HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE RISK & INTERNAL CONTROL ROLE ⭐️
Alan's Corporate team brings together Risk, Internal Control, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance and Security around a shared mission: building the infrastructure that lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly. Internal Control helps design, implement and monitor controls within the business so operations run in line with members' interests, the strategy, our objectives and the law.
We are looking for a high-potential risk and internal control professional who can identify and manage risks, define and own control activities end-to-end, and grow into ownership of more complex control scopes over time.
This is not a traditional, box-checking control role. We build solutions and act as genuine business partners on risks. This is an opportunity to be part of the next generation of risk professionals: developing automated controls, documentation and using AI to detect emerging risks early.
⭐️ YOUR MISSIONS ⭐️
- Risk Management
- You will help strengthening our system for identifying and monitoring risks on an international scope
- You will co-build the next generation of risk tooling
- Internal Control
- You will define and implement control frameworks on processes, leveraging Alan’s culture of transparency and distributed ownership, and pushing for reliability and scalability: AI and automation, smart processes
- You will perform second-level reviews on high-risk areas
- You will drive efforts to ensure proper controls documentation and communicability to third parties partners
- You will support the management of audits from commercial partners and supervisors
- Team growth
- You will help expand risk management reflexes throughout the company, and assist teams such as Insurance, Operations, Security and Legal to design and implement action plans to mitigate our risks
- You will create resources to raise awareness and empower the team for risk management, internal control and regulatory compliance;
- You will support the identification and hiring of new talents for the team.
⭐️ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You may be a great fit if you have:
- At least two years of experience in internal control or a risk function - in insurance, a Big Four, or a regulated / fast-growing environment
- Fluent in both French and English
- A solid understanding of Solvency II and domain expertise (e.g. insurance operations, reserving, underwriting, reporting frameworks)
- Comfort with AI and automation tools to scale controls, as well as anticipation of how AI reshapes controls
- A builder's mindset: you're excited to build something differentiated, you don't thrive solely on established processes
- A business-partner attitude: you act as a true partner to product teams, helping solve their control issues and risks rather than acting only as a controller
- A written-first and rigorous working style: you’re structured, precise and at ease with Alan's async communication culture
As a plus:
- Multi-jurisdiction exposure (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada/OSFI)
- Exposure to the DORA framework
- Exposure to HDS and ISO 27001
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C0 to C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

⭐️ THE SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR ROLE ⭐️
Internal audit sits with Alan's Corporate team which brings together control functions: Risk, Corporate Governance & Internal Control, Legal, Compliance and Security around a shared mission: building the infrastructure that lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly.
We don't do traditional audits, we are reinventing Internal Audit https://www.linkedin.com/posts/f%C3%A9licien-guilbaud-75b161b7_healthtech-internalaudit-insurance-ugcPost-7424754447500869632-PjHy/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAABjC7PcBghrbT-Xu1F-DUgObH07qjLWZ9BA. We build things, challenge assumptions, and act as genuine partners to the business — without ever compromising our independence. The team is small, senior, and highly autonomous. And the internal audit role sits at the heart of it.
Alan is growing fast, across France, Belgium, Spain, Canada and new countries to be opened. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will:
- Lead end-to-end audits autonomously across Finance, Insurance Operations, Compliance, IT, and Security — from scoping through to Audit Committee reporting
- Own and drive closure of a meaningful share of our open recommendation backlog (15 to 20 open items)
- Represent the Internal Audit function at Audit Committee level when needed
- Co-build the next generation of audit tooling and automation within the function and the broader Corporate community
- Act as a genuine business partner and challenger — working closely with Finance, Risk, Actuarial, Compliance, and Operations
By the end of your first year, you will have independently led at least 3 full audits, contributed to at least 2 automation or tooling initiatives, and built the trust to represent the function at governance level without oversight.
