that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job
opportunities for professionals around the world
.
About the Company
Our client is an
established toys and games brand
coming off one of the most successful sport-related backyard game products in its category, and they're just getting started. They're now becoming a full sports, toys and games company, aiming to grow from zero to one million customers over the next three years.
Their products are loud, physical, competitive and made to be filmed.
About the Role
We're hiring a
Video Editor who makes footage hit
to work remotely with their team. This isn't about trimming dead air, adding captions and calling it done. You'll take a raw clip of a ball smashing into a target and turn it into something people watch four times before they scroll.
That means effects, motion graphics and transitions that actually land, sound design on every hit, whoosh and impact, and pacing so tight there's never a reason to look away.
You'll edit in two styles:
high-end cinematic edits
for brand and hero content, and
fast, punchy direct response edits
built to sell in ads. If you can do both, we want to talk. If you're elite at one, we still want to talk.
Job Responsibilities
Day to Day
Paid ads:
Turn creator footage and product clips into scroll-stopping ads for Meta and Instagram, built around strong hooks and clear selling points.
Organic social:
Create Reels, TikToks and Shorts with energy that matches the products.
Effects and motion:
Add on-screen text, tracking, speed ramps, impact frames, shakes, graphics and anything else that makes a moment pop.
Sound design:
Put SFX on every action, sync cuts to the beat, and choose music that drives the edit instead of just sitting under it.
Hero and launch content:
Produce high-end edits for new product drops and seasonal campaigns.
Variations:
Cut multiple hooks and versions of winning edits so the team can test fast.
Requirements
A portfolio that makes us stop. Nothing else matters as much as this.
Proven experience editing ads for real DTC physical product brands. We want to see work that actually ran and sold something.
Mastery of effects, transitions and sound design, not just cutting and captions.
A feel for short form: you know what makes someone stop, watch, rewatch and share.
Range across cinematic and direct response styles, or world class in one of them.
Fast turnaround without dropping the standard.
Organized and reliable: you label and store files properly, hit deadlines and give updates without being chased.
Bonus:
Experience editing for sports, gaming or toy brands.
Benefits
Competitive pay of up to $50 USD per hour. Where you land depends on your experience and portfolio.
Part-time role with flexible hours.
Ongoing work with real room to grow. For the right editor, there's a constant flow of work as the brand launches new products.
Creative ownership over how the brand's products look and sound on screen, as part of a company in a high-growth phase.
100% remote work flexibility from anywhere.
Collaborate with creators and an ambitious e-commerce team.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data team at WorkOS plays a central role on the company operations to ensure information and insights are accurate and available from any surface, whether that's a visualization tool or an agent's response, to accelerate company growth and scale. The team owns WorkOS's internal data platform end to end: ingestion, orchestration, the Snowflake warehouse, dbt transformations, governance and access controls. We also own the consumption layer: the reverse-ETL syncs that land data in Salesforce and Slack, the semantic views that agents query, the definitions that keep reporting consistent across the company, and the visualization tooling the company uses (ask us about Flashboards https://workos.com/blog/reporting-tool-with-no-editor).
We run on an agent-first operating system: we are a lean team that moves fast, we document so agents can execute, and AI agents query the warehouse, run our runbooks, and open pull requests alongside us. We trust each other's expertise, we work out loud and in the open, and not opposed to rapid experimentation to get to the right solution for the business.
