WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE?
This role is for a highly experienced Back-End Software Engineer who wants to work on core systems that shape how the platform (Model Vault) operates. You will help define the architecture of the platform where reliability, security, performance, and simplicity all matter, and where many of the problems do not have off-the-shelf solutions.
Model Vault is Cohere’s inference platform for deploying and operating models securely at enterprise scale. The team owns the systems between a customer and the underlying AI infrastructure, including identity, deployments, metering, billing, security, privacy, and confidential computing. We are strengthening these systems as Model Vault grows, with the goal of scaling to millions of users and supporting some of the world’s most demanding enterprise workloads.
AS A SENIOR/STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER, YOU WILL:
- Evolve and scale the backend systems that power Model Vault, including authentication and authorization, deployment management, billing, metering, and customer lifecycle.
- Lead major architectural initiatives across identity, payments, usage systems, platform scalability, and other core product foundations.
- Build highly reliable control-plane services for provisioning, configuring, scaling, and operating model deployments across clouds and hardware platforms.
- Design APIs and distributed systems with strong guarantees around correctness, consistency, isolation, failure recovery, idempotency, and observability.
- Build security and privacy into the platform architecture, including tenant isolation, least-privilege access, auditability, secrets management, encryption, and confidential computing boundaries.
- Solve complex problems that span backend systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI inference, where conventional SaaS patterns are often not enough.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from architecture and threat modeling through implementation, rollout, production operations, and iteration based on real customer workloads.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF:
- You are a strong backend engineer with excellent fundamentals in distributed systems, databases, networking, operating systems, and security.
- You have strong programming fundamentals and experience building production systems in languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar. You write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and make thoughtful tradeoffs between simplicity, performance, and correctness.
- You have designed and operated production systems where correctness, availability, security, and performance mattered at significant scale.
- You can take ambiguous, high-impact technical problems, define the right architecture, and drive them through to reliable production systems.
- You have strong systems-design instincts and understand concepts such as concurrency, consistency, caching, queues, rate limiting, backpressure, failure domains, idempotency, and graceful degradation.
- You think deeply about security boundaries and understand authentication, authorization, identity, cryptography, secrets, tenant isolation, and how small implementation choices can create significant security risks.
- You are comfortable reasoning across backend services, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and the cloud infrastructure they run on.
- You are comfortable diving into unfamiliar codebases and debugging complex problems that cross service or system boundaries.
- You care about the details of production engineering, including instrumentation, capacity planning, migrations, backwards compatibility, incident response, and safe rollouts.
- You are comfortable challenging existing architecture and evolving foundational components when the system’s needs change.
- You have a track record of taking technically difficult projects from an unclear starting point to systems that other engineers and customers depend on.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.

- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:

