#3 on Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies list
. We're growing rapidly at scale and are backed by Battery Ventures, a global technology-focused investment firm. While most companies are still figuring out how to use AI, we've spent years building it into the core of our platform — and we're just getting started.
We're looking for a Localisation Project Manager (Localisation Operations Specialist) based in Ireland to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end localisation lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise clients, serving as both their operational point of contact and a key contributor to how our team delivers value. This is a role for someone who brings real localisation experience, thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, and is energized by the challenge of balancing operational precision with strong client relationships.
You Will
Act as your clients' embedded localisation operations expert, serving as the primary operational point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
Foster strong stakeholder relationships, navigate competing priorities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution and continuous improvement of clients' localization programs.
Design and optimize localisation processes within Smartling’s platform and client-preferred project management and content management tools, overseeing the end-to-end job lifecycle and tailoring configurations to each client’s unique requirements, including effective use of AI tooling where applicable.
Solve problems both independently and collaboratively, bringing a solutions-first mindset to client challenges and internal roadblocks.
Proactively drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements, documenting best practices, and leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows, enhance scalability, and improve team efficiency
You Have
At least 2-3 years of experience in localisation or translation project management, ideally within a managed services or agency environment
Solid understanding of localisation file formats, content types, and CAT/TMS tooling
Strong client management skills: comfortable leading calls, navigating difficult conversations, and representing the team externally
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Google Sheets, Looker, or equivalent)
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and vendor management
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities across time zones
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred but not required
Hands-on experience with Smartling or other TMS platforms (such as Phrase, XTM, or MemoQ)
Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS clients in an operational or customer-facing role.
Fluency or working proficiency in a second language
Interest in language, technology, or global content strategy
You Are
Accountable.
You take full ownership of your accounts, addressing issues promptly and documenting root causes and preventative actions for future improvement.
Customer-Focused.
You understand that client deadlines and requirements are real business commitments and consistently approach them with urgency, accountability, and care.
Adaptable.
You adjust effectively to changing scope, priorities, and unexpected client inputs without losing focus or execution quality.
Communicative.
You proactively stay ahead of client needs by sharing status updates, surfacing risks early, and contributing insights, guidance, and best practices.
Process-Driven.
You adhere to established processes while actively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Security Engineer with deep incident response experience to help defend Replit, a fast-moving, cloud-native AI vibe-coding platform. You'll be the person who takes charge when something goes wrong. You'll lead investigations from first signal to root cause, coordinate containment across Security, SRE, and Engineering, and keep stakeholders informed while the incident is moving fast.
This isn't a pure responder role. We want a well-rounded security engineer who has run real incidents and wants to make the next one faster. You'll write the scripts, automations, and tooling that take manual work out of triage, evidence collection, and containment. You'll also turn lessons from each incident into better detections, playbooks, and platform hardening.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Incident Response
- Serve as incident commander or technical lead for security incidents, from detection and triage through containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident review.
- Coordinate response across Security, SRE, Engineering, Legal, and leadership. Drive decisions under pressure and keep a clear record of actions taken.
- Communicate incident status, impact, and risk clearly to technical and executive audiences.
- Participate in and help shape the security on-call rotation.
Investigation & Forensics
- Investigate suspicious activity across cloud infrastructure, containers, identity systems, and application layers using SIEM, Cloud Logging, telemetry, and host and container artifacts.
- Determine scope, root cause, attacker behavior, and blast radius for confirmed incidents.
- Quickly assess whether emerging threats (0-days, active exploitation campaigns, bug bounty findings, customer reports) apply to Replit, and whether we're already affected.
IR Automation & Tooling
- Build scripts, automations, and tools (Python, Go, Bash, or directly on Replit) that speed up response, such as automated enrichment, evidence collection, credential and session revocation, workload isolation, and alert triage.
- Develop and maintain response playbooks and runbooks, and automate them where possible.
- Integrate response workflows with SIEM, SOAR, ticketing, and chat tooling to cut time-to-contain.
