About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Frontier AI is on track to be among the most consequential and most adversarially-targeted technology in the world. The capability curve is steep, the adversaries who want these systems are extremely well-resourced, and the security bar this will eventually require is well beyond where the industry operates today. Incremental hardening alone is not going to close that gap, so we need breakthroughs and a group of people to go find them.
Security Labs is that team. We run a portfolio of high-risk, high-expected-value security projects: the work that seems impractical until someone optimistic and stubborn enough actually tries it. Projects run on the order of weeks rather than quarters, and each one is either handed off to the Anthropic team that will own it in production or wound down with a writeup of what we learned. We expect a meaningful fraction of our bets not to land.
This team is intentionally scrappy and ambitious. We're intentionally iterating fast on high-risk research bets and we expect a meaningful fraction not to land. If a 30% project success rate sounds uncomfortable, or uncharted and chaotic territory isn’t both frightening and exciting, this probably isn't the right fit. There are other places in Anthropic Security doing important work with more structure, less risk, and more certain paths to positive outcomes.
The questions we're trying to answer include:
Can our core research workflows survive extreme isolation?
Can we replace trust with cryptographic guarantees?
Can the models themselves become our most effective security control?
What would it actually take to defend against a tier-1 state adversary, and how much of that can we build now?
Who we're looking for.
We're hiring generalists with rare depth. You're a strong software engineer as a baseline, and on top of that you've gone deep in at least one area most engineers don't get near: firmware or hardware security, applied cryptography, OS / kernel / hypervisor internals, formal methods, reverse engineering, or high-assurance and cross-domain systems. You've built things under your own direction, you're comfortable jumping layers when the problem demands it, and you'd rather take a swing at something that might not work than ship the safe incremental thing. You think the trajectory of AI matters a great deal, you're not comfortable with how the security side of it is going by default, and you'd rather be on the inside building the answer than watching from outside.
Current Project Areas
The portfolio changes as we learn. The kinds of bets currently in flight or queued:
Standing up a prototype high-assurance research cluster: running real Anthropic training and research workloads under extreme isolation and physical security controls, and finding out exactly where productivity breaks and what we'd need to invent to get it back
Provable inference: cryptographic verification (zero-knowledge proofs, attestation chains) that a given output came from a specific model running specific code, replacing "trust us" with math
Build hypervisor-isolated microVM workload isolation across the fleet
Compiling an ML kernel through a formally verified pipeline where every lowering step carries a machine-checked proof of equivalence, making compilation-layer sabotage mathematically detectable
Regenerating clusters: automation that spins up a purpose-built cell, runs a workload, and tears the whole thing down on a TTL measured in hours, so attacker persistence has an expiry date
Using Claude itself to drive security work end to end: threat modeling new compute platforms, rewriting critical services to zero external dependencies, running the test equipment that validates what hardware datasheets claim
Part of your job is deciding what comes next. We hire people we trust to pick good bets, and project selection is owned by the engineers doing the work.
Key responsibilities
Own Security Labs projects end to end. You'll scope the bet, build the prototype, run it against real workloads, and bring it to either a hand-off or a documented exit
Stand up novel security infrastructure fast (isolated clusters, attestation chains, hypervisor and runtime work, verification tooling) optimizing for what we learn rather than for permanence
Find the receiving team early, bring them along while you build, and hand them something they actually want to own
Work embedded with research and infrastructure teams (Pretraining, RL, Inference, Compute) to test whether their workflows survive what you're proposing, and document precisely where they don't
Turn experimental results into short writeups that shape Anthropic's long-term security architecture, and into costed contingency plans we could execute on short notice
Help pick the next round of bets and influence the industry to get better along the way
Minimum qualifications
Genuinely care about where AI is heading and want to work on the security problems that determine whether it goes well. This is the most important thing on this list
Have real depth in at least one area most software engineers don't touch (e.g. firmware or hardware security, applied cryptography, OS / kernel / hypervisor internals, formal methods and verification, reverse engineering and exploit development, or high-assurance / cross-domain systems)
Have built and shipped things under your own direction. Maybe you founded a company or research group, maintained an open-source project other people depend on, or shipped research that changed how people in your field work. We weight this far more than where you've worked or for how long
Have a track record of choosing the problem yourself and seeing it through, rather than only executing a plan someone else handed you
Are comfortable jumping between domains and layers of the stack when the problem calls for it, and have actually done so
Have run prototypes or experiments where the goal was answering a hard question rather than shipping a permanent system, including ones that didn't pan out
Write clearly enough to turn weeks of work into a couple of pages someone can act on
Change your mind when the evidence says to, and are fine being the least-expert person in a room full of specialists
Care about defense. Plenty of folks here come from offense and that background is valuable, but what you actually want to spend your time on now is making systems hold up
Are a strong programmer (Python plus at least one of Rust, Go, or C/C++) and can stand up real infrastructure without that being the interesting part of your week
Preferred qualifications
Experience inside airgapped or high-side environments (classified networks, cross-domain solutions, ICS/SCADA, financial trading infrastructure) and the operational realities of working in them
A background in offensive security, red teaming, or vulnerability research, with calibrated intuitions for which threats actually matter
Familiarity with ML infrastructure (training pipelines, distributed schedulers, inference serving, accelerator hardware) sufficient for grounded conversations with researchers about what their workloads actually need
A history of working in environments built around rapid iteration rather than rigid change control: startups, applied research groups, independent consulting, small security shops

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!