⭐️ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of hands-on internal audit experience, spanning operational, compliance, and financial audits
- Deep expertise in risk management across Actuarial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Security domains
- Fluent in both French and English — you operate confidently across geographies and in front of senior governance bodies
- Strong command of the insurance and financial services industry — you understand how the business works, not just how it's regulated
- Sharp legal and regulatory instincts — you can interpret complex frameworks and translate them into actionable audit findings
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills — comfortable analyzing policies, claims, and financial data; autonomous in SQL and actively leverages AI tools in day-to-day work
- A builder at heart — excited to shape something differentiated, not looking for a conventional audit career path
- Written-first — structured, precise, and fully at ease with Alan's async communication culture
As a plus:
- Comfort auditing automated and data-driven processes (data quality, system controls, operational workflows)
- Exposure to IT, cybersecurity, or infrastructure audits
- Experience managing recommendation tracking at scale, including with engineering or product teams
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is expanding its reseller program in Japan and Korea. As our Reseller Operations Manager for Japan and Korea, you'll own how resellers in both countries get onboarded, transact, get paid, and get supported, across both of our resale motions: hyperscaler resale, where partners resell Claude through the cloud marketplaces (AWS Bedrock today, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry to follow), and direct resale, where partners resell on Anthropic paper through our own quote-to-order and billing systems. The global team builds the program; you make it work for Japanese and Korean partners and feed back what has to change.
This is an operator role, not a partner manager role. In the first months you'll be validating deal registrations and answering partner tickets yourself; by the end of the first year the volume should be running on documented process, service levels, and vendor or system coverage that you set up.
Key responsibilities
Own reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea end to end: application intake, screening coordination, agreement execution, marketplace authorization, entitlement setup, and activation, and keep the partner record in Salesforce decision-grade for both regions.
Run hyperscaler (3P) reseller operations: deal-registration intake and validation within SLA, marketplace authorizations and private-offer processing with the cloud alliance teams, and end-customer reporting on every reseller transaction so partner-sourced revenue can be attributed.
Run direct (1P) reseller operations: partner quotes and order forms, order booking and provisioning, and commit tracking and true-ups with Deal Desk, RevOps, and Accounting, and work with Finance and Tax on local invoicing, currency, and consumption-tax handling for each transaction route.
Run the regional side of reseller incentives: eligibility, validation of quarterly payouts, and partner disputes, in partnership with the global incentive operations team and Finance.
Stand up first-line operational support for resellers in Japanese and Korean during local business hours, inside the global partner support queue rather than alongside it, and localize the onboarding, deal-registration, and ordering content partners depend on.
Manage any outsourced or contracted operations capacity used in region (scope, quality, service levels) and coordinate with Enablement on the logistics of local-language certification and training.
Own reseller reporting for Japan and Korea: registration volume and cycle time, activation, attach, and attributed revenue by partner and by motion, and use it to tell the regional teams and the global program what to fix next.
Adopt the global Partner Operations playbooks where they fit, write the in-region variants where they don't, and represent Japan and Korea requirements in partner systems and automation work so manual volume doesn't grow with partner count.
Minimum qualifications
Several years in channel, reseller, distribution, or partner operations at a technology company, ideally touching both a cloud-marketplace motion and a direct or contract-based resale motion.
Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English. You'll run operational relationships with partners in both countries and work daily with a US-based team; proficiency doesn't need to be identical across all three, but you need to be able to work with partners in both regions.
Practical knowledge of how at least one major cloud marketplace's reseller program works (authorizations, private offers, deal registration), or deep experience in one motion and a track record of picking up the other quickly.
Hands-on experience with quote-to-order, order management, or partner billing, and the Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal coordination that comes with it.
A track record of taking a manual process and turning it into documented workflow, service levels, and reporting, including managing vendors or contractors who execute part of it.
Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, data maintenance), and comfort being the only operations person in the region while working with a team many time zones away.
Preferred qualifications
Experience inside the Japanese or Korean enterprise reseller and systems-integrator ecosystem, including local invoicing, credit, and consumption-tax conventions.
Experience with partner incentive or rebate operations, or with a partner program during its launch phase.