Detection & Continuous Improvement
- Turn incident findings into new or improved detections, logging coverage, and visibility.
- Lead blameless post-incident reviews and drive remediation items to completion.
- Run tabletop exercises and simulations to test readiness and find gaps.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience leading or serving as technical lead on security incidents in a cloud or SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on investigation skills with SIEM, cloud audit logs, and log-based analysis. Comfortable working through large datasets under time pressure.
- Proficiency writing production-quality scripts or tools in Python, Go, or Bash for investigation and automation.
- Solid knowledge of cloud architecture and security, especially Google Cloud Platform (IAM, audit logging, GKE, networking).
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containers, including how to investigate and contain compromised workloads.
- Understanding of identity systems, SaaS architectures, and common cloud attack paths (credential theft, privilege escalation, supply chain, token abuse).
- Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals, CI/CD pipelines, and package ecosystems, so you can work effectively with Engineering on code-level fixes.
- Understanding of IR frameworks and lifecycle (for example NIST 800-61), plus the vulnerability lifecycle and exploitability analysis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building or operating SOAR or other response automation platforms.
- Digital forensics experience with cloud, Linux hosts, or containers.
- Experience with threat intelligence, threat hunting, or security research.
- Experience with bug bounty programs or coordinated vulnerability disclosure.
- Familiarity with detection-as-code practices and writing detection rules.
- Experience in fast-paced, cloud-native, or AI/ML-driven environments.
- Relevant certifications (such as GCIH, GCFA, GCFR), or equivalent hands-on experience.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Curiosity & initiative: Strong desire to understand attacker behaviors, emerging threats, and how they apply to real-world systems.
- Speed & analytical rigor: Ability to quickly assess high-risk vulnerabilities with clear, evidence-based reasoning.
- Collaboration: Comfort working across cross-functional teams spanning Security, SRE, Engineering, and Infrastructure.
- Clear communication: Ability to explain findings, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ownership mindset: Takes initiative to drive investigations, improvements, and remediations to completion.
- Continuous learning: Passion for staying up to date on new vulnerabilities, exploit trends, and cloud-native security best practices.

An overview of this role
This is an overnight shift role with working hours of 12:00am - 7:00am EST.
As a Support Engineer on our U.S. Government Support Engineering team, you operate at the critical intersection of Support and Engineering, enabling public sector organizations and United States government agencies to run GitLab in some of the most secure and constrained environments in the world. Your work directly supports national security missions, including customers operating within FedRAMP-authorized, air-gapped, and classified or semi-classified environments where traditional troubleshooting approaches are not always possible.
In this role, you will engage deeply with GitLab through the command line; analyzing logs, system behavior, and application performance with strong Linux fundamentals and an understanding of how GitLab’s components interact end-to-end. You may partner with Product and Engineering to reproduce and document edge-case defects using sanitized or redacted data, or contribute directly to the product by opening merge requests that resolve customer-impacting issues. Beyond resolving individual cases, you’ll help strengthen GitLab by improving documentation, support workflows, and institutional knowledge, ensuring that lessons learned in highly regulated environments benefit the broader platform; all while working in a fully remote, highly collaborative environment built on trust, autonomy, and shared ownership.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to quickly analyze strace output
A solution to capture the state of a customer’s server for easier troubleshooting
A functionality to ChatOps to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com
What you’ll do
Collaborate closely with public sector customers, including U.S. government agencies, the Department of War, and Intelligence Community organizations, to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in GitLab deployments operating under strict security, compliance, and operational constraints.
Perform deep, hands-on technical investigations using Linux command-line tooling and GitLab internals to analyze logs, system performance, and application behavior, often with limited telemetry or incomplete datasets. You will trace issues across infrastructure, application, and code paths to identify root causes, recommend mitigations, and drive durable fixes; frequently partnering with GitLab Product, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure outcomes that meet both mission and platform reliability requirements.
Create and update clear, reusable documentation and support content based on real customer interactions to improve self-service and reduce repeated issues.
Participate in regular
pairing sessions
with other Support Engineers and act as a
stable counterpart
to cross-functional teams to share knowledge and improve support processes.
