About the role
We're looking for a Data Scientist to take ownership of the datasets and evaluation workflows that underpin our AI Safety work. You'll turn real-world product data into reliable, well-structured datasets for training and evaluating models, and help build the processes and infrastructure to continuously assess how those models perform in production.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of data science, ML, AI safety, and policy. You'll work closely with safety researchers, engineers, and policy specialists to translate complex safety requirements into practical data and evaluation systems - starting hands-on with collection, analysis, and labelling, then building the methodologies, contributor networks, and quality standards that let this work scale.
In this role, you will
- Own safety datasets end-to-end: collection, cleaning, labelling, quality control, versioning, and readiness for training and evaluation.
- Translate safety policy into clear, consistent labelling and evaluation criteria, working closely with policy specialists.
- Design and manage labelling processes, including sourcing, onboarding, and overseeing external contributors to a high quality bar.
- Build evaluation workflows for models in production, using real-world data to track performance and surface issues.
- Develop lightweight Python/SQL pipelines and tooling to make data work faster and reproducible, partnering with ML engineers on what "training-ready" looks like.
Who you are
- Experience as a Data Scientist, or similar, working with real-world datasets and ML models.
- Strong grasp of what makes a good dataset: collection, cleaning, sampling, labelling, quality control, evaluation.
- Comfortable with Python and SQL for analysis and practical data workflows.
- Strong critical thinking and judgement - comfortable with ambiguity and nuance, and able to turn complex guidelines into consistent, scalable decisions.
- Autonomous and a clear communicator, able to work across disciplines (policy, engineering, research) in a fast-moving, still-forming environment.
Bonus points
- Experience in AI safety, trust & safety, content moderation, or fraud/abuse detection.
- Experience building datasets or evaluation frameworks, or with adversarial/safety-focused ML.
- Experience managing human-in-the-loop labelling processes, dataset versioning, or ML pipeline tooling.
- Experience operationalising guidelines with policy or legal teams.
Location
This role is based in London, where you'll work closely with our AI Safety and Policy teams.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
As Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition, you'll explore an important extension of how RevenueCat helps developers grow: helping them not just monetize the users they have, but acquire more of the right users in the first place.
RevenueCat already has several footholds in user acquisition, including our Apple Ads integration and integrations across the attribution and MMP ecosystem. But we're still early in defining what a broader RevenueCat user acquisition product should become. You'll be the first dedicated product hire focused on this space, reporting directly to our product lead for Ads, with significant latitude to shape both the strategy and the products we build.
This is a genuine zero-to-one role. You won't inherit a predetermined roadmap. Your job will be to deeply understand how app developers acquire users today, identify where RevenueCat has an opportunity to solve problems meaningfully better, and turn those insights into products we can test, ship, and scale.
You'll bring real expertise in mobile performance marketing and user acquisition to that process. The opportunity could eventually span attribution and measurement, products built on top of existing acquisition channels, new ways to optimize spend using downstream monetization data, partnerships, advertising infrastructure, or things we haven't considered yet. We have hypotheses, but we're hiring you in part because we want your perspective on which ones are worth pursuing.
RevenueCat has some unusual advantages to build from: relationships with a large ecosystem of app developers, deep visibility into subscription and monetization outcomes, infrastructure already embedded in apps, and a growing advertising business. The challenge is figuring out how those assets can translate into something uniquely valuable for developers trying to grow.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of experience owning meaningful product or growth decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, growth leader, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked.
- You have deep, hands-on experience with mobile user acquisition—either directly managing and optimizing acquisition for mobile apps, or building products and infrastructure used by mobile acquisition teams. You understand how app developers actually acquire users, measure performance, and make decisions about where to spend their next dollar.
- You understand the modern mobile acquisition stack, including MMPs and attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google advertising products, conversion APIs, and related measurement infrastructure.
- You can reason clearly about attribution, performance-marketing economics, and privacy. You understand concepts such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, optimization signals, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, consent management, and how downstream behavior should influence acquisition decisions.
- You thrive in zero-to-one environments. You can take a large, ambiguous opportunity, identify the most important unanswered questions, narrow it into product bets, and find pragmatic ways to test those bets before making large investments.
- You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on integrations, APIs, SDKs, data flows, identity, attribution, and other technical product decisions.
- You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing.
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:
- Spend significant time with developers understanding how they acquire users today, how they evaluate acquisition performance, and where the process is painful, expensive, fragmented, or opaque.
