ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp’s Reseller Channel is one of our fastest-growing motions, and as a Reseller Partner Development Representative (PDR), you’ll be at the forefront of acquiring new partners to accelerate that growth.

- Identify firms that act as Value Added Resellers (VARs) or distributors and assess alignment with Ramp’s program

- Build a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline for Channel Partner Managers to convert into signed partnerships
- Craft outbound messaging and campaigns tailored to reseller partner needs
- Partner with Channel Partner Managers to ensure smooth, qualified hand-offs
- Maintain accurate partner and opportunity data in Salesforce and other internal tools
What You Need
- A builder’s mindset — excited to shape Ramp’s reseller partner acquisition motion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative tone
- Comfort engaging senior stakeholders at reseller and distribution firms
- Experience in partnerships, channel sales, sales development, or outbound sales
- Curiosity about reseller business models and how Ramp fits into their revenue streams
- Organizational discipline to manage outbound motions, track metrics, and iterate quickly
Nice to Haves
- Experience prospecting into or working with resellers/distributors

Customer Technical Advisor:
Build trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders across data engineering, analytics, AI, infrastructure, platform, security, application, and operations teams. Guide customers toward informed architecture decisions.
PoC Ownership and Delivery:
Plan and conduct customer PoCs from initial scope through final technical review. Agree on success criteria, design and deploy the solution, integrate the required data stack components, build representative use cases, run functional and performance tests, troubleshoot issues, document results, and drive the PoC to a clear outcome and production plan.
Customer Success Beyond the Win:
Partner with Customer Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering to help customers move from PoC to production and expand adoption across additional workloads and teams.
Ecosystem, Enablement & Field Operations
Cloud-Native and Kubernetes Guidance:
Provide technical leadership on Kubernetes, containers, automation, and deployment patterns across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
Solution Integration:
Work with customer teams and technology partners to integrate data sources, ingestion and streaming tools, processing and analytics engines, AI platforms, identity systems, observability tools, and infrastructure components.
Technical Presentations and Enablement:
Deliver architecture presentations, whiteboard sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and technical enablement for customers, partners, and internal teams.
RFP, RFI, and Technical Response Support:
Lead or contribute to technical responses covering the full data platform, including architecture, integrations, security, scalability, performance, and operational requirements.
Product Intelligence & Market Expertise

Capture customer requirements, PoC findings, integration needs, and field feedback. Work with Product and Engineering teams to resolve gaps and inform priorities.
Competitive and Market Expertise:
Stay current on object storage, data lakehouse, AI infrastructure, analytics, Kubernetes, cloud, and competing data platforms. Explain technical differentiation in the context of customer use cases.
Your Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in a senior customer-facing technical role such as Field Architect, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Consultant.

Strong understanding of object storage and S3-compatible architectures, including security, replication, data protection, performance, and scale-out design.
Hands-on experience with Linux, networking, storage systems, containers, Kubernetes, and modern data center infrastructure.
Practical experience with relevant data stack technologies, such as Kafka, Debezium, NiFi, Spark, Flink, Trino, Starburst, Iceberg, Delta Lake, or data catalogs. Experience with every listed technology is not required.
Experience designing or supporting AI, machine learning, analytics, lakehouse, or large-scale data pipeline environments.
Experience with public and hybrid cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or private cloud platforms.
Ability to lead technical discovery, design architectures, build demonstrations, analyze performance, troubleshoot integrations, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
Strong verbal, written, whiteboarding, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively across customers, partners, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Engineering teams.
Strong customer-success orientation, intellectual curiosity, sense of ownership, and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to support customers, partners, field events, and internal team activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Staff Research Scientist, you will join a team of 40+ researchers and engineers in our R&D department, working on the frontier of generative AI with a focus on avatar-centric, interactive video diffusion models.
This is a unique opportunity for experts in machine learning and diffusion models to shape the future of AI video agents that listen, respond, and react like humans. As part of our Interactive Avatars team, you'll build models that hold natural, real-time conversations: understanding what a user says and how they say it, then responding with appropriate turn-taking, backchannels, gaze, and facial and body reactions. You'll join a team that moves fast, iterates often, and turns breakthrough research into product capabilities that ship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the research direction and roadmap for dyadic interaction modeling, balancing long-term bets with near-term product impact.
- Advance the state of the art in the perceptual layer of interactive agents, including understanding user audio and video and generating contextually appropriate reactions.
- Post-train multimodal models to generate rich, natural dyadic interactions from user audio and video inputs.
- Adapt diffusion models to new conditioning signals, such as conversational state, turn-taking, and listener cues.
- Build robust evaluation frameworks and test suites for continuous tracking of interaction quality.
- Partner with our data team to define data needs and shape high-quality datasets.
- Lead and mentor a small group of researchers, and drive technical decisions across research, data, and engineering.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Deep ML expertise and extensive hands-on experience with diffusion models, ideally for video or avatar generation.
- A strong publication record at top-tier venues (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, SIGGRAPH) in areas such as world models, dyadic interaction, or video diffusion, or equivalent demonstrated impact.
- Experience leading a small team of researchers and mentoring junior members.
- A track record of taking research from idea to production.
- Proficiency in PyTorch and modern ML tooling for large-scale training.
- Clear communication of hypotheses, experiments, and results, and the ability to influence direction across teams.
NICE TO HAVE

