The role / impact
As a Senior Engineer within the Internal AI Accelerator Squad, you will be at the forefront of Xero’s transformation into an AI-native company. You will act as a forward-deployed engineer, embedding yourself within various internal business teams to co-design and operationalise agentic AI workflows that remove manual toil and fundamentally reshape how our people work end-to-end.
Your impact extends beyond the code; you will lead the delivery of high-stakes AI agents from discovery to production, while acting as a technical partner and evangelist. By defining the patterns, guardrails, and tooling for intelligent automation, you will create the blueprint that enables the rest of Xero to harness the power of AI safely and effectively.
The team / how they connect
You will join a dedicated, high-velocity squad focused on boosting the adoption of agentic AI and intelligent automation across the global business. The team connects through a shared mission of rapid experimentation and "vibe-coding," working closely with product owners and SMEs to turn complex, messy workflows into elegant, automated solutions.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
- Designing and iterating on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using tools like Claude, Gemini, and MCP.
- Integrating AI systems with core enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite.
- Developing reusable automation patterns and shared templates to be used by the business
- Building evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure performance and ensure the safety of AI-native workflows.
Where and how you can work
At Xero, we embrace a hybrid way of working that prioritises both flexibility and meaningful connection. You will have the autonomy to work from home, supported by regular boost days in our modern office spaces designed to foster collaboration, brainstorming, and team bonding.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- You bring a wealth of experience in building and operating applications or automations within production environments, particularly involving APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Your background includes hands-on delivery of AI-driven solutions such as agents, copilots, or RAG systems using LLMs like Claude or Gemini.
- You possess proficiency in programming languages such as Python or TypeScript and feel comfortable navigating SDKs and webhooks.
- A systems-thinking approach is part of your toolkit, allowing you to design agents with security, auditability, and controlled blast radius at the forefront.
- You have a track record of partnering with non-technical stakeholders to translate business pain points into technical solution designs.
- You are a natural coach who enjoys uplifting the AI fluency of those around you through pairing, workshops, and clear communication.
COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role, we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheck. While base salary is a core component, we look at your compensation through a holistic lens that includes equity, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role in:
- CAD $180K – CAD $210K

Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for Render's datastores portfolio, with our Postgres offering at the center. You will define what a modern managed database experience looks like, including how database products will adapt to new state patterns from agents and how agents as users of state-keeping products should be accommodated.
You'll drive the technical and strategic direction for Render Postgres and our broader data layer, working directly with your team and infrastructure engineering to shape architectural decisions. You'll engage with Render's customers and our product development teams to develop a deep understanding of their data needs and build conviction about where the datastores portfolio needs to go next.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Render's datastores, anchored on Postgres. Your scope spans provisioning and lifecycle management, high availability and disaster recovery, backups and point-in-time recovery, scaling and performance, connection management, and the extension ecosystem.
- Drive prioritization across Render's data investments, balancing the leverage of foundational reliability work — replication, failover, storage performance — against near-term product and business needs, and being able to negotiate those tradeoffs.
- Partner deeply with Engineering & other Product teams to shape the technical direction of Render's data layer, ensuring architectural decisions optimize for durability, performance, and operational simplicity. Databases are where customer trust is won or lost, so an instinct for reliability and data safety is essential.
- Develop a strong, opinionated point of view on how managed Postgres needs to evolve to serve AI-native builders — from vector workloads and retrieval pipelines to databases that are spun up, branched, and torn down programmatically by agents at scale.
- Set the standard for how developers experience data on Render, providing clear guidance, sensible defaults, and abstractions that make it easy for teams to run production databases with confidence — without needing a DBA on staff.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years in Product Management, with the majority spent on databases, data infrastructure, developer tools, or platform products.
- Familiarity with Postgres — its architecture, operational model, ecosystem, and the tradeoffs teams face running it in production. Bonus if you have strong perspective on how agentic workloads and AI-native applications are reshaping database usage patterns.
- Deep developer empathy, for both internal engineering teams and our customers, and the technical depth to make sound architectural tradeoffs in collaboration with engineering.