We're hiring a Data Engineer to own and evolve the systems that move, transform, protect, and serve data across our internal warehouse. This is a high-ownership role on a lean team: you will be the DRI for the platform and its core data models, partner directly with Product Engineering, RevOps, Finance, GTM Engineering, and Security, and raise the bar on reliability, correctness, and operational rigor. The role spans the platform and what runs on it. You will own ingestion, orchestration, and access governance; the dbt models and metric definitions that depend on them; and how AI is applied across the data stack, so that trusted data is easy for both people and AI agents to discover, understand, and work with.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. The best data engineers at WorkOS are the ones who notice in a Slack thread that a number doesn't match, trace it from the dashboard through the Gold model to the connector, fix the connector, and confirm the definition with its owner before the weekly review. When a business team asks for a field in Salesforce, they don't hand it off; they build the model, write the sync, and add the test. They would rather automate the runbook than run it a third time. They enjoy collaboration with different parts of the business and can find simple, scalable solutions to ambiguous problems. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the reliability, freshness, and scaling of the ingestion and orchestration pipelines that land source data in Snowflake, including monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and backfill and reprocessing patterns
- Design, build, and scale the core dbt models (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for billing and usage, CRM, product events, and GTM funnel reporting
- Partner with Product, Finance, RevOps, and GTM to define metrics and codify them in the warehouse, and diagnose and resolve data quality and freshness issues at source, not just downstream
- Own Snowflake RBAC, dynamic masking, and PII classification for humans, agents, and service accounts, so sensitive data is protected without blocking legitimate use, and review DDL and access requests from Engineering and GTM
- Own the reverse-ETL layer and the runbooks that deliver warehouse data to Salesforce, Slack, and internal agents
- Extend the semantic views, context, and evaluations that let agents answer business questions accurately, and expand what agents can operate directly, from runbooks and ingestion to pull requests
- Build and advance the CI/CD review gates in the data-platform monorepo, including the automated review that agent-authored pull requests pass through
- Own the infrastructure the data platform runs on: the compute, deployments, secrets and access patterns, and environments behind ingestion and orchestration, with attention to availability and failure modes, in partnership with our infrastructure engineers
Example problems you might work on, possible paths rather than a fixed roadmap:
- Standardizing how Postgres and SaaS sources are ingested, and consolidating end-to-end pipeline deployment and orchestration in Prefect
- Managing Snowflake RBAC, resource management, and masking policies as code with Terraform
- Using query history to improve analytics tables and semantic views, and to keep agent answers accurate and consistent as data grows and metrics shift
- Automating masking coverage as new data sources arrive, so adding a new table no longer needs a human in the loop
- Automating near-certain matches in the Identity Graph
- Pseudonymizing product data in the ingestion path, alongside compliance and data-deletion policies
- Extending transcript aggregation across sources, including PII detection before transcripts enter the warehouse
- Building the reverse-ETL framework and runbooks that deliver data to other tooling and agents
- Running self-hosted data services on Kubernetes and managing their AWS resources (IAM, storage, secrets) as code with Terraform
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years (or equivalent) building and operating production data platforms, including the transformation layer
- Deep experience with Snowflake, dbt, and an orchestrator such as Prefect, Airflow, or Dagster, and with ingesting data from production databases and SaaS sources, including backfill and reprocessing patterns
- Experience running data systems in production: monitoring, alerting, debugging, incident response habits, and pragmatic SLO/SLA thinking
- Experience with warehouse access governance: RBAC, masking policies, and PII handling
- Strong data modeling judgment and an understanding of schema evolution
- Strong SQL and Python; disciplined engineering practices (tests, docs, reviews, CI/CD)
- Proven experience operating as the only engineer on a layer, balancing foundational architecture with urgent business needs
- Working knowledge of how GTM, Finance, and Product teams operate in addition to working with Engineering, and experience translating ambiguous business questions into technical specs
- Comfortable using LLMs and coding agents as part of your day-to-day development workflow, with the judgment to validate their output and scale it into shared processes, and embracing AI and automation to scale platform work and accelerate your teammates
- A systems thinker who reasons carefully about freshness, correctness, and failure modes, especially for data that everything else depends on
- Pragmatic: you start with the simplest solution that works, prove it, then scale it, and you balance fast answers with durable solutions
- You look for where AI can remove a bottleneck for the people and agents who depend on the warehouse, and you build the durable tools and workflows they rely on every day

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing both sides of the security equation, and Anthropic is focused on putting frontier AI capabilities in the hands of defenders. Cybersecurity is a fast-growing area for Anthropic, spanning enterprise security teams that adopt Claude for their own security work and security companies that build their products on our models. The buyers are demanding and data-driven, from CISOs to hands-on practitioners in security engineering, application security, security operations, threat intelligence, and incident response.
