Workplace: Remote
RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team working on analytics features in RevenueCat.
RevenueCat is the monetization engine for 40% of new subscription apps shipped — and the number of apps shipped is growing exponentially. We are uniquely positioned not only to give individual developer impactful information into the performance of their own apps, but also deliver truly unique data and insight given our position in the market; we know what good looks like, and we can not only put numbers in context, but give specific recommendations on metrics to target, experiments to run and anomalies to investigate.
Our analytics features help app developers make better decisions that improve the monetization of their apps. As product manager on this team, you are responsible for working with your team to set the vision and roadmap, delivering on it, launching new functionality, and increasing the impact of the team.
This role requires:
- being technical to understand how our analytics system works and its constraint
- being analytical to be able to define how to show data as well as debugging issues and edge cases
- being customer obsessed to understand what information app developers need for their decisions and how we can provide this information to them
- having an understanding of the app ecosystem, how the economics of app businesses work, and what success means for app developers
You will oversee all of the Analytics features at RevenueCat — our charts, benchmarking, dashboard, and predictive LTV. You'll partner directly with leadership, collaborate across engineering and data teams, and act as the primary driver for how our customers understand and grow their revenue.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience
- You have 5+ years of product management or adjacent experience, with meaningful time shipping complex products.
- You’re analytical. You can’t do your job without data platform access. You are proficient in SQL (or similar tools) — whatever tool you need to know, you’ll learn. You love diving deep into data yourself. You’re experienced in developing robust and scalable metrics.
- You are technical. Coding is not a core requirement for this role, being able to prototype with code is (using your preferred AI stack). You can deeply understand how RevenueCat works — what is simple and what is complex within our domain. Maybe you haven’t built and shipped a mobile app yourself (yet) but you have enough knowledge to work closely and independently with highly technical folks. You can discuss APIs, data models, and risk logic with engineering partners and enjoy diving into system details
- You’re an excellent communicator. You can express complex ideas clearly and succinctly — written and verbal, synchronous and asynchronous, across timezones and mediums. You can get your point across.
Values and Abilities
- You act like an owner. You roll up your sleeves, dive into the logs, and get something done yourself.
- You thrive in ambiguity. You are comfortable making low-information, high-stakes decisions. You can quickly get to confidence, move on, and iterate.
- You're a systems thinker. You can step back from a specific customer request and see the broader system. You build things that scale.
- You're deep on the details. You care about what users experience, not just what the data says.
- You know when it's good enough. You are obsessed with getting things right, but you know when you're at diminishing returns. You have a bias toward shipping. You love building — and are energized by discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
- You’re passionate about great data visualization. Chart sins grind your gears. Your visualizations deliver meaningful insights. You care what is says — and what it looks like — and you know those things are dependent on each other.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for RevenueCat's Analytics products.
- Be obsessed with your customers. You will triage and investigate complex data and analytics problems deeply, instead of fully delegating to engineering. Dig deep to understand what developers really want — distill signal from noise and good ideas from bad ones.
- Recommend, develop and maintain new benchmarks and metrics that deliver value to our developers, and help them make more money. Be the go-to person when a number looks off.
- Set the vision. Create a plan that is cohesive, intentional, and impactful. Break that down into meaningful chunks on a reasonable timeline.
- Get it done. Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to bring robust analytics and experimentation tools to market. This job can not be done alone, and will require deep understanding of the individual products and the infrastructure that hooks them together.
The salary for this role is $230,000 USD. You can view our full Compensation Philosophy here https://www.notion.so/revenuecat/RevenueCat-Compensation-Philosophy-82b57cae23ab4c9bb62dfe4e933d32d0 for additional details.

- Play an integral role in your team’s discovery and delivery processes

We’re seeking a Senior Communications Manager to strengthen 1Password’s position as a trusted authority for identities, credentials, and access across modern organizations, including the people and agents they rely on.

This role reports to the Director of Communications.
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.

