As a Senior Business Designer, you’ll help teams and organizations turn bold ideas into viable, real-world outcomes — shaping new products, services, and ventures while building the business models, strategies, and pathways to bring them to market. Working across the spectrum from insight to execution, you’ll use business tools, systems thinking, entrepreneurial creativity, and strategic analysis to drive competitive advantage and strategic growth for our clients.

They’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, working with multi-disciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders and building conviction for new ideas. They quickly understand how a business creates and captures value, connecting market insights, customer needs, and financial drivers into compelling strategies — moving work forward with the right balance of rigor and creativity to drive real impact.
Why is this role important for IDEO’s work?
Business Designers make the biggest impact by turning ambiguity into clarity and connecting insights to commercially viable opportunities. Their skillset is critical to our work because they bring together strategy, business decision making, market understanding and business model thinking to help clients create and capture value. We count on them to move work beyond ideas into action and provide clear, informed pathways for winning investments.

Translate complexity into action by developing and leading experiments or pilots that produce insights to help create innovation roadmaps to scale recommendations in real-world contexts
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with designers across all creative and technical disciplines (design research, interaction design, data science, communication design, etc.)
Facilitate client workshops and conversations that drive alignment, momentum, and strategic decisions
Continuously grow with, as well as upskill, the Business Design craft through knowledge sharing and bringing unique perspectives to the greater IDEO community

Experience in business design, strategy, product management, venture building, or innovation roles
Ability to creatively problem-solve in a business context, i.e. generate multiple alternative ways to address feasibility, viability, and desirability, including ways that are not obvious
Comfort working in ambiguous situations with limited direction, independently shaping problem definitions and approaches
Ability to interpret and communicate complex business ideas to different audiences, through text, visual, and verbal communications
Experience working across stakeholders and influencing decisions in complex organization
Track record in making ideas real and tangible, from concept to execution roadmap, as an entrepreneur and/or intrapreneur, and bringing others along with you

ABOUT THE OBSERVABILITY PLATFORM TEAM
The Observability Platform team exists to make production legible to every engineer and AI agent at Wealthsimple, on their first day and every day after. Every request, job, and user action produces a signal, and our job is to turn that signal into a fast, high-cardinality data asset that anyone can question. A business stakeholder investigating a drop in conversions, a service owner tracing a slow endpoint, an engineer validating a release, and an AI agent confirming its own change should all reach for the same data and get an answer in seconds.
We treat the platform as a product, and the engineers, service owners, and business stakeholders who depend on it as our partners. Our mission is to build the wide-event data model, the query foundation, and the golden paths that connect people to production data. We instrument on open standards such as OpenTelemetry so switching costs are a configuration change rather than a rewrite, and we optimize for the questions people did not anticipate rather than for pre-built dashboards.
As the founding Software Development Manager for this team, you will hire and lead the engineers who build this foundation, and set the technical vision that shapes how Wealthsimple understands its systems for years to come.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Build the wide-event data model at the heart of the platform. Lead an events-first foundation on open standards such as OpenTelemetry, including the schema, SDKs, libraries, and instrumentation defaults that make rich, consistent, high-cardinality telemetry the path of least resistance for every team.
- Build the query foundation that connects people to production data, and make it legible to AI agents. Design the columnar or streaming backends, the tagging and context-propagation standards, and the access patterns, including protocols such as MCP, that let a business stakeholder, a service owner, an engineer, or an AI agent ask an unanticipated question and get a fast answer.
- Connect production data to business impact. Tie telemetry to client experience and business outcomes through SLOs and user flows, so teams see a problem in the numbers that matter before clients feel it. This is detection framed as a data question, not a wall of machine-state alerts.
- Define what observability means at Wealthsimple, set a multi-year roadmap, and align engineering and leadership behind it.
- Own the tool and vendor strategy across the observability stack, including how we get the most from Datadog while reducing lock-in and managing cost.
- Prove value on pilots. Start with one or two teams to validate the approach before scaling it across the organization.