As Field Marketing Lead, Cybersecurity, you will lead Anthropic's field marketing for the cybersecurity audience around the world, helping position Claude as the trusted AI partner for security teams. You will align closely with the sales organization, develop the marketing strategies and tools the field needs, and partner with Anthropic's cybersecurity experts in product marketing, solutions marketing, and across the business to turn their positioning and messaging into programs and campaigns. You will be the cybersecurity lead that our campaigns and regional field marketing teams draw on, working with customers in every segment and with a focus on expanding within existing accounts. You will make sure that how we show up to CISOs, practitioners, and the buying committee is credible, consistent, and tied to revenue, whether in a global campaign, an executive roundtable, or a flagship industry event.
Location: this is a global role, with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco or New York.
Key responsibilities
Own the global cybersecurity field marketing plan: define how we reach CISOs, practitioners, and the buying committee in every customer segment, the annual program calendar, and the goals and success metrics agreed with sales leadership before budget is committed
Align with the sales organization worldwide: agree on target accounts and buying committees, build programs that expand Anthropic's footprint in existing accounts and open new opportunities, and make sure account teams have what they need to invite, follow up, and convert
Partner with product marketing, solutions marketing, and Anthropic's cybersecurity experts: build on their positioning, messaging, and enablement, and work with them to turn cyber use cases into the programs and campaigns that build awareness and demand
Develop the marketing strategies and tools the field needs: playbooks, program kits, speaker guidance, and event recommendations that let regional field marketers in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC run cybersecurity programs locally without starting from scratch
Design and run flagship cybersecurity moments in the field: executive roundtables, CISO dinners, practitioner workshops, and Anthropic's field presence around major industry events such as RSAC, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit, and Infosecurity Europe, in step with the launch, content, and thought leadership plans led by product and solutions marketing
Serve as the cybersecurity field lead for integrated campaigns: bring audience insight, field feedback, and program ideas, and extend global campaigns into regional programs so they land with CISOs, practitioners, and the rest of the buying committee
Bring the voice of the security buyer back into Anthropic: share what you hear from customers, analysts, and the field with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership
Measure what matters: sourced and influenced pipeline, expansion within existing accounts, program-level attribution, and a clear read on which programs earn more investment, built with Marketing Ops
Protect the brand with a skeptical audience: hold a high bar for technical accuracy, keep the story focused on defenders and responsible deployment, avoid fear-based messaging, and know when to say no to a program that would not earn trust
Operate as connective tissue across Anthropic: Sales, Campaigns, regional Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Partner Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and Comms all touch this audience. You keep them coordinated and the customer experience coherent
Minimum qualifications
Working fluency in the cybersecurity landscape, across areas such as security operations, detection and response, threat intelligence, application security, vulnerability management, cloud security, and governance, risk and compliance, with enough technical depth to hold a credible conversation with both CISOs and hands-on practitioners
A track record of partnering with sales teams on pipeline and on expansion within existing accounts, including account-based programs and executive engagement, with results to show for them
Experience across both integrated campaigns and field marketing, and the judgment to know which one a given goal calls for
Experience operating globally: you have led programs across multiple regions and enabled local teams to run them well
Strong influence without authority: able to set direction for campaigns and regional field marketers who do not report to you
Comfort building in ambiguity: the playbook for this motion is being written now, and you'll write much of it
Rigor on measurement: fluent in pipeline attribution with sales and ops counterparts
Experience working alongside product marketing and technical experts, and turning their positioning and messaging into field programs and campaigns
Range across customer segments: you can adapt a program for a large enterprise, a mid-size company, and a fast-growing startup
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in field marketing or demand generation for cybersecurity buyers at a security vendor or an enterprise technology company
Hands-on background in security, such as time as a practitioner, sales engineer, or product marketer for a security product
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and how enterprises adopt AI products, including how AI is changing security work for defenders
Experience marketing trust-sensitive or dual-use products, where responsible deployment is central to the story
Existing relationships in the security community: CISO networks, analysts, industry groups, and event organizers
Experience marketing to regulated industries or public sector buyers, where security review shapes the deal
Experience working with security technology partners, managed security service providers (MSSPs), or global systems integrators
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote, you can work from home, forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within +3 / -5 UTC.