Can partner with executive and technical spokespeople to develop distinctive points of view and turn them into compelling stories, bylines, briefings, and speaking opportunities.
- Strategic storytelling and writing skills: Develops communications strategies tied to business priorities and translates complex topics into clear, credible content for technical and business audiences.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Works effectively with marketing, product, engineering, security, legal, sales, executive teams, and external agency partners to align messaging and deliver integrated programs.
- Ownership, adaptability, and prioritization: Drives work forward without waiting for perfect clarity, brings structure to ambiguity, and balances planned work with rapid-response needs. Makes sound decisions, communicates tradeoffs, and follows through.
- AI-forward judgment: Uses AI to work faster without outsourcing strategic thinking or editorial judgment. Knows what to hand off, what to own, and how to recognize when AI-generated work needs refinement.
What you can expect:
- Media and executive communications: Build media strategies, maintain trusted journalist relationships, support executive and technical spokespeople, and develop opportunities that strengthen 1Password’s position in the market.
- Content and narrative development: Lead press releases, contributed articles, blog posts, executive communications, media materials, and other content that makes complex topics in identity, access, AI, and developer security clear and relevant.
- Event communications: Develop media and speaking strategies for major industry events, such as RSA Conference, Black Hat, and Infosecurity Europe. Coordinate briefings and interviews, support speaker preparation, and provide on-site communications support.
- Rapid response: Monitor developments in cybersecurity, identity, AI, and technology. Develop response plans, coordinate internal input, and help 1Password contribute a clear, credible perspective to important industry conversations.
- Measurement and improvement: Set goals for communications programs, monitor coverage, message adoption, and audience engagement, and use those insights to refine strategy and prioritize future work.

We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
Senior Engineering Manager, Grafana Frontend
The Opportunity:
Grafana is an open-source observability product and a platform that teams and plugin developers build on. The Frontend group shapes its user experience (from dashboards and visualisation to navigation, search and sharing) and the foundations that support engineering teams and community contributors across the Grafana ecosystem.
As Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads, owning their performance, delivery and customer outcomes. Frontend Platform enables teams to build reliable, high-quality experiences; Navigation helps users find and organise resources and move confidently through Grafana.
You’ll develop senior engineers, partner with Product and Design, and improve how teams work, including through AI and automation. We use Cloud-first rollout and experimentation to learn quickly, bringing relevant improvements to OSS and Enterprise.
AI Notice: We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be accountable for the performance of
two
distributed engineering squads: set clear expectations, delegate effectively, coach and develop each team member, give timely feedback, address performance gaps and build a culture of trust and accountability.
Own hiring and team planning across both squads, aligning team capacity and skills with product priorities and longer-term needs.
Lead discovery with your squads: engage directly with customers, community members and internal users, combine their feedback with research and usage evidence, and use those insights to shape roadmaps and priorities.
Partner with Product, Design and engineering leaders to set priorities, resolve dependencies and make trade-offs between customer needs, long-term investments and operational demands.
Own delivery across both squads from discovery through rollout and measurement: set milestones, surface risks early and intervene when commitments are at risk.
Use AI regularly in your management work to synthesise research and feedback, inform roadmap and resourcing decisions, and streamline coordination, reporting and follow-through.
Improve how the squads plan, make decisions and deliver. Lead the adoption of AI and automation across engineering and operational workflows, evaluating their impact on delivery speed, quality and time spent on repetitive work.
Set engineering direction with senior engineers for the frontend foundations owned by your squads, including developer experience, accessibility, architecture, tooling, reliability and multitenant capabilities.
Set engineering direction for navigation, search and resource organisation, including where AI-assisted discovery can help users find what they need.
Set and uphold engineering standards for quality, security and operability, including how teams evaluate and validate AI-assisted work.
Lead improvements across Grafana and R&D that increase engineering productivity and improve business outcomes.
Participate in the engineering management on-call rota, coordinate responses and drive improvements that reduce recurring disruption. Regularly use Grafana’s AI capabilities for observability, incident investigation and management, bringing that experience into product feedback and roadmap decisions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Significant experience managing senior engineers, building healthy teams and developing technical leaders. You give clear feedback and address performance gaps directly and fairly.
A strong technical foundation in modern web or frontend systems, enabling you to evaluate technical trade-offs and shape architectural and engineering-quality decisions with senior engineers.
A track record of turning ambiguous, cross-team problems into clear priorities and measurable results, managing delivery risks and operational demands.
Strong product and customer judgement, with the ability to connect engineering investments to user, developer and business outcomes.
Clear, concise written communication and the ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed organisation.
An appreciation for open-source development and the judgement to balance Cloud-first delivery with the needs of customers, community members and internal teams.
Practical experience using AI and automation in your own leadership work, and leading teams to adopt them effectively.
Bonus Points For
Experience with React, TypeScript or comparable large-scale frontend ecosystems.
Experience leading a developer platform team, including support for plugins or extensions.
Experience with navigation, search, information architecture or resource-management products.
Experience delivering multitenant SaaS or major platform migrations.
Experience working on a widely adopted open-source product.

This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants from USA in EST time zones
only
at this time.