- Hire and lead the team, and own career development, performance management, coaching, and a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay hands-on, and move fast with AI coding tools such as Claude Code fluently to prototype, unblock the team, and raise its bar for building with AI.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 7+ years in software engineering, with a software development background. You build platforms as software, with the testing, design, and engineering rigor that implies.
- Direct, hands-on experience treating telemetry as a data problem. You have designed wide structured events, managed high cardinality, and worked with columnar or streaming backends, sampling, tagging, and context propagation. This is the core of the role.
- Direct experience building an observability, telemetry, or production-data platform before, so you are not learning the problem space on the job. You do not need to have built a commercial product such as Datadog or Honeycomb, but you have built the equivalent inside an engineering organization.
- A track record of building SDKs and shared platforms in a platform, data, or foundations team. You have shipped the libraries, paved roads, and defaults that other engineers build on, and you treat those engineers as partners.
- Fluency with OpenTelemetry or an equivalent, and with SLI and SLO design that ties signals to client experience and business outcomes.
- 3+ years of engineering management experience, developing engineers and delivering complex initiatives through both growth and change.
- The ability to set a vision, sequence the work, and move engineering and leadership toward it.
- Strong people leadership and cross-boundary influence. You grow careers, give clear feedback, build inclusive teams, and build trust with peer managers, senior leadership, service owners, and business stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with columnar stores such as ClickHouse, streaming systems such as Kafka, or query engines built for high-cardinality analytics.
- Experience building observability for LLM and agent-based workloads.
- Familiarity with self-serve data access, semantic layers, or data cataloging that helps non-experts find and query the right signal.
- Experience in a regulated or fintech environment.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is launching Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay. As the first Client Partner on the ground, you'll be building the portfolio from scratch — a rare opportunity to introduce a platform to an entire market and own the results.
Pinterest is one of the most distinctive platforms in the digital landscape: highly visual, deeply intentional, and uniquely positioned at the intersection of inspiration and purchase intent. Users come to plan their next trip, home renovation, or outfit. For the right advertiser, that mindset is gold. Your job is to help them see it.
What you'll do
Lead the commercial launch of Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay — evangelizing a platform with no prior commercial presence in these markets.
Build a pipeline from zero: prospect, prioritize, outreach, and close.
Educate advertisers and agencies on Pinterest's formats and performance potential, acting as much as an educator as a salesperson.
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers at agencies and direct clients across both markets.
Partner closely with the CSM team for seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Use data and analytics to measure performance, optimize strategy, and exceed KPIs including sales growth, client retention, and platform adoption.
What you need for this role
3 to 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, media, or marketing.
Real, existing relationships with marketing decision-makers in Uruguay (Paraguay is a strong plus).
Proven ability to hunt new business — you build your prospect list and work it.
Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: performance, display, video, native, programmatic.
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
Organized, data-driven, and comfortable in a build-from-scratch environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
You're genuinely drawn to Pinterest's world and you can translate that into an advertiser pitch.
You anticipate challenges and take initiative before things become problems.
You thrive on teamwork but bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You have genuine tech curiosity — you adopt new tools, test them, and make them part of your workflow.
You leverage AI for research, briefs, and prep — then apply your judgment to build the relationship.
You think analytically: data and pipeline signals drive your decisions, not just gut feeling.
You're comfortable being the first — first call, first pitch, in a market that's never been approached before.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Processing 2+ million daily interactions between adjoe's reward engine and its global publisher network
The Supply Integrations team builds and operates the services that ensure every user reward is calculated, verified, and delivered, whether that means firing a cryptographically signed HTTP callback in milliseconds or transferring loyalty points through a partner's OAuth-secured payment API. Every callback that lands on time is a reward delivered, a publisher retained, and revenue protected.
