Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead Wrike’s Core unit - the product area at the heart of how customers plan, structure, manage, and scale work in Wrike.
In this role, you will lead a unit of five product teams and manage a team of five Product Managers. You will define the vision and strategy for Core Wrike going forward, balancing three critical forces: increasing product power, preserving ease of use, and evolving the experience to be suitable for the AI-native future.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can combine strong product judgment, people leadership, customer empathy, and strategic prioritization. You will help shape the foundation of Wrike’s product experience while developing a team of PMs into stronger strategic product leaders.
Your Impact:
Set the Core strategy: Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for Wrike’s Core unit, ensuring the product remains powerful, scalable, easy to use, and ready for AI agents collaboration as well as for human.
Lead a multi-team product area: Manage five Product Managers across five teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality across the unit.
Prioritize ferociously: Balance customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, usability improvements, and long-term strategic bets — with a clear view of what matters most.
Enable AI-native R&D: Contribute to building the processes, tooling, and mindsets needed for the R&D organization to scale output and outcomes by 10x with AI-native ways of working.
Develop the PM team: Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers, helping them to achieve the next level.
Your Qualifications:
Product leadership experience: Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
Enterprise SaaS experience: Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management.
Strategic prioritization: Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction.
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership.
People management skills: Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers.
Excellent UX judgment: Ability to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences.
Standout Qualities:
Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity area
Practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows.
Visionary mindset and ability to redefine complex products vision
Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders.
Our Work Style:
Core product impact: You will shape the foundational Wrike experience used by customers every day to manage work at scale.
Strategic complexity: The role requires balancing power, simplicity, customer demand, technical depth, and AI-readiness in one of Wrike’s most important product areas.
People leadership scope: You will directly develop a team of five PMs and influence the product culture of a larger R&D unit.
AI-native transformation: You will help define how Core Wrike evolves for a future where AI changes how teams create, structure, and manage work.
High visibility: Your decisions will influence Wrike’s product direction, customer value, and long-term competitiveness.

NovaKid is a global leader in online English education for children aged 4–12, serving 100000+ students across 50+ countries. We are looking for a
Senior Growth Product Manager
who is also an entrepreneur at heart, someone who can reinvigorate funnels while simultaneously
prototyping and launching entirely new product experiences.
We don’t just want someone to manage a roadmap; we want a "Growth CEO" who can
reinvent
the high-stakes journey from initial sign-up to the first "Aha!" moment and the first purchase.
Your goal is to own the most critical window of the customer lifecycle: a potential customer experiencing our product for the first time and the subsequent choice to purchase a subscription. This includes the journey to the trial, the trial experience, the payment windows, the product mix, pricing and CRM control.
We are looking for a candidate who applies
CRO principles
not just for incremental gains, but to prototype entirely new ways for parents to discover, experience, and purchase our services.
What you’ll do
Prototype, test and implement new funnel approaches. You won't just "tweak" the journey from a customer becoming a lead to making a purchase; you will review all flows to eliminate friction and shorten the time-to-value.
You will expertly translate data to identify "leaks" in the funnel and turn those insights into high-impact product features.
Design and test trial experiences and product mixes that deliver consistent “Aha moments” to more customers leading to significant sales boosts. You will own the conversion engine from sign-up to the completion of the trial.
Activation journeys aren’t just about conversion. You will drive revenue by matching users with the right subscription tiers and value propositions. You will maximise upsell opportunities and ensure customers are matched with the optimal products to not only positively affect ARPU, but also boost LTV.
Partner with diverse teams (Marketing, CRM, Operations) to align acquisition strategies with the highest-converting customer journeys.
What you’ll have
5+ years of Product Management experience with a heavy focus on
Growth, Activation, and CRO
. You should have innate commercial intuition with a proven track record of successful product design.
You possess elite skills in performance tracking and product analytics. You don't guess; you are able to dig into, manipulate, and present data to prove your prototypes work.
Experience in managing international consumer products; you know how to adapt and reinvent funnels for diverse global markets.
Manage the Agile process with our engineering team, ensuring that prototypes are delivered and scaled with technical excellence.
You thrive in a 100% remote, distributed team environment and are a master of tools like JIRA and Slack.
Excellent spoken and written English.
What we offer
Fully remote work (core hours GMT+3).
A chance to shape the future of AI-driven education.
A fun, dynamic team that loves building innovative products.Unlimited holidays – because we trust you to deliver.
Bonuses and stock options – we grow together.

