The Role
Intellect is a workplace mental health and EAP provider that is growing quickly across Australia and New Zealand. We're competing for larger enterprise and government contracts, and the operational and strategic workload behind those deals now outstrips the commercial team's capacity.
This role is the ANZ General Manager's right hand. You take ANZ market priorities (a product gap, a compliance requirement, a go-live risk, a new market opportunity) and drive them to a finished outcome across Intellect's regional functions: Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal and Revenue. You do this without the GM chasing each step.
This isn't a sales role and it isn't a tender-writing role. It's the operating and strategy engine that lets the ANZ commercial team spend its time winning and keeping clients. The target: this role helps unlock AUD 1.5M in additional new business for ANZ within 12 months.
What You'll Do
Drive ANZ priorities through regional HQ (core of the role)
Turn the GM's priorities into clear, structured requests for Product, Ops, Clinical, Legal and Revenue, and track each one to completion.
Run the ANZ-to-HQ rhythm: a weekly status on open items, with escalation to the GM only when a decision is needed.
Own a live register of ANZ strategic initiatives showing owner, status, dependency and next action.
Project-manage the HQ side of new client go-lives: product configuration, clinical resourcing and operations set-up.
Execute strategic initiatives from idea to outcome
Own 3–5 ANZ initiatives at a time, such as new service lines, critical incident service improvements, and psychosocial risk products. Define scope, timeline, dependencies and success criteria for each.
Write structured requirements for Product rather than making verbal requests, and flag slippage before it becomes a client risk.
Research the market: competitor proposals and pricing, value proposition and pricing strategy for 2027, and SLA gaps against what the market expects.
Build business cases and briefing packs for leadership forums.
Run pipeline and reporting operations
Keep the ANZ HubSpot pipeline accurate every week: stage, close date, ACV and last activity.
Own the data for the ANZ section of the monthly business review (MBR), in the regional standard format.
Flag pipeline coverage gaps three months ahead of quarter end.
Coordinate tender compliance and capacity
Chair Go/No-Go decisions on new tenders and maintain the criteria.
Own compliance pre-checks before any submission, including insurance, the Fair Jobs Code, data sovereignty and accreditation.
Back up the dedicated RFP specialist on priority bids, and manage external bid consultants' scope and cost.
Handle people and business administration
Coordinate ANZ people processes with the People team, scope office and operating requirements, and keep the GM's calendar clear of non-commercial administration.
Requirements
The deciding trait is operating with authority. You'll lead conversations with people more senior than you, push an agenda they may not want, and hold the line when they push back, all without the GM in the room.
Must-haves
3–6 years in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations or commercial roles, ideally at a scaling B2B or SaaS company
A track record of taking an initiative from an incomplete brief to a finished outcome with little supervision. You can describe one in detail.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, including telling a senior person "no" or "not now" and making it stick
Comfort with ambiguity: you make a call on partial information and adjust, rather than waiting for certainty
Strong commercial and financial skills: pricing, margin, business cases and pipeline analysis
Disciplined project management: registers, cadences and follow-through without reminders
Clear, concise writing for executive audiences
Nice-to-haves
Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, and with reporting and dashboard tools
Exposure to tenders, procurement or regulated industries (health, insurance, government)
Knowledge of the Australian market, or of EAP, workplace mental health or psychosocial risk
Confident, practical use of AI tools to move faster