The team's production surface spans a set of services connecting adjoe to a global publisher network. S2S Payout Callbacks deliver real-time reward notifications with 40+ configurable parameters, secured by per-publisher cryptographic signatures. The Payout Adapter integrates directly with enterprise partner payment systems, handling OAuth2 flows, mTLS, HMAC signatures, and retry logic to guarantee delivery. Our External Statistics API aggregates data from Druid, Athena, and DynamoDB into self-serve publisher dashboards and daily reports. All of this is backed by Go microservices communicating over Kafka and SQS, with state managed in DynamoDB and MySQL, processing over 2 million interactions every day without missing a beat.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Production Golang Systems Expertise: You bring 5+ years of backend development experience, including at least 3 years writing Go in production distributed environments. You will build and maintain our +99% Go microservice architecture—interfacing with our TypeScript/React frontend—to reliably handle 2+ million daily publisher interactions and scale beyond hundreds of millions of monthly active users.
- High-Throughput Event Streaming: You have hands-on experience designing asynchronous microservice communication using event buses like Kafka, SQS/SNS, and Kinesis. You will build pipelines to collect billions of daily API events and aggregate them into our data lake for sub-second querying.
- High-Scale Data & API Optimization: You understand database internals and low-level web standards (HTTP protocol, Encoding, Regular Expressions). You will optimize queries across hundreds of terabytes of data across DynamoDB, MySQL, Druid, and Athena to reduce API response times and expose transparent, well-documented open APIs to enterprise partners.
- Data Science & Algorithmic Integration: You quickly grasp complex technical topics and applied mathematics. You will partner directly with our Data Science team to translate and integrate machine learning algorithms into adjoe’s core application, optimizing real-time ad targeting.
- Collaborative Technical Communication: You communicate fluently and precisely in spoken and written English. You will actively participate in peer code reviews and technical knowledge sharing across an international backend engineering team.
- Plus: Infrastructure & Cloud Tooling: Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), Docker containerization, or serverless infrastructure.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is hiring a Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to architect and lead the global, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for Vercel's platform and developer tools.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Events & Integrated Demand Generation and own Vercel's integrated campaign motion. You'll translate product and business priorities into cohesive campaign narratives that resonate with developers, technical decision-makers, and enterprise buyers, then orchestrate the cross-functional machine that brings them to life.
Working alongside Product Marketing, Growth, Digital, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and Sales, you'll unify individual channel efforts into a single integrated motion. Every campaign you run will blend developer-first storytelling with enterprise-grade messaging and span the full funnel from first touch to closed revenue.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Vercel's global integrated campaigns, from big-idea development through channel activation, measurement, and iteration.
Translate product and business priorities into campaign narratives and messaging architectures tailored to distinct audiences: developers, full-stack teams, product leaders, and enterprise buyers.
Orchestrate multi-channel programs across paid, owned, and earned channels in partnership with Growth, Digital, and Performance Marketing, ensuring every touchpoint ladders up to a unified story.
Partner with Strategic Events and Field Marketing to extend campaigns into trade shows, regional events, and developer meetups to create experiences that reinforce the campaign narrative in person.
Align with Sales and BDR leadership so campaigns fuel outbound motions with the right messaging, content, and follow-up plays that convert.
Build and maintain the global campaign calendar, managing dependencies, sequencing, and regional alignment across functions and time zones.
Define success metrics upfront, then measure, report, and optimize by running structured experiments across creative, messaging, channels, and audience segments.
Mentor and guide campaign best practices across the marketing org, raising the bar for how Vercel plans and ships integrated programs.
What you need
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years leading integrated or demand generation campaigns — within developer tools, cloud infrastructure or other technical SaaS products.
A proven track record of owning global, full-funnel campaigns end to end, with clear pipeline and revenue impact you can point to.
Deep understanding of developer audiences and the nuances of marketing technical products without dumbing them down.
A strong storyteller who can shape a campaign narrative and hold it consistent across every channel and region.
Exceptional program management skills: you can coordinate across regions, time zones, and a dozen stakeholders without dropping threads.
Data-fluent, with hands-on experience defining KPIs, building reporting, and using performance data to make optimization calls.
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Bonus if you
Have marketed directly to developer communities or run technical content programs.
Have launched campaigns supporting AI, cloud, or infrastructure products.
Have worked in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations.
