What the Role Is
As the CS Enablement Program Manager, you’ll be the business owner of the systems that make both our human agents and AI agents effective, starting with the quality and integrity of the knowledge they rely on. As a highly autonomous, high-judgment IC, you’ll build and continuously improve the knowledge base, SOPs, training, and AI-powered workflows that underpin Customer Support across Babylist and Babylist Health. You’ll bring deep operational rigor and a strong understanding of how AI is changing customer support—using the technology in your own work while designing systems that make it more effective across the organization. This is a greenfield opportunity to build the CS Enablement function at a tech-first consumer company: identifying where knowledge, policies, and workflows break down, and partnering across CS, BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics to build a support system that gets smarter and more reliable as we scale.
Who You Are
Deep expertise in Support Operations, Enablement, or Knowledge Management
: you've owned documentation, workflows, and operational strategy in high-volume environments.
Can build and manage a knowledge base from scratch
(Zendesk, Gladly, Help Scout, Notion, Guru, or similar), organizing content and maintaining accuracy at scale so both humans and AI systems can use it effectively.
Can design for a hybrid AI-agent and human-agent support organization
: structuring content for AI consumption, writing effective prompts, evaluating output quality, and calling the line between what's automated and what stays human-owned.
Can write clear, usable SOPs
for complex, multi-step, or edge-case scenarios, and know when to automate them instead.
Can build and deliver training that actually changes how people work
: onboarding, process rollouts, tool adoption, AI workflow enablement.
Strong analytical instincts
: you can read support data (ticket trends, contact drivers, resolution times) and turn it into decisions about what to fix, automate, or rebuild.
Comfortable being the first person to do this job.
This space doesn't have an established playbook in customer support yet, you'll be creating it.
Effective cross-functional partner
who can work with BizOps, Product, Analytics, and engineering-adjacent teams to drive real change, not just executing within your own lane.
Demonstrated track record of using AI to do your own work better
. At Babylist every team uses AI daily. You're already using it daily to move faster and improve your output, and have real opinions about when it works and when it doesn't.
How You Will Make An Impact
Build the CS Enablement program from the ground up: create the systems that keep agents (human and AI) current on knowledge base, training, and copilot content as product changes accelerate.
Move support operations from AI-assisted to AI-native: rebuild workflows, documentation, and training so AI is the default operating model.
Build and maintain the knowledge base that serves as the source of truth for both AI systems and human agents, structured for AI consumption and kept accurate as products and policies evolve.
Close existing content gaps and continuously identify how to reduce unnecessary escalations and drive meaningful improvement in chatbot coverage and resolution rate.
Lead the implementation of an AI copilot and bring usage to 90%+ of agent interactions by making the copilot genuinely useful (better source material, better prompt design).
Build agent confidence through scalable training that teaches people when to trust AI, when to override it, and how to give feedback that improves it.
Create SOPs for complex scenarios so cases get handled consistently, audit and streamline fragmented workflows, and design new processes with AI built in from the start.
Partner with the CS Analyst to identify top contact drivers and documentation gaps, then act on them.
Establish feedback loops with frontline agents so the system keeps improving instead of just when someone notices a problem.
Why This Role
You'd be defining a role that doesn't have a template yet.
"AI-native CS enablement" isn't an established discipline in customer support. You won't be applying someone else's playbook, you'll be writing it.
The foundation is still forming, and that's the opportunity.
Most of the knowledge base, SOPs, and AI workflows don't exist yet, so the systems you build become how the org operates for years.
You'll have real influence on the roadmap, not just execution against it.
You're setting the agenda with BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics on what gets fixed, automated, and rebuilt next.
Your success is directly visible in the numbers that matter to the business
: chatbot deflection, copilot adoption, CSAT. This isn't a support role in the background, it's core to how CS scales.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$140,000 to $170,000
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

Examples of effective communication: presentations, roadmap updates, etc. – targeting the entire team or stakeholders.

Who You Are
You're a seasoned project controls professional with 7+ years managing schedule, cost, change, and documentation on large-scale, mission-critical construction programs — ideally in data centers, schedule-driven sector where downtime isn't an option. You read a P6 schedule critically — spotting broken logic, float that's been quietly manipulated, and a critical path that's about to move before it shows up in next week's update. You can pick apart a change order line by line and know a GMP well enough to catch a buyout gap before it becomes a claim.
You're equally comfortable pushing back on a general contractor in a weekly OAC meeting and briefing an executive on cost and schedule risk in five minutes flat. You don't wait to be asked for bad news — you surface it early, with the data to back it up. You build trust with GCs, design consultants, finance, and leadership not by being agreeable, but by being fair, prepared, and unwilling to accept a story that doesn't add up.
You think in systems — cost, schedule, risk, and change aren't separate disciplines to you, they're one integrated view of program health — and you're comfortable operating in an environment where the schedule compresses, the scope shifts, and the stakes don't.