Insurance is one of the world's largest industries and one of the most painful to interact with
. Paper forms. Sluggish call centres. Three-week underwriting cycles. Claims that vanish into queues. We are rebuilding all of it on top of a modern platform and AI agents that actually do the work, not pretend to.
You will not be picking up tickets. You will be deciding what to build, prototyping it on Monday, shipping a draft to a real customer by Friday, and improving it from real usage. We expect you to push the product, the codebase, and the way we work.
Why This Role Exists
We are looking for someone who treats AI as a creative material, not a feature on a roadmap. The next year of insurance is being defined right now. What gets automated, what gets reimagined, what gets thrown out. We want builders who want to be in that room and ship the answer.
The team is small. The mandate is large. If your highest-energy work has historically come from solving real problems end to end, this is the seat.
What You Will Do
Own outcomes, not tickets.
Pick the biggest lever for our customers each sprint and drive it to live. Surface the next one yourself.
Build with AI as a primary tool, not a chatbot bolt-on.
OCR, document understanding, generation, agent loops, evaluation harnesses. You decide where each fits.
Ship prototypes fast, then make them production-grade.
A working demo on day three beats a perfect plan on day ten.
Work directly with customers.
You will see real claims, real underwriting screens, real broker workflows. You will watch users hit dead ends and decide what to fix.
Raise the bar on the codebase.
Reviews, refactors, testability, observability. Not as policy, as habit.
Push the team forward.
Skills, agents, internal tools, engineering standards. Propose them, build them, get them adopted.
Who You Are
You ship.
Ideas without execution do not count for you.
High agency.
You do not wait for a card to be assigned. You see what is worth doing and you start.
Strong opinions, loosely held.
You make calls with incomplete information and change your mind when the evidence shifts.
Curious about the domain.
Insurance is messy and full of weird incentives. That intrigues you, not annoys you.
Fluent with AI.
You have shipped something real with LLMs or agents. You know where the magic ends and where you have to engineer carefully.
Care about humans on the other end.
Insurance done right gives people peace of mind in their worst weeks. That is the point.
Your Toolbox
We use Node.js + TypeScript + Nest.js on the back end, Vue (and some React) on the front end, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, AWS. AI work spans OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, plus a growing set of in-house skills and agents. You do not need to have used every piece. You do need to be the kind of engineer who picks up a new tool and is shipping with it within the week.
What We Expect at This Level
6+ years building production systems.
Track record of complex, customer-facing software shipped, not just maintained.
Real AI experience.
You have built and shipped at least one substantive AI-driven feature. POCs that died in a notebook do not count here.
Strong fundamentals.
OO, design patterns, testing, web security, performance. You do not need a refresher.
Cloud comfort. AWS, Azure, or GCP.
At least one in depth, the rest enough to hold a conversation.
Communication.
You can explain a tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder in two minutes and to an engineer in one.
Not Suitable for the Role If…
You prefer tickets assigned to you over choosing what to build.
You measure your work in lines of code, not outcomes.
You see AI as a buzzword to put on your CV rather than a tool you have actually used in anger.
You want a process-heavy environment with detailed specs handed down from product.
You are looking for a maintenance role on a finished platform.
Why CoverGo
Insurance is the rare industry where AI can save people hours of their worst weeks. We are already shipping AI-powered claims, underwriting, distribution, and document automation to enterprise carriers across five continents. The platform is real. The customers are real. The next chapter is yours to help write.

Run our monthly EMEA webinar end to end - topic and speaker selection, registration, promotion, and follow-up - timed and localized for a European audience
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to adapt or build webinar content that lands with EMEA audiences
Build and optimize registration pages, forms, and workflows for EMEA campaigns
Audience growth & promotion
Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, and partner channels for EMEA audiences
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops & Sales to ensure EMEA lead capture, routing, and follow-up happen correctly and quickly
Manage attendee communication throughout the event lifecycle
Performance & optimization
Track EMEA event performance - pipeline, revenue, deal acceleration, and event engagement
Share insights and recommendations to continually improve ROI and attendee experience across the region
Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running EMEA events smoother and more scalable
Partner with ops to ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting across systems

Based in the UK or Ireland
(London or Dublin ideal)
4+ years in event marketing within B2B SaaS
Experience running in-person events across formats (field events, hosted experiences, conferences), ideally across multiple EMEA markets
Experience running webinars, and real excitement about doing both: a busy in-person calendar plus about one webinar a month
Strong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams (and time zones) with ease
Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up
Comfortable with marketing automation tools (
Customer.io
, Marketo, etc.) and Salesforce
Familiarity with webinar platforms (Livestorm, Zoom, Sequel) and event management tools
Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, and event pipeline attribution
Ability to partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to troubleshoot data flows and ensure clean reporting
Comfortable with 15%+ travel