It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Today, our SMB sales motion is dialed in. The majority of new customers find us; they visit our website, start a trial, or request a walkthrough of the platform. We’ve built a process that converts these visitors into customers at an impressive rate.
Over the past year, our product has become increasingly competitive for support teams at larger companies (100-1,000 employees), but those prospects don’t always arrive on our site ready to engage. That’s where you come in.
This is a true outbound sales role, designed for a rep with world-class prospecting skills. You’ll have the opportunity to not only craft our outbound sales motion, but lead the charge competing (and winning) new upmarket customers at a higher ACV.
Please note: For this role, we are only able to hire in the United States.
In this role, you will
- Build and own your pipeline. We expect more than 75% of your opportunities to be self-sourced through target account campaigns, account-based targeting, referrals, events. Inbound will support you; it won't fill your calendar.
- Run full-cycle deals. You'll land the first meeting, run tailored product demos, build compelling business cases, manage commercial negotiations and seal the deal. You own the sales motion (with support from our amazing team).
- Build a playbook. What works for you becomes the baseline of our upmarket sales motion. You're the first person running it, and will work with GTM leadership to set our strategy for the future.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. You'll give Product direct feedback on requirements on what mid-market support teams need from us, partner with Marketing to launch targeted campaigns & and work in lockstep with RevOps to ensure our operational process is dialed in.
- Own numbers. You'll own and report on pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and progress to target with enough rigor that leadership can plan around it.
ABOUT YOU:
- You've sourced the majority of your own pipeline — 75% or more — and you can be specific about your strategy and results
- You have 8+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, working mid-market accounts at companies of roughly 250–1,000 employees.
- You're at home in a 3-6 month cycle, closing deals with with an average size of $25-$75K
- You have a real point of view on account selection and engagement strategy
- You are comfortable managing a modern GTM tech stack and AI solutions for prospect selection, automation, enrichment — you can build a system that works for you
- You use AI daily to improve your output, and you can point to specific examples where AI changed the speed, quality, and scale of what you delivered.
- You’re a problem solver, and possess a strong ability to identify customer business needs, multi-thread with key stakeholders and position relevant solutions effectively
- You are comfortable being the first of something. There's no mid-market playbook here yet, and you'd rather write one than inherit one.
Compensation for this role is $100K base salary. OTE is $200K.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
We are seeking an exceptional
Senior Marketing Analytics Manager
to be embedded in
Growth Marketing
, the team at Garner that owns B2C member activation & engagement. You will report directly to the
Director of Marketing Operations
and serve as the dedicated data & analytics partner for our
Growth Marketing
team.
Growth Marketing is responsible for getting employees to sign up and use their Garner benefit — through email, SMS, direct mail, in-app, in-office materials, and employer-led communication channels. We're looking for an
exceptional, AI-native data & analytics manager
to own how member activation and engagement are operationalized and measured across channels. You'll own the
audience targeting & segmentation
(SQL queries in Snowflake for our email / sms / direct mail targeting, partnering closely with Engineering) and build the
Business Intelligence layer
that powers our member engagement campaigns, ranging from cross-system data pipelines, attribution modeling, experimentation frameworks, and funnel & lifecycle analysis through core reporting and dashboards. You'll define the metrics behind member growth and ensure those definitions hold consistently across systems. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth engine — helping us engage more members, deliver a first-class member experience, and improve health outcomes at scale.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Targeting & segmentation (campaign operations):
Own the audience targeting, segmentation (SQL queries of Snowflake data tables to be built into our Iterable system), and personalization data behind our email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. Partner with Engineering to troubleshoot upstream Data issues that affect our marketing campaigns, as well as enhance and automate the data mechanics and pipelines so the program can scale.
Analytics & Reporting:
Own how member activation and engagement are measured end-to-end (e.g., Looker dashboards). Define, build, and maintain the KPIs, metric definitions, performance reports, and dashboards Growth Marketing runs on — funnel and lifecycle metrics, email/SMS campaign activity, channel efficiency, operational health, and KPI target setting.
Product & engagement analytics:
Bridge marketing activity to member behavior in the Garner app so the team can optimize communications over time.
Experimentation:
Develop and execute on the Growth Marketing team’s A/B testing program and performance reporting.
Data governance:
Build our data foundation alongside Data Management & Engineering, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Growth Product to ensure our data is analysis-ready and trustworthy. Build workflows, documentation, QA practices, and tooling that ensure our metrics are standardized across systems and campaigns.
Systems & technology stack:
Uplevel our data sophistication by designing and building at the systems level, leveraging AI in order to maximize scale and leverage.
What you will bring to the team:
4–6+ years in marketing & growth & analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar data-centric role.
Growth & marketing, B2C, B2B2C, and Product-led Growth subject matter expertise preferred but not required (e.g., customer funnel analytics, cohort and retention curves, channel attribution, lifecycle email/SMS/direct mail performance, targeting/segmentation, personalization)
Expertise in the modern data stack
.
Hands-on proficiency with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and visualization tools
(e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience with ESP/CRM event data (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar) is a strong plus.
Experience in experimentation & reporting
. Familiarity with A/B and incrementality test design, statistics, measurement, and optimization.
Analytical rigor and problem framing
. You turn a vague business question into the right analysis, define a defensible metric, and state your assumptions rather than jumping to a chart. You’re a strong communicator who’s comfortable using insight to drive decisions for a marketing audience and executives.
AI fluency
. Comfort with and excitement about harnessing AI agents to build analyses, design dashboards, and validate results.
Self-starter approach
with the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and juggle multiple priorities & deadlines, doing whatever is necessary to ensure company success. You thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic
startup environment.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team
that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, Performance Enablement, you'll make performance testing and analysis easier for engineering teams to adopt and own. You'll build platforms, tooling, guidance, and artificial intelligence-assisted workflows that help teams identify performance risks during development and before they roll changes out to production.
We're moving from a hands-on consulting model to a self-service model. Service teams own their performance tests, analysis, thresholds, and evidence. We provide the paved road, documentation, skills, and expert support for challenging problems and new capabilities.
This is a backend and platform engineering role with room to grow in scope and influence. You'll help shape how Performance Enablement supports engineering teams, using artificial intelligence thoughtfully to accelerate design, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and automation.
You'll support work such as:
Enabling modular feature teams, including Orbit and Artifact Registry, to run performance testing through their own development and continuous integration workflows
Building reusable performance tooling, including component-level testing, load testing, performance analysis, and artificial intelligence-assisted engineering skills
Improving performance results, reporting, and trend visibility so teams can make informed decisions from their own evidence
Establishing the documentation, templates, and guidance needed to expand self-service adoption across research and development
What you’ll do
Build and evolve reusable backend platforms and tooling for performance testing and analysis.
Create self-service workflows, documentation, templates, diagnostics, and artificial intelligence skills that reduce the need for bespoke support.
Use development practices that apply artificial intelligence to accelerate implementation, testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
Influence engineering teams to make performance testing part of normal development and release preparation.
Turn early hands-on engagements into generalized capabilities that many teams can adopt independently.
Provide technical expertise for difficult performance questions, tooling enhancements, and new platform capabilities.
What you’ll bring
Experience building backend or platform software.
Experience building internal platforms or developer-facing tooling.
Experience partnering with development teams to improve their day-to-day workflows.
Experience using development practices that apply artificial intelligence across the software lifecycle.
Experience with software performance, such as performance analysis, optimization, benchmarking, or leading performance-related improvements.
Practical experience with Kubernetes, k6, and Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or similar cloud infrastructure.
Experience building durable solutions that support broad adoption using systems thinking.
Communicate clearly in writing and influence teams without direct authority.
About the team
Performance Enablement is part of Platform Enablement within Developer Experience and Infrastructure Platforms. We help GitLab teams make performance part of the software lifecycle.
Our goal is to make performance a shared responsibility of service-owning teams while providing a strong platform and center of expertise when teams need help. We work asynchronously, collaborate broadly across research and development, and focus on building capabilities that scale beyond individual team engagements.