About the Role
ClickHouse is launching a strategic Postgres initiative to extend our developer-first cloud platform, so teams can easily integrate Postgres with ClickHouse and power end-to-end data workflows.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team building this platform. You’ll work across a range of areas — from control plane services and automation to operational tooling and developer experience. This is a flexible, full-stack systems role for an engineer who thrives in environments where boundaries are fluid, problems are complex, and impact is tangible.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build backend services that orchestrate and manage database clusters in ClickHouse Cloud.
- Extend our platform control plane — written in Ruby, Go, and TypeScript — to support new Postgres capabilities.
- Contribute to PostgreSQL extensions and data plane agents, written in C, C++ or Rust
- Contribute to automation and tooling that simplify cluster provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, SRE, and product teams to ensure operational excellence, performance, and reliability.
- Develop APIs and integrations that expose new Postgres functionality to customers and internal systems.
- Improve observability, deployment safety, and debugging workflows for database services.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and on-call rotations, contributing to the overall reliability and velocity of the team.
- Operate with autonomy — identifying opportunities, driving execution, and delivering meaningful impact.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience: 6+ years in software engineering, ideally with experience building or operating database or cloud platform systems.
- Postgres Expertise: Deep understanding of Postgres — configuration, extensions, operations, and performance tuning.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong programming experience in one or several of Ruby, Go, Rust, C or Python (and willingness to work across languages).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and automation tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Understanding of distributed systems, data replication, and service orchestration patterns.
- Mindset: Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both greenfield development and operational ownership.
- Flexibility: Happy to contribute where needed — from backend APIs and platform automation to Postgres internals and debugging.
- Collaboration: Strong communicator who works effectively across teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ownership: You operate with a founder’s mindset — take initiative, move quickly, and care deeply about outcomes.
WHY JOIN US
- Be part of a strategic new offering that expands the scope and impact of ClickHouse Cloud.
- Work with cutting-edge database and infrastructure technologies at scale.
- Operate with high autonomy in a small, focused team that values deep expertise and collaboration.
- Shape foundational systems for reliability, automation, and developer experience in managed database.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with retention, engagement, and growth metrics
Ability to structure processes and operate effectively in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with creators globally
Fluency in English (B2 and above)

Experience with VR, immersive media, or 3D/video platforms

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the open-source Postgres development platform. 10M+ developers and thousands of enterprises depend on it every day. Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime and Vector Search run on one platform: the same compute, disks, network and control plane, in each region we operate.
Supabase's hardest problems live in that platform. We run millions of databases, and the count compounds each quarter. Our customers range from a developer on a free project to a regulated enterprise that routes traffic through PrivateLink https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/privatelink and puts us through a security review before it signs. Reliability, capacity, cost, security and the enterprise features that close deals all come back to the same primitives. We're hiring a Product Lead to own them and build the product team behind them.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You lead product for the platform under every Supabase product: compute, disks, networking, the API gateway, capacity and regions. You also own what enterprises build and buy on top of it: read replicas https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/read-replicas, custom domains https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/custom-domains, PrivateLink, Bring Your Own Cloud, and the security and compliance controls they need before they sign. You report to the Head of Product, set direction for the platform, and work alongside the leads for our other product lines. You lead the platform's product managers, including our infrastructure product lead, and you hire and develop the PMs who grow the team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- You build and lead the platform product team. You decide how to split the area, hire the PMs who own the rest of it, and coach them to own their roadmaps end to end. You set the bar for their work.
- You decide what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut. Each quarter you choose between enterprise unlocks that open new markets, cost and performance wins for the long tail of projects, and new capabilities that change what Supabase can run. The priorities are yours, and so is defending them.
- You own reliability and security as product surfaces. You set service levels that track what customers experience and hold teams to them. You decide which security and compliance commitments we make to enterprises, and you show customers what it takes to run millions of databases.
- You talk to customers across the full spectrum: developers running one small project, startups whose bill is mostly compute and disk, enterprise architects running a network or security review, and partners building on Supabase.
- You run the platform's planning. Your PMs write problem statements, requirements and launch metrics before engineering starts. After each launch, you check whether it moved enterprise deal velocity, project economics or platform reliability.
- You keep engineering, design and leadership aligned. The platform sits under each Supabase product, region and customer tier. You write down what's coming, why, and in what order, and you raise dependencies before they block anyone.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 8+ years of product management experience on developer tools or infrastructure, or have founded a company in this space. You can read an architecture doc and hold your own in a design discussion.
- Have built and led a team of product managers. You've hired PMs, grown them into owners of their own areas, and made the hard call when someone wasn't working out. You've led leads who run their own teams. You did it while the product grew from something you could hold in your head to a business where capacity, regions and cost set the limits.
- Have shipped cloud infrastructure as a product. You owned at least one of compute, networking, storage, or multi-region and multi-tenant systems yourself, at a cloud, infrastructure or PaaS company. You can judge the tradeoffs: instance sizing and capacity, disk and storage economics, scale-to-zero versus always-on, single-tenant versus shared, and the gap between "works in one region" and "works in twenty." Knowing how enterprises buy and security-review infrastructure (PrivateLink, BYOC, compliance, procurement) is a bonus.
- Move fast and use AI to do it. You'd rather ship something imperfect and learn from it. You hand AI the slow parts of the job (research, drafting, synthesising feedback) and spend your time on judgment calls.
- Build with what you own. You stand up a read replica, put a custom domain in front of a project, route traffic through PrivateLink and deploy onto BYOC. Your opinions come from using the product.
- Work async by default. We're fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