We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for a critical area of Oyster’s Employer of Record product. You will shape customer-facing experiences, internal tools, and operational workflows that help companies employ talent globally with confidence, compliance, and simplicity.
You will work across the full EOR system, not only individual features, to understand how customer needs, country requirements, policies, data, operational processes, and technology interact. You will start with the customer problem and desired business outcome, use direct discovery and first-principles reasoning to identify root causes, and decide whether the best intervention belongs in product, process, policy, Operations, or a combination.
You’ll operate independently, making and communicating difficult trade-offs amid ambiguity. You will constructively challenge requested solutions, align senior stakeholders, and connect product decisions to measurable customer, operational, and commercial impact. You will also identify where AI and automation create real value, and where risk or customer needs call for a human in the loop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product vision, strategy, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for an EOR sub-domain.
- Build a systems-level view of customer journeys, internal workflows, policy constraints, data flows, and exceptions across the EOR lifecycle.
- Lead direct customer and operational discovery. Separate symptoms and feature requests from underlying problems, and evaluate product, process, policy, and operational interventions before choosing a solution.
- Translate strategy into outcome-based roadmaps with clear decisions, learning plans, and success measures.
- Work deeply with Operations and AI Engineers to improve scalability, exception handling, service quality, and cost-to-serve, not simply digitize existing processes.
- Partner with Engineering and Design from discovery through delivery, using prototypes and technical insight to reduce risk early.
- Constructively challenge and align senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Go-to-Market, and communicate strategy, trade-offs, and impact clearly in senior forums.
- Contribute repeatable product practices that strengthen discovery, decision quality, and outcome ownership across the Product organization.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in Product Management, including demonstrable experience owning a complex product area end-to-end.
- 3+ years in HR tech, payroll, benefits, hiring, compliance, or another regulated or operationally complex B2B domain.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to explain how policy, operations, data, and technology interact, including exceptions and edge cases.
- Proven first-principles thinking: the ability to separate the requested feature from the desired outcome and explain why one intervention (product, process, policy, or Operations) was chosen over the alternatives.
- Strategic judgment and independence: proven ability to make significant decisions under ambiguity, with explicit trade-offs and a clear view of what was deprioritized.
- Deep direct-customer discovery, with examples where conversations with customers and operational teams materially changed the problem definition or planned solution.
- Proven ability to constructively challenge, persuade, and align senior stakeholders with competing priorities, and to partner strongly with Operations, Engineering, and Design.
- Clear executive communication, with evidence of measurable customer, operational, or commercial impact (e.g. cost-to-serve, cycle time, retention), including the baseline, the change, and how the result was attributed to the decision.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- EOR, payroll, HR technology, benefits, compliance, fintech, healthcare, logistics, or another regulated and operationally complex domain. Transferable experience counts where the complexity is comparable (multi-country rules, compliance exposure, human-in-the-loop workflows).
- Scaling products or workflows across countries, customers, teams, or markets.
- Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools or shipping responsible AI- or automation-enabled product experiences.
- Fully distributed and multicultural working experience.
YOU'LL ALSO NEED
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.
- High standards for quality, ethics, privacy, and compliance in products that affect people and employment.

Scope dashboard needs and partner with the Analytics team to build them out
Commercial Pipeline model
Own the Growth pipeline model, aligning sourced and influenced contribution across partner, sales, BDR, and marketing
Work with Field Ops for Commercial and the BDR org to ensure marketing's pipeline contribution supports the coverage needed to hit the business target

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a category-defining document management platform. We are way past the MVP stage, battle-tested in production, recently profitable, serving hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
We are rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. Currently, we are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale. Not a 9-5. Read on if you want challenge, autonomy, and fast growth.