Experience with PRM or deal-registration tooling, or building automations with Claude or similar tools to run operational workflows at volume.
How this role works with the team
You'll report into Partner Experience and work day to day with two groups. The global Partner Operations team in San Francisco owns the reseller program's systems, and playbooks; our reseller operations owner there is your direct counterpart, and you'll split work along a simple line: they own the global process, you own its execution and adaptation in Japan and Korea. The Japan and Korea go-to-market teams own the partner relationships and the commercial conversations; you're the operational layer underneath them, and the person they come to when something about a partner's onboarding, order, or payout needs to move. You'll also be the regional voice into Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, and the cloud alliance teams on anything that has to work differently in these markets.

About The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior trading-technology leader to design and deliver the technology stack connecting customers to a regulated US derivatives market.
The ideal candidate will have built an FCM operation from the ground up or led the technology function at a leading FCM or service provider for FCMs and broker-dealers.
They will bring deep knowledge of the vendor landscape and a strong track record of making strategic technology, operational, and build-versus-buy decisions.
You will report to the OKX Core Trading Product Management leadership with a dotted line to the CEO and COO of the local entity.
The essential profile is someone who can make architecture and vendor decisions — Not someone hired merely to implement a vendor choice already made.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design the end-to-end US derivatives trading architecture.
Lead the selection of the clearing FCM, OMS and market-access providers.
Deep familiarity with leading OMS, risk-management, and market-data vendors in the U.S. derivatives ecosystem.
Decide between vendor-provided, direct-exchange and hybrid connectivity.
Define the long-term build-versus-buy roadmap.
Lead internal and vendor integrations across OMS, margin, liquidation, funding, UI, and KYC.
Lead exchange connectivity, certification and production readiness.
Define pre-trade risk, kill-switch, drop-copy and reconciliation requirements.
Establish 24/7 monitoring, incident response and disaster recovery.
Own vendor technical diligence, contracts, SLAs and delivery.
Recruit and lead the US trading-technology team.
First-Year Objectives
Define the target architecture and systems of record.
Select the DCM connectivity model, clearing FCM and technology providers.
Deliver exchange certification and production readiness.
Establish reconciliation, risk controls and 24/7 support.
Produce a roadmap for increasing internal ownership of the stack.
What We Look For In You
10+ years in electronic trading or capital-markets technology.
Deep knowledge of listed derivatives and US futures market structure.
Experience with OMS, FIX, exchange connectivity, market data and pre-trade risk.

About Backblaze
Backblaze is the object storage leader in the open cloud movement, fueling customer success with cloud storage built purposefully to unlock budgets, unburden administrators, and unleash innovators. Together with our partners, we’re helping customers break free from the restrictive, overpriced legacy solutions that hold them back, and blaze forward with the full power of the open cloud in their hands.
Founded in 2007, we scaled the business with less than $3 million in outside funding until 2021, when we did a traditional IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Today, Backblaze generates over $136M ARR and is the leading specialized storage cloud, managing over three billion gigabytes of data storage for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals.
But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We’re seeking a
Site Reliability Engineer III (DBA) in LATAM
to join our team!
About the Role
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III with a Database Administration focus to help ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of our production database systems, primarily Vitess (distributed MySQL) and Cassandra, alongside the rest of our production services and infrastructure.
This database specialization is layered on top of the full SRE III scope on the team. You will carry the same on-call, incident response, and service ownership expectations as other SRE IIIs, with database systems serving as your area of deepest technical ownership.
Because our SRE Database Engineering function is new, this role will also help establish its operational foundation by designing database architecture and developing the runbooks, escalation guidance, procedures, and training materials that our Level 1 and Level 2 SRE Database Engineers will use as they onboard.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with production database systems, Linux, automation, distributed systems, Kubernetes, observability, and incident response, with a proactive approach to reliability and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
Database Architecture & Administration:
Design, deploy, and own highly available database architecture for Vitess (distributed MySQL) and Cassandra.