What You'll Do
Manage the third-party scheduling consultants who review, analyze, and maintain the master schedule, setting expectations for quality, cadence, and reporting
Work directly with general contractors to review and validate their schedules — testing logic, durations, critical path, float, and sequencing against owner milestones
Own schedule health reporting to leadership, giving a clear, honest picture of progress, risk, and forecast, and escalating issues before they become delays
Own the change order process end-to-end: intake, review, verification, negotiation, and resolution
Critically evaluate change orders for scope, pricing, and schedule impact — verifying quantities, labor, markups, and backup rather than taking submissions at face value
Negotiate change orders directly with the general contractor to protect Galaxy's cost and schedule position
Represent Galaxy in weekly change and progress meetings with the GC, driving accountability and timely closure of open items
Maintain a complete, auditable change order log reconciled against the project budget and GMP
Serve as the bridge between field/GC reality and Finance's cost picture, ensuring both tell the same story
Own documentation control for active projects — RFIs, submittals, change documentation, meeting records, and contractual correspondence
Establish and improve project controls standards, templates, reporting, and governance across the portfolio
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of project controls or construction management experience on large-scale, complex programs; mission-critical or data center experience required
Proven experience managing schedule on the owner's side, including oversight of scheduling consultants and review of GC-maintained schedules
Deep, hands-on command of CPM scheduling and Primavera P6 — enough to interrogate a schedule, not just read one
Demonstrated experience owning the change order process, including verification and direct negotiation with general contractors
Strong working knowledge of construction contracts and GMP structures (AIA A133/A201 or similar)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to hold GCs accountable and brief executives with equal credibility
Ability to manage controls across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What You Bring
An owner's mindset — you protect the schedule, the GMP, and the record as if the capital were your own, and you hold contractors and consultants to that same standard.
The credibility to sit across from a general contractor and negotiate change with confidence, and the judgment to know which battles matter.
A sharp, detail-driven eye that catches the number that doesn't hold up, the logic that doesn't sequence, and the risk before it becomes a delay.
The versatility to move fluidly between the field, the GC, Finance, and the executive table, tailoring the message to each without losing the thread.
A bias for order and structure — you bring discipline to controls, documentation, and reporting in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Willingness to travel up to 20% to Data Center sites as the work requires.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Flexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days)
Company paid Holidays (14)
Company paid sick leave
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
3% 401(k) company contribution
Generous paid Parental Leave
Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions through Ginger
Free daily snacks in-office
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues

*Benefits may vary depending on location.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE JOB
Mistral AI is seeking an Applied AI Engineer focused on robotics deployment. You will take state-of-the-art AI models and make them work on real robots, in real environments, for real customers. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of machine learning and physical systems: you will own the path from model to deployed autonomy, working alongside robotics engineers, ML researchers, and systems engineers to deliver end-to-end autonomous solutions across diverse use cases.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Integrate AI models with robotic hardware, sensors, and embedded systems, bringing modern perception and language-driven capabilities onto physical platforms.
- Improve the robustness, reliability, and safety of robotic systems operating in real-world, unstructured environments.
- Test and validate algorithms in simulation and in real-world deployments, moving fluidly between the two.
- Analyze field data to improve model performance and system reliability, closing the loop between what happens on the robot and what happens in training.
- Bring up, tune, and debug the autonomy stack — localization, mapping, navigation, and perception — on real hardware, from sensor calibration to real-time performance.
- Develop and tune robot navigation behaviors — path planning, obstacle avoidance — so systems hold up in dynamic, cluttered, and partially observable environments.
- Diagnose failures end-to-end: mapping drift, localization dropouts, perception edge cases, timing issues — and fix them.
- Collaborate with robotics engineers, ML researchers, and systems engineers to deliver complete autonomous solutions for customer use cases, from prototype through production deployment.
- Build and maintain the tooling needed for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployed systems.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong software engineering in Python and/or C++: clean, readable, high-performance code; comfortable working in and improving production codebases.
- Knowledge of robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2.
- Experience with robot perception and state estimation: SLAM, localization and mapping, path planning, sensor fusion, or computer vision.
- Solid mathematical fundamentals — geometry, probability, and estimation — and the judgment to know when a hand-crafted algorithm beats a learned one.
- Familiarity with simulation tools and robotics development environments (e.g. Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable with the messiness of the real world: hardware quirks, edge cases, and field surprises don't scare you.
- Low-ego, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Doesn't need roadmaps. Ships.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience deploying ML models on embedded or edge hardware (GPU/NPU inference, quantization, real-time constraints).
- Hands-on experience with sensor modalities such as LiDAR, depth cameras, or IMUs, including calibration and time-synchronization.
- Exposure to VLM/VLA models or other foundation-model approaches for robot perception and control.
