About airSlate
airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
As our first B2B Demand Generation Leader, you'll build the function from the ground up: define the strategy, choose the tech stack, and create the repeatable pipeline machine that scales signNow and AltaFlow B2B revenue. You'll inherit an existing sales motion, established brands, and a self-service customer base of millions - your job is to accelerate what's already working, not prove a concept.
This is a greenfield mandate with a real commercial foundation beneath it. If you've built before, you'll know how rare that combination is.
Salary range: $180,000/yr — $220,000/yr
What you'll work on:
Build and lead airSlate’s B2B demand-generation function and team across the portfolio, initially prioritizing SignNow and AltaFlow.
Design and execute integrated ABM, lead-generation and nurture programs for SMB, mid-market and selected enterprise buyers.
Jointly set MQL, sourced-pipeline and funnel-conversion targets with Sales, RevOps and each BU, and own delivery against them.
Define and continually improve target-account selection, qualification, lead scoring, routing, handoff and follow-up SLAs with Sales and RevOps.
Partner with GTM Leaders, PMMs and Campaign Strategy to translate ICP, positioning and business priorities into campaigns and sales-ready assets.
Instrument attribution and report conversion from demand source through sales-accepted opportunity; optimize by campaign, source, segment and product.
Assess current people, processes and technology; redeploy and hire talent as appropriate, and build repeatable operating cadences with Marketing Ops, Data and the CIO.
Requirements:
8–12+ years in B2B demand generation, including direct experience building and scaling a function from an early stage; B2B SaaS experience required.
Demonstrated record of producing measurable sourced pipeline for sales-assisted SMB/mid-market motions through ABM, lead generation and nurture.
Proven ability to operate as a peer to Sales and RevOps and to define, defend and improve MQL criteria, scoring, routing, handoffs, SLAs and pipeline commitments.
Hands-on builder and people leader who can personally design and run programs before the team is fully staffed, then recruit, coach and scale the organization.
Strong command of modern MarTech/RevOps systems, attribution and funnel analytics; able to partner on stack and data architecture without depending entirely on others.
Comfortable in a multi-product, multi-BU environment with differing GTM motions; PLG-to-sales-assisted experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer and market orientation, executive communication and fluent English; U.S. location preferred, or Western Europe with meaningful U.S. customer exposure and Eastern Time overlap. Regular travel expected.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Document/workflow software experience is a plus.
What we offer
Flexible working environment - Our teams operate across the globe. We value in‑person collaboration in our hubs, but we also embrace remote and hybrid working. You can work from one of our offices in the United States, Poland, Romania or Ukraine, or remotely from many countries.

Professional growth and learning - We invest in your development through courses, conferences, and access to learning resources. We encourage career growth and internal mobility, supporting teammates who want to explore new opportunities within airSlate.
Health and well‑being - We provide comprehensive benefits tailored to each country, including health coverage, wellness programmes and access to fitness options. We also dedicate quarterly company-wide Mental Health Days, when everyone takes time off to rest and recharge.

Open communication - We encourage transparent dialogue at all levels. From team discussions to company-wide Q&A sessions with our CEO, we make sure everyone has the chance to be heard and to influence how we grow.

Job Description
About the role
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Staff Data Engineer to join our Data and AI Platform Team. Our team’s mission is to build a platform where you can create reliable, scalable, AI-powered streaming and batch data applications, and share data across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com to improve business performance.
The Data and AI Platform team is here to ensure internal stakeholders can easily collect, store, process and utilise data to build AI use cases and data products aiming to solve business problems. Our focus is on maximising the amount of time engineers spend on solving business problems and minimising time spent on technical details around implementation, deployment, and monitoring of their solutions.
We're building for scale. As such, much of what we design and implement today is the technology/infrastructure which will serve hundreds of teams and petabyte-level volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stream processing technologies (Kafka and Flink) to build a continuously available large-scale event streaming platform
- Leverage subject matter and technical expertise to provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic influence across the organisation whilst building strong relationships with engineers and engineering managers
- Build tooling (modules/SDKs/DSLs) and associated documentation to foster the adoption of the streaming platform by enabling upstream teams and systems to easily publish data and deploy streaming applications
- Implement all the necessary infrastructure to enable end users to build, host, monitor and deploy their own streaming applications
- Provide consultancy across the technology organisation to drive the adoption of the platform and unlock event-driven use-cases
- Participate, translate, run and execute the collection of requirements and architecture/design initiatives into action plans
- Provide hands-on support for all event-based systems including incident triage and root cause analysis
About You
While experience with our specific tech stack is a plus, we welcome candidates with a strong background in data systems who are eager to learn. The core remit of this role is to own and scale our event streaming capability, not to serve as a general DevOps or infrastructure engineer.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a proven track record of influencing engineering organisations
- Strong engineering background with a track record of implementing and owning event streaming platforms
- Hands-on experience working with stream technologies, ideally Kafka
- Experience designing and implementing stream processing applications with Flink
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS (MSK, S3, Lambda, ECS, SNS)
- Experience with Kubernetes (either self-hosted or on the cloud)
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience working with Docker, container deployment and management
- Experience describing infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar) as well as designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent programming skills with at least one of Java or Python

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ABOUT THE ROLE
ClickUp is hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution architecture. You will serve as the technical force multiplier that enables upmarket partners (Solution Partners, GSIs, and enterprise resellers) to independently acquire, implement, and expand ClickUp within their customer base, driving ARR growth and net retention.
Your primary mandate is to increase the volume and quality of revenue that flows through partners, working alongside Partner Managers and Account Executives. You are a builder-scaler: standing up enablement programs from a proven playbook, iterating on them, and scaling them to drive repeatable partner-led revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Enablement & Technical Development: Design and deliver structured enablement programs (workflow mapping, narrative decks, AI Agents, AI workflows, business process mapping, competitive positioning), coach partners on discovery, demos, solution design, and pricing, and drive partner certification and self-sufficiency across APAC.
- Co-Selling & Revenue: Serve as technical lead on partner-sourced deals from discovery through POC to post-sales handoff, coach partners to run standard deals independently, and tie all activities to measurable revenue outcomes (partner-sourced and partner-influenced iARR, win rate, deal velocity).
- Direct Customer Engagement: Support Account Executives on strategic direct opportunities, leading discovery, solution design, demos, and technical evaluations alongside the partner motion.
- Partner Acquisition & Development: Lead technical demonstrations and deep-dives for prospective partners, support recruitment as the technical closer, and elevate existing partners by showcasing new platform capabilities that expand their practice opportunity.
- AI & Certified Agents: Enable partners to identify, scope, and sell Certified Agent opportunities, deliver AI transformation workshops, and serve as the regional bridge between the internal AI/Agent team and the partner ecosystem.
- Events & Marketing: Lead or support partner-driven events (workshops, in-market tours, executive dinners), develop enablement content, and contribute to partner case studies and proof points.
- Reseller-Model Support: Support partner-owned billing, procurement, and renewal workflows, enable partners on expansion motions, and coordinate with Professional Services on co-delivery oversight and escalation paths.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and global Solutions Engineering teams to resolve technical questions, assist with RFPs, and feed partner insights back into product and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years supporting or enabling channel partners, VARs, system integrators, or working in a partner-led go-to-market motion.
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch (not just execute existing ones).
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to connect product capabilities and technical details to business outcomes for different audiences.
- Experience designing or explaining solutions involving APIs, web services, automation, integrations, workflow configuration, or lightweight technical validation.
- Strong background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyse, document, and improve complex business processes across diverse environments.
- Ability to create credibility with partners, AEs, and customers, handle objections thoughtfully, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
- Strong commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and comfort managing multiple concurrent priorities with urgency and limited supervision.
- Up to 50% of travel is required for this role.