Establish and document operational procedures, runbooks, and escalation guidance for Level 1 and Level 2 SRE Database Engineers.
Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing strategies, schema design, and capacity planning.
Own database backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
Perform and validate disaster recovery testing and database recovery procedures.
Drive database security, access control, patching, hardening, and compliance practices.
Serve as an escalation point for complex database production incidents.
Partner with the DBA and Data Infrastructure teams on resharding, capacity planning, replication, and architecture decisions for sharded MySQL environments.
Service Reliability & Operations:
Support the availability and durability of critical services across production environments.
Monitor service health using SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms.
Partner with service owners to define and improve SLIs, SLOs, error budget policies, and alerting.
Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
Serve as an escalation point for complex production database and infrastructure incidents.
Follow established ITIL/OSS processes including incident, change, problem, and capacity management.
Take ownership of operational issues and drive projects from problem discovery through resolution.
Automation & Tooling:
Develop automation for common operational and database administration tasks to reduce manual intervention and operational toil.
Contribute to monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks including Prometheus, Grafana, Catchpoint, and ELK.
Help integrate operational runbooks and incident response workflows with FireHydrant.
Work with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code tools including Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
Develop scripts using Bash, Python, Go, or similar technologies to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
Operate and troubleshoot containerized production environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
Work within Kubernetes and Vitess environments using technologies such as kubectl, mysqlsh, and Vitess keyspaces.
Work with HashiCorp technologies including Terraform, Vault, and Nomad.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Lead Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs) for functionality being handed off from engineering partner teams.
Support the operational readiness of new database-backed services before they enter production.
Build training plans, onboarding materials, and technical documentation for new Level 1 and Level 2 SRE Database Engineers.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and DBA/Data Infrastructure teams on reliability initiatives.
Assist with capacity planning, disaster recovery exercises, database migrations, and infrastructure projects.
Work with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot service issues and track SLA performance.
Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
Share technical knowledge and help grow a reliability-minded engineering culture.
Incident Response:
Respond to and resolve production database, infrastructure, and service incidents.
Troubleshoot and escalate database, Linux, networking, application, and infrastructure issues as needed.
Participate in the on-call rotation and serve as an escalation point for database-related incidents.
Lead or contribute to root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
Identify recurring issues and develop long-term corrective actions to improve reliability.
Design action plans to address recurring operational and database problems.
What We Value:
A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude.
Someone who can work independently, take ownership, and drive complex technical problems through resolution.
Someone who steps up, supports teammates, mentors others, and shares knowledge freely.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Curiosity, reliability, and a desire to improve the reliability and scalability of production systems.
Required Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure operations, database engineering, or similar roles, with meaningful experience supporting production database systems.
Deep hands-on experience with MySQL and distributed or sharded database systems.
Experience with Vitess in a production environment strongly preferred.
Experience administering and supporting NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.
Experience designing high-availability database architecture, replication topology, backup strategies, and disaster recovery processes.
Strong SQL skills, including query performance analysis, indexing, schema design, and troubleshooting.
Solid Linux systems administration and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with security-focused operations including patching, system hardening, access controls, and vulnerability remediation.
Strong understanding of service reliability concepts including monitoring, alerting, incident response, root cause analysis, SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
Experience working with containers and orchestration platforms including Kubernetes and Docker.
Comfortable operating in Kubernetes and Vitess environments using tools such as kubectl, mysqlsh, and Vitess keyspaces.
Experience with infrastructure and configuration management technologies including Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and HashiCorp products such as Vault and Nomad.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, or Go.
Experience establishing operational procedures, runbooks, documentation, and escalation processes.
Experience mentoring, training, or helping onboard engineers into complex technical environments.
Experience supporting large-scale, production-grade systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct production experience with Vitess.
Experience with large-scale distributed or sharded MySQL environments.
Experience with Cassandra or similar distributed NoSQL databases at scale.
Experience in SaaS, cloud services, service provider, or large-scale distributed systems environments.
Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
Familiarity with ITIL/OSS practices and SLA/SLO management.