Contribute to building and refining internal support tools and workflows, including automation and troubleshooting utilities, to make diagnosing and resolving issues more efficient.
Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations, providing timely emergency support for self-managed customers operating in restricted and compliance-focused environments.
Support the growth of the team by reviewing applications and assessments, and participating in interviews and hiring decision discussions.
What you’ll bring
Due to government security requirements, you must be a United States Citizen (defined as any individual who is a citizen of the United States by law, birth, or naturalization) to be eligible for this position
Experience managing customer-facing cases across the full support lifecycle, from initial inquiry and triage through reproduction, escalation, and resolution
Strong Linux systems administration knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot performance and configuration issues in complex environments
Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered developer tooling and gateway architectures (for example GitLab Duo, AI gateway configurations, or similar model-serving/proxy layers), including how they're deployed and troubleshot in self-managed or air-gapped environments
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash) and work within model-view-controller frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails) to investigate and resolve issues
Practical experience with Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows
Skill in creating and maintaining clear, accurate support content and technical documentation
Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, empathetic way to customers and coworkers with varying technical backgrounds
Familiarity with DevOps practices and container-orchestration technologies such as OpenShift and Kubernetes
Understanding of common information security and compliance concepts and controls (for example DISA STIG and SELinux), and eligibility to work on United States federal customer environments as required for this role
About the team
At GitLab Federal, LLC, the U.S. Government Support Engineering team partners with public sector organizations and United States government agencies to support GitLab in highly secure, mission-critical environments. Our work directly enables national security outcomes, supporting customers across the Intelligence Community, Department of War, and other federal, state, and local government entities operating within regulated and restricted boundaries.
We are embedded within Support Engineering and work closely with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales to solve complex, high-impact technical challenges. Our team frequently dives into code, logs, and architectural behavior to understand not just what is failing, but why; especially in environments with sanitized data, limited visibility, and strict compliance controls such as FedRAMP. We collaborate asynchronously across time zones and through structured pairing and discussion to share knowledge, strengthen solutions, and continuously improve how GitLab supports secure, air-gapped, and regulated deployments, while upholding GitLab's standards for rigor, transparency, and technical excellence.

What this role is about
You'll manage a team of Assigned Support Engineers who provide relationship-based technical support to GitLab's biggest enterprise customers. ASEs work proactively with customers to find root causes and prevent repeat issues, which is different from working a ticket queue. They also turn their actions and activity into outcomes and deliverables that show customers the ROI they get from GitLab.
You'll build a team that works independently, owns issues from start to finish, and knows when to ask for help. When a customer relationship is in trouble, you'll work alongside the account teams to bring it back to health. You'll also help improve the ASE program in ways that matter to customers and to the company.
What you'll do
Hire, coach, and develop ASEs. Hold regular 1:1s, give direct feedback, deal with performance issues early, and build a team where people feel safe raising problems.
Pay attention to engagement and retention, and coach the team on GitLab's values and operating principles.
Train ASEs to run technical interviews so the hiring pipeline doesn't depend on you.
Set clear goals and expectations, track progress across onboarding, relationships, escalations, and KPIs, and connect the team's work to company priorities. Help ASEs prioritize across accounts when everything feels urgent.
Lead escalations from start to finish. Work with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to get the right people moving, and keep the customer informed and confident in the plan.
Work alongside the account teams to bring at-risk customers back to health, including renewal and expansion risk driven by support concerns. Build the recovery plan, drive the technical side, and report on progress until the customer is stable.
Help ASEs translate their actions and activity into outcomes, deliverables, and ROI, and present that to customers and executives in clear decks that cover what happened, what you're doing about it, and what comes next.
Work with the ASE leadership team on initiatives that improve the program and customer outcomes, and see yours through to results.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, CSMs, Product, and Engineering to push for what customers need, and contribute utilization and onboarding data to capacity and headcount planning with Finance and sales leadership.
Document how the team works and find ways to make it more efficient through tools, process changes, and automation. Use AI well in your own work and coach ASEs to do the same.
