Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Your job is to make sure every payout and transaction lands with the right person.
We have spent years getting very good at protecting the things a marketplace has always had to protect: checkout fraud, account takeover, courier abuse. But we are no longer only a marketplace. We now issue banking products, lend to merchants, move instant payouts to couriers, and collect cash on the doorstep. Every one of those is a new way for money to leave the platform.
This is a new team, and it owns that surface: fraud wherever money moves through the platform. Who receives it, who lends it, who collects it, and who holds it in a financial account. Think instant payout rails, merchant cash advances, and platform-issued banking and earned-wage products serving millions of couriers and merchants. These are live loss surfaces, and the volume grows with every financial product we launch.
We are now looking for a
Backend Engineer (Golang)
to build that protection. You will design and ship real-time detection and automated enforcement for our financial products across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. The work is high-throughput, low-latency, and unusually consequential: a rule you ship on Monday can stop a serious loss by Friday. It is also close to greenfield, so you will be setting the patterns every future financial product inherits on day one.
This role will be based in
London
,
UK
as one of the founding engineering roles in our London hub, working closely with our teams in Helsinki and Berlin.
What you'll do:
Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go that score financial events in real time, including payout enrollments, bank account links, credit applications, and account-to-account transfers.
Design fraud detection and automated enforcement for our financial products end to end: from signal collection through to the decision that blocks a fraudulent payout.
Build on and extend our shared fraud decisioning platform, so signals, rules, and models work across all three of our brands instead of being rebuilt three times.
Partner closely with risk analysts, data scientists, and product managers to turn observed fraud patterns into shipped detection, and to know when a rule, a model, or a product change is the right answer.
Work across team boundaries with our account security, payments fraud, and financial product teams. We build on their signals rather than rebuild them, so clean interfaces matter.
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions as we establish the fraud infrastructure baseline for financial products, with support from senior engineers on the team.
Write well-tested, observable code and help the team hold a high quality bar. In fraud, a silent failure is a loss event.
Our expectations:
3 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including backend services you have shipped and owned in production.
1+ years of production experience in Golang, or strong experience in another backend language and real enthusiasm for picking Go up quickly.
A working understanding of low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems. Real-time decisioning comes with a latency budget, and you are keen to learn to build inside one.
Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, and some exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar).
Willingness to operate what you build, including a share of on-call, with a pragmatic approach to reliability.
Uses AI tooling in day-to-day development and can critically evaluate its output for correctness and quality.
Nice to have
Experience in fraud, risk, payments, lending, or financial crime, especially money movement fraud, bank account linking fraud, payout abuse, or lending fraud.
Experience with rules engines, real-time feature stores, or ML model serving in a decisioning path.
Background in Kotlin, Java, Python, or Node.js alongside Go.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
Experience working across multiple brands, regions, or regulatory regimes.
What we value
A product-oriented mindset. You think beyond the ticket, understand the "why" behind the work, and take a high level of responsibility for outcomes rather than output.
Comfort with ambiguity. This is a new team on a new surface; parts of the charter are still being drawn, and you will help draw them.
A track record of owning a project or feature end to end, especially in fast-paced environments.
Clear and proactive communication, with a collaborative spirit. We work across three companies and several time zones, so we move fast, but we succeed together.
An adversarial instinct. The best fraud engineers enjoy thinking like the attacker.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.

We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.

Your mission is to ensure every hardware revision works seamlessly with PlayOS and our games—delivering a stable, responsive, compatible, and delightful experience in real-world conditions. You’ll partner closely with the engineering team and game cells to identify risk, prevent regressions, and support confident release decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware compatibility & system validation
Own validation for hardware bring-up and ongoing compatibility across hardware revisions, PlayOS versions, and game builds.
Develop and maintain risk-based test plans across EVT, DVT, and PVT—or equivalent development stages—including:

