About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
WorkOS has a strong bottom-up, developer-focused GTM motion. Our growth team sits at the center of it, running the campaigns, events, and demand programs that put WorkOS in front of technical buyers. As those programs have grown, so has the volume of work that makes them happen, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Generalist to own it.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll work across campaign management, events, and content, taking programs from brief to live and getting the details right. One week that means running a developer event in San Francisco; the next, pulling together campaign assets. You'll get clear direction and real ownership.
This is a great fit if you like variety, move fast, and want to build range across every part of a growth function. You'll work directly with the Growth lead and partner closely with sales, design, and product. You don't need to have marketed to developers before, though it's a plus. What matters is that you come from a technical or B2B software environment where you understood what the product did and who was buying it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Events and Field Marketing: Support with logistics and execution of our developer events, conferences, and dinners, including venue and vendor coordination, invite and registration flows, on-site support, and follow-up.
- Project Management: Own timelines for creative assets and copy for growth programs (e.g. newsletter sponsorships), keeping designers and campaigns on schedule so deliverables are ready and submitted on time.
- Copy and Content: drafting variations of email copy, social posts, invites, and event materials, keeping it clear and on-brand for a technical audience
- Reporting: Track performance across programs and report on what worked, surfacing what we should do more or less of.
- Measurement & Tracking: A clean tracking foundation across UTMs and campaigns so we can confidently measure performance.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work with sales on event follow-up and pipeline handoff, and with design and product on assets and messaging.
- Continuous Learning: Build real knowledge of WorkOS products, our developer audience, and the AI-native companies we sell to.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: a marketing role at a B2B software or technology company, ideally one selling to a technical audience.
- Executional Strength: A track record of reliably shipping marketing work end to end, on time and with the details correct.
- Project Management: Run several programs at once, keep track of the moving pieces, and follow through without needing to be chased.
- Writing Ability: Clear writer who can adapt to a brand voice and write for a smart, skeptical, technical reader.
- Events Experience: Hands-on experience running or supporting events, from small dinners to conferences.
- Tooling: Comfortable in a modern marketing stack, including marketing automation or email tooling, a CMS, and analytics.
- Domain Understanding: Enough technical context to understand what a developer tool does and why someone would buy it.
- Self-starter: Previous startup experience, particularly in high-growth PLG organizations.
- AI-Native: Hands-on experience building with AI-native tools, using LLMs, agents, and automation in your own marketing workflows.
- Bonus: Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure, or API products.

About VALD
VALD is the world leader in technology for the allied health industry, providing innovative human-measurement technology to over 13,000 clients in over 150 countries. If you have a favourite team in the NBA, EPL, or NFL, there’s a good chance they use VALD Technologies.
Since its humble beginnings in 2015 in Brisbane, Australia, VALD has grown to a team of over 400 people in over 35 countries, with five offices across four continents.
Driven by a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, sports scientists, designers, developers and engineers, VALD’s suite of systems offers unparalleled insight into human movement, performance, injury risk and rehabilitation.
About the role
The Payroll Manager is responsible for accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery across VALD’s business, including in Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, and for the employee lifecycle administration that sits alongside it. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Finance, Legal and IT teams, the role is VALD’s payroll subject matter expert and the first point of contact for payroll delivery, compliance, systems and providers. Payroll at VALD is a deadline-driven, zero-error function: people get paid the right amount on the right day, statutory obligations are met on time, and the numbers reconcile back to the ledger.
The role is predominantly payroll but it also owns the accurate and timely onboarding and offboarding of team members globally. That work is process driven rather than ad hoc: a defined checklist and workflow for every new starter and every exit, run the same way each time, so nothing depends on memory or goodwill. This means you will be one of the first people who new team members meet, and will be motivated to make people feel welcome.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership rather than purely a processing role. You will run the payroll calendar end to end, maintain the controls that keep VALD audit-ready, and work with the payroll providers and platforms that sit underneath it. Alongside that, you will draft contracts from approved templates, set team members up in the relevant systems on day one, and close them out cleanly when they leave.
VALD is scaling quickly, so this is a chance to help build a global payroll and people-operations function rather than inherit a finished one: you will have input into provider selection, help design the controls and support new countries coming online, working directly with the CFO. The role has one direct report — an experienced payroll team member who already works across VALD’s global employee payroll systems, so you inherit real capability and continuity from day one.
What you will do
Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across all relevant jurisdictions, including inputs, calculations, adjustments, approvals and reconciliations, and resolve payroll queries from employees and managers.
Own payroll compliance in every country: payroll tax, superannuation, pension, social security and PAYG equivalents, regulatory filings, year-end obligations and employer registrations.
Configure and maintain payroll settings, including minimum wage and statutory pay-rate changes, award rates, leave accruals and balances, benefit deductions and employer contributions.
Manage pay, title and incentive changes, workers’ compensation and statutory leave payments, and terminations, severance and final pay, with correct tax treatment.