- Build a deep understanding of RevenueCat's existing acquisition-related products, integrations, data, customer research, and technical capabilities.
- Build strong working relationships with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and other product teams whose work intersects with user acquisition.
- Develop a clear picture of the acquisition ecosystem, the problems RevenueCat is particularly well positioned to solve, and the biggest assumptions we still need to test.
- Begin forming your own point of view on where RevenueCat could create differentiated value in user acquisition.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have narrowed the broad user acquisition opportunity into a small number of concrete product hypotheses, grounded in customer research, market understanding, and RevenueCat's unique advantages.
- Have a clear recommendation for where we should focus first — and why.
- Begin validating that direction through prototypes, design partners, technical exploration, lightweight product experiments, or an initial shippable bet.
- Establish a learning agenda that makes the biggest risks and unanswered questions explicit, and gives us a fast path to increasing or decreasing our conviction.
- Align senior stakeholders around what we're testing, what we're not pursuing yet, and what evidence would cause us to change direction.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have shipped our first substantive user acquisition product bet, or generated enough evidence to decisively change or stop it before making a larger investment.
- Have real evidence from the market about where RevenueCat can — and cannot — create differentiated value.
- Be independently driving product discovery, prioritization, and execution for the user acquisition area.
- Have developed an evidence-backed point of view on the most promising opportunities in the space and what capabilities RevenueCat would need to pursue them.
- Have turned a broad strategic opportunity into an increasingly focused product direction.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have established a clear strategic direction for RevenueCat in user acquisition, supported by customer behavior and product evidence rather than thesis alone.
- Have shipped meaningful products or experiments that either created measurable value for developers or materially changed our understanding of the opportunity—including changing or killing bets when the evidence didn’t support them.
- Have a credible longer-term roadmap for turning the strongest early signals into a meaningful RevenueCat product area.
- Be the primary IC product owner for User Acquisition and the internal domain expert on how app developers acquire, measure, and optimize users.
- Have helped define how RevenueCat's monetization data, developer footprint, and advertising capabilities can work together to create a differentiated position in app growth.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Copywriter with a focus in Product Marketing to sit at the intersection of product marketing and in-product experience. This is not a brand or campaign role — it's a performance-driven, product-close writing role. You'll own copy across landing pages, lifecycle emails, ads, feature launches, onboarding flows, in-product messaging, and everything in between. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand, and adopt Runway's products. That means writing copy that converts on a landing page, writing the in-product text that helps a user get started, and crafting the email that brings them back. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, design, and product teams — and you'll be measured on clarity, speed, and impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write landing page copy, ad copy, and performance marketing assets that drive acquisition and conversion
- Own in-product copy — onboarding flows, feature announcements, tooltips, modals, upgrade prompts, and CTAs
- Write lifecycle and product emails — launches, re-engagement, onboarding sequences, and feature adoption
- Own the narrative for launch videos and short-form product films, writing scripts, sharpening others' drafts, and making sure every frame makes the product's value clear
- Partner with product marketing on positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market copy for new releases
- Collaborate with design and product teams to shape the in-product writing experience
- Write and iterate on A/B test variants across landing pages, emails, and ads
- Translate complex, technical product capabilities into clear, compelling language for a range of audiences
- Maintain consistency in product voice and terminology across all touchpoints
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4+ years of experience in product copywriting, growth marketing or a related writing role at a tech or SaaS company
- A portfolio that shows range across performance marketing, product copy and in-product writing — not just brand campaigns
- Strong instinct for conversion-oriented writing — you think in terms of clarity, action, and outcomes
- Experience writing in-product copy (onboarding, feature education, UX microcopy) alongside marketing copy
- Comfort working with data — you can look at test results, funnel metrics and engagement data and know what to write next
- Experience partnering with product, design, and growth teams in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to context-switch across multiple launches and workstreams without losing quality
- Experience in AI, creative tools, or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring Infrastructure Engineers to build the platform every ElevenLabs team ships on. From the GPU clusters that train and serve our models to the cloud platform our product teams build on, you’ll own the infrastructure that millions of users and thousands of businesses depend on.
You’ll work directly with research, product, security and safety engineers to launch new infrastructure, scale it as their needs grow, and lead the migrations and platform improvements that make it more reliable, secure and cost-efficient.
- Run and scale Kubernetes clusters, including GPU clusters for inference and training, across cloud and on-prem.
