Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Lauren, Senior Manager of Customer Success at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Mid-Market, APAC or EMEA team.
You'll own the success of a dedicated portfolio of roughly 40-60 Mid-Market customers — acting as their strategic advisor from onboarding through long-term adoption, and driving commercial outcomes across your book of business. You'll partner closely with Account Management, Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering to help customers realize real value throughout their lifecycle.
We don't need you to be a marketing expert or a deeply technical one. We need someone who's an expert at asking the right questions — someone who digs until they find the real problem, not just the reported one, and who can influence a customer to make progress and move through blockers. You'll be curious and eager to understand our app well enough to take a customer's use case and turn our features into outcomes that matter to them.
What we value
Curiosity about the business behind the customer:
You're genuinely interested in how companies operate and enjoy learning your customers' industries and goals. You ask about the
why
behind a request before recommending a solution.
Trusted advisor, not ticket-taker:
You build relationships that turn you into a strategic partner rather than someone who simply answers questions. You have well-formed opinions about customer experience and aren't shy about sharing them.
Ownership of commercial outcomes:
You see CS as a value and growth engine. You take ownership of outcomes across your book and naturally look for opportunities to create more value, partnering with AM on retention and expansion.
Comfort in ambiguity:
You thrive on complex, open-ended customer challenges — bringing together business context, technical understanding, and creativity to solve them. You're calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to juggle competing priorities across a full portfolio.
AI-forward thinking:
You're comfortable using AI tools to improve your own productivity and your customers' outcomes, and you bring a growth mindset toward experimenting with new AI-powered ways of working.
What you'll do
Manage a dedicated portfolio of ~40-60 Mid-Market customers as their strategic partner across the full customer lifecycle
Lead onboarding — running kickoffs and milestone check-ins, and guiding customers to their first measurable outcomes
Build a deep understanding of each customer's goals and translate them into measurable, mutual success plans
Provide proactive, consultative guidance through regular strategic touchpoints and value-driven conversations
Monitor customer health, spot adoption trends, and address risks before they impact success
Partner with Account Management to support retention and expansion, and coordinate with Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering when deeper expertise is needed
Own escalations end to end — from identification through resolution — keeping customers informed and confident throughout
Advocate for your customers internally by sharing product feedback and influencing improvements to the customer experience
Drive AI adoption across your portfolio — coaching customers on AI-powered solutions and modeling what AI-native Customer Success looks like
Contribute to the broader CS organization by sharing best practices, improving playbooks, and participating in webinars and enablement initiatives
What we're looking for
2+ years as a Customer Success Manager for technical products, in a SaaS environment
Experience communicating with software developers in a technical capacity
Opinionated about customer experience — you should have well-formed views in order to give customers strategic advice
Fluency in French, Russian, and/or Spanish (we are prioritizing multilingual candidates for this role)
Located in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom or Ireland
Bonus: experience designing lifecycle messages
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. The salary for this role is
$80,000 USD
(or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

You'll report to the Head of TA, partner directly with R&D leadership, and own how hiring gets done on your desk from intake to accepted offer. We're remote-first and give you real trust and autonomy from day one, so you'll shape how we hire as we scale.
What you’ll do in the role:
Own full-cycle searches for R&D/ Technical focused roles, from intake to offer acceptance, and deliver diverse, well-vetted slates on target timelines.
Manage a full desk of priority reqs, keep candidates moving within our hiring SLAs, and keep Greenhouse data clean without being chased. This includes sourcing, interviewing, reviwing applicants, scheduling etc.
Advise Hiring Managers on search strategy and leveling, using market data, pipeline analytics, and compensation benchmarks to shape decisions rather than only carry them out.
Build lasting advisory relationships with your Business Unit leaders: align stakeholders on a shared plan, guide debate to a decision, and explain the reasoning once it's made.
Partner with the Head of TA to turn approved headcount into recruiting plans, and flag risks early with a proposed fix.
Own the implementation of our competency-based hiring process by building Greenhouse scorecards, running interviewer kick-offs, and facilitating structured debriefs.
Use DEI sourcing tactics that broaden representation and improve quality of hire.
Analyze funnel metrics in Greenhouse and Gem, share what you learn with stakeholders, and improve the process, including cross-functional TA projects like interviewer enablement and candidate-experience NPS.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech, with a track record of filling senior engineering IC and first-line manager roles.
Experience running a full desk of concurrent reqs while holding to clear SLAs and quality standards.
A history of acting as a talent advisor, where you turned funnel and compensation data into recommendations that changed hiring decisions.
Hands-on experience with structured interviewing and ATS (scorecards, reporting, scheduling workflows).
Measurable results from DEI sourcing and fair-assessment practices.
Crisp written updates, plus experience facilitating productive kick-offs, debriefs, and pipeline reviews.