This isn't a hand-off role. You'll own the full optimization loop end-to-end: deep funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, working directly with engineers, and the performance outcomes that follow.
We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you'll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running.
We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, while keeping the cycles short.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation. This is core to how we work, not an afterthought.
- Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity. We're a code-first team - design is built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, not Figma.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
- Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Funnel + product thinking: You don't just optimize landing pages. You think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions.
- AI-native workflow: You actively integrate AI into your daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works. Almost a must.
- Design taste: Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert. You can build compelling, detailed visual specs yourself.
- Speed and iteration: Bias for shipping. You'd rather get two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and you keep the cycle moving.
- Analytical depth: Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Execution excellence: Remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes.
- Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication.
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

About the Role
This position is 100% remote and will be based in the United States and Canada.
The Pipeline Programs Manager turns GitLab's pipeline targets into programs the field can run. You'll own execution of pipeline generation programs, including sales plays, PipeGen days, and run the hygiene checkpoints that keep pipeline data trustworthy. You'll also help surface the risks and upside behind our pipeline plan working across Sales, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Strategy, and RevOps.
What You'll Do
Execute global and regional pipeline generation programs, including codified sales plays and PipeGen days, against an established program calendar.
Coordinate in-quarter program delivery across regions and segments: timelines, owners, communications, and follow-through on action items.
Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline hygiene checkpoints, and report on adherence and trends with RevOps and Sales Strategy.
Partner with Marketing and Enablement to bring pipeline generation programs to the field with the right messaging, content, and training.
Work with the team on the GTM plan by identifying the drivers, risks, and upside that could move the pipeline numbers, and making them visible to decision-makers.
Give input on the design of sales plays, hygiene standards, and related incentives from what you see during execution.
Track program performance against success measures, and summarize what worked, what didn't, and what to change next time.
Coordinate global outbound program execution with Sales Development and sales leaders, and help bring it to regional and team levels at scale.
Identify process and systems improvements in Salesforce and reporting that increase metric visibility and reduce manual work, and work with RevOps and Systems to land them.
What You'll Bring
5+ Years experience in Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Field or Sales Enablement, or Marketing Operations, with a record of delivering programs on time and with quality.
Experience running cross-functional programs with operational rigor: multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and clear follow-through.
Comfort working with pipeline data. You can use Salesforce and BI dashboards to spot gaps and explain what they mean. Basic SQL (Snowflake or similar) is a plus.
Understanding of the B2B sales funnel: pipeline creation, conversion, velocity, and hygiene.
Clear communication and presentation skills. You can explain a program or a risk to Sales leaders and to cross-functional partners.
Ability to influence without authority, earning trust and moving work forward across teams you don't manage.
Good judgment in a fast-moving environment. You move quickly, keep quality high, and know when to escalate.
Curiosity about how AI and automation can improve go-to-market execution.
Ownership mindset. You carry programs through to outcomes, not just activity.
Experience in a quota-carrying or sales role is a plus.
About the Team
The Pipeline Excellence team builds the pipeline engine that turns GitLab's growth targets into predictable, repeatable revenue outcomes. We set pipeline targets and the GTM plan, run the programs and cadence that keep the field moving, and turn pipeline data into recommendations on where to invest.
We work with Speed with Quality, so our cadence and standards let go-to-market teams move fast without sacrificing forecast accuracy. We hold an Ownership Mindset, meaning every stage of the funnel has a defined owner and standard. We measure ourselves on Customer Outcomes: pipeline health exists to drive real bookings and real customer relationships, not just activity. We work closely with Sales leadership, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Development, Finance, and Analytics, and we're scaling that engine for the agentic era.