What you'll bring
5+ years in technical support, with at least 2 years managing customer-facing technical teams.
Experience with high-touch or assigned support for enterprise customers. Professional services delivery counts. Experience across Self-Managed, GitLab Dedicated, and GitLab.com is a plus.
A strong record of handling escalations with both internal teams and customers. You stay calm, keep people aligned, and know when to bring in leadership.
The ability to turn a complicated or nuanced situation into a clear written story and tie activity to outcomes with numbers.
A customer-centric approach balanced with good judgment about what the service, the team, and the company can deliver, and experience working with account teams to bring struggling customers back to health.
A record of getting work done across teams through influence and strong working relationships. You can work with Sales, CS, and account teams to set clear expectations for the ASE service and find the right path for each customer.
Willingness to be available outside standard hours, including weekends, for the occasional critical escalation or customer-impacting incident.
Comfort with ambiguity and change. You keep a team steady while priorities, processes, and the program evolve, and you explain the reasons for changes so people stay engaged.
A strong technical foundation to guide engineers in complex, production-critical environments, including Linux system administration and web application development concepts. Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, or GitLab is helpful.
A history of developing engineers at different skill levels through real feedback, mentoring, and clear expectations.
Process skills that make a team more efficient without adding bureaucracy, and comfort leading a remote, globally distributed team using metrics and customer feedback.
About the team
The ASE team is spread across AMER, EMEA, and APAC and works mostly async, with regular pairing sessions, 1:1s, and Slack. We support GitLab's largest and most strategic customers, who run GitLab in production-critical environments. We dig into code and logs, work across departments, and focus on root cause, trends, preventing repeat issues, and providing the technical acumen that helps customers get the most value out of GitLab for their business.

Who You Are
The Data Center Business Operations Manager is responsible for building, implementing, and continuously improving the operating frameworks, processes, and services that enable the business to operate consistently and effectively across locations and functions. This role owns the development of enterprise-level business operations standards, including processes, procedures, governance, taxonomy, naming conventions, documentation standards, tools, and operating expectations that teams use across the organization. The Business Operations Manager partners closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate functions to translate company requirements into practical processes that meet the needs of the business and can be effectively implemented at the site and functional level.

The Business Operations Manager establishes the program strategy, standards, processes, and expectations, while onsite Program Managers and local teams are responsible for implementing and managing those programs at the site level.
This role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution: designing scalable enterprise processes, partnering with corporate functions, building operational programs, and ensuring those programs can be successfully implemented in the field.
What You’ll Do
Business Operations & Enterprise Standards
Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-level business operations processes, procedures, workflows, governance standards, templates, tools, and operating expectations.
Establish and maintain consistent standards for how information is organized and managed, including taxonomy, naming conventions, documentation standards, project structures, reporting conventions, and other common ways of working.
Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks that teams can use to execute work consistently across departments, projects, and locations.
Identify recurring friction, process gaps, unclear ownership, inefficient handoffs, and inconsistencies across the business and implement scalable solutions.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of business operations processes and standards, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement as business needs evolve.
Cross-Functional Process & Project Support
Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate functions to translate company-wide requirements into practical processes that appropriately support the needs of the business.
Partner with Finance and Procurement on the development and rollout of processes related to budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, vendor management, financial controls, and other requirements.
Support Legal with project management and cross-functional coordination for initiatives requiring structured planning, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and follow-through.
Workplace Services Programs
Build and oversee enterprise Workplace Services programs that support consistent, efficient operations across locations.
Establish the strategy, standards, processes, service expectations, and governance for programs such as vehicle fleet, uniforms, transportation services, culinary services, onsite office space and other shared workplace or operational services.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to establish appropriate vendor strategies, contracts, budgets, controls, and service-level expectations for Workplace Services programs.
Develop enterprise playbooks and implementation standards for Workplace Services programs, providing clear direction to onsite Program Managers and local teams responsible for execution.
Monitor program performance, service quality, cost, compliance, and business needs across locations and continuously improve programs as the organization evolves.