Own the test strategy for firmware and PlayOS updates, including upgrade and downgrade paths, interrupted updates, failure scenarios, sleep/wake behavior, backgrounding, resume, and recovery.
Define manual validation and integrate automated checks into OTA release workflows where appropriate, covering installation, staged rollout, rollback, interruption handling, and recovery.
Establish quality gates, entry and exit criteria, and evidence-based go/no-go recommendations for hardware and firmware releases.
Assess release risk, track critical issues, and ensure regressions are understood before rollout.
Performance, reliability & real-world readiness
Validate system compatibility across PlayOS and game releases, including input, tracking, performance, save data, and update-related regressions.
Define and validate measurable quality targets such as frame-rate stability, responsiveness, latency, memory usage, thermal behavior, and crash-free sessions.
Execute long-run, stress, and recovery testing to identify memory leaks, degradation over time, and intermittent failures.
Test representative user environments, including network variability, display configurations, device states, user flows, and edge conditions.
Automation & tooling
Build and maintain reliable automated regression coverage across device, firmware, OTA, system-integration, and game-compatibility workflows where appropriate.
Integrate high-value automated checks into release workflows and make failures easy to diagnose.
Develop lightweight tools and scripts that accelerate setup, validation, data collection, and troubleshooting.
Communication, vendor management & cross-functional leadership
Produce actionable bug reports with clear reproduction steps, environment and build details, logs, impact, and supporting evidence.
Drive defect triage and prioritization with engineering and product partners, particularly during release cycles.
Manage external vendors, including scope, capacity, priorities, deliverables, acceptance criteria, quality standards, and performance.
Communicate quality status and release risk clearly, helping teams make informed tradeoffs and decisions.
Champion consistent testing practices and raise the quality bar across teams through influence and collaboration.
Key Requirements
Strong hands-on QA experience in system-level testing, firmware or OS validation, or hardware–software integration.
Demonstrated ability to design risk-based test strategies and execute thorough exploratory testing.
Experience validating firmware or OTA update flows, including failure handling, rollback, and recovery.
Experience investigating performance, reliability, and intermittent issues using logs, traces, crash data, and other diagnostic evidence.
Ability to create maintainable automated tests, tools, or scripts in at least one programming or scripting language.
Experience coordinating external QA partners or vendors and holding deliverables to clear quality standards.
Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Nice-to-have
Experience with consumer electronics, hardware bring-up, EVT/DVT/PVT, or manufacturing test concepts.
Experience with game or platform QA, graphics and performance profiling, input or motion-tracking systems, or observability tooling.
Familiarity with Android or Linux debugging, ADB, CI/CD systems, device logs, traces, and crash dumps.
Experience building test infrastructure, managing device labs, or validating staged software rollouts at scale.

We’re looking for people who are dependable, focused, and take pride in producing high-quality work, even across repetitive workflows.

Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix recently launched its first products and services for self-employed people and
small and medium businesses in Germany. The B2B motions these products
need to scale have to be built from the ground up, with support from central
growth and channel experts: acquisition and onboarding, lead generation and
nurturing, sales, retention and expansion. In this role, your mandate is to
find, test and scale what works.
You own SE and SMB growth marketing end to end for Germany. You start from an
insight you found yourself and pick the few opportunities worth the time and
money. Before launch you set the success, kill and scale criteria and what done
means. Then you run the work yourself, or hand it to the expert best placed to
run it, read the result and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill.
Central specialist teams carry the established work, and you collaborate with
them: paid acquisition, CRM, marketing data and MarTech. You decide which
channels, segments and messages to test, and you build the growth loops nobody
at Taxfix has run yet. You work with the B2B product team, the B2B commercial
lead, Product Marketing and our Creative Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find the opportunities worth running. Turn customer conversations, sales
calls, funnel data and what you observe in the market into hypotheses and
experiments for SE and SMB growth. Rank them and run them. Pivot when an
experiment fails, and scale quickly when it works.
- Build multi-channel strategies. Build an experimentation engine, and use
its results to shape the multi-channel strategy for awareness and demand
capture across Taxfix's new B2B products. Central growth teams and channel
experts carry parts of the mix.
- Design how each product reaches its customers. For each growth loop,
decide the ICP segment to focus on, the channel and the message to test, how
the user flow and experience fit the loop, and the plan for scaling after the
first positive signals.
- Plan it, then run it yourself. Set success, kill and scale criteria before
launch. Build the prototype, landing page, content, onboarding flow or nurture
sequence with your own hands where that is fastest, and bring in central
experts where they do it better.
- Build B2B motions from zero to one. Acquisition and onboarding flows, lead
generation and nurturing, the handover to inbound sales, retention and
expansion loops. Several of these exist nowhere at Taxfix today.
- Read the results and make the call. Separate signal from noise at B2B
volumes, where samples start small. Decide to scale, iterate or kill, and turn
the read into recommendations for Product and commercial leadership.
- Use AI as an operating and growth advantage. Use AI to 10x your
effectiveness and your outcomes. Build your own prototypes, applets and tools
for the opportunities you run, and apply AI to discovery, analysis, content,
experimentation and repeating workflows.
- Steer budget where the evidence is thin. You hold the mandate to plan and
allocate budget for new B2B motions and growth loops.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strategist and operator in one person. You pick the opportunities and you
run them, to the standard you planned them to. Given the choice, you ship a
first version this week over polishing a plan for a month.
- 5+ years in B2B go-to-market. 5+ years of experience in B2B
go-to-market, growth, strategy or another go-to-market function, including
ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Zero-to-one experience. You took a new product, category, platform or
business line from the first growth-loop tests, through scaling, to a
multi-channel playbook.
- Close to the customer. You naturally stay close to our customers, talk to them, listen to sales calls and use customer insights to inform your decisions.
- Data literacy. You can define and interpret acquisition, activation, adoption,
retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue and product-usage metrics, and you
turn what you find into a decision.
- Agility and speed. You try new ideas all the time. When one fails, you
pivot. When one works, you move to scale it. Shifting priorities and tight
deadlines don't throw you off.
- Curious about B2B growth and AI. You follow the people and sources moving
both fields, and you can name what you took from them into your own work.
- Knowledge of the German market, ideally of how self-employed people and
small businesses buy. Fluent German is a big plus, not a must.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.