As an AV Engineer focused on Platform & Automation, you'll build and own the software layer of Anthropic's collaboration systems — the tools, integrations, and engineering practices that let a small AV team support a fast-growing global office portfolio. Our rooms, event spaces, and broadcast systems are increasingly managed through APIs and code: device management platforms, DSP and control systems, conferencing administration, ticketing, and paging. Your job is to turn that surface into reliable, team-owned tooling, and to bring software engineering discipline to how we build and maintain it.
You can expect a lot of your time writing, shipping, and operating code — fleet health monitoring, automated room testing and ticketing, integrations between our AV platforms and IT systems, and the internal tools that AV Engineering, AV Operations, and Events rely on every day. You'll also help own the administration of the software platforms we already run, and set the standards for how the team version-controls, reviews, tests, releases, and maintains everything from DSP designs to firmware to internal services.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship internal tools and integrations that monitor, test, and manage AV and collaboration systems across every office
Develop fleet health monitoring and automated room testing that catch failures before users report them and open actionable tickets automatically
Build integrations across device and platform APIs — Q-SYS (including plugins and Lua control scripts), Logitech Sync, Google Meet hardware, digital signage; and IT systems such as Jira, Slack, PagerDuty, and Google Workspace
Automate repetitive operational work: provisioning, configuration baselines, drift detection, certificate renewal, and asset data — with code others can read, test, and maintain
Own administration and lifecycle of the software platforms behind the AV estate, including firmware and software release management with staged rollouts and rollback plans
Operate internal tools as production services, with monitoring, alerting, service metrics, and runbooks, on team-owned repositories and service identities so nothing depends on one person
Establish the team's engineering practices: source control, code review, testing, CI/CD, and release — and bring AV configuration under version control, with standards set for integrator deliverables and acceptance verified before changes land
Enable AV Engineers, Operations Specialists, and Production staff to contribute safely through templates, guardrails, and review paths built for non-developers
Partner with Security, IT Engineering, and Network on least-privilege API access, secrets management, and integration with enterprise standards
Gather requirements from AV Operations, Events, and AV Engineering, prioritize the tooling roadmap by operational impact, and decide where to build, buy, or push a vendor to close a gap
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 10+ years of experience across AV, collaboration, or IT systems engineering, including 4+ years writing, shipping, and maintaining production code that other people depend on
Are fluent in at least one general-purpose language: Python, Lua, Go, TypeScript, or similar — and comfortable with shell scripting
Practice engineering fundamentals by default: Git-based workflows, code review, automated testing, CI/CD, logging, and observability
Understand how AV and collaboration systems work: DSP and control, conferencing platforms, room devices, signal flow, AV-over-IP — well enough to build reliable tools on top of them
Have built integrations against REST APIs, webhooks, and vendor SDKs, and know how to handle auth, rate limits, pagination, retries, and partial failure
Have owned a tool or service in production over time, not just written it, including fixing it when it broke and handing it off cleanly
Have defined engineering practices for a team, especially one where most contributors aren't developers
Turn operational pain into well-scoped tooling, and can say no to work that shouldn't be built
Thrive in a fast-moving environment where standards are being written rather than inherited
Strong Candidates May Also Have Experience With:
Q-SYS Lua scripting and plugin development
Logitech Sync and CollabOS, and Google Meet hardware administration through the Google Admin console and Admin SDK
Google Workspace APIs, GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Pub/Sub, Secret Manager), and Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code
Jira, Slack, and PagerDuty APIs and automation
Crestron, Extron, or other control system programming
Dante, AES67, NDI, and network fundamentals for AV-over-IP, including multicast, VLANs, and QoS
Building with LLMs — agentic automation, LLM-assisted internal tools, or MCP integrations
Monitoring and alerting stacks such as Prometheus and Grafana, and containerized deployment
Q-SYS Level 2, CTS, or equivalent demonstrated capability
Role Specific Location Policy:
This role will be based in our San Francisco or New York City office
This role is expected to be in office 50% of the time
Up to 4 weeks of domestic and international travel annually for platform rollouts, new-office readiness, and on-site testing
Business-hours escalation coverage for the tools and platforms this role owns
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

Anthropic's consulting and systems integration partners now sell and deliver Claude work at growing volume, and selling alongside partners is working. What matters next is delivery: whether the partner completes the work, whether the customer's Claude usage grows and holds, and whether the outcome is good enough that the customer asks for that partner again.