- A track record of taking ambiguous, high-stakes reliability and infrastructure problems and turning them into clear strategy and shipped outcomes.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
WHAT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience as a database engineer, DBA, or infrastructure engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Postgres internals, replication tooling, or the extension ecosystem (e.g., pgvector, PostGIS).
- Experience building AI agents or the data infrastructure that powers them.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional AI-Native Data Analyst to join Garner and drive how data shapes business decisions at scale. You'll be the person the business trusts to turn fuzzy questions into the metrics, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses that decisions actually get made on — owning that work end-to-end.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own KPIs and dashboards end-to-end.
Build, maintain, and govern key KPIs and dashboards across business domains, managing the full lifecycle of analytics projects from scoping to delivery.
Be a thought partner on measurement.
Partner with stakeholders to define how success is measured across Garner's products and operations.
Build scalable data pipelines.
Collaborate with the data engineering team to create maintainable pipelines that power reliable reporting.
Develop deep domain expertise.
Build a strong understanding of your analytical domain so you can independently drive meaningful insights.
Close reporting gaps.
Identify where coverage is missing and proactively develop new dashboards and insights to fill them.
Raise the bar on data practices.
Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, metric consistency, and stakeholder communication across teams.
Answer high-stakes, ambiguous questions.
Run deep-dive investigations into complex business problems — the kind of analysis leadership uses to make strategic calls.
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years
of experience
in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role.
Cross-functional translation.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Autonomy and ownership.
Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
Automation mindset.
Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.
AI Nativity.
Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents.
Making data accessible
. A track record of getting stakeholders trustworthy, self-serve access to the information they need. Experience with a BI/visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) helps — but the outcome matters more than the specific tool.
Modern data stack.
Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; experience with dbt strongly preferred — you'll partner with Data Management in governed pipelines, not just consume their outputs.
A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you’ll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $167,000 - $210,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
The European cloud landscape is undergoing a massive structural shift. Specialized GPU cloud providers, alternative infrastructure platforms, and sovereign cloud consortiums—collectively known as
NeoClouds
—are scaling exponentially to fuel the generational demand for enterprise AI/ML training and inference.
As an Account Executive for the NeoCloud market in Europe, you will own MinIO’s commercial footprint across this hyper-growth sector.
This role is open as a remote role in any Major European AI Hub for a qualified candidate.
You will be selling a revolutionary AI data infrastructure portfolio, headlined by:
MinIO AIStor:
Our exascale AI data store purpose-built for massive concurrency, sub-10ms latency, and high-throughput training pipelines.
MinIO MemKV:
Our purpose-built context memory store that eliminates the inference "recompute tax" by turning NVMe flash into a shared memory tier that GPU pods access at microsecond speeds over RDMA.
Why this role matters:
AI infrastructure cannot achieve true efficiency using legacy storage frameworks. By positioning MinIO at the foundation of European NeoClouds, you will directly enable cloud providers to maximize GPU utilization (95%+), collapse time-to-first-token latencies from seconds to milliseconds, and drastically lower operational costs for their enterprise tenants.
What You Will Do
Drive Revenue & Market Share:
Execute a strategic enterprise sales motion to identify, sign, and expand high-value commercial partnerships with European NeoClouds, specialized AI hosters, and sovereign cloud providers.
Value-Based Portfolio Positioning:
Lead complex technical and business conversations illustrating how MinIO products meet current and future requirements.
Full Sales Lifecycle Management:
Actively manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting and initial technical qualification to executive alignment, pilot orchestration, pricing architecture, and contract closure.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate closely with MinIO Solution Architects, Product Engineering, and corporate leadership to handle demanding infrastructure environments involving S3 over RDMA, PCIe Gen6, and NVIDIA reference architectures (e.g., Spectrum-X Ethernet, BlueField-4 STX).
Ecosystem Amplification:
Leverage alliances with key physical hardware and networking providers (e.g., NVIDIA, regional data center developers) to position MinIO as the foundational storage choice for modern AI deployment blueprints.
Your Skills and Experience
Proven Infrastructure Sales Record:
10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, with a documented history of successfully selling to cloud service providers (CSPs), telcos, managed services providers (MSPs), or high-performance computing (HPC) hubs.