Maintain payroll controls, records and audit readiness, and escalate compliance risks, suspected underpayments or misapplied entitlements.
Coordinate payroll providers, consultants and platforms, and support payroll setup in new countries and entities, including employer of record (EOR) setup.
Fund and reconcile pay runs across multiple currencies, and support Finance with payroll reporting, cost analysis, accruals and month-end.
Run onboarding and offboarding to a defined workflow and checklist — drafting contracts and variation letters from approved templates, setting team members up in all relevant systems, and closing out access and final entitlements on exit — and keep improving that process.
Lead and mentor your direct report, and document and learn procedures so that you can support/be backup for the payroll and onboarding during leave and peak periods.
About you
You will have 4+ years of experience including:
At least two years running end-to-end payroll cycles and statutory payroll obligations for a multi-jurisdiction employer.
Technical depth in at least one jurisdiction’s statutory payroll framework (for example Australian PAYG, superannuation and award interpretation, or US federal and state withholding and 401(k)), with the ability to learn new jurisdictions rather than relying on a provider to interpret the rules for you.
Experience building or strengthening payroll controls — documented processes, evidenced approvals, reconciliations and audit readiness — and managing payroll providers, consultants or platforms.
Experience administering employee lifecycle processes for a multi-country workforce: onboarding, contract generation from templates, system setup and offboarding.
A process-driven mindset, with experience leading or coaching a payroll team member.
Standing up payroll in a new country or entity, migrating payroll between providers, or a recognised payroll qualification, will be highly regarded.
Meticulous, highly organised and discreet with confidential pay data, with sound judgment on when to escalate.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain a pay slip clearly to an employee who requires guidance.
What success looks like
This role is judged on outcomes, not activity. In the first twelve months, success looks like:
Every pay run in every country lands on the right day for the right amount, with payroll errors and out-of-cycle payments rare and falling each quarter.
Within 90 days, you can explain the end-to-end process, controls and statutory calendar for each country VALD pays in, and you have identified the three most material control or process gaps.
The payroll control environment is documented and evidenced — processes, approvals, reconciliations and retention — so an internal or external audit can be supported without a scramble.
Year-end and statutory obligations are met on time in every country, without rework or late filings.
Providers are managed against service levels rather than chased, and system or process changes are delivered without disrupting a pay run.
Every new starter is contracted, set up in all relevant systems and paid correctly from their first day, and every exit is processed on time with access removed and final entitlements closed out — all evidenced against a standard process.
Payroll and onboarding can run with limited involvement from you, and Finance can rely on what it receives: procedures are documented, a backup is trained, and reporting, accruals and cost analysis arrive on schedule and reconciled to the ledger.
Why VALD?
We are a flexible employer, and the benefits and perks when you join VALD are pretty great! We value our team, and this is just a taste of what we offer:
Food: On-site chefs who prepare fresh breakfast and lunch, Monday to Friday.
Coffee and Drinks: On-site barista to make your coffee just as you like it.
Games: Table tennis and basketball court if that’s your thing.
Health and Fitness: Access to the VALD gym, remedial sports massage therapy, and subsidised physiotherapy services.
End-of-Commute Facilities: Showers, lockers, bike and scooter racks.
Central Location: Based in Newstead, close to public transport.

Conditions of employment
Successful applicants will be subject to background checks (including identity and criminal record checks). It will be a condition of employment that the background checks return acceptable results.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join Ramp's Legal team and own the operational backbone of how we govern and structure the company. Ramp runs a growing portfolio of U.S. and non-U.S. entities — including regulated and licensed subsidiaries — across a business that ships constantly and raises, acquires, and expands on short notice. You will be the person who keeps that machinery accurate, current, and audit-ready.
This is a broad generalist role. You'll sit at the center of corporate governance, entity management, equity administration, and litigation/employment and you'll partner directly with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Equity Admin, and People, and outside counsel. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you'll cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Corporate governance: Prepare board and stockholder meeting materials, agendas, minutes, written consents, resolutions, secretary's certificates, and incumbency certificates. Track and calendar governance obligations across the entity portfolio.
- Entity management: Own the full lifecycle of entity administration — formations and dissolutions, foreign qualifications, annual reports, franchise tax filings, registered agent management, signatories, officer and director lists, post-integration cleanup.
- KYC, UBO, and diligence: Respond to KYC/UBO and diligence requests from bank partners, regulators, auditors, insurers, and counterparties, and build reusable packages.
- Equity support: Support equity administration, option and RSU grants, board approvals of equity awards, secondaries, and equity plan recordkeeping in partnership with Finance and People.
- Transaction support: Run diligence support, signature collection, closing checklists, closing binders, and post-closing obligations for financings, credit facilities, M&A, real estate, and insurance renewals.
- Commercial and cross-functional support: Assist with powers of attorney, delegations of authority, and corporate approvals needed by the business.
- Employment support: Support employment- and immigration-related requests and filings.