The Partner Success Lead owns that outcome. You will hold a book of in-flight customer engagements across a set of managed partners in EMEA. From the day our Partner Delivery program matches a customer engagement to a partner in your book, you own it to a completed outcome: the work finishes on scope, the customer's Claude usage grows, and a stalled engagement gets diagnosed and unblocked before the customer disengages. You wake up every day on one question: what is each partner in my book doing, and is the work getting done.
Key responsibilities
Own every customer engagement in your book from partner match to completed outcome. Know the state of each one every week: scope, timeline, blockers, and the customer's Claude usage trend.
Run the weekly delivery review across your book, and bring stalled or at-risk engagements to the weekly at-risk account review with a diagnosis, an owner, and a specific ask rather than a status list.
Unblocking. Partner capacity, scope creep, customer readiness, product questions, deal-registration conflicts, and customer dissatisfaction with partner work: get each issue to the right internal team and stay on it through resolution.
Own delivery quality and consumption across your book. Track engagements completed on time, time from match to completion, delivered consumption and weekly active use on the customer accounts your partners serve, and the accounts trending toward at-risk.
Build senior relationships with each managed partner's practice and delivery leadership. Together with the Partner Account Manager and other Anthropic counterparts, establish the executive-level trust that lets you ask a partner to restaff, escalate, or invest — and be taken seriously — when an engagement needs it.
Build each partner's Claude practice as the compounding work: certified bench depth, one repeatable offering in a chosen industry lane, and a published customer story from each completed engagement, so the next engagement needs less from you.
Turn what works into methodology. Convert the moves you prove in your book into named, reusable best practices — engagement review packs, unblocking plays, practice-building guides — written clearly enough to be shared at scale across partners, the Partner Success team, and the contract delivery team running the same loop.
Run the quarterly practice review with each managed partner's alliance and delivery leads: joint goals on completed customer engagements, customer adoption, certified practitioners, references, and industry positioning.
Present and persuade across audiences. Deliver partner executive briefings, practitioner enablement sessions, and internal reviews with equal command — this role is regularly the voice of Partner Success in front of a partner's leadership, a delivery team, a customer, or Anthropic's own leadership.
Steward funding requests from partners in your book. Recommend for or against co-investment and program funding requests against a stated outcome, and reconcile against milestones. The bar is outcomes, not consultant hours.
Work the handoffs cleanly: from Partner Sales when a partner deal closes, and from the Partner Delivery program when an engagement is matched to a partner in your book. Coordinate with the Partner Account Manager on any strategic partner that has one, with Customer Success Managers on customer-side account health, and with Anthropic's direct sales field on joint accounts.
Instrument your book and know its numbers: engagements in flight and completed, stall rate and days to unblock, delivered consumption per partner, certified practitioner counts, and partner health trajectory.
Run your book Claude-first. Telemetry drafts the diagnosis; you validate it and act. Claude drafts your review packs, status notes, and escalation briefs; you own the judgment, the exceptions, and the unblocking. Feed what you see in the field back into the packages, playbooks, tier rules, and health rubric the team runs on.
Minimum qualifications
Experience owning a high-volume book of concurrent customer engagements, projects, or accounts (roughly 10 to 30 at a time) to completed outcomes, in a partner success, customer success, delivery management, or technical account management role.
Ability and appetite to build structure, clarity, and programmatic motions out of in-flight work, while delivering engagement by engagement. You have written something down — a review format, a checklist, a play — that others ran without you, and you want to do more of that; growing that into the operating playbook a wider team runs is the senior end of this role, not the entry bar. This role scales by what you write down, not by added hours.
Track record of a number tied to completed work and customer behavior (on-time delivery, adoption, retention, consumption, expansion) rather than contract signature, and an operating rhythm you built to hit it.
Judgment on delivery quality: you can review a partner's engagement plan or scope and tell whether it will finish on time and produce usage, and you ask the follow-up question that surfaces the real risk.
Escalation and unblocking judgment across a matrix (partner, customer, direct sales, customer success, product): you know which stall belongs to whom, you get help fast, and you stay engaged to resolution.
A convincing speaker and presenter to all kinds of audiences: partner executives, delivery practitioners, customers, and internal leadership. You can carry a quarterly practice review, an enablement session, and an executive escalation in the same week and land each one.
Deep understanding of how customer success works in a usage-based business; you have held a number tied to customer behavior and can read a consumption trend and act on it.
Enough technical fluency to be credible in a delivery review. You do not need to write code, but you can follow a partner architect's walkthrough of a real Claude engagement and ask the substantive second question.
Active daily use of Claude or another large language model as part of how you work: preparing reviews, drafting account plans, and analyzing your book. We will ask you to walk us through a recent deliverable.