Experience leading Production Readiness Reviews.
Experience developing onboarding or technical training materials for engineers.
Experience acting as a technical escalation point for database or infrastructure incidents.

For management consultants and strategy professionals ready to become hands-on operators.
About Intellect
Intellect is a leading mental health benefits company, trusted by forward-thinking employers, insurers and governments to deliver care that is local, personalised and effective at scale. Today, we serve more than 4 million people across over 100 countries through our technology platform and global network of clinical providers.
Our platform supports workforces at companies including Dell, ByteDance, Visa, Shell, McDonald’s and hundreds more, enabling organisations to provide accessible, culturally relevant and high-quality mental healthcare to their people.
Driven by our mission to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, Intellect combines technology, clinical care and local expertise to deliver meaningful outcomes across diverse markets and populations.
The Opportunity
We are hiring several exceptional management consultants, strategy professionals and other strongly trained generalists to take on high-priority strategic and operating mandates across Intellect.
This opportunity is particularly suited to people who have developed rigorous problem-solving capabilities in consulting, strategy, transformation or other demanding environments and now want to become hands-on operators.
This is not a conventional internal strategy or advisory role. You will be expected to move beyond diagnosing problems and making recommendations, working through operational detail to implement solutions, build capabilities and deliver measurable results.
This search spans several priority mandates rather than a single central Strategy & Operations team. Depending on your experience, strengths and Intellect’s needs, you may initially lead a cross-functional strategic initiative or move directly into an embedded operating role within areas such as operations, commercial enablement, business performance, market development, new product and offering development, or another critical function.
During the interview process, we will explore where your capabilities and motivations are best matched to Intellect’s priorities. Before an offer is made, we will align with you on a specific initial mandate, title, reporting line, objectives and measures of success.
Strong performers will have the opportunity to take on broader functional, market or business responsibilities based on their demonstrated impact and Intellect’s evolving needs.
Potential Mandates
Your initial mandate could involve one or more of the following:
Operations: Improving service delivery, workforce planning, quality, efficiency, automation, performance management and operating processes
Commercial enablement: Strengthening sales processes, pipeline management, pricing, proposals, commercial analytics, account planning and coordination between commercial and delivery teams
Business performance: Building management systems, KPIs and operating cadences, then leading interventions that improve functional or market performance
New products and offerings: Identifying unmet customer or market needs, developing and validating new products, services or propositions, building the business and operating case, and working cross-functionally to launch and scale them
Market development: Evaluating and developing new markets, customer segments, strategic partnerships or routes to market
Strategic initiatives: Leading high-priority, cross-functional work sponsored by Intellect’s senior leadership
Embedded operating ownership: Joining a priority function or taking direct responsibility for a defined team, capability, programme or business area where there is a strong fit
These examples illustrate the range of potential mandates rather than a fixed rotation or predetermined sequence. Each successful candidate will be hired into a defined initial role based on mutual fit and business need.