As a Staff Product Designer you’ll …
- Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and making sure what we ship is great. Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels — and how that experience holds together as a coherent system, from the visual authoring surface to publishing workflows to localization.
- Design for both humans and agents. Build surfaces that work for marketing teams operating at scale and for AI agents querying and composing against structured content, with the right controls, transparency, and trust signals for each.
- Think in systems. The CMS touches nearly everything Webflow's enterprise customers do. Hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces while making individual flows feel simple and obvious.
- Work upstream. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built. Align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before pixels get pushed.
- Raise the bar — in craft, process, and how you use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality. Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, and bring a point of view on how the CMS connects to the broader Webflow platform.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating ambiguous problems within complex products. You know how to make something complex feel obvious to the people using it. Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
- Systems thinking at scale. You've designed for interconnected surfaces where decisions in one place ripple across others, and
- Comfort with technical depth. You can engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture to ensure design and systems decisions are aligned.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows — prototyping in code, using AI tools to explore and communicate ideas faster, and comfort working where the line between design and production is increasingly blurry.
You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Designer if you:
- Can hold a long-horizon systems problem and still ship focused, high-quality work in the near term.
- Communicate with precision and can influence product strategy and present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders without losing the room.
- Combine strong craft with the humility to test your assumptions early and often.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