Preferred qualifications
5 to 8 years working with consulting and systems integration partners, or in delivery-facing customer success at a software company, cloud platform, or partner-led business.
Direct experience with systems integrators (global firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, or Wipro, or regional and boutique firms) and an understanding of how their delivery practices are staffed and run.
Experience running at-risk or red account reviews and turning stalled work around.
Experience anchoring a surge team: setting the playbook and the review pack that a group of contract or offshore delivery coordinators ran, and holding the quality bar across them.
Depth in a specific industry vertical (financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, or manufacturing) where you have carried a book of partners or customers.
Experience stewarding co-investment funding or market development funding against specific outcomes, with formed opinions about what works and what does not.
Experience running quarterly business reviews with consulting firm practice leads, and a sense of what makes them productive rather than ceremonial.
Experience on a new team where the operating model was being written while you ran the book, and you shipped both.

Patreon is a media and community platform where over 300,000 creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Strategy Lead to support our mission.
This role is based in San Francisco or New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Team
Patreon’s Strategy & Operations team drives decision-making on the company’s most important priorities. We tackle business-critical problems, shape initiatives that move the company forward, and make sure our growth levers, investments, and opportunities are clearly understood and acted upon.
We translate data into insights, insights into strategy, and strategy into action — partnering closely with the executive team and leaders across the business to turn ideas into business outcomes.
We’re a small, high-impact team known for our curiosity, clarity, and collaboration. Joining us means exposure to the full breadth of Patreon’s business and the opportunity to help shape its next phase of growth.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Lead major strategy workstreams: Own strategies like fan community, international expansion, and new monetization methods, from diagnosing what's working and where we're exposed to defining the strategy, then supporting teams as they execute and tracking progress against it.
- Ground every strategy in rigorous analysis: Size opportunities with models, desk research, and data, using AI tools to move quickly and work autonomously, and pressure-test quantitative work from Finance, Data Science, and Research.
- Drive alignment and delivery: Bring executives and cross-functional leaders to clear decisions on high-stakes questions, and keep large teams moving from strategy to shipped outcomes.
- Own company-level strategic narratives: Translate company performance and strategy into clear, decision-ready narratives, and shape recurring forums like All Hands, Business Reviews, and Board meetings.
What you'll need:
- Strategy Experience: 8+ years in consulting and corporate strategy, helping companies make high-stakes decisions. You're energized by untangling complex problems and turning analysis into real-world impact.
- Structured Thinking: You break down ambiguous problems with first-principles thinking, challenge assumptions, and land on well-reasoned recommendations, balancing speed and accuracy.
- Analytical Rigor: You can build and stress-test models (market and opportunity sizing), and you have a sharp eye for flaws in others' analysis. You're comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data, and you use AI tools to move faster.
- Influence Without Authority: You build trust and drive outcomes across executives and cross-functional teams (Finance, Data Science, Research, Product, GTM), even when priorities compete.
- Executive Storytelling: You distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives for audiences from partner teams to the board.
- Execution: You connect strategy to shipped outcomes and keep large cross-functional efforts moving.
- Ownership: You thrive on a small team with a large scope, minimal structure, and real accountability.
- Mission Alignment: You are deeply energized by Patreon's mission to fund the creative class and our vision of building an internet that rewards human creativity.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with creator-economy, marketplace, subscription, or consumer platform businesses
- Background in strategic finance, FP&A, or data analytics
- Prior ownership of board or investor materials at a growth-stage company
- Experience with international expansion
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.
About Patreon
Patreon powers creators to do what they love and get paid by the people who love what they do. Our team is passionate about making this mission and our core values come to life every day in our work. Through this work, our Patronauts:
- Put Creators First | They’re the reason we’re here. When creators win, we win.
- Build with Craft | We sign our name to every deliverable, just like the creators we serve.
- Make it Happen | We don’t quit. We learn and deliver.
- Win Together | We grow as individuals. We win as a team.
Patreon is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We provide employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected class. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the interview process, please let us know via email at accommodations@patreon.
Patreon offers a competitive benefits package including and not limited to salary, equity plans, healthcare, flexible time off, company holidays and recharge days, commuter benefits, lifestyle stipends, learning and development stipends, patronage, parental leave, and 401k plan with matching.
Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office three days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. The goal of this policy is to be intentional about the in-person time we spend together to strengthen the feeling of community at Patreon. Candidates hired into remote-eligible roles are not expected to meet the same requirements.
At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.
The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family. The final offer will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and geographic location, aligning with the appropriate job level within Patreon’s leveling framework. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.
Patreon reserves the right to modify or update compensation and benefits at any time.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Role overview:
GiveDirectly Malawi has grown steadily since its introduction in 2019 and in 2025 launched our most ambitious program and research agenda yet, delivering funds across an entire district alongside the largest-ever randomized trial on unconditional cash.