Your Responsibilities
Solve High-Priority Business Problems
Take ownership of complex priorities that materially affect Intellect’s growth, performance or ability to scale
Structure ambiguous problems, identify the questions and drivers that matter, and translate analysis into clear decisions and action
Develop practical recommendations grounded in data, frontline realities, customer needs and commercial considerations
Work directly with functional, market and senior leaders to define priorities, resolve constraints and maintain momentum
Make sound decisions despite incomplete information, competing priorities and limited resources
Move from Strategy to Execution
Own initiatives end to end, from diagnosis and business-case development through implementation and measurable results
Translate decisions into practical implementation plans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies and success measures
Work alongside the teams responsible for execution rather than handing initiatives over after the analysis is complete
Use data and frontline insight to identify constraints, test interventions and improve outcomes quickly
Track results, identify where execution is falling short and intervene directly to get initiatives back on course
Build the processes, tools, operating cadences and accountability required to sustain improvements
Build Operating Capabilities
Improve how relevant parts of Intellect plan, measure and manage performance
Build management systems, dashboards, review processes and decision frameworks that improve execution and accountability
Strengthen coordination across functions, markets and levels of seniority
Help translate strategic or commercial priorities into scalable operating models and repeatable playbooks
Build the capabilities, processes and team structures required for your area to operate effectively
Take on increasingly broad operating responsibility as organisational needs and your capabilities evolve
Requirements
You typically have approximately 4-10 years of experience, ideally including time in management consulting, strategy, transformation, professional services or another demanding operating environment
You have received strong training in structured problem-solving and can bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
You have strong analytical and communication skills and can independently produce work that is ready for senior leadership decisions
You want to move from advising organisations to helping build and operate one
You are energised by implementation and ownership, not only recommendations or presentations
You are commercially minded and understand how operational, customer and financial considerations connect
You can work effectively with incomplete information, competing priorities and limited resources without waiting for perfect certainty
You are highly analytical and comfortable working with data, but do not allow analysis to become a substitute for action
You can influence senior stakeholders while building trust and credibility with the teams responsible for day-to-day execution
You combine high standards with low ego and are willing to move between strategic questions and detailed operational work
You take ownership naturally, follow through reliably and maintain high standards without requiring extensive direction
You are comfortable working across functions, cultures, markets and levels of seniority in a fast-moving organisation
Experience in healthcare, technology, insurance, enterprise services or multi-market businesses is helpful but not required
Above all, you are motivated by the opportunity to become a substantive operator and build something meaningful, while helping Intellect expand access to high-quality mental healthcare.
Why Join Intellect
Work directly on consequential business problems with senior leaders in a fast-growing regional healthcare company
Move beyond advising businesses and build genuine experience owning and operating one
Take meaningful responsibility earlier than you may receive in a traditional consulting or corporate environment
Gain exposure to different functions, markets and dimensions of building and scaling a regional business

Earn the opportunity to take on broader functional, market or business responsibilities through demonstrated impact

The Role
You will help build this business: identify where Intellect can create the most value, develop compelling propositions and secure the partnerships that bring them to market.
Working closely with our Australia leadership and commercial, clinical, product and operations teams, you will turn customer needs into viable services and commercial agreements. Opportunities may include early intervention, psychological injury support and recovery programmes, with priorities shaped by customer demand and delivery feasibility.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on commercial ownership. You will lead opportunities from initial discovery through proposals, negotiation and launch, then help successful programmes grow.
You will initially operate as an individual contributor, with access to Intellect’s existing capabilities and specialist teams. Appointment at Manager or Senior Manager level will reflect your experience, track record and readiness to take on broader ownership. As the business develops, there is potential to expand your remit and leadership responsibilities.
What you’ll do
Identify opportunities and develop propositions
Identify and prioritise opportunities across insurers, workers’ compensation schemes, claims-service providers, brokers, employers and self-insurers, understanding their needs, funding models and buying processes.
Lead customer discovery and develop propositions that address meaningful gaps in mental health, psychological injury and recovery support.
Build commercial cases, pricing and partnership models with input from clinical, operations, finance and other relevant teams.
Build partnerships and win business
Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and partners across the Australian insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline, with clear priorities, next steps and visibility of potential revenue.
Own proposals, tenders, negotiations and commercial agreements, converting opportunities into paid pilots, programmes and longer-term partnerships.
Launch, learn and grow
Coordinate programme launches with Clinical, Product and Operations, translating customer commitments into clear requirements while specialist teams lead the design and delivery of their respective services.
Track commercial performance and work with delivery teams to demonstrate outcomes, strengthen the proposition and expand successful partnerships.
Recommend the capabilities, partnerships and investment needed to support repeatable growth, informed by validated demand and practical delivery experience.
Requirements
Relevant Australian sector experience. You understand insurance, workers’ compensation or closely related areas such as occupational rehabilitation, injury management or healthcare services working with these sectors.
Evidence of commercial execution. You have originated or materially advanced opportunities through to commercial commitment—for example, winning partnerships, securing contracts or tenders, or commercialising a new service.
