brisbane, Australia, VALD has grown to a team of over 300 team members in over 30 countries, with five offices across four continents.
Driven by a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, sports scientists, designers, developers and engineers, VALD’s suite of systems offer unparalleled insight into human movement, performance, injury risk and rehabilitation.
About the role
VALD is building the world’s largest musculoskeletal database, with over two billion data points and counting. Using this data, we can help practitioners to objectively assess patients’ progress and make more accurate, data-informed treatment decisions. We are looking for someone who has hybrid experience in data engineering and data analysis to help shape the future of the VALD Data Lakehouse.
In this role, you will
Build agentic capabilities:
design and ship production agent workflows, including orchestration, tool calling, MCP servers, skills and context management.
Ground AI in data:
build retrieval, search and data-querying capabilities across our data platforms, including Snowflake Cortex and Databricks.
Own quality in production:
design and evolve evaluation, monitor quality, feedback, cost and latency, and make improvements to accuracy and robustness
Build in safety and security:
implement guardrails that keep responses within agreed scope, and ensure each customer's data and context stay securely isolated.
Ship through automation:
deploy AI components through version-controlled pipelines, promoted consistently across environments and regions.
Integrate across teams:
work with data engineering, platform and deployment teams to bring AI capabilities into the VALD product suite.
Shape what gets built:
influence architecture and product decisions, and proactively find ways to improve robustness.
Is this you?
This is a hands-on engineering role for builders, not a research or manual testing position. You don't need every tool on this page. We'd rather hear about one difficult AI system you've built to solve a business problem and maintained in operation, rather than a long list of technologies you've used. We're chasing:
Strong software engineering skills
in modern languages, with the depth to own what you build through deployment and operation.
A record of shipping
LLM-powered or agentic products through to production.
Hands-on experience evaluating AI systems
and using the results to drive decisions.
Practical experience
with retrieval, tool use and agent design.
A clear communicator
who can explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Beneficial experience:
Azure
MCPs
AI in health and regulated environments
Why VALD?
You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic company that has a culture around the belief that anything is possible with hard work, creativity, dedication, and good timing.
We have a range of benefits we offer to our team, such as:
The opportunity to work in a company that is redefining allied healthcare.
Working with a range of high-performing individuals and teams across a range of disciplines.
Working with contemporary tooling on industry first applications.
Casual work attire.
Chefs that prepare you delicious fresh breakfast and lunch.
An on-site barista to make your coffee just as you like it.
A team gym, masseuse, and access to physiotherapy and exercise physiology services.
Diversity & Inclusion Commitment
VALD’s best asset is not our technology but our people and culture. A culture of inclusion and diversity is critical to our business. We know diverse teams perform better. It's not a separate initiative – we aim to embed inclusion and diversity in everything we do. We are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and embracing diversity, including gender, nationality, disability, age, marital/parental status, ethnicity, gender identity, socioeconomic background and sexual orientation. We welcome applications from people from all backgrounds.
Apply now
We can't wait to meet you and discuss what a career with VALD could look like for you!
Successful applicants will be subject to background checks (including identity and criminal record checks). It will be a condition of employment that the background checks return acceptable results.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
In this role, you own the engagement outcome. You will lead our most complex, multi-workstream engagements in Korea, decide when Forward Deployed Engineers are needed for code-intensive work, and coach others to raise the bar across our Services practice.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead Notion’s most complex, multi-workstream customer engagements in Korea end to end, from scoping and discovery through launch, adoption and handoff, often where the future state and success measures are not yet defined.
- Shape Services scope, effort estimates and implementation strategy with account teams during pre-sales, then deliver against the agreed scope, timeline and outcomes, recovering engagements that go off track.
- Drive executive alignment on ambiguous, high-stakes decisions: facilitate discovery and architecture workshops, frame tradeoffs clearly and deliver hard messages directly.
- Decide where Notion should own, complement or connect to existing systems, and design scalable architectures and AI-native workflows to a production quality bar, including permission design, AI evaluation, human-in-the-loop controls and operational ownership.
- Orchestrate Forward Deployed Engineers, partners and internal teams: define when deeper engineering is required and set clear scope, ownership and handoffs.
- Lead change management and adoption through stakeholder alignment, champion programs, phased rollouts and enablement, so customer teams sustain usage and realize measurable value.
- Coach other architects and partners, and scale the Korea Services practice through reusable reference architectures, packaged solutions and localized enablement.
- Turn field patterns into evidence-backed product signals (customer pain, business impact, expected outcome and frequency) that influence Notion’s roadmap.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI-powered workflows or agents in production for customers.