About Somnia:
SOMNIA is the Agentic Chain - a hyper-performance L1 operating at an order of magnitude faster than existing networks. We empower builders and traders to create real-time, autonomous, and fully decentralized products, powered by agents, that were previously impossible and cannot be built anywhere else. It’s where the future of Web3 protocols will be built, so we’re facilitating a new wave of on-chain applications from DEX to Prediction Protocols and much, much more.
Somnia is being developed by Somnia Foundation backed by Improbable https://www.improbable.io/, a British tech Unicorn +++ that has been at the forefront of building virtual worlds for over a decade. Somnia received initial funding from MSquared https://www.msquared.io/, which raised $150 million https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20220407005101/en/Improbable-Raises-US150m-to-Establish-M%C2%B2-MSquared-a-Metaverse-Network-and-Ecosystem-Powered-by-Its-Morpheus-Technology from a16z crypto, SoftBank, Mirana Ventures, CMT Digital, and SIG.
About the Role:
DreamDEX makes a hard claim: CEX execution without DEX custody. A fully on-chain CLOB with sub-10ms, zero trading fees, self-custody and transparent rules, competing head-on with Hyperliquid, Lighter and the large centralised exchanges.
An exchange wins or dies on liquidity, and early liquidity comes from relationships. Market makers must sign and quote tight. Builders must route flow to us. Institutions must trust a new venue with size. You will own those relationships.
You'll run business development for dreamDEX and carry the wider Somnia story (the L1, Somnia Agents, Prophecy) into institutional conversations. You'll work directly with the GTM leads and core team, with a mandate to source, structure and close the deals that put depth on the book and volume through it. We measure every deal by the liquidity, volume and TVL it produces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the market maker pipeline: source, pitch, negotiate and onboard MMs, from DeFi-native firms early on to an anchor tier 1 relationship, structuring deals across CLOB rewards, fee arrangements and liquidity commitments
- Get DreamDEX integrated with the major spot and cross-chain aggregators, then manage those relationships so we keep winning flow on price
- Build and activate the institutional pipeline: trading firms, funds, family offices, OTC desks, prime brokers and custodians, with white-glove onboarding for qualified institutions
- Build an active Builder pipeline: Trading terminals, AI strategies and native apps to drive users and volume to the Dex.
- Close liquidity deals that grow TVL: institutional LPs, protocol and DAO treasuries, and vault operators
- Land distribution partnerships that feed the exchange: wallets, perp aggregators and bridges
- Support broader Somnia BD where your network applies: ecosystem projects, stablecoin partners and treasury deals on the L1
- Feed market intelligence back to product: you hear first what MMs and institutions need (RFQ flow, reporting, credit arrangements, API features) and help shape the roadmap
- Represent DreamDEX and Somnia at conferences and in the rooms where these deals get done
Requirements:
Must Have
- Business development experience at a crypto exchange (CEX, perp DEX or spot DEX) covering market makers, institutional clients or listings
- A real network across institutions in crypto and/or TradFi: trading firms, market makers, funds, prime brokers and OTC desks. You open doors on day one rather than building a list from scratch
- Closed deals with measurable impact on volume, liquidity or TVL, and the ability to walk us through the numbers
- A working understanding of exchange mechanics: order books, spreads and depth, perps and margin, liquidations, MM economics and incentive design
- Ability to run a full deal cycle alone, from sourcing through structuring and negotiation to post-signature relationship management
- Comfort operating early in a venue's life, when you are selling the roadmap as much as the product
Nice to Have
- TradFi background in prime brokerage, electronic trading or institutional sales
- Existing relationships with DEX aggregators, wallets, custodians or vault operators
- Experience taking a new venue through cold start; you have solved the empty order book problem before
- Experience structuring token or incentive-based deals
- Working knowledge of DeFi: CLOB DEXs, vaults, stablecoins and yield products
- Experience selling to DAOs and protocol treasuries
Why Join Somnia?
Design The Future: Join Somnia to work remotely with a global team, earn competitive compensation with token incentives, and help build the future of Web3 at a company where your impact truly matters.
First of its Kind: Make Somnia famous as the only hyperspeed L1 with native AI inference.