As a Principal Engineer in our Engineering Productivity team, you'll partner with our engineering community to build frictionless, developer-first platform tools that remove barriers and empower engineers to focus on what they do best; shipping high-impact software faster, safer, and at scale. Your work directly shapes how thousands of engineers across Xero work, influencing the tools, practices, and cultures that enable them to succeed.
You'll tackle some of the most complex technical challenges across our organisation, from optimising developer workflows to scaling our AI-native development practices. In this role, you're not assigned to a single team; instead, you'll work across our engineering landscape to identify and solve the highest-impact problems - collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
THE TEAM & HOW THEY CONNECT
Engineering Productivity is a specialist team within Xero's engineering organisation, focused on enabling our developer community through platforms and tooling. We collaborate closely with product teams, infrastructure teams, and technical leadership across the organisation to remove friction and accelerate delivery. Our team operates with high trust, psychological safety, and a genuine commitment to diverse perspectives - we believe the best solutions come from teams that think differently.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
- Inner-Loop Mastery: Supercharging local coding speed and developer experience through our Xero AI Engineering Toolkit
- Frictionless Delivery: Accelerating pull request reviews and environment provisioning to unblock our outer-loop development flow
- Unified Tooling: Consolidating our developer toolchain to eliminate context switching and cognitive load across our engineering teams
- Uncompromising Quality: Balancing speed with engineering excellence using Tech Health Scorecards and sustainable development practices
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This is a distributed role across Australia and New Zealand. Our teams are predominantly remote-first, with occasional in-person gatherings to strengthen connections and tackle complex problems together. We hold 1-2 on-site sessions per quarter (typically in Melbourne or Wellington/Auckland), and we maintain flexible working hours and arrangements to support your personal circumstances. We believe great technical work happens when people have autonomy over how and where they work.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You bring demonstrated expertise in DevEx, DevOps, or Platform Engineering, with a proven track record of building products and platforms that engineers love to use
- You possess a platform-as-a-product mindset - you think deeply about your customers (engineers), understand their pain points, and design solutions that scale elegantly
- You're comfortable navigating ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments and can thrive when roadmaps shift and requirements remain fluid - you Go Bold and Go Fast even when the path isn't entirely clear
- Your communication skills enable you to influence and collaborate with senior technical stakeholders and executives across the organisation, translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
- You bring either exposure to or hands-on experience with AI-native development practices, spec-driven development, or modern AI development lifecycles that shape how we build tomorrow
- You mentor and grow others through influence and example rather than authority, helping engineers and teams level up and discover their potential
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Product Program Management, the central program management function in Anthropic's Product organization. This team turns the company's hardest cross-functional obligations into programs that run: it stands up the strategic programs Anthropic needs to unblock growth, then runs the scaled operations behind them so partner teams can focus on building and selling Claude. You'll lead managers and program managers across Commercialization Operations, Community and Executive Escalations Operations, and Marketplace Operations, and you'll build a generalist program management bench that incubates new programs for the Product organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment about what the company should take on with the operational rigor to make those programs run at scale.
About Anthropic
Anthropic is an AI safety and research company that's working to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our customers and for society as a whole.
Responsibilities
Set the team's charter and priorities: decide which cross-functional programs Product Program Management takes on and which it scales
Build strong partnerships with the teams Product Program Management supports across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, and more, so programs reflect their priorities and they see the team as a trusted extension of their own
Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing organization of managers and program managers across Product Program Management, including:
Commercialization Operations, which runs commercial launches for new products that will be billed or sold, plus programs like credits and promotions, trusted access, and local pricing, in partnership with Finance, Billing Engineering, and GTM
Community and Executive Escalations Operations, which handles social listening and escalations and turns them into product fixes
Marketplace Operations, which runs review and publishing for Anthropic's MCP Directory and plugin ecosystem
Build a small generalist program management team that incubates new cross-functional programs for the Product organization, runs them until they're stable, and then either matures them into their own pillar or shifts them to a long-term owner
Define success metrics for each program and report on them through regular business reviews with Product leadership
Provide thoughtful coaching and feedback to your direct reports, and partner with them on their career development and growth
You may be a good fit if you have
12+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field, ideally at a high-growth technology company
5+ years of people management experience, including managing managers
A track record of building programs from 0 to 1 and then scaling them into durable operations
Experience with commercial launches, billing and pricing operations, or marketplace and developer platform operations (more than one a plus)
Strong judgment and execution on prioritization: you can stack-rank competing asks from Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance into one roadmap and explain the tradeoffs
Experience partnering with engineering teams to replace manual operational work with tooling and automation
Excellent cross-functional influence with stakeholders who don't report to you, including executives
Clear, concise written communication: you can brief an executive in three sentences and write a process doc the next person can run from
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment with many priorities at once
Excitement about building the operational backbone that lets Anthropic's products launch and scale safely