Comfort having direct, kind conversations with Hiring Managers about candidates, leveling, or process, in line with Honeycomb's values of Ownership, Feedback Is a Muscle, and Kind Candor.
Experience in a remote-first, fast-changing environment, and a habit of mentoring peers and improving process as you go.
Nice to haves:
Experience with Competency based hiring
Experience utilizing AI to help make process improvements
Preferred experience with Greenhouse
In-house recruiting experience strongly preferred
Base Salary based on level of experience
$140,000
—
$165,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We're looking for a hands-on Global Workplace Lead to own workplace experience across all Modal offices. You'll manage our Workplace Experience team and set the tone for the day-to-day operations, programs, and physical environments that make each location thrive. You care as much about how a space feels as how it functions, and bring the same taste and judgment to our offices that we bring to our product. You'll develop a deep understanding of what each office actually needs, and build trusted relationships with local leads and cross-functional partners across the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage and develop a team of workplace services professionals: setting direction, coaching performance, and building a high-functioning team.
- Own operational quality across every office by tracking service levels and space utilization, spotting patterns, and fixing the underlying causes of recurring problems.
- Stay ahead of what the business needs next by keeping a pulse on both local realities and company-wide priorities.
- Build the global budget and vendor strategy for workplace experience, and hold contractors and service providers accountable to clear performance expectations.
- Guide workplace experience through major transitions, including new office openings and relocations.
- Shape how Modal's brand and culture show up physically — bringing the same clarity, craft, and attention to detail to our spaces that we bring to our product.
- Synthesize data, stakeholder input, and business context into recommendations for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in workplace, facilities, or office operations, ideally at a high-growth tech company where you built programs rather than inherited them.
- 2+ years of people management, including leading team members through office moves or openings.
- Experience overseeing workplace operations across multiple offices, ideally in more than one country.
- Strong taste and judgment — an instinct for what looks and feels like Modal.
- A clear willingness to take a hands-on approach and dive into the details.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and translate company strategy into effective local execution.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace with rapidly changing priorities.
- Excited to be in an in-office role, collaborating with team members IRL.
- Willing and able to travel to Modal offices globally.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's Compliance Operations teams, including the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), investigations and enhanced due diligence, are the front line of how Kraken detects and responds to financial crime. The systems they run on sit within Core Services Product, alongside the engineering teams who build them. That covers alert ingestion, case management, investigator tooling and a growing set of automation and AI tools.
This role owns the product for that investigation platform. That means how an alert is created, enriched, grouped and suppressed. How it becomes a case. How an investigator reaches and documents a decision. And how every step is evidenced to a regulator or auditor. You'll start with the FIU, where the workflows are most complex and the audit bar is highest, then extend the platform across Compliance Operations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the investigation-platform roadmap end to end. Sequence it and defend it, and re-sequence it when a regulator or the RCO raises a P0.
- Define "done" before build starts. Write phased deliverables and acceptance criteria that Compliance signs off, and hold the line when scope moves.
- Get requirements in before engineering starts. Build the intake between Compliance policy, monitoring rules and case management so that changes don't reach investigators before their workflows are ready.
- Understand the process before building. Reconcile policy and SOPs against what investigators actually do and what the system actually does. Know the difference between a process fix and a technical one, and say which requests are in scope for engineering.
- Understand the pipeline well enough to challenge it: ingestion, profile and transaction resolution, suppression and grouping logic, and reconciliation between vendor output and case management. Be able to walk an auditor through it with live examples.
- Make auditability a first-class requirement: audit trail, data lineage, evidence retention, reviewer attribution, change-management controls, and validation of filtering and suppression logic.
- Ship automation and AI into regulated workflows with controls that hold up in Compliance, IT and privacy audits. That means human-in-the-loop design, explainability and ongoing monitoring.
- Run the operating rhythm: a shared forum with engineering and adjacent product managers, a regular stakeholder update, and one delivery status that everyone reads the same way.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of product management, including 2+ years on financial-crime systems such as transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD or sanctions screening.
- Working knowledge of how an AML programme is examined, including the questions regulators, internal audit and model validation ask about monitoring, filing and control systems.
- The technical fluency to go deep on data flows and system design with engineers, and to spot when a design won't meet the requirement.
- A track record of shipping internal tools or operational platforms that measurably changed how an operations team works.
- Clear, concise writing, from PRDs and phase plans to audit walkthroughs and executive updates.
- The judgement to tell a senior stakeholder a timeline isn't realistic because the requirements aren't written yet, and to keep the relationship intact.
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct FIU experience, such as alert disposition, SAR/STR filing or leading investigators.
- Crypto or digital-asset experience, such as blockchain analytics, wallet-level transaction analysis or focal vs counterparty logic.
- Experience shipping AI or ML into a regulated investigative workflow, including the control design.
- Build-vs-buy and vendor evaluation for monitoring or case-management tooling.
- Experience with programmes that span jurisdictions (UK, EU/MiCA, US).
