WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a design engineer to help build and maintain Waypoint, our design system, across both the Figma library and the production codebase. This is not a "designer who codes a little" or an "engineer who dabbles in Figma" role. You should be genuinely fluent on both sides, comfortable defining a component's behavior and states in Figma one hour and shipping the same component to npm the next.
You'll take direct ownership of the Figma side of our library (structure, variants, tokens, documentation) while also contributing to the core Waypoint system: our component packages, our token pipeline, and the tooling that keeps design and code in sync. If the idea of being the single point of continuity between a Figma frame and a production component sounds exciting rather than exhausting, this is your role.
We're also thinking beyond the system we have today. Waypoint isn't just meant to serve designers and engineers, it's meant to become something a model can read, reason about, and build with directly. We want someone who can help us get there: grounded enough to do the unglamorous work of making today's system solid, and forward looking enough to help define what an intelligent design system looks like next.
WHY THIS ROLE
Waypoint is still early enough that the decisions you make now will shape how the system scales. You'll have real ownership, not just a queue of component tickets, and you'll be working alongside a team that treats design and engineering as one discipline rather than two departments that hand work back and forth. And you'll be helping define what a design system becomes when it has to serve a third audience: the models that will increasingly build with it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and evolve the Figma library for Waypoint: component structure, variants, properties, and documentation, so it stays a reliable source of truth for design teams.
- Build and maintain core Waypoint components, contributing directly to our component packages alongside the design engineering team.
- Work across our token pipeline, keeping design tokens in Figma and their code representations (CSS custom properties, Tailwind config) tightly synced.
- Partner with product designers to translate new patterns into system components, and with product engineers to make sure those components are easy to adopt correctly.
- Help define and refine the workflows and tooling that connect Figma and code (sync scripts, plugins, documentation sites) rather than relying on manual handoff.
- Write clear documentation and usage guidance so the system scales without you being the bottleneck.
- Weigh in on system architecture decisions: when to add a new component versus extend an existing one, how to version and package changes, how to keep the system consistent as it grows.
- Help shape how Waypoint evolves to serve a third consumer beyond designers and engineers: the model itself. That means thinking about how components, tokens, and patterns get structured so they're legible to AI systems, not just to humans.

NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or contributing to design-to-code sync tooling (Figma plugins, token pipelines, MCP-based workflows, or similar).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to bake them into components rather than bolt them on.
- Experience packaging and versioning component libraries for multiple consuming teams (npm scoped packages, semver, changelogs).
- Exposure to multi-platform design systems work (iOS/SwiftUI, Android/Jetpack Compose, or token build tools like Style Dictionary).
- Experience in an AI native product environment or genuine interest in how AI changes the way design systems get built and used.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is growing quickly across EMEA, and we need recruiters who can help us hire exceptional people into the teams that bring our work to customers. We’re looking for a Recruiter, GTM to join our Talent team in Dublin and own full-cycle recruiting across our Go-To-Market organization, with a particular focus on Applied AI.
This is a full-cycle individual-contributor role. You’ll partner with Applied AI and GTM leaders to define what great looks like, build pipelines in markets where these roles are still new, and close candidates who have competing offers. Some of the roles you’ll run won’t have an established market benchmark, so you’ll help build the playbook as well as follow it. Priorities shift quickly, and you’ll have real ownership of the searches you run.
Key responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for Applied AI and broader GTM roles across EMEA, with a focus on London, Paris and Munich, from intake through offer and close
Run intake sessions that scope the role, calibrate the bar, and challenge hiring managers where expectations don’t match the market
Screen candidates against the JD with enough technical judgment to separate strong from merely well-presented
Source and engage active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines in markets where talent is scarce
Run structured, rigorous and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar
Work with the broader Talent team, People Partners and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close
Own pipeline health, tracking conversion, calibration and time-in-stage, and use the data to give hiring managers clear recommendations
Help build and document the Applied AI and GTM hiring playbooks as the team scales
Minimum qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
Demonstrated experience recruiting GTM or customer-facing roles in the UK and European markets, with working knowledge of local talent dynamics, compensation norms and employment practices
Strong stakeholder partnership: you build trust quickly with senior hiring managers in fast-moving environments
Willingness and ability to build technical depth quickly enough to run credible intake sessions and screens for Applied AI roles
Proven ability to maintain quality under volume pressure and manage multiple searches at once
Comfort with ambiguity and with building something new rather than running an established playbook
Self-starter who works autonomously while staying aligned with global hiring strategy
Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and an understanding of the role recruiting plays in achieving it
Preferred qualifications
Experience hiring technical customer-facing talent (Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Sales Engineers, or Applied AI/ML-adjacent roles) at an AI, SaaS or high-growth technology company
Experience recruiting across Sales, Partnerships or Marketing in addition to technical GTM roles
Experience scoping roles that have no established market benchmark
Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK, France and Germany
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Additional European language skills (French or German especially)
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
€125.000
—
€170.000 EUR
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Build and maintain partnerships with top international schools and universities, creating sustainable, multi-year sourcing channels for high-potential candidates.
- Build inclusive and equitable intern programs with structured learning objectives, meaningful core projects, and mentor/buddy pairing systems for every cohort
- Drive global campus recruitment: represent Mistral at career fairs, host on-campus events, and develop targeted employer branding strategies for student markets.
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of hands-on recruiters: set priorities, coach and develop the team, and scale capacity in step with hiring demand across geographies.
- Build scalable systems and best practices: workflows, documentation, and tools to support rapid growth across geographies.
- Embody our culture as an ambassador for Mistral, on campus and internally.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience: 7+ years in recruiting, preferably in tech, high-growth, or competitive environments.
- Early careers depth: Exposure to global early careers, internships, or graduate recruitment
- Team leadership: Demonstrated experience building, growing, and managing a team of recruiters in a fast-scaling environment.
- Partnership expertise: Expertise in international school and university partnership development and global campus recruitment.
- Program building: Demonstrated experience building inclusive and equitable intern programs, with excellent project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.

- Hands-on execution: Capable of balancing strategy with operational excellence, staying organized and disciplined across concurrent programs and locations.
- Tool proficiency: Familiarity with modern ATS (e.g. Ashby), LinkedIn search, scheduling tools, and AI-driven productivity tools is a plus.

The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a Channel Manager to develop, execute and evolve our partner go-to-market strategy in India. Your key task is to deliver immediate and future partner-sourced revenue growth, working primarily with Grafana's regional Systems Integrators and Value-Added Resellers.
As our first dedicated channel hire in India, you will build an emerging partner community and shape the role, the strategy and the playbook inside a rapidly growing company where partners are a core part of go-to-market.
This is NOT a programmatic channel and distribution role. This IS a sales-focused channel role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable owning a partner-sourced revenue number, and can build on a fast-growing channel business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop executive-level relationships with focus partners in India
Own partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration to drive revenue targets
Lead the identification, activation and development of regional partners
Develop partner capabilities, co-sell motions and brand awareness initiatives
Establish strong executive relationships to create partnership business plans
Work with leadership to manage pipeline and revenue commitments
Work across Grafana Labs on message alignment, operational coordination and evangelism of the partner strategy and program
What Makes You a Great Fit:
7+ years of experience in channel sales or sales (selling with partners)
Experience selling SaaS (open source technology is a plus), and familiarity with BEPIC and MEDDPICC selling methodologies
A demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups
A consultative sales approach, with the goal of keeping customer, partner and community satisfaction exceptionally high
Proven experience developing a high-performing channel strategy for SaaS vendors new to the India market
Bonus Points For:
Running low-touch deal cycles with partners independently of the direct sales team
A demonstrated ability to increase partner-sourced revenue (NACV) contribution to India's overall revenue.
Compensation & Rewards:
In India, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range will apply for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