- Set up compute, networking, permissions and access for other teams as they grow.
- Host and operate the data systems product teams depend on.
- Build the tooling, automations and services that make infrastructure self-serve for the rest of the companyTake on large efforts, such as cluster builds and cloud migrations, and see them through end to end.
We’re a flat team, so you’ll be hands-on from day one. You have strong opinions about doing things right, and you can still move fast when parts of the stack aren’t perfect.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep, hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production at scale.
- Strong experience with GCP, including designing, building and migrating cloud infrastructure end to end as an individual contributor.
- Strong Python and/or Golang skills and a habit of solving infrastructure problems with code and automation.
- Experience operating stateful systems (databases, observability stacks) on behalf of other engineering teams.
- Solid fundamentals in infrastructure as code (Terraform, ArgoCD), IAM management, and the pragmatism to prioritise what matters in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus: experience with GPU clusters or ML training/inference infrastructure (e.g. vLLM, Slurm), on-prem/bare-metal or deep networking experience, or open-source contributions in the cloud-native community.
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team to play a key role in building the operational backbone behind our partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving and operational excellence. You'll own the systems, automations, data, and dashboards that help our Partnerships team source, co-sell, and scale revenue through resellers, referral partners, technology partners, and strategic alliances.
Each Revenue Strategy & Operations team member is a dedicated partner to a specific go-to-market function. In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational counterpart to Partnerships leadership. You'll also work closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Data, and Product to make partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue visible, measurable, and repeatable.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Partner Lifecycle & Process Management: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end processes for the partner journey, including onboarding, deal registration, lead and referral routing, co-sell workflows, and payout or commission handling. Make these processes consistent, automated, and easy to adopt.
- Strategic Partnership to Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to Partnerships leadership, providing performance reporting, capacity and territory planning input, partner segmentation, and recommendations on program structure and incentives.
- Partner Attribution & Pipeline Visibility: Define and maintain how we track partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and co-sell pipeline and revenue across Salesforce and our data stack. Make sure partner contribution is accurately attributed and trusted by Sales, Finance, and leadership.
- Reporting & Analytics: Own dashboards, reports, and KPIs for partner performance, such as pipeline generation, win rates, sales cycle, partner ROI, and tier or segment health. Turn the data into insights that guide where we invest.
- Partner Program & Incentive Operations: Support the design, modeling, and rollout of partner programs, including tiering, rebates, referral fees, and MDF. Work with Finance and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Product on how partner deals are handled, from account mapping and conflict resolution to handoffs and renewals.
- Experimentation: Test new partner motions, lead sources, routing logic, and program levers. Measure what works and scale it.
WHO YOU ARE
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You'll thrive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI, driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and to push the frontiers of new technology.
- Are highly motivated, with a strong work ethic. We're at a critical moment in audio AI's evolution and committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical and efficient, and approach complex challenges with a first-principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
- Are energized by working with external partners and by the ambiguity of building a program that's still scaling.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Partner/Channel Operations at a high-growth technology company
- Hands-on experience supporting partner, channel, alliance, or co-sell motions (e.g., deal registration, partner attribution, referral or reseller programs)
- A proven track record of building end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis through execution
- Strong Salesforce experience, including objects, reporting, and process design for partner-related workflows
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g., Sigma)
- The ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable steps
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
- A highly adaptable, proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

ABOUT THE ROLE
The ElevenLabs Impact Program exists to democratize access to our technology and make AI work for all people, supporting for-good use cases across healthcare, education, and culture. Today, our work includes providing free and discounted access to nonprofits, partnering with university professors to bring voice AI into the classroom and the research lab, and working to restore the voices of one million people living with permanent voice loss through our 1 Million Voices initiative (learn more at elevenlabs.io/impact http://elevenlabs.io/impact). We're looking for a Producer to own the external storytelling and event presence for Impact, a role that coordinates PR, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production. This is a hands-on, in-house role: you're the person who makes sure every launch, film, and activation meets (or, ideally raises) the bar of the rest of the company's output, working closely with our internal Design, Comms, and Events teams, and, when applicable, with the external agencies and production teams supporting PR, film, and creative execution. Much of Impact’s work is made with people who live with a disability, or are members of vulnerable communities. You will ensure their views carry equal weight and their input helps shape every project, from first conversation to final cut. As Impact's first dedicated producer, you'll build the production and launch engine for a team whose external footprint is scaling fast; this quarter alone includes more than five events, six documentaries in production, two live ElevenLabs Summit sessions, a partner launch every month, and several more case studies in flight.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate production of Impact's documentary case studies: travel and work onsite for filming when needed, work closely with external production and direction teams, bringing opinions on story and craft, and partner with our Design team to make sure every film meets ElevenLabs' bar and brand guidelines.