Identify opportunities to standardize services, improve the employee experience, reduce operational friction, create efficiencies, and appropriately leverage enterprise scale.
Standards & Governance
Establish enterprise program management standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and expectations that the team can apply across the organization.
Develop and maintain standards for work management systems, ensuring information is structured consistently and provides meaningful visibility across projects, departments, and locations.
Partner with PMO to establish appropriate reporting standards, dashboards, KPIs, portfolio reporting, and operating reviews to provide visibility into business priorities, execution, risks, dependencies, and capacity.Establish effective meeting, communication, and operating rhythms, including portfolio reviews, leadership updates, cross-functional operating reviews, and escalation mechanisms.
Establish priorities, expectations, and operating standards for regional Program Managers and ensure their work aligns with broader business priorities and enterprise operating practices.
Provide coaching, guidance, and development to regional Program Managers while creating accountability for execution and results.
Ensure regional Program Managers effectively support sites within their respective regions by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, resolving operational issues, implementing enterprise programs, and maintaining visibility into local priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Partner with site and functional leaders to ensure regional Program Manager resources are deployed against the highest-priority business needs.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, program management, PMO operations, workplace operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable operating processes across multiple teams, functions, or locations rather than simply administering existing processes.
Experience developing enterprise standards, operating procedures, governance frameworks, playbooks, taxonomies, documentation standards, and common ways of working.
Strong understanding of how business operations interact with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate support functions.
Experience translating corporate policies, controls, and functional requirements into practical operating processes that meet the needs of the business.
Experience building or managing shared operational or Workplace Services programs, such as fleet, transportation, food and beverage/culinary, uniforms, facilities-related services, or other enterprise services.
Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience establishing governance, accountability, reporting, and operating rhythms across complex organizations.
Experience with portfolio reporting, KPI development, dashboards, process documentation, and project/work management platforms.
Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to identify root causes, simplify workflows, standardize where appropriate, and drive adoption of new ways of working.
Ability to influence and create accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, executable processes.
Comfortable operating at both the strategic and detailed execution levels—able to design enterprise operating models and programs while remaining close enough to execution to ensure they work in practice.
PMP or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to enable partners effectively, including training on value proposition, sales plays, qualification, and how to work opportunities with internal sales teams.

- Strong commercial judgment and execution skills, including the ability to prioritize partners, manage competing opportunities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility internally and externally.
- Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem and how it ties into the financial services industry, and the ability to ramp quickly on Chainalysis products, use cases, and customer needs in order to enable partners effectively.

Nice to have experience:
- Experience at a consulting/services firm advising clients on digital asset initiatives
- Experience with PRM tools, deal registration processes, account mapping, and partner performance tracking.
- Experience building channels in an environment where direct sales and indirect routes to market must coexist and be carefully governed.
- Comfort working across time zones and in a highly matrixed global organization.

Are you ready to be part of the future?
About the job
Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We are looking for a
Senior Technical Product Manager
to own the vision for Keet and lead it to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. This is not a maintenance role. You will define where Keet goes, convince the board and the team that it is the right direction, and then drive the execution that gets it there.
You are a rare combination of three things. You are a product visionary who has shipped consumer chat or calling apps at scale. You are a technologist who can go deep on P2P architecture and the Pear / Holepunch stack (docs.pears.com). And you are a hands-on builder who uses AI tools to prototype and prove concepts in days, not months. You set the bar high, move at incredible speed, and lead from the front.
You will also be the person who catches what others miss. The PM who thrives here reads every ticket, tracks every dependency, asks the uncomfortable question before it becomes a launch incident, and keeps five workstreams moving simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them.
If you prefer a PM role where you set strategy and delegate execution, this is not the right fit. If you want to build something that ships to real users, moves markets, and carries your fingerprints from concept to production, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy
Own and articulate the long-term product vision for Keet as the world's leading private, peer-to-peer communication app, with a clear path to 1 billion users.
Analyze WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, LINE, WeChat and emerging competitors to identify where P2P gives Keet an unfair advantage, and build the roadmap around it.