High Stakes: Influence a brand targeting a $1M+ launch budget in the 2026 peak-fragility market.
Incentives: Competitive salary + tokens.

Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.

Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.
Technical & Integration Literacy:
Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.
AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. Mayflower
is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience. Our platforms serve millions of users worldwide and rank among the top-50 most visited websites globally. For more than 10 years, we've been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.
We are looking for a
Senior SEO Specialist
to own product-related SEO tasks from idea through release. You will turn search opportunities into initiatives and tasks for product and engineering, and confirm that what is delivered works as intended.
Job Responsibilities
Identify technical and on-page SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site structure, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, templates, structured data) and initiate product-related tasks when they block organic performance;
Prepare implementation-ready tasks and recommendations: problem, solution, affected templates or URLs, risks, and acceptance criteria;
Validate proposed work with the Team Lead and SEO team before it reaches product or engineering;
Consult product and development on SEO implications of planned features, template changes, and site architecture;
Participate in estimations and groomings so work is sized, sequenced, and specified well enough to build;
Analyze search intent, SERP structure, and competitor behavior when it affects product or template decisions;
Optimize existing page types and templates for rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content;
Support content planning with SEO briefs, keyword maps, and optimization guidelines when work touches product surfaces;
Plan information architecture and landing-page structure for new product or content surfaces;
Specify and, where appropriate, implement structured data;
Test implementations after release against agreed acceptance criteria;
Monitor performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and in-house reporting tools. Track rankings, traffic, indexing, and trends tied to shipped work, not only site-wide averages;
Prepare concise updates: what moved, what did not, and recommended next product or content steps;
Stay current with SEO practices and search-engine updates that affect product implementation.
You’ll thrive here if you have
4+ years of hands-on SEO across on-page, content, and technical work;
Experience working with high-traffic international and multilingual websites;
Proven experience turning SEO findings into tickets or requirements that engineering or product teams can implement;
Comfort participating in agile delivery: grooming, estimation, clarification, and post-release checks;
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research;
Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, site architecture, and template-level changes;
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, crawlers, and other SEO tools;
Ability to analyze SEO data and turn it into a clear recommendation, with an expected effect and a way to verify the release;
Clear written communication: tickets, briefs, and short performance notes that non-SEO teams can act on;
Ability to work independently, manage several workstreams, and raise issues early rather than waiting for a fully specified brief.
Nice to have:
Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale template optimization;
Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, or another reporting stack;
Basic scripting (Python or similar) for crawls, log samples, or bulk URL analysis;
Familiarity with common CMS or front-end delivery setups;
Awareness of generative search / AI results as a measurement context;
Experience in SaaS, marketplace, media, or other product-led digital businesses.

Monitor and improve lead-to-booking rates through ongoing funnel analysis and optimization.
Conduct regular competitor and market research to help clients remain competitive within their local markets.
Develop, brief, and test new creative concepts in collaboration with content creators.
Continuously optimize and A/B test landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and overall results.
Produce detailed monthly reports highlighting performance, meaningful optimizations, tests, and strategic changes.
Use AnyTrack and server-side tracking to maintain accurate campaign data and attribution.

High levels of professional ownership, clear communication, and accountability, with the ability to learn from mistakes and adapt quickly.
Proven experience developing paid advertising creative strategies and directing content creators to produce high-performing assets.
Previous experience working within an agency environment and the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team.
Strong technical knowledge of paid media platforms, campaign optimization, and performance marketing fundamentals.
A proven track record of working toward specific lead generation, CPL, conversion, or booking targets.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign and funnel data into actionable decisions.
Ability to work standard UK business hours.
Broader digital marketing knowledge and the versatility to support a small, agile team across different marketing functions when required.
Experience using GoHighLevel is a must have.
Experience using Basecamp or similar project management tools.
Experience using AI tools effectively and building automations that improve marketing performance or operational efficiency.
Comfortable working with tracking and attribution tools such as AnyTrack, including an understanding of server-side tracking.