The Admin. Operations Manager runs the administrative engine of the country office. They are accountable for the functions every team depends on but few see: vendor and casual labour payments, petty cash, office premises and security oversight, field and office assets management, transport and logistics, visitor coordination, and regulatory compliance. When these work, programs move. When they slip, the cost lands on recipients, staff and vendors alike.
The Admin. Operations Manager is a people manager first. They lead a cross-site team of associates and support staff, and they are expected to build capability, not just allocate tasks. They work in close partnership with the Procurement & Warehousing Manager, with Finance on payments and reconciliations, and with the Programs team on the logistics that field operations require. They advise the Operations Director and Country Director on administrative planning, budget and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Payments, petty cash and expense management
Own the end-to-end payment cycle for vendors, contractors and casual labour: validate invoice and timesheet authenticity, match each to goods or services actually received, assemble the full documentation pack, check the ledger for duplicates, and submit through the agreed payment request workflow.
Hold the team to a standing target of no overdue supplier invoices.
Apply the correct withholding and statutory tax treatment to each payment, and share filing proof with the payments team.
Follow payments through to settlement with Finance, maintain the payables tracker, and reconcile vendor accounts and payment discrepancies.
Run the petty cash cycle end to end — float request, retirement with receipts and memo, review and complete documentation — and produce the month-end cash count certificate.
Train staff across the country office on the payment and expense systems and on documenting expenditure correctly.
Office premises, facilities and security
Oversee upkeep of the country and field offices, liaising with landlords on maintenance, and maintain the utilities, connectivity and supplies the office needs to operate without interruption.
Scope and secure field office locations as programs require, furnish them to standard within the agreed lead time, and manage relocation and closure.
Manage office access and guard services, holding providers to the agreed scope of service.
Act as the office focal point for day-to-day safety and security practice, and escalate incidents in line with policy.
Provide and maintain a safe work environment, including adequate first aid facilities and protective equipment for field staff, as per GD standards or national regulations.
Office and field asset management
Maintain a complete register of office and field assets — equipment, furniture, IT hardware and general supplies — updated monthly with new purchases, movements and disposals, with all assets tagged, allocated and tracked.
Conduct quarterly asset verification against the register and report exceptions.
Enforce staff protocols on handling and safe storage of GD property, and recover and reallocate assets when staff exit or projects close.
Forecast asset replacement, run the annual disposal cycle, and manage disposal of obsolete, damaged, lost or stolen assets with the required documentation and approvals.
Procure and maintain insurance coverage for office assets and vehicles, and manage claims.
Transport, logistics and visitor coordination
Oversee the office vehicle fleet and the Logistics Officers who operate it, including scheduling, maintenance, fuel management and cost control against the field transport budget.
Coordinate staff travel — flights, accommodation and ground transport — and oversee logistics for high-priority visitors.
Lead on visas and permits for GiveDirectly visitors and employees, and prepare supporting and invitation letters for visa applications.
Coordinate transport of materials and staff to field locations.
Support office functions and team events, including retreats and field-site logistics.
Team leadership and capability building
Lead the administration team across the country office and every field base: coordination, prioritisation, coaching, and quality assurance of deliverables.
Supervise office facilities and support staff — cleaners, catering staff and Logistics Officers — to maintain an orderly and functional office.
Hire, onboard and performance-manage direct reports, including verifying timesheets, leave and attendance.
Complete Quarterly Development Discussions (QDDs) for all direct reports on the global performance cycle, using them to set development goals and track progress.
Ensure SOPs and templates are in place, understood and used consistently across all sites.
Enable rapid scale-up: for each new field office, recruit and orient the Field Admin Associate, cleaners and transport support needed for the site to open on time.
Systems, risk and compliance
Improve back-office systems — payments workflow, records, office administration — so they support delivery at scale rather than constraining it.
Assess resource and capacity gaps across the administration function on an ongoing basis and plan ahead to fill them.
Maintain compliance with GiveDirectly policy, donor requirements, the code of conduct and Malawian regulation, implementing preventive controls and fixing process weaknesses before they become findings.
Build expertise within the team on the national and local regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
Support Finance and Internal Audit through review processes, providing payment and asset documentation, reconciling discrepancies and closing out findings.
Lead development of the annual administration budget under the guidance of the Operations Director, review actual against planned spend, and flag variances early.
Advise the Operations Director and Country Director on administrative planning and process improvement.
Desired qualifications:
5-7 years of work experience in office administration, operations or business support roles, including experience owning a payments or financial administration function.
Bachelors/Masters in business administration, management or a relevant field.
Strong alignment with GD values, and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity.
Experienced people manager with demonstrated ability to deliver results through others and set up strong management processes, ideally across multiple sites.
Sound working knowledge of payment processing, invoice validation, statutory tax treatment and basic financial controls.