- Litigation support: Support subpoena and law enforcement requests, legal holds, e-discovery, and document production. Review and respond to garnishment orders and UCC liens. Serve as Ramp’s custodian of records and as Ramp’s representative in small claims court cases.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a major law firm and/or in-house at a high-growth technology or financial services company.
- Deep working knowledge of corporate governance, entity formation and maintenance, corporate recordkeeping, and secretary's office functions.
- Excellent drafting skills across resolutions, consents, certificates, and corporate documentation, with genuine precision — you catch the wrong entity name, the stale date, and the missing signature block.
- Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple time-sensitive workstreams without dropping threads or waiting to be asked.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to work directly with executives, board members, outside counsel, and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built — and a bias toward action.
- High judgment around confidential and sensitive corporate information.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services company, including support for licensed entities (money transmitter, EMI, or similar).
- Experience supporting venture financings, secondaries, M&A integration, or IPO readiness.
- International entity management experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada.
- Experience with equity administration and cap table platforms (e.g., Shareworks).
- Experiencing with litigation or employment matters.
- Notary Public commission (NY or CA), or willingness to obtain one.
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
- A track record of using AI or automation to eliminate manual legal work.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

ABOUT HIGGSFIELD
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a highly operational, systems-minded Contract Manager to own and scale our commercial contracting processes. Sitting at the intersection of Legal, Finance, and GTM, you’ll help ensure contracts move quickly and accurately while maintaining the right level of process, visibility, and risk management.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex or manual processes into simple, scalable systems. You’ll manage the day-to-day contracting lifecycle while owning the infrastructure behind it—from intake and approvals to Ironclad workflows, templates, reporting, and automation.
You’ll be successful in this role if you’re highly organized, comfortable operating with autonomy, and constantly looking for ways to make contracting faster and easier for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Contracting
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including creator and influencer agreements, agency MSAs, PR and sponsorship agreements, content licensing, referral agreements, contractor and consulting agreements, NDAs, order forms, amendments, and vendor agreements.
- Own contract intake across Growth, Marketing, PR, Recruiting, Finance, and B2B; route, prioritize, track, and drive requests through completion.
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate NDAs within approved playbooks and fallbacks.
- Prepare first drafts and markups of commercial agreements using Higgsfield templates and playbooks, escalating exceptions to Legal with clear recommendations.
- Conduct final quality checks and coordinate Legal, Finance, and executive approvals before signature.
- Route approved agreements through Ironclad and DocuSign and ensure executed agreements are properly filed.
- Manage contracting SLAs, proactively flag delays, and maintain clear visibility into open matters.
Ironclad & Contract Operations
- Co-own the build and ongoing administration of Ironclad, including intake workflows, approval logic, templates, clause libraries, metadata, permissions, repository structure, and reporting.
- Translate Higgsfield’s contracting playbooks into standardized clauses, approved fallbacks, escalation rules, and automated workflows.
- Build and maintain self-service intake workflows and templates across B2B and non-B2B agreements.
- Maintain permissions, record types, legacy agreements, and repository hygiene so Ironclad remains the single source of truth.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and partner with workflow engineers when technical support is required.
- Build reporting around contract volume, cycle times, SLAs, and bottlenecks.
- Support integrations and automation across Finance, Security, Slack, AI-assisted review, and other systems.
- Onboard teams to Ironclad and create lightweight documentation that drives adoption.
Operational Excellence
- Own matters from intake through execution, filing, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain accurate trackers and provide concise, proactive updates without requiring follow-up.
- Identify gaps in templates, workflows, or processes and take ownership of resolving them.
- Apply approved templates and playbooks independently while escalating exceptions early.
- Continuously improve contracting processes through better workflows, automation, reporting, and AI tooling.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company.
- Deep hands-on Ironclad experience building and launching workflows, templates, approvals, permissions, playbooks, and reporting. This is a must.
- Experience scaling or cleaning up a CLM, including legacy migrations, record consolidation, and workflow rollouts.
- Ability to independently negotiate NDAs and prepare first-pass commercial agreement markups using established playbooks.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial agreements and contracting lifecycles; a law degree is not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a high-volume environment.
- Strong judgment around applying playbooks, meeting SLAs, and knowing when to escalate to Legal.
- Collaborative, clear communicator who works effectively across Legal, Finance, Growth, Recruiting, PR, and leadership.
- Familiarity with automation and AI tools such as n8n and Claude, with an interest in using technology to scale legal operations.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
• Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
• Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
• Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally
• The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
• Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a fully remote role based in the United States, with occasional business travel to our San Francisco office required for team meetings, planning sessions, company events, and other in-person collaboration. About the role
We're a global education company running live, expert-led business courses across multiple markets. As we grow, so does the volume of legal questions that come with operating in many jurisdictions at once — how we contract with instructors in different countries, how we structure entities, how we respond when a regulator asks a question.
We're hiring a dedicated legal role to take ownership of the research, analysis, and drafting that sits underneath those decisions.