That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

About the Role
At Playson, we work with a deliberately small team of people who own what they do. This role follows that model. You’ll ensure our presence at the industry’s biggest international exhibitions, organise our signature Playson&Friends parties, and the exclusive experiences we create for our closest partners. Here, one person’s ownership makes a visible difference. You’ll have real autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and a brand that cares about quality in everything it puts its name on.
We’re looking for someone who takes a complex project with dozens of moving parts and closes it end to end: budget, vendors, logistics, brand, guests, and the details nobody else noticed. Our clients come to expect the same standard from our events as from our games, and that standard is quality.
Key Responsibilities
International exhibitions and industry events
- Participation at major iGaming events such as ICE, SiGMA and SBC. This runs from strategy and budget through booth design and build to on-site delivery and post-event review.
- Negotiating with organisers, agencies and suppliers to get high-quality delivery within budget, and taking responsibility for both.
Client experiences
- Planning and producing Playson&Friends parties, our signature events where partners come together to celebrate and connect.
- Designing and delivering high-end experiences and one-of-a-kind moments for small groups of key clients.
- Handling every aspect: concept, venues, travel, hospitality, safety, timing and guest experience. Ensuring each experience feels effortless for the guest and reflects Playson’s brand.
Branded client hampers and promotional gifting
- Partnering with Account Managers to turn their promotional initiatives into branded and themed client hampers, including concept, sourcing, production, personalisation and international delivery.
- Building a reliable supplier network and a process that can deliver consistent quality at scale and on short notice.
Requirements
- 3+ years in event management, client hospitality or BTL marketing, ideally in iGaming, tech or entertainment.
- A proven track record of delivering complex international projects end to end, with personal accountability for the outcome. We’ll ask you for examples.
- The ability to manage several large projects at once and stay calm and decisive when plans change on-site.
- Experience producing premium, high-touch experiences for VIP or key-account audiences.
- Strong budget management and confident negotiation with suppliers and agencies.
- A creative eye, strong taste and close attention to brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of the global iGaming landscape and events ecosystem is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
What we Offer
- Benefit from a transparent and systematic quarterly bonus system.
- We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate your needs.
- Choose to work remotely, providing greater flexibility and comfort.
- Enjoy unlimited paid vacation leave, including bank holidays.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Supabase manages millions of Postgres instances and is growing. We have strong teams across observability, release engineering, and incident management — and we're concentrating our reliability efforts into a dedicated SRE practice that ties the discipline together across the platform.
You'll be embedded within Service Operations, and your primary job is to make every engineering team more reliable — not by owning their infrastructure, but by establishing the practices, frameworks, and feedback loops that let them own reliability themselves. You'll work across the org: sometimes setting the standard, sometimes pair-programming a fix, sometimes helping a team define their error budget, sometimes telling them it's exhausted.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong vision for how SRE should work and thrives in async, fast-paced environments where influence matters more than authority.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Partner with service teams to define meaningful SLIs and SLOs grounded in customer experience, and build the error budget policies that turn them into engineering decisions
- Own and evolve the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) process — conducting reviews for new services and major changes across observability, alerting, runbooks, capacity, and graceful degradation
- Strengthen the incident-to-improvement pipeline: connecting postmortem findings to operational readiness gaps, identifying repeat failure patterns, and driving systemic fixes
- Act as the reliability expert teams pull in for architecture reviews, failure mode analysis, dependency mapping, and resilience design
- Identify and quantify operational toil across the org, and build or advocate for automation that eliminates it
- Help teams design sustainable on-call practices: alert quality, escalation paths, runbook coverage, and noise reduction
- Track and report on org-wide operational maturity, surfacing systemic gaps and driving remediation
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 7+ years of experience in SRE, production engineering, or reliability-focused roles, including experience shaping SRE practices and driving adoption across engineering teams
- Have a software engineering mindset — you write code and build tools, not just configure them
- Have hands-on experience defining and operationalizing SLOs/SLIs at scale, including error budget policies that actually influenced engineering decisions
- Have deep experience with incident response, postmortem facilitation, and turning incident learnings into systemic improvements
- Have worked with large-scale multi-tenant systems (bonus: managed database platforms or Postgres)
- Are proficient with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi preferred, Terraform/CDK also acceptable)
- Communicate clearly and persuasively — this role requires influencing without authority across a distributed org
- Have experience in async or globally distributed teams
- Are energized by making other teams more effective rather than being the one who fixes everything
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Kubernetes-based platform operations
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, or similar observability tooling
- Experience building developer-facing reliability tooling (SLO dashboards, ORR frameworks, toil tracking, DORA metrics)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits

- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the core ElevenCreative product experience for creators and marketers who sign up, subscribe, and build on their own. Self-serve users make up the majority of ElevenCreative’s user base, and they use the platform to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
You’ll drive growth and adoption across the self-serve product experience, focusing on how users discover what ElevenCreative can do, how they move from a first generation into agents, video, and multi-step creative workflows, and what keeps them coming back and upgrading. There’s no shortage of things we could build. The job is defining the big bets, scoping them well, and shipping them quickly with the team.
PMs at ElevenLabs work in small, highly collaborative teams with minimal process, alongside engineers who have room to build creatively and lead. The scope is broad by design. Some weeks lean toward product, others toward growth or go-to-market work, and you’ll own whatever it takes to make ElevenCreative the best product for its users.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive growth and adoption of the self-serve product, focusing on onboarding, activation, and upgrade moments, and partnering with growth, lifecycle, and pricing teams where they connect
- Scope and define the big bets for the self-serve product across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows
- Find the biggest opportunities in the user journey through product data and user behavior, and turn them into clearly scoped projects
- Drive adoption of newer experiences like agents and video, helping users expand from a single product into the full platform
- Work with engineering and design to ship quickly, mocking up early concepts yourself when it speeds things up
- Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and the moments that bring users into new parts of the product
- Define success metrics for your area and track activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans
- Talk to creators and marketers regularly to understand how they work and where the product falls short, and bring those insights back to the team
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products
- A track record of moving growth and adoption metrics through the products you’ve shipped
- Deep familiarity with the creative space and the creators and marketers who use these tools, with a habit of bringing user insights into every product decision
- Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end
- Design-minded, with a high bar for quality and user experience and the ability to mock up concepts yourself
- Technical fluency to go deep with engineers on how things are built and the tradeoffs involved
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in product analytics tools to find opportunities and measure impact
- A track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on what the data shows
- Ownership pedigree, meaning you drive your own projects fully rather than handing off after the spec
- Curiosity about AI and creative tools, and close attention to how the space is moving