- Experience with navigation in GPS-denied or otherwise challenging environments, or with visual-inertial odometry.
- Working knowledge of established autonomy tooling — e.g. Nav2, SLAM Toolbox, Cartographer, RTAB-Map, or AMCL — and knowing when to build versus reuse.
- Experience with behavior trees, dynamic costmaps, or fleet-level navigation.
- Contributions to open-source robotics or ML projects.
- Experience with safety-critical or regulated deployment environments.
- Track record of success through personal projects, professional projects, or academia.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

An overview of this role
We are hiring a Staff Product Security Architect to join our Security Platforms and Architecture organization at GitLab.
Rather than operating as a purely consultative body, Security Architecture at GitLab functions as a hands-on technical driver. Our mission is to embed proactive guidance directly into modern developer workflows and automated coding environments, embedding security standards into the software development process from the outset. We strive to enable teams to deliver secure, resilient software seamlessly while minimizing reliance on manual security gates.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product engineering organizations, spearhead architectural strategy for critical capabilities, and serve as the primary Security Owner driving risk reduction for key entries within our risk management framework. Your daily work will span architectural design reviews, technical prototyping, and establishing scalable patterns that enable engineering teams to execute autonomously.
What you’ll do
Partner with engineering and product leadership across GitLab, developing enough context in their domains to anticipate security problems rather than react to them
Lead security architecture and design work for strategic initiatives, and provide direction to the cross-functional teams delivering them
Identify, assess, and prioritise systemic security risks, and act as Security Owner for high-priority items in the Product Security Risk Register, co-executing remediation with the teams who own the code
Codify recurring security decisions into reusable artifacts — guardrails, standards, design patterns, skills, and reference threat models — delivered into developer and AI coding tool workflows
Build proofs of concept and prototypes to unblock engineering teams and shorten the distance between a security requirement and a working implementation
Conduct security architecture reviews for large or strategic projects, and coordinate with Application Security so that review coverage is comprehensive and correctly prioritised
Threat model new and existing systems, and establish the patterns that let teams threat model their own work
Work with Security Research on proactive exploration of unknown risks in GitLab's architecture
Anticipate emerging security challenges and propose architectural responses before they reach implementation
Mentor security engineers across the division, and represent security architecture to engineering audiences
What you’ll bring
Depth in application security architecture, including authentication and authorization models, privilege escalation, multi-tenant isolation, and trust boundary analysis
Experience securing distributed systems, including service-to-service authentication, secrets handling, and the failure modes of security decisions made across process boundaries
Working knowledge of software supply chain security: build and release integrity, artifact provenance, and dependency risk
A track record of proactive architecture work — identifying risk before it becomes an incident, and designing something that prevents a class of problem rather than an instance of one
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with engineering leadership and influence technical direction through expertise rather than gatekeeping
Experience defining security standards or patterns that teams adopted without being compelled to
The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on, including reading unfamiliar code, building prototypes, and contributing changes
Clear written communication, and the ability to make a security argument to an engineering audience that does not already agree with it
A view on how security guidance should be authored and delivered for AI coding tools, not only for humans

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods, and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.
What does make this role exciting :
- You will close deals every single day of the year, which is very stimulating!

Location: New York, New York; San Francisco Bay Area, California
Workplace: onsite
We build production AI systems for enterprises. We are an AI-first systems integrator and a Select-tier partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, among the first integrators selected. The work is good. Most people have never heard of it.
That is the job.
We are looking for a marketer, first and foremost, who can tell the story of what we build in a way that actually travels, and who is comfortable enough with code to build simple tools that make that storytelling faster and sharper. Not an engineer who writes copy on the side.
What you will do:
Turn real engineering work into stories people share.
Sit close to the teams shipping AI systems for banks, healthcare companies, and PE-backed operators, and translate what they built into video, writing, and demos that travel
Own channels outright.
Write, publish, and measure across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and whatever channel matters six months from now that does not matter today
Run experiments and kill the ones that lose.
Real budget and real autonomy, in exchange for showing your numbers
Build simple tools when it is faster than waiting on someone else.
A scraper that watches what our market is saying. A dashboard that shows which stories moved pipeline. A microsite for a launch
What we are looking for:
You have shipped things people used.
A campaign, a channel with a real audience, a launch, a tool. We care more about what you made than where you interned
You write well and you have a point of view.
You can hold attention for 90 seconds on video and 900 words on a page
You are genuinely interested in AI, not performatively.
You read the papers or you read the people who read the papers, and you have changed your mind about something in the last six months
You are comfortable around code.
Python or TypeScript at a working level. You use Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent day to day, enough to build a simple tool yourself rather than wait on engineering
You are anywhere from your first job to a few years in.