This is a genuinely broad role for someone early in their legal career who wants exposure to real cross-border commercial and employment questions, rather than a narrow slice of one. You'll research law in jurisdictions you haven't worked in before — the US, the UK and EU, South Africa, Australia, and across APAC — and your job will be to bring back a clear answer, not a hedge.
What you'll do
Research legal questions across multiple jurisdictions as we expand — contractor and partner engagement models, entity structuring, employment and commercial law, etc.
Draft and maintain our contract templates: consulting agreements, teaching assistant agreements, statements of work, amendments, and termination agreements, with jurisdiction-specific variants
Redline counterparty contracts and flag the terms that actually matter
Build and own our legal register: active matters, deadlines, obligations, renewals, filings
Scope and brief external counsel — write the question, assemble the pack, track cost and turnaround, and pressure-test what comes back
Support entity formation, restructuring, and market-entry diligence
Maintain approved communication templates and FAQs for teams who work with our instructors
Build the systems that let a small legal function support a fast-growing company
Requirements
A law degree and 2–4 years of practical legal experience — private practice, in-house, or legal services
Excellent written English. The core output of this role is a one-page memo a non-lawyer can act on immediately. Clarity beats comprehensiveness.
Proven legal research skill, including in legal systems that aren't your own — and the judgment to know when a question needs local counsel and how to frame it for them
Contract drafting and redlining experience
Thoughtful, verified use of AI research tools. We use them; we also check every citation at source.
Comfort with ambiguity, and the initiative to turn a half-formed business question into a precise legal one
Interest in how the business actually works, not just the legal question in isolation
Nice to have
Experience with cross-border contractor or freelancer engagement models
Employment or labour law background
Admission to the bar in your home jurisdiction
Data protection experience (GDPR, POPIA)
Experience in a distributed, remote-first company

ABOUT THE JOB
We're looking for an experienced Global Mobility Lead to build and run the programs that help employees join, move, and work across borders. You will own our mobility policies, immigration casework, and vendor relationships, and partner with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to make cross-border moves clear, compliant, and well supported.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
GLOBAL MOBILITY
- Own the mobility policy suite end to end: relocation, permanent transfers, short-term and long-term international assignments, remote/cross-border work arrangements, and business travel thresholds.
- Run individual mobility cases from scoping to landing: package design, cost estimates, immigration sequencing, tax and social-security implications, payroll setup, relocation logistics, and post-arrival support.
- Manage employment-based immigration casework in partnership with outside counsel: H-1B (including cap-subject and change-of-employer/AC21 timing), L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, F-1 OPT/CPT, and employer-sponsored permanent residence. Own the internal timeline, the start-date reality check, and the manager/candidate communication.
- Own daily immigration intake and case execution, including employer questionnaires, supporting documents, employment verification letters, signatures, counsel follow ups, and case closure.
- Own right-to-work compliance across jurisdictions: I-9 and E-Verify in the US, Home Office share-code checks in the UK, and equivalent checks in our EU and other markets.
- Decide and document the entity/employment model for each new market (direct entity, EOR, or non-resident payroll registration) with Finance and Legal.
- Own our mobility vendor stack (immigration counsel, relocation, tax, EOR/global payroll): scope, SLAs, cost, and performance.
- Model and track mobility cost, including sponsorship and premium-processing fees, so leadership can make go/no-go calls with real numbers, and obtain and document required approvals before committing sponsorship or spend
DATA AND SYSTEMS
- Build the tracking layer: mobility case pipeline, immigration deadlines and expirations, compensation comparisons, etc.
- Stand up mobility dashboards: case volume, cycle time, cost per move, band penetration, offer-to-band variance, and equity-gap trend.
- Write the employee-facing documentation so moves and pay decisions are predictable and explainable, not one-off negotiations.
What we’re looking for
REQUIRED
- 6+ years of experience in global mobility, with real ownership of cross-border moves and immigration casework, not just vendor hand-offs.
- Working fluency in US employment-based immigration and at least one other major jurisdiction’s work-authorization regime (UK, EU, or Canada).
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable in spreadsheets and HRIS reporting, able to build a defensible model and explain the assumptions behind it.
- Judgment about risk. You know when to escalate to Legal, when to flag classification or permanent-establishment exposure, and how to say no clearly.
- Excellent written communication: you’ll draft policies, verification letters, offer rationales, and executive-facing recommendations.
- Comfort with ambiguity, high volume, and shifting priorities.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Partner Marketing Manager for Global and Regional System Integrators at Anthropic, you'll own marketing for our highest-performing services partners. That includes Global Premier GSIs and the regional systems integrators (RSIs) closing the most partner-attached Claude deals. You'll report to the lead for Services Partner Marketing and work alongside each partner's Partner Account Manager.
