About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
We're looking for an IT Solutions Engineer who thinks like a systems builder - someone who doesn't just run internal infrastructure, but engineers it away where it shouldn't need a human at some point. This is a build-focused role on our IT Operations team. As we scale past 600 employees, our biggest lever is no longer closing tickets faster - it's removing the work that generates them.
You'll own the automation and integration layer that connects our identity, HR, device, and SaaS-governance systems, so that provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle events happen reliably and automatically instead of by hand. You'll pair closely with our Solutions Engineer, help set the technical standard for how automations are built and documented, and work cross-functionally with Security, People Ops, and DevOps to design end-to-end solutions rather than point fixes.
A DevOps and API background is exactly what this role is built around: you're comfortable reading API docs, wiring 2-3 systems together, scripting from scratch when a no-code tool won't cut it, and thinking about reliability, edge cases, and security from the first line. Above all, you're curious - about the systems you build, the people who depend on them, and how your engineering decisions impact the business.
What You'll Do
Build the access lifecycle automation layer:
Own the design, build, and maintenance of automated provisioning and deprovisioning across our top applications by ticket volume. Implement birthright roles for our highest-volume employee profiles and HiBob-driven trigger events (joiners, movers, leavers) that flow through to downstream systems without manual intervention.
Integrate our core systems:
Build and maintain the integrations that tie HiBob → JumpCloud → Tequipy (and Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and the wider SaaS estate) into one coherent, event-driven lifecycle. Use REST APIs, SCIM, and our self-hosted n8n instance to create complex, reliable workflows.
Manage identity and access at the backend:
Configure and debug SSO/SCIM and SAML flows in JumpCloud as our Identity Provider. Own SSO app integrations end to end, troubleshoot complex provisioning and authentication issues, and keep access governance clean and auditable.
Deliver the Security controls programme:
Build the automations behind our security and compliance initiatives - local admin removal, least-privilege enforcement - contributing directly to DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 efforts. Security is embedded in every config and every script, not bolted on afterward.
Administer and optimize business-critical platforms:
Manage the technical backend of Jira Service Management as our ITSM platform - configuring workflows, request types, forms, and automations to streamline internal processes - alongside the wider Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion.
Own endpoint automation:
Build and test JumpCloud MDM device policies, profiles, and scripts for zero-touch deployment across Windows and macOS endpoints (via Apple Business Manager), handling software deployment and OS-level configuration at scale.
Drive SaaS and budget optimization:
Monitor system logs, performance, and SaaS usage to identify waste and cost-saving opportunities, and implement the technical changes that reclaim them (e.g. license reclamation flows).
Document everything you build:
Proactively create and maintain technical documentation configs, automation flows, API maps - so that what you build can be run, understood, and extended by the rest of the team. Reliable, documented, alerted workflows are the standard, not the exception.
Lead technical projects:
Lead smaller technical projects end to end a new SSO app integration, a JSM form build-out, a new integration between systems - owning them from requirement to delivery, and providing technical guidance to the team as you go.
Who You Are
At least
3 years in IT support
, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering, with hands-on expertise across Windows and macOS environments.
Strong IAM experience: JumpCloud (or a comparable IdP) for SSO, SCIM, and SAML - including configuring integrations and debugging complex provisioning and authentication issues.
Strong MDM / UEM experience: endpoint management via JumpCloud MDM (or Intune / Jamf), including profiles and scripts for zero-touch deployment.
An automation-first mindset with real scripting skills - PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar - to build reliable, scalable solutions from scratch, not just wire up templates.
API fluency: comfortable reading API documentation and integrating multiple systems (REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM). Experience with n8n or a comparable automation/iPaaS platform.
Proficiency administering Google Workspace (or M365) and experience with ITSM tools - ideally Jira Service Management (workflows, request types, automations).
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences - able to explain configs and tradeoffs to Security, People, and Engineering alike.
Advanced use of AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, draft automations, and continuously raise the bar on operational efficiency.
Strong Plus
Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) and SaaS governance / management tooling.
Experience with HRIS-driven automation (HiBob or similar) and hardware lifecycle tooling (Tequipy or similar).
Experience in high-growth, modern infrastructure environments.
ITIL 4 Foundation and JumpCloud Core Certification (or willingness to certify).
What We Offer
As a growing fintech with ambitious goals, we offer you the chance to make a real impact on the infrastructure that powers Finom's teams and products. You'll work with genuine ownership, autonomy, and the freedom to shape how we build and operate our internal systems.
This is a role for a curious builder - someone who wants the internal platform to be a product, engineered to be reliable, automated, and secure by design. If the idea of deleting an entire category of manual work by building the right integration is what gets you out of bed, this is your team.