Exceptional ability to logic through complex operational questions & run robust analyses to inform management and programming decisions.
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills to be deployed for a range of audiences (field teams, local and global leadership teams, regulatory authorities, service providers etc.).
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
Enthusiasm for fast-paced environments, which may lack a pre-defined playbook for success and involve significant "learning by doing".
Fluency in English and Chichewa, and willingness to travel to field sites within Malawi.

- Fact-checking every piece before it ships: checking model and feature names against the product;

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio with real AI-generated work: promos, ad spots, reels, short videos or campaigns made with generative tools. Show us the result and walk us through how you got there
- Hands-on experience producing promo videos with AI end to end: concept, storyboard, generation, editing, sound and final cut
- Deep fluency with AI image and video models. You know the strengths and limits of each one and pick the right tool for the shot instead of forcing one model to do everything
- Strong prompting skills. You write, iterate and debug prompts, understand why a generation failed, and know when to stop retrying and change the approach
- You can keep a character, style and lighting consistent across a full series of images and video clips
- Editing skills: you can cut a 15–30 second promo with pacing, titles, grading and sound that holds attention
- A solid design foundation: composition and typography strong enough to build a banner where the headline still reads at 400×225
- Comfort working fast and at volume without the quality collapsing. AI is how you move faster, not how you cut corners
- English at a level where you can set type in it and catch a broken headline
- You can explain your decisions. We'll ask why, and "it looked better" isn't an answer
Nice to have
- Experience making performance creatives or ads for social: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for combining AI footage with graphics
- Advanced workflows: ComfyUI, LoRA training, upscaling, inpainting, lip-sync
- You follow new model releases closely and test them the week they come out
- Your own social account or channel with AI-made content
- You already use Higgsfield on your own projects
The deal
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

Anthropic's Safeguards organization builds the policies, evaluations, and detection and enforcement systems that define and hold the limits on how Claude can be used. Within Safeguards, our Policy, Enforcement, and Threat Intelligence teams work as one org: Policy Design defines what is and isn't allowed across harm areas, Enforcement detects and acts on violations, and Threat Intelligence investigates sophisticated misuse and emerging threats.
That work runs across a lot of teams and moves fast. A single decision can touch model training, detection systems, product launches, legal review, and external communications. As the org's program manager, you'll keep all of it moving: tracking the portfolio across all three teams, running the processes that connect their work to each other and to the rest of the company, and making sure the right people are aligned before decisions land.
Your work will include the operating rhythm (planning, priorities, status, and decision tracking), launch and release readiness across policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence workstreams, and the processes that support how we share our work externally, including blog posts, threat reports, and other publications. You'll work closely with the org's leadership to spot risks early, clear blockers, and keep everyone pointed in the same direction.
This role is a good fit for someone who brings structure to ambiguous, fast-moving work without adding overhead, and who can earn the trust of policy experts, researchers, and engineers alike.
Important context for this role: some of the work may involve exposure to explicit content, including material of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. It also may require late nights or weekend work.
Key responsibilities
Own cross-functional program management for the Policy Design, Enforcement and Threat Intel teams, keeping workstreams across harm areas on track and visible to leadership
Run the team's operating rhythm: quarterly planning, priority setting, status tracking, and a clear record of decisions, who made them, and why
Coordinate policy work with partner teams across research, product, engineering, legal, and communications, so dependencies are surfaced early and nothing lands on a partner as a surprise
Drive readiness for policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence work tied to model launches and product releases, including timelines, reviews, and sign-offs
Own the process for the org's external publications, including blog posts and threat reports, from idea through drafting, review, approvals, and publication
Identify risks, blockers, and resourcing gaps across the portfolio, and escalate them with a proposed path forward
Build lightweight processes and tools that make the team faster, and retire the ones that stop earning their keep
Minimum qualifications
Experience running cross-functional programs in a fast-moving technical environment, with a track record of shipping on time across teams you don't manage
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous work: breaking big goals into plans, owners, and milestones, and keeping them current as priorities shift
Strong written communication, including clear status updates, decision records, and summaries for executive audiences
Experience managing review and approval processes with multiple stakeholders, such as publications, launches, or policy releases
Judgment about when a process helps and when it's overhead, and a bias toward the lightest process that works
Comfort working on sensitive topics and holding high standards for confidentiality
Preferred qualifications
Program management experience in trust & safety, product policy, enforcement operations, threat intelligence, or AI safety
Familiarity with how AI models are developed and launched, and how policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence work plug into that cycle
Experience coordinating external publications, research releases, or public communications
Experience using AI tools, including agentic tools, to automate tracking, reporting, and other recurring program work
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$285,000

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company with an unusually large organic top-of-funnel, where tens of thousands of people discover and sign up for Netlify every day. That organic motion is real and meaningful, but paid acquisition is a new investment area for the marketing team, and there's a clear opportunity to build that capability from the ground up.
As Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing, you'll own paid acquisition end to end - strategy, channel selection, budget, and the agency relationship that supports execution. You'll report to the CMO, with a planned transition to the VP of Growth Marketing as that function scales, and work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users don't just land, but convert and stick. This is a builder role at a company where the organic foundation is already strong, and your job is to build the paid layer that extends its reach.
What You'll Do
Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsorships, and any other channels worth testing and proving out.
Own the call on where paid creates incremental value for Netlify. Design the tests, prove which channels and audiences drive growth our organic funnel wouldn't have delivered anyway, and decide where to scale, where to hold, and where not to spend at all.
Manage the agency relationship(s) supporting paid/performance work by setting the brief, holding the agency accountable to targets, and deciding what to bring in-house as the function matures.
Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend, and make the case for where to double down or pull back.
Partner with Marketing Operations to get attribution and UTM tracking right before scaling spend, so every dollar is measurable.
Define target audiences and channel mix aligned to Netlify's ICP; partner with Product Marketing on messaging inputs for paid creative.
Build the measurement framework for CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, and payback by channel.
Partner with Lifecycle and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users flow into the right onboarding and activation journeys, not just land and drop off.
As the program proves out, build the roadmap and case for a fully staffed paid/performance team.
What You'll Bring
6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social, and retargeting programs yourself - not just briefing agencies or reviewing their reports
A track record of standing up or significantly scaling a paid acquisition program at an early stage, where you had to build the infrastructure and not just optimize what was already there
Experience managing an external agency or partner relationship, including setting performance expectations and holding partners accountable to them
Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement, and a history of partnering with Marketing Ops or Data teams to get tracking right before spend scales
Some experience marketing to developers or technical audiences, or with a PLG motion where paid acquisition runs alongside a large organic and self-serve funnel
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You're energized by building and scaling a new paid program, not just optimizing one that's already mature.
You think like an owner of budget and outcomes, not just a briefs-and-reports manager of an agency.
You're comfortable moving between strategy (channel mix, targeting, budget allocation) and getting into the details yourself when it matters.
You care about attribution being right before spend scales, not as an afterthought.
You want to build in close partnership with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops rather than run paid as a separate lane that hands off a spreadsheet at the end of the quarter
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.
Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. We don’t discriminate against employees or applicants based on gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, race, military/veteran status, citizenship, pregnancy status, or any other differences. If we can do anything to provide a better interview, i.e. accommodate a disability, then please let us know by emailing

The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify’s equity plan. Our hiring range for this role is targeted at $150,000 - $200,000 for most US-based locations. Candidates outside the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as they may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.

We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. For this role, we're looking for someone located in the United States.

THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within -5 / +3 UTC.
As Senior Director of Product for our Employer of Record offering, you will own the product vision, strategy and execution across the full EOR employment lifecycle, from onboarding and documentation through time off, benefits, pay and offboarding. That spans the workflows our customers use, the internal tooling our operations teams rely on, and the experience of the employees we employ on our customers' behalf.
This is the core of Oyster's business and it is operationally and legally complex. A payroll delay, a contract issue or a compliance gap becomes a customer escalation, a legal question and an operations fire on the same day. We want someone who treats the whole journey as one experience, for our customers and for the people who have to run it.
As a part of the senior leadership team at Oyster, you will be shaping strategy well beyond your own teams, setting direction across multiple product development teams and trusted to make the calls that define where this part of the business goes. You will be leading through real change: we are raising the bar on performance, moving toward direct feedback and radical candour, and reshaping how we build with AI.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for EOR, and connect team-level work to company outcomes.
- Be accountable for the end-to-end performance of the platform, including the downstream operational reality, not only what ships.
- Turn highly localised, complex regulation into scalable, automated workflows rather than manual workarounds held together by our operations teams.
- Prioritise across new capability, regulatory requirements, technical debt and operational improvement, across several teams at once.
- Coach and grow a team of product managers and group product managers, moving them from delivering features to owning problems and outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering and Design leadership as a real counterpart, holding proper tension on trade-offs without dominating or giving in too easily.
- Partner with Operations, Legal and Finance to shape where this business goes, including the margin and risk picture.
- Build an AI-first way of working in the product organisation: how we discover, prototype and learn, not just what we ship.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years in product management, including 5 to 7 years leading other product managers, with measurable business and customer outcomes behind you.
- Experience in operationally or legally complex B2B or Fintech. HR tech, EOR, payroll or compliance is ideal, though the complexity matters more to us than the sector.
- A systems thinker who starts from first principles and diagnoses before proposing.
- Hands-on experience using AI to change how your team works, not only what it ships. We will ask what decision changed because of something you learned.
- Able to set product vision at business-unit level and generate real buy-in when priorities shift.
- Proven people leadership: coaching product managers into leaders, holding a clear bar, having the difficult conversation early.