You'll build a joint marketing plan with each partner and run executive programs and joint announcements. You'll also turn partner deliveries into the customer proof our field needs. Partners are now attached to a large and fast-growing share of Anthropic's biggest enterprise deals. Your job is to make those partnerships deliver more every quarter.
This role is hands-on. You'll think strategically about each partner relationship while running the campaigns, events and enablement yourself. Our scaled programs team supports the rest of the partner network. You'll focus on the partners where hands-on marketing moves the most business, and use those scaled programs where they fit.
Key responsibilities
Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution
Own joint marketing plans for an assigned group of high-performing GSI and RSI partners, including quarterly planning, campaign calendars, and success metrics tied to target accounts and pipeline goals
Develop joint campaigns and executive programs (CXO dinners, executive briefings, tentpole event activations) aimed at C-suite and senior decision-makers at enterprise customers
Work with Partner Account Managers and the Alliances team to identify priority accounts and build account-based plays that leverage partner relationships
Lead joint announcements from first draft through approvals, holding partner copy to Anthropic's messaging and brand standards
Spot RSIs gaining traction and help them grow into higher tiers
Content, Proof & Enablement
Build joint value propositions, messaging, and enablement materials (pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies) that help partners position Claude with their enterprise clients
Turn partner deliveries into proof: capture wins for sellers, and work with Customer Marketing to produce partner-led customer stories that meet each partner's tier requirements
Get your partners carrying Anthropic's priority messages and launches, and build them into Anthropic's own campaigns with the Campaigns team
Put the team's co-marketing guidelines, campaign kits and self-serve assets to work across your partners
Program Management & Measurement
Lead end-to-end execution with your partners, coordinating across product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, events and agencies
Manage partner funding (MDF/co-op) for your partners and track ROI on joint investments
Track and report partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, story output, and campaign ROI, with 30/60/90-day pipeline tracking on every activation
Represent Anthropic at partner events, executive briefings, and industry conferences as needed
Feed what works back into playbooks the scaled programs team can run across the wider partner network
Minimum qualifications
Have built and run partner marketing programs with Global System Integrators, major consulting firms, or regional systems integrators, and can shift between large firms and smaller, faster-moving ones
Understand enterprise buyer journeys and can create marketing programs that resonate with C-level executives
Are skilled at developing joint value propositions that articulate clear business outcomes for enterprise customers
Build trusted relationships with partner marketing and sales teams, and can move a partner on priorities you don't control
Can own a partner portfolio end to end within a team strategy, and know when to escalate
Are highly organized and detail-oriented, and can run multiple partner plans at once without dropping quality
Write clearly and precisely, with experience creating executive-level content and holding partner copy to a high bar
Are data-driven and comfortable tracking marketing metrics, analyzing performance, and optimizing programs based on results
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
Have a "get it done" mentality and aren't afraid to jump in wherever needed to ensure program success
Care about the societal impacts of AI and are excited about enabling enterprises to adopt AI responsibly
Preferred qualifications
Have 7+ years of marketing experience, with significant focus on partner marketing in B2B technology environments
Experience in the AI/ML industry or working with AI-powered products
Established relationships within the GSI, consulting or regional SI ecosystem
Worked on the partner side, at a GSI or SI, in alliance or technology partner marketing
Experience with tiered partner programs, including benefits and promotion reviews
Experience producing partner-led customer stories with enterprise customers
Understanding of enterprise AI use cases across different industries and functions
Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and partner relationship management tools
Used Claude or other AI tools to scale their own marketing work

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

AGENTIC ENGINEERING PLATFORM ENGINEER
Developer Productivity · AI Coding Agents · Developer Platform
🎯 Your main goal will be to keep n8n operating as an AI-native engineering organization where agents are embedded across the development cycle; helping teams plan, build, test, review, learn, and improve.
You’ll do this by maintaining and evolving the platform foundations, tools, guardrails, and team processes that make agentic development safe, measurable, and sustainable. Working with Developer Platform, Security, AI/Agents, Architecture, and product engineering teams, you’ll help teams continuously adopt what works from frontier AI and make success visible through faster feedback loops, better quality, stronger resilience, and more learning from what we ship:
BUILD THE PAVED ROAD FOR AGENTIC DEVELOPMENT
- Define safe task categories for autonomous agents, including what they can attempt, what they should never touch, and where additional review is required.
- Design and implement isolated execution environments where agents can work without exposing secrets or accessing sensitive systems unnecessarily.
- Build pilot workflows that allow selected Linear issues to be picked up by agents, tested, and converted into useful draft PRs.
MAKE N8N'S MONOREPO AGENT-READY
- Create and maintain repo instructions, agent playbooks, ownership metadata, coding guidelines, and documentation that improve agent performance.
- Continuously improve developer workflows, repo structure, testability, and documentation based on where agents succeed, fail, or create reviewer friction.
- Partner with Architecture and senior engineers to define boundaries, dependencies, and areas where agents need more context or tighter constraints.
INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO ENGINEERING WORKFLOWS
- Integrate agentic workflows with Linear, GitHub, CI, test infrastructure, and developer review processes.