What You Will Get In Return

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an Accounting Automation Engineer to replace manual accounting work across a multi-entity, multi-country enterprise, using Claude Code and agentic AI.
You will use Claude Code and agentic AI, plus Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, to automate accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end close and the wider day-to-day accounting operation. You need strong IFRS or US GAAP knowledge to get the numbers right, because an automation that posts wrong entries is worse than no automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The goal is to automate the repeatable core of enterprise accounting, with human review kept only where judgment is needed.
Accounts payable
- Invoice capture and data extraction from PDFs and email, using AI where useful
- Vendor matching, coding suggestions, and 2-way/3-way PO matching
- Duplicate invoice detection and approval routing
- Payment run preparation and vendor statement reconciliation
Accounts receivable
- Invoice generation and delivery
- Cash application and bank receipt matching
- Aging reports, dunning and collections reminders
- Credit note handling and bad debt/ECL provision support
Reconciliations
- Bank and card reconciliations across all accounts and currencies
- Balance sheet account reconciliations (prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue, fixed assets)
- Intercompany and subledger-to-GL reconciliations
- Exception reports that flag only the items a human needs to review
Month-end close
- Close checklist tracking and scheduled reminders
- Recurring, accrual, prepayment and amortization journals
- Depreciation runs and FX revaluation
- Trial balance checks, flux/variance analysis, and draft commentary
- Management reporting packs
General accounting operations
- Expense report and employee reimbursement checks
- Chart of accounts and master data hygiene
- Audit support: evidence collection, PBC lists, sample extraction
- Data pipelines between ERP, banks, payment platforms and spreadsheets
QUALIFICATIONS
Two things matter most, and we weigh them above everything else:
1. Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
2. Real experience with AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, backed by solid engineering basics
We accept two paths: an accountant who learned to code, or an engineer who learned accounting. Both are judged on the same practical test.
- Hands-on experience building automations with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (either is fine)
- Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, with solid engineering basics, shipping working scripts and agents
- Ability to run local scripts and schedule jobs (cron, task schedulers or CI pipelines)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP, shown by ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent, or by several years of hands-on accounting experience
- Experience with core processes: AP, AR, bank reconciliation, month-end close
- Comfort working with APIs and MCP servers, CSV/Excel data and basic SQL
- Care for accuracy, controls and audit trails
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in multi-entity or multi-currency environments, including intercompany and consolidation
- Experience reconciling payment processor statements across multiple jurisdictions and currencies
- Experience with shared cost services that invoice group companies, including complex expense splits and automated invoice generation
- Experience with an ERP and its API (which ERP does not matter)
- Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows, including tool use and MCP servers
- Knowledge of VAT/GST and e-invoicing rules in several jurisdictions
- Experience with Git, testing and basic cloud deployment
- Prior experience in a finance transformation or accounting operations team
- Additional languages, where our entities operate in non-English markets

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to own and help build a scalable renewal motion for our Scaled Customer Success segment: protecting revenue and ensuring contracts reach a signed outcome ahead of expiry.
As our first dedicated Renewals Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end commercial renewal process for a high-volume portfolio of Enterprise customers, typically €20k–50k ARR, with around 60 renewals per quarter. You’ll work closely with our Scaled CSMs while helping us build the processes, operating rhythms, and automation that will allow renewals to scale as n8n grows. You'll usually work with billing/procurement contacts and the n8n champion on the account (often a technical user or engineer).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own renewals end-to-end. Prepare and send renewal quotes, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, manage procurement and contractual back-and-forth, create order forms, coordinate signatures, and ensure completed contracts are accurately processed in our CRM and billing systems.
- Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline. Keep around 60 renewals per quarter progressing with clear next steps, accurate renewal dates, and enough lead time to avoid preventable last-minute slippage.
- Partner with CSMs on renewal risk. Work closely with Scaled CSMs to understand customer health, identify potential churn or commercial risk early, and determine the right path to renewal.
- Keep the forecast accurate. Maintain reliable renewal forecasts, close-plan notes, and CRM hygiene so we have a clear view of upcoming renewals and revenue retention.
- Build a more scalable renewal motion. Identify where processes break down or create unnecessary manual work, and improve the workflows, templates, operating rhythms, and automation behind them.
- Navigate the business independently. Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve commercial or contractual blockers and keep renewals moving.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🔄 B2B SaaS renewals experience: You’ve owned commercial renewals, account management, or a commercially focused Customer Success portfolio in B2B SaaS, including negotiating contracts and renewals with business customers.