- A bias for action: you get things done without waiting to be asked and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
- Alignment with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
- Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.

- Experience taking a website redesign from concept to launch.
- Illustration and basic motion design skills.
- Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $180,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.

Baseten has emerging co-sell relationships with multiple strategic marketplaces and clouds, including OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/talk-to-us/openai/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid_search&utm_campaign=acquisition_ICA-OpenAI-Partnership_2026-09-30&utm_term=baseten%20openai&utm_campaign=Search+-+Models&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&utm_id=24316507588&hsa_acc=9990356727&hsa_cam=24316507588&hsa_grp=199416272086&hsa_ad=826599669780&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-2504168645905&hsa_kw=baseten%20openai&hsa_mt=e&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=24316507588&gbraid=0AAAAAqCKh1tZ-ESp-CbtgHnyoj6pkRZGL&gclid=CjwKCAjw56zWBhB0EiwAdPOQOTzW3Bhx_UxkJI6XA8gB1rqClDpNVWFQtTzWlO0RBCV5Xx_yB54yDxoCcd4QAvD_BwE, NVIDIA and other Hyperscalers, Model Labs, and Data Platforms. The task at hand is to enable and activate partner sellers and to ensure that our internal field teams are well-supported to work successful with partner teams.
As Baseten’s Partner Enablement Lead, you'll turn each partnership into a repeatable field motion. You'll work out why a partner account executive should care about Baseten, which of their customers are a fit, and what joint execution looks like. Then you'll co-build what it takes for sellers on both sides to run that play: the value proposition, the account mapping, the talk tracks, the training, and the relationships with partner field leaders.
As always, the work starts with earning partner attention. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an ecosystem GTM operator who peaks in enablement. Your work will include deep cross-functional collaboration, instructional design, content development, and training delivery. You won't own partner-sourced pipeline directly, but you will make those who do much more effective.
Our partnerships span Hyperscalers, Model Labs, Semiconductors, Consulting and Systems Integrators, and Data Platforms. While much of what partner enablement looks will be in your hands to define, it will include getting in front of field sellers, developing co-sell opportunities, and driving adoption of marketplace incentives for customers to buy Baseten against the commitments they already have.
You'll report to the Head of GTM Enablement & Productivity and work closely with our Partnerships, Sales, FDE, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design the joint go-to-market motion with strategic partners
- Build a working picture of each partner's field: seller roles, how they're paid and measured, what makes them bring in a third party, and what gets in the way.
- Define joint value propositions, customer triggers, and target segments in partnership with our alliance leads and sales & revops leadership.
- Turn those into co-sell plays with clear entry points, owners, and next steps for both sides.
- Run account mapping with partner teams so the plays land on specific accounts, not just slides.
Activate partner field teams
- Activate partner sellers and their managers to be aware of Baseten, confident in when to pull us in, and motivated to do so.
- Build relationships with partner field leaders, partner development managers, and ISV teams so enablement reaches the sellers who matter.
- Plan and run activations by region and segment: field briefings, account planning sessions, joint office hours, and events alongside our partnerships team.
- Teach both sides how marketplace and co-sell mechanics work, so those programs make deals simpler and faster to execute.
Enable Baseten's own sellers on partner motions
- Make sure our AEs, SAs, and FDEs know how to work a partner-sourced or co-sell deal: how to engage the partner rep, how attribution and credit work, and which plays to run.
- Build or collate the playbooks, demos, and certifications our team needs, and keep them current as each partnership changes.
- Bring partner content into our onboarding and GTM Academy so new hires learn the partner motion from day one.
Measure and evolve programs
- Define how we measure activation: trained and engaged partner sellers, joint account plans, co-sell opportunities registered, and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Work with RevOps on the operational side of partner programs, including deal registration, marketplace private offers, and POC and MDF requests.
- Report monthly to GTM leadership on what's working, what isn't, and advise on where to invest next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in partner or alliance GTM, partner enablement, or field GTM at a cloud, data, AI, or infrastructure company.