Present product vision, strategy, metrics and progress to the board and executive leadership with clarity and conviction.
Define a growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention and virality, with measurable targets at every stage.
Technical Product Leadership
Develop a deep working understanding of the Holepunch P2P stack (Pear runtime, Bare, Hypercore, Hyperswarm, HyperDHT, Autobase, Hyperbee) and translate its capabilities and constraints into product decisions.
Partner with core engineering on hard P2P problems at scale, including NAT traversal, offline sync, multi-device support, large groups, push notifications, and battery and data efficiency on mobile.
Own the real-time calling experience (1:1 and group voice and video, plus screen sharing) to a quality bar that matches or beats Google Meet and Zoom.
Define clear feature tiers with explicit labels for stable versus experimental functionality.
Rapid Prototyping with AI
Use AI coding and design tools to build working prototypes and demos that prove concepts before committing engineering resources.
Turn ideas into something the team, users and the board can see and touch within days.
Execution & Team Leadership
Lead the product team and run the sprint cadence end to end, covering planning, prioritization, standups, reviews and retrospectives.
Own deliverables from conception through release, testing and post-launch iteration, ensuring core functionality works reliably every time.
Maintain issue trackers and roadmaps that accurately reflect priorities and sprint commitments.
Coordinate across engineering, QA, design, marketing and business stakeholders, and manage cross-team dependencies across the Holepunch and Tether ecosystem.
Provide transparent updates on status, risks and timeline changes, and hold direct conversations about accountability when needed.
Mobile & Distribution
Own the mobile release process across iOS and Android. This includes App Store and Google Play submissions, review guidelines, compliance, store listings, ratings and release management.
Oversee desktop distribution and installers across macOS, Windows and Linux.
Build crash reporting, debugging and analytics systems, privacy-preserving by design, that turn user reports into actionable engineering data.
Mandatory:
8+ years of product management experience, including significant time in a senior or lead role owning a consumer product end to end.
Strong product sense, with a proven track record of setting product vision and driving it to measurable outcomes at scale (tens of millions of users or more).
Experience leading engineers who ship products, including running sprint cadences with predictable delivery across cross-functional teams.
Deep JavaScript and React skills. You can read and write production code, review pull requests, and build working prototypes yourself.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. You don't need P2P expertise, because our core abstracts it away, but you should be able to reason about sync, offline behavior and consistency trade-offs.
Hands-on experience shipping and scaling mobile apps on iOS and Android, with deep familiarity with App Store and Google Play logistics, review processes and release management.
Experience with real-time voice and video calling products (such as Google Meet, Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp calls) and the quality, latency and reliability trade-offs involved.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to rapidly prototype and demonstrate product concepts.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting vision and strategy to boards, executives and investors.
A strong understanding of urgency versus importance, and the judgment to make fast, high-quality decisions with incomplete information.
You thrive in a high-intensity, fast-moving environment, set an exceptionally high bar, and are willing to go above and beyond, including extended hours, when the mission demands it.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
Product leadership experience at a major messaging app such as WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, WeChat, Signal, Viber or KakaoTalk.
Experience with peer-to-peer technologies, distributed systems or decentralized protocols. Prior exposure to Holepunch, Pear or Hypercore is a strong plus.
Experience growing a product in emerging markets or across multiple regions and languages.
A background in privacy, encryption or security-focused products.
Familiarity with Electron, React Native or similar cross-platform frameworks, as well as installer systems, boot performance and Linux packaging (Snap, AppImage, Flatpak).
A solid understanding of testing approaches (unit, integration, end-to-end), test automation and performance testing.
An engineering background or computer science degree.
Experience with Git, issue trackers and modern collaboration tools.
Why this role:
The next billion-user communication app will not run on someone else's servers. If you want to be the person who defines it, presents it to the board, prototypes it yourself, and then leads the team that ships it, we want to hear from you.
In your application, include a link to a product you have shipped or a prototype you have built, along with a few sentences on how you would take Keet to 1 billion users.