- 📚 High-volume portfolio management: You’ve managed a sizeable book of customers and are comfortable keeping dozens of commercial conversations moving simultaneously. Experience with smaller Enterprise accounts and roughly €20k–50k ARR contracts is particularly relevant.
- 🤝 Commercial & contractual confidence: You’re comfortable negotiating pricing and terms and navigating the practical mechanics of SaaS renewals — quotes, order forms, procurement, legal review, approvals, and signatures.
- 📈 Operational rigor: You manage your renewal pipeline with discipline. Forecasts, dates, next steps, and CRM data stay accurate, and you take ownership of getting contracts closed on time.
- 🚀 High-growth startup experience: You’ve worked in a fast-growing environment where processes change quickly, ownership is high, and the answer isn't always already documented.
- 🛠️ Builder mindset: You don't just execute a process — you notice where it isn't working and help improve it. You’re comfortable creating structure while doing the work at the same time.
- 🤖 Automation mindset: You’re interested in using automation and AI to eliminate repetitive work and make high-volume processes more scalable.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- ⚡ Scaled Customer Success experience: You’ve worked in a high-volume or scaled CS/renewals model before.
- 🏢 Exposure to a mature renewals function: You’ve seen what strong renewal processes look like at a larger SaaS company and can bring some of those learnings into an earlier-stage environment.
- 🛠️ Relevant tooling: Experience with CRM, CS, or renewals tooling such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar.
- 🤖 n8n experience: You’ve used n8n or another workflow automation platform and are excited about what automation can do.
WHY JOIN US?
At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully established renewal function - you’ll help create it.
Our Scaled Customer Success team is still relatively new, while the number of customers and renewals we manage is growing quickly. As our first dedicated renewals hire for this segment, you’ll have real influence over how we structure the renewal process, what we automate, and how we manage retention efficiently as we scale.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on commercial ownership with building something from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal, and you'll be able to see the direct impact of your work on our customers and revenue.
We’re particularly interested in using AI and automation to scale the function without simply adding more headcount, so if you enjoy finding smarter ways to eliminate repetitive work and improve processes, you’ll have plenty of room to experiment.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on? Apply now and help us build the renewal motion that will support n8n’s next stage of growth.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.
You care about diversity and inclusion? We do too!

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic, hands-on Lead Creative Producer to own and scale ad creative for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will lead a team of around 10 people (creative producers at junior, mid and senior level, plus a lead designer and motion designers). You will own the creative strategy, the quality of every ad that goes live, and the results those ads deliver. You will also create ad concepts yourself, alongside the team.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thinks in systems, not individual ads. You will analyse results in detail, give the team clear direction on what to produce and what not to, and support User Acquisition in growing the brand across every major ad network. You http://network.You will hold every creative to a clear quality standard, keep every ad compliant so our ad accounts stay healthy, and build the systems that keep production fast. You will report directly to the CMO and the User Acquisition Lead. The bar is high and so is the upside. Compensation combines a fixed salary with bonuses when targets are met, performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Hands-On Concepting
- Own the creative strategy: define the angles, hooks, and formats to produce next
- Create ad concepts yourself, setting the standard the team works to.
- Decide weekly what to scale, iterate on, and stop producing, based on the data.
- Maintain a documented library of proven angles and run systematic competitor and market research.
Performance Analysis & UA Partnership
- Own creative-level KPIs: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROI.
- Turn performance data into testable hypotheses and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Support User Acquisition with high-performing creatives across Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, and new networks.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead.
Quality Control & Ad Network Compliance
- Own quality control: no ad goes live without meeting a defined quality standard.
- Ensure every creative complies with each network's ad policies, keeping ad accounts healthy with no rejected creatives.
- Track policy changes and keep compliance guidelines and pre-launch checklists current.
Team Leadership & Production Systems
- Lead and develop producers across levels, and direct the design team through its lead designer.
- Implement processes and systems that speed up creative production: briefs, templates, workflows, and automation.
- Set output, quality, and testing-velocity standards, and give specific, reference-backed feedback.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the ad creative unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- 6+ years in performance marketing, producing ad creative for D2C app or SaaS subscription products.
- Proven track record of high-spend winning ads that held CPA and ROI targets as spend scaled.
- Hands-on experience creating ad concepts and creatives yourself, not only managing others.
- Experience directly leading and developing a cross-functional creative team, including producers and designers.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, and Applovin, including ad policy compliance and keeping accounts healthy.
- Ability to read creative-level data independently and build structured testing frameworks.
- Experience implementing processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that measurably increased creative production speed.
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator: you build repeatable processes, not one-time wins.