- Experience leading through structural change, and comfort with ambiguity as an opportunity rather than a risk.
- Communication strong enough to influence senior stakeholders, backed by a mechanism that turns agreement into delivery.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection, or be able to get one.
- Fluent English language skills.

About the Role:
We’re building a Finance function that can scale with a fast-growing company, and we’re looking for a Financial Analyst who wants to help build it with us. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on accounts payable, expense coding, payment operations, and financial reporting. You’ll help make sure invoices are coded correctly, vendors are paid on time, payment information is accurate, and the Finance team has clear visibility into upcoming cash requirements and company spending.
You’ll also help us move away from manual processes wherever possible—using technology, automation, and better workflows to make Finance easier for everyone across the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the AP workflow. Manage invoices from intake through approval and payment, making sure everything is accurate, properly documented, and moving on schedule.
- Keep our financial data clean. Code expenses across the right GL accounts, departments, cost centers, projects, and reporting categories so our financial reporting is reliable.
- Run payment cycles. Prepare payment batches and clear, concise payment reports for Finance leadership, highlighting upcoming obligations, exceptions, and anything requiring attention.
- Stay ahead of what we owe. Maintain AP aging and vendor schedules and help Finance understand upcoming cash requirements.
- Solve problems before they become problems. Investigate duplicate invoices, missing approvals, incorrect coding, vendor discrepancies, and payment issues—and own them through resolution.
- Partner across the company. Work with teams across the business to make invoice approvals, expense coding, and purchasing processes easier and more efficient.
- Support the close. Help with month-end AP reconciliations, accruals, expense analysis, and supporting schedules.
- Turn transactions into insights. Prepare reporting around company spending, vendors, payments, outstanding liabilities, and expense trends.
- Automate the boring stuff. Identify repetitive manual work and help implement better workflows, integrations, and automation.
- Grow beyond AP. As you develop, take on projects across cash forecasting, budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, and finance systems.
What You’ll Bring:
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related analytical role.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including AP, GL coding and reconciliations.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, plus confidence working with financial data.
- Exceptional attention to detail—you notice when something doesn’t look right and investigate why.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with people across different teams.
- A high degree of ownership. If something lands with you, you see it through.
- Curiosity about systems, automation, and how technology can make Finance better.
- Comfort operating in an environment where processes are still evolving.
Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between $65,000-$80,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina
- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
- 15 company holidays
- 2 floating holidays
- Generous parental leave & fertility support
- 401(k) retirement savings plan

This is a 0 to 1 team and we are hiring for a foundational engineering role. That means you bring technical leadership through ambiguity, helping figure out what to build, making the foundational design decisions, and keeping delivery moving while the picture is still forming. You own the full lifecycle of what ships and stand behind it.
What you'll bring
Proven ability to influence as a Staff owning product or platform systems end to end across multiple engineering and product teams.
High agency, i.e finds the owner, clarifies the path, makes the call, and keeps pushing until the work lands.
Force multiplier and raise the people and the codebase around them
Deep full-stack expertise, including strong proficiency in
Go, Ruby
and
Node
.

What you'll own
Architect how GitLab and third-party data is ingested, modeled, and synced into the knowledge graph as a near-real-time graph of the development ecosystem.
Lead integration with external systems for business context (Jira, observability tools, Zendesk, ServiceNow), indexed into the graph.
Architect the Data Marketplace so customers consume GitLab data through Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery with no engineering dependencies.
Publish GitLab observability as OpenTelemetry and broker the data-sharing APIs.
Define operational readiness for everything the team ships across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed.
Translate an ambiguous 0 to 1 problem space into concrete, iterable roadmaps in partnership with Product, Design, and the graph backend team.
Resolve cross-team dependencies across graph backend, AI Platform, and Infrastructure without escalating everything upward.
Mentor senior and intermediate engineers through design reviews, pairing, and code review.
Create organizational leverage through speed. You identify systemic bottlenecks, simplify processes, and design systems that dramatically improve execution velocity.
About the team
Data Products work across three surfaces:
Dashboard and Reporting Framework
Builds AI-native dashboard components so customers and internal teams can see engineering health and GitLab's impact across DORA, VSA, AI Impact, SDLC trends, security, and quality, and launch their own custom dashboards on the same framework.
Internal Ingestion
Ingests third-party data into the GitLab and power tools like Knowledge Graph, building connectors so that signals from systems like Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and observability tools become one queryable, near-real-time graph of the developer ecosystem.
External Ingestion
External makes GitLab and Knowledge Graph data consumable outside the product, through marketplace listings, data-sharing APIs and SDKs, and co-branded partner products.
We are a new team in a highly ambiguous, high-impact space, and we need engineers who can create clarity while building, make practical tradeoffs, unblock cross-team dependencies, and keep pushing until meaningful customer value lands.