- Work alongside subjects of our case studies, many of whom live with a disability, as equals and ensure that the production team does the same. You will build in consent, access needs, and editorial input at every stage to ensure alignment in how the story is told, cut, and shared.
- Plan and execute Impact's conferences and activations alongside the Events team, turning each one into an in-person moment that drives real ROI and leaves a lasting impression, with Impact's own storytelling angle built in.
- Support Comms in telling Impact's story through PR, coordinating with Comms and, when applicable, a PR agency to keep press windows and partner announcements on track, and helping make sure Impact's international stories get told well as the program expands globally.
- Partner with Design to keep all video and static collateral on-brand, advocating for a high creative standard and Impact’s lens.
- Carry a consistent visual and narrative thread across launches, blog content, and ElevenLabs Summit presentations.
- Draft copy for social and blog content, collaborating with Comms to land a final draft, and with Design on all launch-related visual assets.
- Manage multiple concurrent launches, shoots, and events at once.
REQUIREMENTS
- A great project manager with a sharp creative eye, someone who runs cross-functional logistics flawlessly, has real taste, and will push the team to hit it.
- Proven practical experience working with vulnerable communities, especially people living with a disability, and ensuring they are provided the time, space and accommodation to be equal partners in high-pressure productions, on tight timelines, and in public.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of juggling several production timelines at once.
- Creative or production background (agency, marketing, in-house brand/content team, documentary or branded content) comfortable being on set and in the room with Design, not just commissioning the work.
- Strong writing and visual taste; can tell when something is on-brand and polish-worthy.
- 2-5 years of experience in production, events, or brand marketing.
- Comfortable traveling for shoots and events.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a RevOps Systems Architect to design and build the systems behind a modern, AI-powered go-to-market engine. This isn’t a Salesforce admin role, and it isn’t a support function. You’ll be the technical owner of how our GTM stack fits together: Salesforce at the core, surrounded by the data, enrichment, engagement, billing, and AI tools our revenue teams depend on.
You’ll operate as an architect and a hands-on builder. You’ll set the technical direction for our CRM and GTM tooling, then ship it yourself with Flows, Apex, SQL, and custom services, including Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that make our CRM a first-class participant in AI-driven workflows. For larger efforts, you’ll partner with our engineering team, scoping, designing, and delivering together as a technical peer.
In this role, you will:
- Own the architecture of our GTM systems: the Salesforce object model and data architecture, how data moves between Salesforce and the rest of the stack, and the standards that keep it all healthy and scalable.
- Design and build integrations between Salesforce and adjacent tools (data warehouse, enrichment, sales engagement, billing/CPQ, internal apps), choosing the right tool for each problem, whether that’s native Salesforce, Apex, middleware, or custom services.
- Build and maintain automations using Flows, Apex, and custom services that power GTM processes end to end, with a bias toward solutions that are intelligent, observable, and maintainable.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI agents that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows, and define how AI fits into our revenue operations over time.
- Design and own SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting, making sure the numbers leadership relies on are trustworthy and traceable to source.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical strategy, from stakeholder conversation through design, build, rollout, and adoption.
- Raise the bar for the team: establish best practices for change management, testing, documentation, and technical debt, and mentor teammates on systems thinking.
- Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to prioritize the systems work with the highest business impact.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years in Salesforce administration and development, with a track record of owning a complex, high-growth org and its architecture, not just maintaining it.
- Strong Apex skills: you can design, build, debug, and maintain triggers, custom logic, and integrations independently, and you know when not to write code.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs, middleware, or custom services, and designing for failure modes, data integrity, and scale.
- SQL proficiency: you decompose ambiguous questions into well-structured queries and are comfortable with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- A systems mindset: you can hold an end-to-end GTM process in your head, trace a field from origin through every downstream dependency, and anticipate what breaks when something changes.
- Strong judgment and ownership: you scope problems yourself, make sound build-vs-buy and architecture calls, and drive projects to completion with little direction.
- Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and earn trust across teams.
- Excited by AI-native systems and curious about where Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersect. You’re already experimenting in this space.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem