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, decisive with data, and comfortable killing concepts, including your own.
- Holds a high-quality bar: you do not let weak or non-compliant work go live.
- Strong management instincts: sets clear direction, develops people, and holds them accountable.
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner and communicates clearly and directly in a remote environment.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Teleport Cloud takes our traditionally open-source and enterprise access plane and provides a SaaS option for our customers to adopt.
As such, our team is building our production and software as a service infrastructure from scratch. We tackle the hard problems that allow our customers to trust us for secure and reliable access to their infrastructure.
Excellent security is table stakes; a security breach can compromise our customers' infrastructure. We must also balance security with maintaining productivity and building a compelling product offering for our customers.
Most of the code you will write will be written in Go. We strongly encourage you to explore our GitHub Repo https://github.com/gravitational to get a taste of what we are building.
Important information
- We require to be in-person in our Oakland, CA, office for the onboarding week.
- We conduct background checks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Re-engineer the core teleport product to scale globally and optimize routing latency for teams distributed around the world
- Re-write portions of the core Teleport product to enable our goals for the cloud product
- Build out our monitoring and observability stack to alert us to production issues and minimize false positives so we can all get a good sleep at night
- Work on automation to tackle and eliminate the highest toil activities
- Execute on traditional operation challenges, such as patching, scaling, backup and restore, disaster recovery, and more
- Investigate the outages and incidents our customers experience with our product
- Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure 24/7/365 system uptime.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to collaboratively work with Teleports’ engineers on coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/sre/challenge.md as part of the interview process.

- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies.
- Transparency, honesty, and a no-ego mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager or a Lead Engineer. They will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.
3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager or Lead Engineer, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/sre/challenge.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp already serves thousands of organizations in industries where financial operations work differently: construction companies that manage spend by job and cost code, nonprofits that report by fund and grant, and public-sector organizations accountable for every taxpayer dollar.
We are hiring a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Verticals to turn those differences into a durable growth advantage.
You will own Ramp's vertical GTM operating model, beginning with Construction / A&E and Nonprofits / Public Sector. You will decide where Ramp should invest, become the resident expert on how finance works in those markets, influence the product roadmap, and build the cross-product narratives and motions that help Ramp win.
This is not a content-only, campaign-only, or sales-enablement role. You will own the full vertical business read: market choice, ICP, product readiness, positioning, pipeline, win rate, activation, adoption, attach, campaign performance, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the vertical portfolio strategy. Build the business cases, opportunity sizing, segmentation, and priority order that determine where Ramp invests and where it does not.
- Own the vertical business number. Define the scorecard for each priority vertical: pipeline, win rate, attach, workflow adoption, product activation, channel performance, and customer proof.
- Become the market expert. Understand the financial workflows, buying dynamics, regulatory requirements, technology ecosystems, and competitive landscape of each priority industry.
- Influence the product roadmap. Translate market evidence into clear product requirements and help Product distinguish table stakes from differentiators.
- Build industry-specific, cross-product narratives. Package Ramp's cards, expenses, accounts payable, procurement, banking, treasury, travel, and accounting automation around the jobs each vertical needs to get done.
- Own GTM strategy end to end. Define the ICP, audience, positioning, claims, proof, channel strategy, launch plan, sales motion, and adoption plan for each priority vertical.
- Lead market-facing programs. Represent Ramp in the industry through webinars, customer sessions, partner moments, field events, advisory groups, and executive conversations where domain credibility matters.
- Make Sales better at winning. Build workflow-based pitch narratives, sales plays, proof, competitive guidance, and demos that help sellers lead with the customer's industry problem instead of a list of Ramp products.
- Run the operating cadence. Bring Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance into one readout: what is moving, what is stuck, what we learned, and what changes next.
- Build the customer and partner feedback loop. Develop trusted relationships with finance leaders, operators, ERP and implementation partners, associations, and sellers closest to the market.
- Create the verticalization playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking a vertical from market signal to product requirements, GTM package, measurable growth motion, and scaled investment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, growth, sales strategy, or another strategic GTM function, including significant ownership of product or industry outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience building GTM strategy for a specific industry or workflow-heavy market. You should arrive with a strong point of view on verticalization.
- Deep familiarity with at least one of the following: Construction or A&E software, accounting and ERP workflows, nonprofits, public sector, procurement, accounts payable, or financial operations.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, competitive, market, and funnel evidence.
- Experience owning integrated B2B campaigns from audience definition and brief through execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Strong data literacy. You can interpret pipeline, conversion, win rate, attach, adoption, and channel performance and turn the findings into a decision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a business case for executives, a product narrative for the market, and a sales play that works in a customer meeting.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Communications, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a vertical SaaS company serving construction, accounting, nonprofits, government, or another operationally complex industry.