- Design PR evidence templates that help reviewers understand what changed, why, what tests ran, what risks remain, and where human judgment is needed.
- Partner with Security, AI/Agents, Developer Platform, and product engineering teams to define guardrails for sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions, and data handling.
MEASURE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ADOPTION
- Create benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate agent output quality, failure modes, test pass rates, review burden, and production risk.
- Define quality signals and adoption metrics such as draft PR usefulness rate, reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate, and developer satisfaction.
- Use data and feedback from pilot teams to improve agent workflows, reduce unsafe attempts, and build trust across engineering.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🧠 Autonomous coding agents: You have experience with autonomous coding agents, AI coding platforms, agent orchestration systems, or internal AI developer tooling.
- 🤖 Agentic development experience: You have practical experience building, deploying, or operating AI-assisted or agentic software development workflows that work with developers not besides them.
- 🛠️ Strong engineering foundations: You have a strong software engineering background, ideally in platform engineering, developer experience, infrastructure, tooling, CI/CD, or engineering productivity.
- 🧭 Ambiguity leadership: You’re comfortable leading a first-of-a-kind technical initiative from problem definition through pilot, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
- 🔁 Modern engineering workflows: You deeply understand GitHub, CI, testing strategies, code review, monorepos, issue tracking, developer environments, and release risk.
- 🔐 Safety-first judgment: You have strong judgment around permissions, secrets, sandboxing, sensitive code paths, and human-in-the-loop review.
- 📊 Measurable systems thinking: You know how to design benchmarks, quality signals, failure-mode tracking, and adoption metrics.
- ✍️ Clear written communication: You’re strong at writing repo instructions, playbooks, PR evidence templates, technical proposals, and alignment documents.
- 🤝 Cross-functional influence: You have credibility with senior engineers and can influence across Platform, Product Engineering, AI, Security, and Architecture without formal authority.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 📦 TypeScript monorepos: You have worked in a large TypeScript, Node.js, or JavaScript monorepo.
- ⚙️ Developer platforms: You have experience with GitHub Actions, Linear, automated testing infrastructure, preview environments, or internal developer platforms.
- 🛡️ Security-aware platform engineering: You have worked on sandboxing, secrets management, least-privilege access, or sensitive code ownership.
- 📏 AI evaluation: You have created evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or quality metrics for AI-generated code or automation systems.
- 🌍 Open-source communities: You have experience contributing to open-source or source-available projects with active developer communities.
- 🏢 B2B SaaS context: You understand environments where reliability, permissions, data handling, and customer trust are central.
- 🔗 Workflow automation: You’re familiar with workflow automation, integration platforms, AI orchestration, or developer-facing products.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll help define how autonomous AI agents become a trusted part of engineering inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI-native infrastructure companies. Your work will shape the platform foundations, safety model, evaluation framework, and developer workflows that determine whether agents can contribute meaningfully to production engineering without lowering the quality bar.
You’ll join a remote-first team with high autonomy, high visibility, and a strong builder mindset. Because this is a first-of-a-kind role, you’ll have the opportunity to set direction, influence engineering culture, and create learnings that may inform both internal engineering productivity and n8n’s external product thinking.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?

We are hiring a
General Counsel
, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role leads Canonical’s global Legal and Compliance function.
This is a unique opportunity for an
exceptional and commercially-minded senior lawyer
to lead the legal and compliance function of a profitable, fast-growing technology company that is privately held with the intention to list on a public exchange. We’re looking for someone with genuine fluency in the software industry and in open source dynamics, who can translate that insight into clear positions on licensing, commercial contracts and risk, and hands-on execution.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will
own Canonical's legal, regulatory and governance posture
and lead a distributed team across EMEA and the Americas. Your primary challenge will be to continue building both the team and the architecture: a management layer across two regions, and the governance, contracting and controls a public company needs, in an environment that regularly does things the industry has not done before. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams on licensing and IP questions, with the security function on customer assurance, and you will advise the Board and its committees directly.
In our selection process, we
prioritize intellect and judgement
alongside depth of practice. We are looking for someone with a strong academic background, an active licence to practice, and demonstrable exposure to a multilayered global operational environment.
Location:
This role will be based in our office in London, UK.
The role entails
Leading the global Legal and Compliance function: setting it's structure, standards and priorities across EMEA and the Americas.
Building and managing a management capability: hire and develop managers, set objectives, review performance against a clear bar, and address under-performance directly.
Setting the operating cadence of the function: intake and prioritization of legal work, service expectations with internal clients, and reporting on workload and risk to the leadership team.
Owning public-market readiness on the legal side: corporate governance, group and entity structure, delegated authority, policies, disclosure controls and records, in partnership with Finance.
Advising the CEO, COO, CFO and the Board, and supporting in Board and committee meetings.
Owning the commercial contracting framework: standard templates, negotiating positions, and a deviation and escalation process that makes commitments visible before they are signed.
Leading intellectual property and open source licensing strategy, including copyleft, trademark and the terms on which Ubuntu and our products are distributed.
Owning the global compliance programme: data protection and privacy, export controls and trade compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, competition and AI regulation.
Managing litigation, disputes and regulatory engagement, together with the external counsel panel, its budget and its quality.
Advising on M&A, partnerships, strategic alliances and financing as the company grows.
What we are looking for in you
An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
A degree in law, or equivalent, and an active licence to practice in an EMEA or Americas jurisdiction.
Substantial senior in-house experience in a global technology or software business.
Proven experience leading a distributed legal team, including managing managers across regions and time zones.
A track record of setting and holding a high performance bar: hiring well, developing people, and dealing with under performance directly rather than waiting it out.
Experience building or restructuring an in-house legal function, including deciding what is retained, delegated and sent to external counsel.
Technology related experience of:
negotiating and owning commercial technology contracts, including enterprise software and subscriptions, channel and reseller agreements, hardware manufacturer agreements, cloud and services
advising on open source licensing, including permissive and copyleft licences, and familiarity with how open source communities operate.
Experience of, or demonstrable readiness for, public company governance: listing preparation, board and committee support, disclosure and controls.
Depth in at least two of: data protection and privacy, IP and trademark, export controls and trade, competition, or disputes.
Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, hold colleagues accountable, and share ideas without hesitation.
Professional written and spoken English with excellent drafting and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
International travel two to four times a year for company events up to two weeks long.
Nice-to-have skills
Experience taking a company through an IPO, or practicing as counsel inside a listed company.
A technical or engineering background, or fluency in how software is built and shipped.
Experience of a subscription or recurring-revenue business model.
Experience building or restructuring an in-house legal function.
A qualification in more than one jurisdiction.

You will work closely with PSIRT engineers, Vulnerability Management, Security Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, Support, and Communications. Triage vulnerabilities identified through vulnerability management activities and help track them through assessment, remediation, and closure.
Work with PSIRT engineers and development teams to gather technical details, reproduce issues, and clarify affected products, versions, and configurations.
Support severity assessment using frameworks and terminology such as CVE, CVSS, CWE, and OWASP.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with security researchers participating in coordinated vulnerability disclosure and bug bounty programs.
Support GitLab’s role as a CVE Numbering Authority by preparing information for CVE assignment, maintaining accurate records, and helping coordinate CVE-related activities.
Represent GitLab as an acting CNA representative in CVE-related discussions and operations, escalating questions and coordinating with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
Draft and coordinate customer-facing communications about security vulnerabilities, fixes, mitigations, and release information in partnership with PSIRT, Legal, Customer Success, Support, and Corporate Communications.
Maintain accurate issue records, timelines, researcher communications, remediation status, and follow-up actions.
Monitor queues and operational metrics to identify trends, aging items, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve response quality and consistency.
Create and improve runbooks, procedures, templates, and other documentation that make vulnerability handling more efficient and transparent.
Participate in incident handoffs, root cause analysis documentation, lessons-learned activities, and product security reviews.
Build technical and operational expertise in PSIRT, bug bounty, vulnerability management, and coordinated vulnerability disclosure.
What you’ll bring
Early-career experience or equivalent education in cybersecurity, software engineering, information technology, or a related field. Relevant internships, coursework, labs, research, customer support, or practical security projects are welcome.
Foundational understanding of software vulnerabilities and security concepts, including web applications, APIs, CI/CD environments, authentication, and authorization.
Familiarity with security terminology such as CVE, CVSS, CWE, OWASP Top 10, and coordinated vulnerability disclosure.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple reports or work items.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with a bug bounty or vulnerability disclosure platform such as HackerOne or Bugcrowd.
Experience reviewing security reports, participating in capture-the-flag exercises, performing vulnerability research, or working with security tooling.
Familiarity with CVE assignment, CNA processes, security advisories, or vulnerability databases.

Head of Editorial
About the Role
Finom is looking for a Head of Editorial to own the words across the Finom experience.
We'll be direct with you, because we'd rather you hear it from us than discover it in the first week: our copy isn't good enough yet. It’s inconsistent, it's longer than it needs to be, it doesn't sound enough like us (which we’re still working out), it doesn't convert as well as we’d like, and errors make it through to publication.
That's the job. You'll own the voice, the style guide and the editorial review layer that makes top notch words systematic rather than accidental. You'll lead our copywriting team, develop them, and help them realise their potential. You'll do this by showing as well as telling: you'll show us what amazing looks like. And you'll set Finom's editorial AI strategy, deciding where generation, drafting and checking genuinely help, and where they don't belong at all.
You will own the English (not localisation, but you'll work closely with the people who do, because English is the source language), which means your standard becomes the ceiling for every market we operate in. Tighten the English and every language gets better.