A QUICK RUN-DOWN OF THE JOB
We're looking for a Data Product Lead to own the direction and output of LI.FI http://LI.FI's Data team. This is partially a hands-on role with a clear focus on analytics and product thinking. You'll spend a significant portion of your time on the data yourself: deep-dive analyses, dashboards, business cases, and sharing insights that shape how we make decisions across the company. The rest of your time goes to product thinking, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and leading the team.
You'll report to our CTO and line manage the Data team, partnering closely with our Data Tech Lead who owns the technical and infrastructure side. Think of it as the PM-and-tech-lead model: you own the what and why, your tech lead partner owns the how. Together you set the roadmap and priorities for the team.
Please note: This role is remote within the EMEA region. Your application will not be considered otherwise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Data team's priorities, intake, and triage; run team rituals including planning, reviews, and workshops
- Do hands-on analytics work: deep-dives, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations that change decisions, including data inputs for the weekly report and Monthly Business Review
- Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs, and align the data roadmap with product roadmaps
- Translate business questions from stakeholders into clear specs, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria the team can deliver
- Act as the quality gate on analyses, dashboards, and datasets before they reach internal or external stakeholders
- Coach and develop the Data team, levelling up team members on problem framing, communication, and stakeholder management
- Partner with the Data Tech Lead to co-own the roadmap, making sure infrastructure work serves real business needs
WHAT MAKES A GOOD CANDIDATE
- 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work, with experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team
- Expert SQL: you can pull, validate, and challenge data independently, without relying on engineers
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Omni, Superset, or similar)
- Strong business and product mindset: you use data to find revenue, pricing, or growth opportunities, not just to answer questions
- Enough technical depth to be a real partner to data engineers; comfortable discussing warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and trade-offs
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering, finance, BD, and C-suite
- Strong data storytelling: you adapt the message to technical and non-technical audiences
- Crypto/DeFi domain experience: ideally in a data role at a crypto company, or demonstrable deep understanding of the space (cross-chain, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and you'll need to build some of the playbook as you go
NICE TO HAVE
- Python
- dbt and dimensional modelling
- Semantic layer design and metric definition management
- AI-readiness: structuring data, metrics, and documentation so they can be reliably consumed by LLMs and agents
- ML modelling experience (forecasting, classification, anomaly detection)
- On-chain data and tooling (e.g. Dune Analytics)
- Exposure to streaming data (e.g. Kafka)
We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!

We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team
To sustain the company's growth, Ledger is looking for a Senior Scala Backend Engineer to join the Cloud Wallet team. This team builds and operates the backend services that power blockchain account management, transaction processing and on-chain data aggregation across all Ledger wallet surfaces, from Ledger Live to Ledger Enterprise, the custody platform used by financial institutions. Every client transaction goes through these services, and so does every new blockchain Ledger supports. We believe in the power of functional programming to build robust and scalable platforms. We take time to share, challenge, and grow together through bi-weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, meetups, conferences, and open source contributions.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, build and operate the Scala services that connect Ledger wallets and the Ledger Enterprise platform to blockchain backends: account creation, operation history, transaction crafting, broadcast and lifecycle tracking.
- Lead new blockchain integrations end to end, from the integration design (ADR) to production, across account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Own production quality on your scope: SLIs and SLOs, observability, distributed tracing. Take part in the firefighting rotation and drive incidents to resolution, including those raised by institutional clients.
- Define clear contracts with the Coin Integration and Ledger Enterprise teams, for example where UTXO selection lives or how transaction states are exposed to consumers.
- Write and review ADRs, challenge designs, and raise the bar on code quality, testing (including end-to-end on testnets) and technical debt management.
- Work in an AI-native way: use coding agents daily, write the specifications, constraints and verification that let them deliver safely, and contribute to the team's AI tooling.
- Mentor other engineers and share your knowledge across the Backend Blockchain community.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with:
- The Coin Integration team for coin modules and new blockchain integrations.
- The Ledger Enterprise team, main consumer of the team's services for institutional custody.
- The Ledger Wallet, Ledger Button and Wallet XP teams as consumers of the team's backend APIs.
- The Blockchain platform team for data model alignment, indexing and event streaming.
- The Infrastructure and SRE teams for deployment, reliability and scalability.
- The Security team (Donjon) for vulnerability analysis and remediation.
- The Product team for roadmap prioritization and customer-driven requirements.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of backend engineering, with real production ownership of distributed systems.
- Strong production experience
- Interest for Scala and functional programming practice
- Hands-on blockchain integration experience: transaction lifecycle, fees, finality, reorgs, on at least two models among account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Experience with event-driven systems and data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, NATS or equivalent) and with observability tooling (Datadog or equivalent).
- Able to diagnose an incident across several services and own the outcome, from root cause to fix in production.
- Comfortable reading and contributing to TypeScript code, as the team works on a polyglot stack.
- Daily use of AI coding tools, with a critical eye on their output.
- Clear written communication in English, especially for design documents and incident reports.