Strong strategic and commercial judgement. You can identify attractive opportunities, develop a credible business case and shape offerings and commercial models in response to customer needs.
Credibility with senior stakeholders. You can build relationships, navigate complex buying processes and negotiate across organisations with different priorities.
Hands-on ownership. You are comfortable working through ambiguity, progressing opportunities personally and coordinating across teams to deliver what has been agreed.
Clear communication and analytical ability. You can turn complex information into persuasive proposals, practical decisions and focused action.
Your background may be in partnerships, business development, proposition development, commercial strategy or an industry operating role. We also welcome consultants with substantial relevant sector experience and evidence of driving commercial outcomes and implementation.
Existing industry relationships and experience in mental health or psychological injury are valuable, but we are equally interested in what you have built, delivered and learned.
Why Join Intellect
Help shape Intellect’s next phase of growth in one of its most important markets
Expand and commercialise a meaningful opportunity across Australia’s insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem
Take ownership across the full journey from market strategy and proposition development to revenue, implementation and scale
Build on Intellect’s existing Australian presence, enterprise relationships, technology platform and clinical capabilities
Work directly with senior leaders and experienced teams across Australia and the broader Intellect organisation
Influence not only how Intellect goes to market, but also the capabilities and operating model required to deliver successfully
Build a platform for broader commercial or operating ownership as the opportunity develops
Apply your experience to improving access, recovery and outcomes for people experiencing psychological injury

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Platform Security Engineering (PSE) sits within Data Center Security Engineering (DCSE). As Anthropic expands beyond traditional cloud providers into owned facilities, colocation, and partner sites, we take on the security responsibilities that cloud providers used to abstract away: firmware integrity, boot chain verification, platform trust, and host hardening. PSE exists so that Anthropic can deploy training and inference workloads to any qualified environment with a demonstrable security posture, including the technical controls behind our AI Safety Level commitments.
We are hiring an engineering manager to lead a group of platform security engineers covering firmware research, OS and kernel hardening, platform trust integration, and server manageability firmware. You will own the roadmap for this group, grow the team, and be accountable for the security posture of the compute platforms Anthropic runs on: hardware roots of trust, secure and measured boot, attestation, firmware supply chain, and the integrity of the hosts that hold model weights on bare-metal infrastructure.
This is a hands-on management role. You will not write most of the code, but you will review designs, make the final call on hard trade-offs, and be able to reason with your engineers from a silicon root of trust through firmware, bootloader, kernel, and host software. You will partner with infrastructure, fleet, and compute teams inside Anthropic, and with silicon vendors, OEMs, and compute providers outside it.
You will report to the Data Center Security Engineering manager.
Key responsibilities
Lead and grow the platform security engineering group: hiring, onboarding, development, performance, and prioritization for full-time engineers, and coordination of contractor and vendor engineers working alongside them
Own the platform security roadmap and its delivery: hardware root of trust and attestation, secure and measured boot across CPU, BMC, accelerator, and peripheral firmware, OS and kernel hardening, and the host-side pipeline that turns attestation evidence into production gates
Own the firmware supply chain posture for the fleet: SBOM and reference integrity manifests, authenticated update, rollback protection, and the vendor relationships needed to get fixes shipped
Drive platform risk assessments for new compute platforms and providers, and make evidence-based go/no-go recommendations with bounded risk rather than perfect-or-nothing gates
Partner with infrastructure, fleet, compute, and detection and response teams so that platform controls land in production without degrading training or inference performance
Manage relationships with silicon vendors, OEMs, and compute providers: security requirements, vulnerability management, disclosure and remediation timelines, and upstream and standards-body engagement (TCG, OCP, IETF)
Run the team's operating rhythm: design reviews, threat models, incident participation for platform-layer issues, and clear written status to security and infrastructure leadership
Minimum qualifications
Have 10+ years in systems security, with at least 5 years focused on firmware, hardware, or OS-level security
Have 5+ years as a people manager of security or systems engineers, including hiring and developing senior and staff-level engineers
Can go from architecture to implementation detail with your engineers: secure boot, measured boot, TPM and other roots of trust, attestation protocols (SPDM, DICE, remote attestation), UEFI and BMC firmware, and Linux kernel and OS hardening
Have owned a technical roadmap end to end, including the prioritization calls when security, performance, and delivery timelines conflict
Have worked directly with silicon vendors, OEMs, or cloud and bare-metal providers on security requirements and remediation, and can push a partner to a fix without burning the relationship
Write clearly: design reviews, risk assessments, and status for executives are part of the job
Are comfortable building a team and its processes from an early stage, with a scope that is broader than the headcount
Preferred qualifications
Experience managing a mixed team of full-time engineers, contractors, and vendor engineers while keeping design authority in-house
Hands-on background in OpenBMC or other server management firmware, DRTM or secure launch, or confidential computing primitives (TDX, SEV-SNP, ARM CCA)
A record of upstream contributions or maintainership in Linux, OpenBMC, or a comparable community, or standing in TCG, UEFI Forum, or OCP
Experience securing large-scale HPC or AI training infrastructure
Firmware vulnerability research, reverse engineering, or fuzzing background
Experience running coordinated vulnerability disclosure with hardware or firmware vendors

Patreon is a media and community platform where over 300,000 creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Design Manager to support our mission.
This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Team
The Design team at Patreon is responsible for the full consumer experience across our creator and fan products. The team spans product design and content design, working across Patreon's core surfaces: memberships, community, live video, and direct sales. Designers here are embedded in cross-functional teams alongside product, engineering, and data, and are expected to drive outcomes, not just deliver assets.
At Patreon, design is fundamental to how we build and how we think about the product. This team reflects that: high craft standards, close partnership with product leadership, and a genuine curiosity about how AI can raise the bar for what we ship
About the Role
As Senior Staff Design Manager, you'll lead a team of 6-7 product designers alongside another senior design manager, and represent the design leadership bench at Patreon.
You'll lead by example in the craft, not just through management: staying close to the work in Figma, prototyping, or production code, while partnering across product and engineering to shape the next chapter of design at Patreon.
You'll also be a strong external voice for the design team, helping build Patreon's reputation as a place where great designers want to work.
What you’ll need:
- You've shipped distinctive consumer software where design was central to the product's market position, not just polish on a working thing, across a range of products or surfaces rather than a single hero project
- You lead by example in the craft, whether in Figma, prototyping, or production code
- You're a proven manager with success across different sizes and shapes of design teams, and you've operated across different configurations (startup, scale, public) rather than running one playbook
- You have real AI fluency: you use tools daily and have driven measurable, team-wide transformation in velocity, quality, or scope
- You have a track record of building and holding high talent density: top designers choose to work for you and stay, and the people you've hired and developed have gone on to become strong leaders themselves
- You're a strategic thought partner across functions, oriented toward shared outcomes rather than territory
- You're a strong external voice for your team's work, brand, and craft
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.
About Patreon
Patreon powers creators to do what they love and get paid by the people who love what they do. Our team is passionate about making this mission and our core values come to life every day in our work. Through this work, our Patronauts:
- Put Creators First | They’re the reason we’re here. When creators win, we win.
- Build with Craft | We sign our name to every deliverable, just like the creators we serve.
- Make it Happen | We don’t quit. We learn and deliver.
- Win Together | We grow as individuals. We win as a team.
Patreon is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We provide employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected class. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the interview process, please let us know via email at accommodations@patreon.
Patreon offers a competitive benefits package including and not limited to salary, equity plans, healthcare, flexible time off, company holidays and recharge days, commuter benefits, lifestyle stipends, learning and development stipends, patronage, parental leave, and 401k plan with matching.
Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office two days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. The goal of this policy is to be intentional about the in-person time we spend together to strengthen the feeling of community at Patreon. Candidates hired into remote-eligible roles are not expected to meet the same requirements.
At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.