If you are early, show us an internship where the bar was high and a portfolio with range
You are in New York or San Francisco,
or you will be
What we offer:
Base salary of $80,000 to $180,000 depending on level and location, plus performance bonus
401(k) profit sharing plan after probation period
Unlimited PTO policy
Medical, vision, and dental insurance
Direct access to the people building the systems and to the executives selling them. Small team, no layers between you and the work
A budget for tools, models, and experiments, with no approval chain under a threshold
Promotion tied to output, not tenure
How to apply:
Do not send a cover letter. Send three links: something you wrote, something you built, and something you posted that got a reaction. One paragraph on why the third one worked.
Then, two sentences on a company whose positioning you think is wrong and what you would change.
What you'll do:
Own the full sales cycle with new advertisers globally — from lead qualification to signed contract and first integration.
Deliver quarterly and annual targets on revenue and number of onboarded advertisers.
Build and defend commercial terms: commission rates, tech fees, minimum budgets, in line with margin goals.
Maintain a transparent pipeline and reliable forecast for leadership.
Partner with account management, publisher, legal and finance teams to launch client programs fast, and feed market and competitor insights to product.
What we expect:
5+ years in B2B sales within affiliate/performance marketing, AdTech, or MarTech, with a proven track record of closing deals with international brands and e-commerce enterprise clients.
Deep understanding of CPA/CPS models, attribution, and tracking — fully fluent in key metrics including ROAS, CAC, and incrementality.
Proven full-cycle hunting experience, including self-generated pipelines, direct access to Head of Performance / CMO-level decision-makers, and managing long sales cycles.
Fluent English (C1+) for high-level negotiations; a second language relevant to target regions is a strong plus.
Disciplined approach to CRM management and accurate forecasting, with a readiness to travel and represent the company at key industry events.
We offer:
Work in the international company.
Hybrid working format (office/home office).
Corporate education — courses and trainings, meetups and conferences.
Voluntary health insurance after probation period.
We promote healthy lifestyle and encourage employees by special fitness reimbursement policy.
Effective onboarding program for a better start.
Corporate events and team buildings.
Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At Deliveroo we’re striving to build London’s best and most admired Security Engineering organisation as part of our global team based across North America and Europe.
Our London based Security Engineering team is looking for a
Senior GRC Engineer.
You will be a part of our inclusive, collaborative global team responsible.
This is a London based position reporting directly to the Security Compliance Manager based in London.
About the Role
We're hiring a
Senior GRC Engineer
to help take DoorDash's compliance program from something people run to something the platform runs on its own. You'll take primary ownership of how regulatory and framework change gets tracked, interpreted, and turned into real controls - one part of a broader GRC function that spans audit, policy, and risk. Day to day, that means less time updating spreadsheets and more time writing the automation, integrations, and control logic that let audit evidence collect itself.
You'll also lead major external audits from start to finish and help shape the policies and control standards the rest of the program is built on.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has deep audit and assurance experience, wants to spend more time building than briefing and can move a program forward, and change how people work, without needing the title to make it happen.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Build the regulatory and framework change-management process that keeps DoorDash ahead of new obligations, instead of reacting to them.
Move manual, point-in-time compliance work onto Compliance-as-Code foundations: policy-as-code, automated control testing, and continuous evidence collection wired into CI/CD, so audit readiness holds up between audits, not just during them.
Design and run agentic workflows for evidence analysis, control testing, and audit response preparation, with a human in the loop where assurance demands it.
Partner directly with engineering and architecture teams to design controls into new systems at build time and translate that technical work into the narratives auditors actually need.
Partner with the Security Compliance Manager to shape and mature the global compliance program.
Design, implement and validate security controls relevant to DoorDash’s regulatory environment, not just document them.
Support development and refinement of security policies, standards, and guidance.
Mentor other members of the compliance team and help set the technical bar the rest of the function grows into.
Ensure policies are actionable, testable, and aligned to real-world controls.
We’re excited about you because you have…
6+ years of experience in security compliance, GRC or technology risk, with a strong track record in high-growth, technology-driven and regulated environments.
Hands-on experience building large language models and agent workflows with daily use of AI in your own work, grounded judgment on what to delegate to agents versus what needs a human, and the ability to evidence both to an auditor. DoorDash is an AI-forward organization and the ability to optimize efficiency using AI is crucial in this role.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with frameworks such as DORA, the EU AI Act, NIS2 and CRA.
Real, hands-on experience implementing and assessing controls against frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 - not just reading them.
Demonstrated ability to identify control gaps, assess risk and drive remediation in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience developing, implementing and improving security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring they are operational and effective.
Strong understanding of compliance metrics and reporting, with the ability to track control effectiveness, audit outcomes, and risk exposure.
Ability to influence and drive accountability across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex audit and compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
Comfort owning compliance metrics and reporting - you can show, not just assert, that a program is working.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