- Hands-on technical depth in data modeling and permission design, API and integration patterns, agent design and evaluation, enterprise security and governance, and data validation with SQL or scripts. You do not need to write production code.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Experience scoping Services work, estimating effort and delivering within agreed commercial boundaries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Experience coaching consultants or architects, and building methods, reference architectures or packaged services that others adopt.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience delivering for large Korean enterprises and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Experience enabling or co-delivering with implementation partners.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About the Opportunity
We are building a scalable financial operations platform to support the accurate movement, recording, reconciliation and reporting of fiat and digital assets. The Head of Financial Operations Platform will define and deliver the architecture that connects our trading, payment, banking, custody, blockchain, wallet and finance systems.
This is a senior, hands-on platform leadership role. The successful candidate will establish trusted books and records, automate settlement and reconciliation, create effective exception workflows and give Operations and Finance the tools required to maintain accurate client and corporate asset records on a daily and, where feasible, near-real-time basis.
The role owns platform capability and delivery. Client Asset Operations and Finance retain responsibility for executing, reviewing and signing off the underlying operational and accounting controls.
What You Will Own
Product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the financial operations platform.
The canonical transaction and financial-event model across fiat and digital assets.
Client and corporate asset subledgers, balances, positions, journals and transaction histories.
Settlement and asset-movement workflows across banks, payment providers, custodians, wallets, blockchains and trading venues.
Multi-way transaction- and balance-level reconciliation across operational sources, internal records and the finance system.
Exception management, operational dashboards, control evidence, audit trails and management reporting.
Build-versus-buy assessments, strategic vendors, migration, backfilling, parallel runs and legacy-process retirement.
First Year Outcomes
Document the end-to-end transaction, asset and accounting architecture.
Establish an approved platform roadmap and target operating model.
Define the canonical financial-event, subledger and reconciliation data model.
Deliver systematic reconciliation for the highest-risk fiat and digital asset flows.
Introduce centralized exception ownership, ageing, escalation and evidence.
Reduce spreadsheet dependency and engineering-dependent investigations.
Improve alignment between operational records, customer liabilities, external asset records and the finance system.
Deliver a credible path from daily controls to near-real-time monitoring for material flows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Strategy and Architecture
- Establish the target vision, operating principles and roadmap for ledger, settlement, reconciliation and client asset controls.
- Map end-to-end funds and asset flows across deposits, withdrawals, trades, fees, transfers, financing, staking and other relevant products.
- Partner with Architecture and Engineering to define scalable services, APIs, event schemas, data contracts, system boundaries and resilience requirements.
- Make evidence-based build-versus-buy decisions and prevent fragmented point solutions from becoming the operating model.
Ledger and Books and Records
- Define requirements for double-entry ledgering, journals, balances, positions and transaction traceability.
- Establish clear lineage from the originating operational event through the subledger and financial reporting environment.
- Ensure the platform handles reversals, corrections, fees, foreign exchange, internal transfers, failed transactions, duplicated events and delayed events.
- Work with Finance to maintain controlled alignment between operational books and records and the ERP or general ledger.
Settlement and Reconciliation
- Design workflows for fiat and digital asset settlement, including cut-offs, confirmations, status management, retries and failure handling.
- Build automated multi-way reconciliation across trading engines, payment systems, banks, custodians, wallets, blockchain records, subledgers and ERP systems.
- Define configurable matching rules, tolerances, materiality levels, frequencies and escalation thresholds.
- Create near-real-time detection for missing, duplicated, delayed or incorrectly recorded transactions where feasible and proportionate.
Operational Tooling and Controls
- Build operator interfaces that support investigation and resolution without routine dependence on engineering queries or spreadsheets.
- Incorporate maker-checker approvals, role-based access, segregation of duties, evidence retention and complete audit histories.
- Define monitoring and alerting for data completeness, balance integrity, settlement failures, reconciliation breaks and control execution.
- Support audit, regulatory examination and financial-reporting requirements with reproducible system evidence.
Delivery and Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, testing, rollout and post-launch improvement.
- Write clear product requirements, workflow diagrams, data definitions, control requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate operational readiness across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Custody, Risk and Compliance.
- Lead data migration, backfilling and parallel-run validation before replacing existing controls or processes.
- Communicate roadmap priorities, risks, dependencies and measurable outcomes to senior management.
What We Look For In You
Eight or more years in fintech, financial services, digital assets, brokerage, custody, payments or capital-markets technology.
Five or more years of product-management, platform leadership, technical program leadership or comparable engineering experience.
Demonstrated delivery of a ledger, reconciliation platform, settlement system, payments infrastructure, brokerage books-and-records platform or digital asset back office.
Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, balances, positions, journal entries, reconciliation and financial controls.