- Direct experience with construction ERPs or accounting platforms such as Sage, Trimble, Acumatica, Deltek, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
- Experience marketing a multi-product platform rather than a single point solution.
- Existing relationships with finance leaders, industry operators, implementation partners, associations, or technology partners in a priority vertical.
- Experience building a new PMM or industry-marketing function from the ground up.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Payments Team, based in the Hong Kong. Payments is where OKX meets the real financial world. Our team has built and operates the infrastructure connecting OKX to dozens of payment channels across global markets, giving users deposit and withdrawal options that are fast, convenient, and — most importantly — trustworthy. That platform moves and safeguards user assets at institutional scale, continuously, across time zones and regulatory environments.
This is not a greenfield team looking for its footing. The team is established, the platform is in production at scale, and we are actively expanding — both in scope and in headcount. That combination is rare: you get the leverage of joining a growing team where your work visibly shifts the roadmap, along with the discipline that comes from a system already trusted with real money.
It's also an unusually good place to learn. Payments is a domain that's hard to pick up from the outside — every market has its own rails, its own settlement behavior, its own failure modes, its own compliance expectations. Here you'll work across a wide range of payment methods and channels, and you'll build the judgment that comes from operating financial systems where the stakes are real: how to design for correctness when money is on the line, how to reconcile, how to recover, how to keep a platform observable enough that you find problems before your users do.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and partner-facing teams, and you'll set the technical bar for the engineers around you — through design docs, code reviews, and the everyday habit of doing things properly when nobody's watching.
If you like the sound of a team where the problems are genuinely hard, the standard is high, and your opinion changes the outcome, we'd like to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build the core. Develop high-scale, 24/7 APIs and distributed payment services across multiple cloud providers, using Java and Spring Boot as the primary stack. Own systems end to end — from design doc through production ownership.
Expand our global reach. Help integrate and scale new payment channels and methods across markets, each with its own technical, operational, and reliability characteristics.
Protect user assets. Build for correctness first: consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, failure recovery, and the operational tooling that lets us stand behind every transaction.
Set the technical bar. Participate actively in design and code reviews, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback. Help evolve the standards a growing team builds on.
Solve the hard problems. Investigate complex distributed-systems challenges and drive them to resolution rather than handing them off.
Partner across functions. Work with product, design, and partner teams across regions to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped systems, and to unblock dependencies before they become delays.
Grow the team's capability. Mentor engineers and share what you learn. Seniority here is measured in leverage, not just output.
Stay curious. Keep pace with a fast-moving industry and bring the good ideas back.
What you'll take away from this role
Deep, practical fluency across a wide range of global payment methods and channels — knowledge that is genuinely hard to acquire anywhere else
Experience designing and operating systems entrusted with substantial user assets, where correctness and recoverability are non-negotiable
A track record of shipping in a regulated, high-stakes domain at real scale
What We Look For In You
8+ years of backend software development experience, with a proven track record of building and operating high-availability, large-scale applications.
Strong engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design patterns — and the judgment to know when to reach for which.
Ownership instinct. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets. When something's broken or unclear, you move toward it.
Ability to drive cross-team collaboration, managing complex dependencies and competing requirements without losing momentum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex technical trade-off to an engineer and to a non-technical stakeholder, and land it with both.
Genuine interest in crypto or fintech, and in building things that make money move better.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
You will be a front-line manager to a group of Account Executives (AEs) who will be hunting, pitching, and closing new business for Ramp. - Strategize with sales and marketing counterparts on pipeline and prospecting initiatives to meet company objectives
- Build dashboards and report on customer and team performance and forecast to senior leadership
- Improve team output and efficiency over time by optimizing systems and processes
- Build and execute on pipeline with new clients and partners to run the end-to-end sales process
- Establish a library of playbook resources for the AE team
- Partner with Ops to create and polish existing metrics that evaluate the individual and team’s performance
- Represent the AE team cross-functionally with leaders of other departments
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum 5 years of quota carrying sales experience as an individual contributor
- Minimum 3 years of experience building and leading successful, high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies, and history of consistently performing above quota in an outbound sales environment
- Passion and excitement for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Experience working cross-functionally to build successful top of the funnel activities to drive more pipeline; Strong collaboration and influencing skills demonstrated through excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficiency in using AI tools and familiarity with email and call automation platforms
- Ability to leverage data to drive decisions, create systems, and identify process improvements to improve efficiency