We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Build AI workflows that Commercial teams actually use and prove the impact. We are looking for a Commercial AI Solutions Specialist to turn high-value Commercial problems into practical, adopted AI workflows.
You will own use cases end to end: discovering problems, assessing and prioritising opportunities, rapidly prototyping solutions, supporting deployment, driving adoption, and measuring business impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines curiosity, structured problem-solving, and strong delivery ownership.
You do not need deep expertise in every AI tool or in payments. We do expect evidence that you have learned a new domain quickly, independently built and shipped at least one useful workflow, and translated an ambiguous business problem into a measurable outcome.
WHAT EARLY SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
During the first 90 days, you will build a strong understanding of Commercial priorities and workflows, develop a credible pipeline of use cases, and deliver practical quick wins. You will also establish the foundations for measuring adoption, productivity, and commercial impact as the portfolio develops.
By day 90: two workflows live with real Commercial users, each with a named business owner, a measured before/after delta against a pre-build baseline, and sustained weekly active use.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Partner with Commercial teams and Revenue Operations to identify workflow pain points and high-value automation and AI augmentation opportunities.
- Investigate problems, map current processes, establish an evidence-based baseline, and define clear use-case outcomes.
- Build, test, and rapidly iterate on prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools, automation, and low-code or no-code platforms.
- Take approved use cases from discovery through deployment, adoption, and impact measurement.
- Design pragmatic human-in-the-loop workflows, controls, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate with relevant technical, data, security, and risk partners when a solution requires platform support or formal approval.
- Support the enablement of end users through clear documentation, demonstrations, training, and ongoing iteration.
- Maintain visibility of progress, dependencies, risks, adoption, and realised impact.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Evidence of having built and shipped at least one useful workflow, automation, AI-powered tool, or prototype that real users used in practice.
- Evidence of rapidly learning a new domain or capability and independently delivering a measurable business outcome.
- Experience owning work from an ambiguous problem through to an implemented solution.
- Strong analytical and data literacy, including the ability to interpret data, establish baselines, and evaluate outcomes.
- Hands-on experience building useful workflows, automations, or prototypes using low-code or no-code platforms, automation tools, or AI-assisted coding tools.
- Structured problem-solving skills and the judgement to distinguish valuable use cases from attractive distractions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- A bias toward action, experimentation, and iteration, balanced with appropriate attention to risk and governance.
- The ability to work independently while escalating material decisions and dependencies appropriately.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
You are not expected to have every item below. These are examples of experience that may help you succeed in the role; we will assess evidence of learning agility, delivery, and judgement over checklist matching.
- Experience in a Commercial, go-to-market, Revenue Operations, payments, fintech, or other regulated-industry environment.
- Familiarity with generative AI, agentic workflows, APIs, workflow automation, data visualisation, or prompt and evaluation techniques.
- Experience explaining a new workflow, gathering user feedback, and supporting adoption across stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, or automations that other people used in their real work.
- Familiarity with agentic development tools, APIs, and SQL; named tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex are examples rather than requirements.
- You can read code, understand logic, and steer and debug an agentic coding tool.
Additional Information