Technical fluency with APIs, event-driven systems, data schemas, batch and streaming pipelines, integrations, idempotency and failure handling.
Ability to work directly with transaction-level data; practical SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
Track record of delivering mission-critical systems in regulated or control-intensive environments.
Strong written communication, structured problem-solving and senior stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Haves
Experience with both fiat and digital asset transaction flows.
Knowledge of blockchain transactions, wallets, custodians and on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with client asset segregation, safeguarding, books and records or comparable regulatory requirements.
Experience with high-volume, continuously operating financial platforms.
Knowledge of double-entry accounting and financial-close processes.

Technology is at the heart of everything we do. Our product and engineering teams work every day to build experiences that make customers' lives easier while continuously improving internal systems to deliver faster and at the best cost.
If you're excited about working in a high-growth startup environment and want to be part of a team shaping the future of how people shop in the Middle East, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Are you ready to make AI leverage a company's defining competitive advantage? As a Head of AI Transformation at Toters, you'll transform how we build software, unlock every function to build with AI, and compound our proprietary data and intelligence into product and business outcomes.
The role sits above day-to-day line management and is accountable for outcomes, cross-org alignment, and unblocking. You'll own direction, standards, and outcomes, while delivery is co-owned with our platform and area teams.
In this role, you will:
Your mandate spans four workstreams.
AI-native software development
Own the strategy and operating model for AI across planning, development, review, testing, and release.
Take our internal AI development harness to maturity across every engineering team, and define reusable AI workflows for our main types of engineering work.
Own AI governance: guardrails, code review policy (including reducing human review load where AI review quality supports it), validation standards for AI-generated code, and cost and usage visibility per team.
Deliver velocity with safety, measured by cycle time, review load, defect trends, and cost per unit of output.
Everyone is an AI builder.
Grow our internal AI building platform beyond engineering, activating domain experts across Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial as builders.
Shape a Forward-Deployed Engineering function that finds high-value opportunities across the business and lands them as working AI solutions.
Build a compounding intelligence layer of shared context, prompts, patterns, and learnings that makes every new build faster than the last.
Drive adoption, measured by live use cases, functions actively building, and time from idea to working tool.
AI-native internal tooling
Make the AI-native path the default for building internal and admin tools, with the traditional engineering queue as the exception.
Partner with our admin platform and Design System teams so AI-built tools compose with shared foundations rather than fragmenting them.
Free up engineering capacity, measured by engineer-hours per month, moved from low-complexity internal requests to strategic work.
AI-powered customer features
Enable product teams to ship customer-facing AI features, partnering with our Applied AI platform on personalization, semantic search and recommendations, fraud intelligence, and intelligent spend.
Set the bar for production AI: evals, guardrails, degradation paths, and measurable business attribution for every AI feature.
Deliver shipped product impact: AI features live across multiple product domains with attributable gains in conversion, retention, or efficiency.
Across all workstreams
Drive alignment with engineering, product, and business leaders, and clear the blockers that slow adoption.
Act as Toters' technical reference on AI, guiding architecture decisions and evaluating tools, models, and vendors.
Mentor engineers and builders across the company to raise AI fluency and engineering excellence.
Report progress, trade-offs, and results clearly to leadership.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of software engineering experience, including several years setting technical direction across multiple teams at Staff or Principal level.
Hands-on experience building and shipping production LLM systems: retrieval, agents and tool use, evals, and guardrails.
Deep, daily experience with AI-assisted development tools, and a track record of driving their adoption across engineering teams.
Strong system design and backend foundations, with the depth to review architecture across services, data, and infrastructure.
Experience defining engineering standards, governance, or operating models and getting them adopted at organization level.
A data-driven approach to measuring engineering productivity and business impact (e.g., DORA metrics, A/B testing).
Proven ability to influence without authority across engineering, product, and business functions.
Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain AI trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
Production ML experience in personalization, search and recommendations, or fraud detection.
Experience enabling non-engineers to build with AI or low-code tools.
Experience managing LLM cost, usage, and vendor strategy at scale.
Experience as a Tech Lead Manager or leading a small engineering team.
Familiarity with PHP (Laravel), PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS.
Previous experience with food delivery, e-commerce, or on-demand platforms.
Public work on AI engineering: talks, writing, or open-source contributions.
Why Toters?
Define how a high-growth company builds with AI, with company-wide scope and direct backing from leadership.
Flexible work environment with hybrid-friendly roles.
Opportunity to lead impactful initiatives and shape technical strategy.
Collaborate with talented engineers while growing your career.
Strong culture of mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Direct impact on products used by thousands of customers every day.
Competitive compensation package.