This is a role for an exceptional editor. Not only a writer, though you'll need to be a strong one. The core of this job is taking someone else's draft and making it materially better, quickly, because you've established a strong standard that brings results. If you find that more satisfying than seeing your own byline, you'll enjoy this job a lot.
What You'll Be Doing
• Owning the words across the Finom experience: the standard, the voice and the final read
• Building and owning the style guide, and driving its adoption well beyond the Editorial team
• Establishing the editorial review layer: who reads what before it ships, against what criteria, and how nothing goes out with errors in it
• Leading and developing the copywriting team, giving direct and useful feedback, and hiring as the function grows
• Owning Finom's editorial AI strategy: where generation, drafting and checking are used, where they aren't, and what quality gates they have to pass
• Writing personally on key projects, campaigns and launches
• Coordinating across lifecycle, web, paid and social so that Finom's language is consistent everywhere a customer meets us
• Partnering with Product to make sure brand voice holds inside the product, not just in marketing
• Working closely with localisation partners so English source quality lifts every market
• Making copy work commercially: tightening, sharpening and testing so that writing converts rather than merely describes
• Building the intake and prioritisation model that lets a small team serve rising demand without the standard slipping
What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days: you've read everything, you know where the worst copy is and why, you've properly assessed the team you've inherited, and you understand where demand actually comes from. You have a diagnosis, not yet a plan. By 45 days: a first version of the style guide is in use, an editorial review layer is running, and errors have stopped reaching publication. By 60 days: intake and prioritisation are agreed with the teams generating demand, the voice is documented and being adopted outside Editorial, and your first AI-assisted workflows are live with quality gates that hold. By 6 months: Finom sounds like one company everywhere. Copy is tighter and converting better, with evidence. The writers on your team are visibly better than when you arrived. Editorial runs as a function rather than a queue.
Who You Are
• An outstanding and fast editor. You improve other people's writing without taking it over. You do it under deadline, without agonising
• A precise writer. Your English is exceptional. You cut rather than decorate
• Direct about quality. You can tell someone their draft isn't working, explain exactly why, and leave them wanting to fix it
• A brilliant documentor. You've created style guides, review processes or editorial standards where none existed
• Commercially literate. You treat copy as a lever, not only as craft, and you can point to writing that moved a number
• Genuinely cross-functional. You get good work shipped through other teams' processes, not just your own
• Comfortable with ambiguity. There's no style guide, no review process and no documented voice yet. You find that energising
Must-Haves
• Evidence that you can lead the editorial standard, whether through direct people management, mentoring other writers, or operating as a senior individual contributor with strong stakeholder influence. Experience managing and developing writers is highly valued.
• Experience producing high-volume marketing and conversion copy in a fast-moving tech or digital environment. In-house experience is preferred, but strong agency backgrounds are equally relevant where you’ve worked at pace across multiple channels.
• English at native level. Exceptional command of written English, since your work sets the quality ceiling for every localised market
• Demonstrable AI fluency in an editorial context. Not tool familiarity: evidence that you've set policy in practice, defined where AI isn't used, built the checking layer, and held quality as volume rose
• A track record of building editorial standards, style guides or review processes from scratch
• Experience developing writers who measurably improved
• Ability to work across marketing and product surfaces
• Based in an eligible EU location, the UK or Ireland
We're deliberately open on background. Editorial and journalism, brand and advertising copywriting, and B2B content marketing are all valid routes into this role. We care about the work and the judgement, not the job titles.
Nice-to-Haves
• Fintech, financial services or another regulated industry where precision genuinely matters
• Experience owning voice across both marketing and in-product copy
• Experience running a source-language function feeding multi-market localisation
• Experience building or managing a freelance writer network
Why Finom
Finom is building the financial platform European entrepreneurs actually want to use, in a category where almost every brand looks and sounds the same. Our customers rate us 4.8 on Trustpilot, higher than any other B2B banking player in Europe, so the product is genuinely good; the job in Brand is to make sure the way Finom reads and sounds matches it. That means an editorial function you get to build rather than inherit, an editorial AI strategy designed from a clean sheet at a moment when very few companies have worked this out properly, and real appetite at senior level for quality as a way to win rather than a cost line. If you've spent time somewhere the writing was tolerated rather than cared about, this will feel different.
Compensation & Benefits
This role sits at Job Level 6, which includes equity options under Finom's Incentive Plan, eligibility for the High Performance Bonus Plan, and a salary positioned within Finom's range for your location, level and job family, benchmarked to the 50th–75th market percentile.
Our Process
A 30-minute screen, a conversation with the VP of Brand, a three-hour editorial task with a follow-up discussion, a short cross-functional panel, a conversation with the writers you'd be leading, and a final interview with our CMO. We aim to move quickly and we'll tell you where you stand at every stage.
What You Will Get In Return
Make a genuine impact on the product
Join our upward trajectory, and grow with us. We provide the resources and opportunities for continuous personal and professional development, empowering you to make a genuine impact on our evolving product.