- Hands-on experience activating co-sell with at least one hyperscaler or major platform partner (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, or similar).
- You think in pipeline and seller behavior as well as in curriculum. You can explain a joint motion end to end, from partner incentives to the first customer meeting.
- Enough technical depth to be credible with SAs and engineers on both sides. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should be comfortable learning inference, model serving, and GPU and token economics quickly.
- You want to build: the play, the deck, the training, the measurement plan. You don't stop at the framework.
- Comfortable working across teams you don't control, inside Baseten and inside partner organizations much larger than ours.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- Cloud alliances or partner GTM at a data or infrastructure ISV that co-sells with the hyperscalers.
- ISV, partner development, or marketplace roles inside a hyperscaler or NVIDIA.
- Partner enablement leadership at a technical company, with a track record tied to pipeline rather than training volume.
- A partner-facing SA or SE who moved into enablement or GTM strategy.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft co-sell programs, Azure Marketplace, or NVIDIA's partner and ISV programs.
- Experience at an AI infrastructure, model provider, or developer platform company.
- Built a partner function or partner enablement program from scratch at a growth-stage company.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Operating through our global business lines of Energy Solutions, Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, and Lifting Solutions, we provide a broad range of specialist services including cranes, lifting, fluid power, training, equipment rental, pipeline, process, subsea, and valve services.
At EnerMech, we are driven by operational excellence, innovation, and technical expertise, delivering value through integrated solutions that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance performance for our customers worldwide.
About the role
Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) is EnerMech’s global transformation and technology function. It supports 25 legal entities across four regions and covers infrastructure, cybersecurity, application management, service desk support, transformation initiatives, and enterprise data and intelligence.
As PMO Manager, you will be at the center of how EBS decides what to work on and how that work gets delivered. You will run demand intake and prioritization, give leadership a clear view of the portfolio and capacity, and keep our governance forums working well. You’ll do this while the function delivers major technology and data platform programs. Reporting to the VP Transformation & EBS, this is a hands-on role for someone who brings structure and rigor and still makes governance easy for the business to engage with.
Key responsibilities:
Demand management: Own the EBS demand management process. Make sure every business request is captured, assessed, prioritized, resourced and governed to delivery. Work with business and technology leaders to help them make prioritization decisions that weigh demand against capacity, strategy and operational need.
Portfolio management: Keep a complete, accurate view of the EBS project portfolio, covering status, milestones, risks, budget, benefits and delivery performance. Lead portfolio health reviews that bring dependencies, resource constraints and delivery risks to the surface early and drive mitigation.
Resource management: Plan and optimize resourcing across EBS teams, contractors and third-party partners. Support annual technology planning, budgeting and roadmap development with demand forecasting and capacity modelling.
Application change management: Oversee the full lifecycle of application change requests and defects. Make sure changes are assessed, approved, controlled and implemented through governance. Coordinate with support partners, project managers and technical teams so that enhancements, releases and fixes are delivered on time.
Governance: Run the EBS governance forums, including schedules, agendas, action logs, decision registers and communications. Work with project managers and sponsors so that business cases, benefits plans and investment proposals are robust and aligned to strategy.
Reporting: Build and maintain portfolio, demand, capacity and performance dashboards that support decision-making. Prepare clear, high-quality papers and packs for the Technology Committee, Architecture Review Board, Change Advisory Board, Data Governance Council, Design Authorities and the EBS Leadership Team.
Continuous improvement: Improve PMO processes, governance frameworks, reporting and portfolio practices to raise delivery performance and the experience of the stakeholders who use them.