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the product team that builds the AI agents answering our 1M+ members' questions about their health insurance - reimbursements, coverage, claims, account changes and more - instantly and without waiting for a human.
Our AI agents already fully resolve more than 50% of members' questions. Your mission is to push that number further, increase the quality of answers and the trust members place in them, and make our agents work with the other AI agents at Alan, such as Mo our health companion.
Concretely, you will:
- Design and ship LLM-powered agents that understand a member's request, reason over their contract, claims and history, and take real actions on their behalf - building the tools, retrieval and context pipelines that give them the right information at the right moment
- Make our agents interoperate with other AI agents across Alan, such as Mo: handing off conversations, sharing context and calling each other's capabilities, so members get one seamless experience
- Bring automated resolution to new channels, starting with AI phone support: real-time voice conversations with the same quality bar as written ones
- Own evaluation: build datasets, automated evals and quality monitoring so we know an agent is right before members see it
- Measure and improve resolution rate, answer quality and member satisfaction in production, iterating fast on prompts, models and architecture
- Work hand in hand with care experts and product to identify the next topics the AI can fully resolve
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Every point of automated resolution means members get help instantly, when they need it the most - and directly drives Alan's scaling, growth and profitability.
- Applied AI at scale: You won't build demos. You'll ship AI agents that handle hundreds of thousands of real conversations per month in a regulated, high-stakes domain, where accuracy truly matters.
- Frontier problems: Agentic workflows, tool use, evaluation, safety and guardrails, cost and latency trade-offs - you'll tackle the hardest open questions in production LLM systems.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Strong backend experience (Python is a plus)
- Hands-on experience building products with LLMs (agents, tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation) - ideally shipped to production
- An evaluation mindset: you know how to measure whether an AI system is actually good, and how to make it better
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- You stay on top of a fast-moving AI landscape and are pragmatic about what really works
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience to own the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App — the single interface through which users discover, understand, buy, sell, trade, and manage Ondo's products (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).
This role owns the quality and coherence of the end-to-end user experience, with a particular focus on retention, usability, and long-term customer value. You'll turn complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy product.
This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other Product leaders to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, write clear requirements, and ship meaningful improvements. Our product management function is young and fast-moving — you'll help define it from the ground up, which makes this a high-ownership, high-visibility role.
Target Outcomes
A cohesive, high-quality core experience: Ondo’s customer-facing surfaces feel like one unified platform across products and workflows, with a consistent and intuitive experience across web and eventually mobile.
Simple, intuitive investing and trading workflows: Users can confidently buy, sell, trade, and manage their portfolios across experiences like limit orders, order books, DCA, notifications, transaction history, reporting, and tax workflows.
Financial complexity made accessible: Sophisticated concepts such as order books, bid/ask pricing, settlement, and onchain transactions are translated into clear, low-friction experiences without sacrificing the functionality sophisticated users expect.
Stronger retention and long-term customer value: The core product gives users compelling reasons to return, manage more of their financial activity through Ondo, and deepen their engagement over time.
Measurably better product performance: Clear metrics and feedback loops are established around usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction, with insights consistently translated into product improvements.
Customer-informed product decisions: Qualitative research and quantitative signals shape prioritization, ensuring the roadmap addresses meaningful customer problems rather than relying on internal assumptions.
Reliable end-to-end execution: High-impact product initiatives move effectively from discovery and problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration, with strong coordination across Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
A scalable foundation for Ondo’s product ecosystem: Core experiences and patterns are built to support new products and capabilities as Ondo expands, without creating a fragmented or increasingly complex customer experience.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including owning customer-facing products from concept through launch.
A track record of building and shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products, with a sharp instinct for intuitive, low-friction UX.
Experience with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or other sophisticated financial products.
A working understanding of capital markets and financial product mechanics — trading, order books, execution, settlement, and liquidity.
Genuine, hands-on familiarity with crypto and DeFi products; a working knowledge of onchain financial primitives.
Strong analytical skills — able to define metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to drive prioritization.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and explain tradeoffs to both engineers and executives.
High ownership, strong organization, and comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment — able to get the right people in a room, ask the right questions, and move things forward without top-down direction.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
US-hours based (preference per current team structure).
Nice to have
Experience building brokerage, investing, trading, neobanking, or wealth-management products.
Experience with tokenization, real-world assets (RWAs), or onchain financial infrastructure.
Familiarity with decentralized exchanges, wallets, smart contracts, or blockchain transaction flows.
Experience designing for both sophisticated and first-time financial users.
Experience working closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, or market-structure teams.
Experience in a strong product and design culture.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, APAC