Familiarity with NVIDIA ecosystem: AI Factory architecture and experience selling with NVIDIA field teams is a huge plus.
Deep AI/ML Infrastructure Literacy:
Fluency in the mechanics of modern AI infrastructure stacks. You can confidently discuss GPUs, Kubernetes operators, high-speed networking fabrics (RDMA/InfiniBand), KV Cache eviction challenges in LLMs, and modern data platforms like Apache Iceberg.
Strategic Deal Architect:
Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-layered corporate accounts, building deep trust with everyone from infrastructure engineers to executive decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Heads of AI Infrastructure).
European Landscape Expertise:
Strong understanding of regional dynamics within European tech markets (UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics) and the data sovereignty requirements reshaping the continent's infrastructure policies.
Entrepreneurial Engine:
A proactive, self-motivated operator who thrives in high-velocity, high-innovation spaces and enjoys building a market segment from the ground up.
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government deployments: privacy compliance, security authorisations, technical and infrastructure constraints
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific government requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet government-grade security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with UK government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain UK government security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Active UK government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) - preference for active Top Secret clearance
- Background in or strong familiarity with UK defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility for UK government security clearance.
Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold an active UK government Top Secret (TS) clearance, as this will enable immediate engagement with our most sensitive defence and national security customers.
However, we will also consider exceptional candidates who:
- Currently hold UK government Secret clearance and are eligible for TS upgrade
- Do not currently hold clearance, but are eligible and willing to undergo the Top Secret clearance process
- Have a previous government security clearance that has lapsed
Please note that obtaining Top Secret clearance can take 12-18 months. Candidates without active clearance will work on non-classified public sector accounts while the clearance process is underway.
What Makes This Role Unique

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Role summary
As a Product Security Engineer within the Cybersecurity organization, you will be the dedicated security partner for one or more product organizations (such as Vibe, Studio or Forge).
You will work alongside engineers, researchers and product managers to ensure security is built into every stage of the product lifecycle—from early design and architecture decisions through implementation, production deployment and continuous evolution.
Your mission is to help engineering teams build secure products without slowing them down. Rather than acting as a gatekeeper, you will enable teams to make sound security decisions through secure-by-design principles, pragmatic engineering guidance and scalable security automation.
You will own the Product Security strategy for your product portfolio, influence engineering decisions, and help define how secure software is built across one of the world's leading AI companies.
What you will do
- Serve as the dedicated Product Security partner for one or more product organizations.
- Drive security throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design and architecture reviews to production deployment and ongoing operation.
- Lead threat modeling, security architecture reviews and risk assessments for new features, APIs and major architectural changes.
- Define pragmatic security requirements and secure-by-default patterns that enable engineering teams to ship safely at high velocity for a specific product.
- Review critical designs and code, focusing on authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, data protection, cryptography and other high-impact security controls.
- Design product-specific security validation strategies, including targeted testing, abuse-case development and guided agent-based security assessments tailored to each product's architecture and workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities identified through code reviews, penetration testing, bug bounty programs and automated security testing.
- Collaborate with Security Engineering to improve reusable security platforms, developer guardrails and security capabilities integrated into the SDLC.
- Champion secure software engineering through coaching, technical leadership, reusable design patterns and Security Champion programs.
- Define Product Security metrics, continuously improve the security posture of your products and help shape Product Security practices across the company.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Security, Application Security or Software Engineering with a strong security focus.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, distributed systems, APIs and cloud-native applications.
- Demonstrated experience performing threat modeling, architecture reviews and secure design assessments.
- Deep understanding of modern software security, including authentication, authorization, cryptography, secrets management, tenant isolation, secure data flows and common vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, CWE).
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, TypeScript or similar languages, with the ability to review production code and build security automation.
- Experience with application security testing techniques, including manual code review, penetration testing, bug bounty programs.
- Experience designing product-specific security testing approaches, including security automation or agent-based testing, is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of Secure SDLC principles from product design through production deployment and long-term maintenance.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to earn trust across engineering organizations and balance security, product delivery and developer experience.
- A pragmatic, engineering-first mindset with strong technical judgment and a focus on solving meaningful security problems.