LOCATION
- This role is open to candidates across Australia, with Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane preferred.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
As part of Anthropic’s Global Safety, Intelligence, and Security (GSIS) team, the Security Technology Deployment Engineer will own the validation, standardization, and deployment of physical security technology across Anthropic’s rapidly expanding global office portfolio. This role bridges the gap between technology selection and production-ready operation — ensuring that every security platform deployed is rigorously tested, properly integrated with enterprise infrastructure, fully documented, and built for scale.
You’ll define the installation standards, configuration baselines, and deployment processes that the broader team executes against — from access control migrations and intercom replacements to AI analytics onboarding and new application integrations. You’ll work across InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management to ensure every security application passes review, integrates with SSO, and is supported within Anthropic’s infrastructure before going live. Your work will directly determine whether Anthropic’s security technology stack scales reliably as the company grows from dozens of locations to a global enterprise footprint.
Responsibilities:
Validate and deploy new and replacement security technology platforms including access control systems, intercom solutions, video management, visitor management, and AI/analytics tools across all Anthropic locations
Build and maintain staging environments for pre-production testing and validation of all security applications, hardware, firmware, and system configurations
Define installation standards, configuration baselines, licensing structures, update procedures, and maintenance requirements for every deployed security platform
Deploy integrations between security applications, validating that platforms communicate and share data correctly before transitioning to production
Support colleagues’ security applications through InfoSec review processes, ensuring new tools meet Anthropic’s information security and compliance requirements
Coordinate SSO integration for newly deployed security applications with Identity Management and IT teams
Transition applications requiring custom integration or data pipeline development to the IT Engineering team with documented technical requirements for roadmap inclusion
Initiate onboarding of deployed hardware and systems into Anthropic’s health monitoring platform to ensure operational visibility from day one
Develop standardized deployment playbooks, checklists, configuration templates, and handoff documentation that enable repeatable installations across all current and future sites
Evaluate security platforms for scalability, identifying capacity constraints, single points of failure, and architectural limitations before they impact operations at scale
Coordinate with Networking, IT Infrastructure, and Facilities teams to ensure all infrastructure prerequisites (network, power, rack space, cloud resources) are met prior to deployment
Execute structured handoffs to Project Management (for site programming), Break-Fix Support (for maintenance), and Access Control Administration (for ongoing system management), ensuring each team has the standards and documentation to execute independently
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying, validating, and managing enterprise physical security technology across a large or rapidly growing organization
Have deployed security technology across 50 or more sites, or have demonstrated experience in a high-growth environment where deployment velocity and repeatability were essential
Have built standardized deployment processes, playbooks, and configuration templates that enabled others to execute installations independently and consistently
Have experience working across InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management teams to onboard and integrate security applications into enterprise environments
Have supported SSO integration, InfoSec reviews, and enterprise application onboarding workflows for security tools
Possess broad technology experience across access control, video management, intercoms, visitor management, AI/analytics, and alarm monitoring platforms
Are a strong technical communicator who can define standards clearly enough that PMs, integrators, and service teams execute against them without ambiguity
Have experience with IP networking, VLANs, PoE, and infrastructure requirements for security devices
Are comfortable with 25% travel for site deployments, commissioning, and validation
Strong candidates may have:
Previous experience at a hyper-growth technology company or managing security technology programs for high-profile corporate environments
Experience with Anthropic’s specific technology stack: Genetec Security Center, Axis cameras, Wavelynx, Commend Symphony Cloud,
Alcatraz.ai
,
Ambient.ai
, SureView, Envoy
Industry certifications: Genetec, Axis, CCNA, PSP, CPP, or PMP
Experience with OSDP, modern credential technologies, and encryption protocols for physical security systems
Familiarity with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell) for configuration management and deployment automation
Experience with health monitoring and observability platforms
Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance, GDPR, and physical security compliance frameworks
Experience with change management, configuration control, and version-controlled infrastructure documentation
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