- Work directly with strategic customers when needed—especially during complex escalations, architectural deep dives, or critical onboarding milestones.
You'll be joining our team to support Supabase Team & Enterprise customers, where you will be expected to lead and innovate around the following areas of responsibility:
PRE-SALES DISCOVERY:
- Lead and review technical discovery led by CSAs to uncover business and technical objectives, set appropriate expectations of the Supabase platform, and define the criteria for success.

- Build reusable onboarding flows (email sequences, docs, templates, webinars) that accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS & EXPANSION

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Building Infrastructure behind 5.5 Billion Daily Ad Requests
The Cloud Engineering team is the core of our tech unit, the underlying infrastructure that every other team depends on to ship software and grow the business. Behind rewarded ad experience, the partner-facing dashboards, the ML pipelines, and the ad delivery systems serving millions of users daily, there is one team making sure it all stays online, performant, and cost-efficient.
400 million user events daily, traffic spikes of 150,000+ requests per second, and a data lake that feeds data scientists, BIs, and real-time ML inference across the entire ad stack. To handle this reliably and cost-efficiently, the team runs Kubernetes with event-driven autoscaling and Karpenter, manages Kafka clusters for real-time streaming, and provisions everything through Terraform. Rather than defaulting to managed AWS services, the team actively replaces them with open-source alternatives like Druid, Airflow, Grafana, Prometheus, Spark, Trino, MLFlow, Jupiter Hub, Elasticsearch, and Fluentbit as part of a deliberate move toward cloud-agnostic architecture. Cost efficiency is treated as an engineering constraint, not an afterthought, including AI-based anomaly detection on infrastructure costs.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering. You've designed and operated cloud infrastructure at scale, with hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications in Kubernetes. At adjoe, you'll be working across a stack that includes Kafka, Druid, Airflow, Spark, Terraform, and Gitlab running on Kubernetes clusters across data centers.
- Deep in the AWS ecosystem. You have a strong understanding of AWS services (EKS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, IAM, Lambda) and manage infrastructure as code through Terraform. You know the tradeoffs between managed AWS services and open-source alternatives, and have opinions about when each makes sense.
- Microservice event-driven architecture is your daily context. You understand how microservices communicate: topics, queues, object storage, and can support backend teams building high-performance Go services across distributed environments.
- Reliable CI/CD is a product requirement. You build pipelines that are fast, predictable, and low-maintenance, ensuring smooth delivery without becoming a bottleneck.
- Hands-on with emerging infrastructure. You're comfortable migrating existing workloads to self-hosted solutions as well as introducing new tools boost business results.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