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to join our Digital Ventures team, reporting to the Head of Franchise Development. You’ll guide the creative direction of a slate of video games based on Wizards IP, built with external developers across mobile and PC/console. The role covers a range of creative and management skills: strategy development, project leadership through external partners, incubation and prototyping.
Because this work spans several projects at once, it depends on relationships: earning the trust of partner studios and Wizards teams and leading with integrity on both sides. You’ll bring a clear point of view on the IP and the quality bar and share it in a way partners can build on.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office, with occasional travel.
What You’ll Do:
Set and maintain the creative vision for each game, grounded in what players love about our brands, from early concept through launch.
Lead and manage projects through multidisciplinary partner teams across game design, narrative, UX, art and audio, with clear feedback, reviews, and approvals.
Advocate for quality by setting creative intent and world-class standards for each project.
Incubate and prototype new play experiences with our IP, and champion them inside Wizards, from early concepts and pitches through development.
Translate franchise direction into materials partners can build from, such as aspirational targets, kickoff guides, guardrails and franchise bibles.
Help develop strategy for Wizards IP in games, including which opportunities to pursue, which partners to build them with, and the frameworks Wizards uses to evaluate and support them.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of director-level creative leadership (creative, design, UX, or a similar role) working with internal and external partners to ship titles on mobile or PC/console.
A developer’s understanding of how games are made, from design methodology to craft, and the hands-on design, narrative or art skills to contribute directly when a project needs it.
A track record of managing projects through external developers and building strong relationships with them, adapting your direction across studios, cultures, time zones, and matrixed organizations.
Sharp judgment on authenticity and quality, and the ability to explain them clearly to partners and leaders.
A working knowledge of game industry trends, market analysis, and emerging technology (including AI).
Experience turning existing IP into new game concepts and familiarity with Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, or both.
Comfort moving between blue-sky concepting, incubation and prototyping, strategy and execution.
A self-directed multi-tasker with strong organizational skills and a healthy relationship with feedback.
Nice to have:
Experience on the licensor or publisher side of a game partnership.
Experience with live-service games.
A love of our fandoms and the communities around them.
Interest in using and learning AI tools like Claude.

Who You Are:
You are a senior construction executive who has delivered multiple phases of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure and knows what it takes to run a campus, not just a project. You lead leaders. You build teams that execute safely and predictably, and you hold contractors and partners to a high standard. You are equally comfortable walking a live site and presenting schedule, cost, and risk to executive stakeholders. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure delivered right, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
As VP, Campus Construction Manager at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will own construction execution across all active and future phases of the campus. You will lead a team of senior construction managers, each accountable for a phase or scope, and set the standards, cadence, and accountability that keep the campus aligned on safety, schedule, cost, and quality. At peak, the Helios campus workforce on site is expected to exceed 2,000 people.
Lead and Develop the Campus Construction Team: Directly manage the on-site construction team on active and future phases at Helios, which will include project management, QA/QC, commissioning, MEP, and CSA leaders, as well as field construction managers. Set clear expectations, coach for performance, and build bench strength as the campus grows.
Own Campus-Level Delivery: Provide integrated oversight of construction across all phases, resolving cross-phase conflicts in resources, laydown, site logistics, access, utilities, and sequencing.
Manage Schedule and Progress: Own the campus master schedule view. Monitor progress against baseline, identify critical-path threats early, and direct recovery and mitigation plans before they affect milestones.
Drive Safety Culture: Set and enforce Galaxy's safety standards across the campus. Partner with Galaxy EHS and contractor safety leadership to sustain a zero-incident environment, and hold the team accountable for leading indicators as well as outcomes.
Oversee Contractors and Trade Partners: Manage executive-level relationships with general contractors and key trade partners. Ensure alignment on milestones, quality, safety, staffing, and commercial performance.
Control Cost and Change: Provide leadership oversight of pay applications, change orders, forecasts, and budget tracking for each phase. Ensure disciplined change management and accurate cost reporting to leadership.
Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.
Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with on-site commissioning manager, 3
rd
party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of each phase to operations.
Ensure Quality: Establish and enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards across the campus. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues.
Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Drive Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives, and capture lessons learned so each phase is more repeatable than the last.
Manage Regulatory and Community Relationships: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.
Report to Leadership: Provide frequent status updates to the Co-Heads of Data Center Construction, and communicate campus status, risks, and forecasts clearly to Galaxy executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.
Demonstrated success leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments.
Deep understanding of construction delivery models (including GMP), risk management, and contractor oversight.
Technical fluency across MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems.
Proven track record managing OFCI equipment integration and commissioning.
Strong command of cost control, change management, and schedule analysis.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)

A track record of leading and developing high-performing construction teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technial and executive stakeholders.
Sound jugement under pressure and a bias toward early, honest escalation.
